I was out again tonight. Dry as a bone. I finally found a WSW named Amberly. We start up a conversation. I bring up potentially going back to my hotel. She is not to bad on the scale, said she was 22 and a spinner. Decided to go to a house she said was good. Get there and things are a bit odd but things are going OK. She gets naked has a spinner of a body, she is talking about how she likes anal (that gets my money) then she starts looking for a condom. Needless to say it broke down from there. But remember she was up for going to the hotel (I backed out of that because it was to high of profile hotel downtown) that is why I trusted the situation she was leading me into. Next, she walks out of the room in a robe "going to look for a condom" then about a minute later this scraggly haired dick head comes in shouting at me trying to intimidate me. I had slipped my clothes back on because I suspected something was up. He then points at some picture and asks if I was messing with his women (apparently he has two of them working this scam becuase he pointed at the wrong one). After I assessed the situation. I got back in this guys face and backed him down. I got half my money back (says all he had). He didn't admit the scam, just said he would get the $ out of her. I was smoking mad. I think if I would have found her I would have laid a beating on her (I did drive around for an hour hoping she would turn up). This dickhead new he had met his match and he had no back up, just a loud voice. After I reviewed the night I guess I should consider myself lucky. There was so many police out tonight that I should have just gone home after the first round showed the heavy presence and the lack of talent. As usual the little head thinks for the big head way to much. This happened right around the Sherman/New York area. Good luck Indy. You guys are going to need it from what I could see.

I have also noticed these postings in the indy casual encounters CL ads. I read one that stated he was sent to the address and there were other mongers there. As he returned home he was greeted with emails stating that they had him on camera. Seems odd to me!

You are just wrong man, back in January in all of the Colts vs. Ravens fever of the playoffs; I Big Red insulted Chelli4me and most of Indianapolis. Now I could have a lot of excuses but I was just being an asshole. Chelli4me protested in public and in a civil manner and also pointed out that information can be shared with out being an asshole. Chelli was right, I agreed and apologized and he was a gentlemen through out the entire incident.

I have been following his posts since then and he provides good intel with great pictures. Now I am not following anybody or stroking any thing, Chelli4me is one of the good guys, a soild poster and a gentleman.

Joe you need to apologize man, enough said.

I've had parhaps 100 pickups in 4 years now....have seen 3 stings....and have never been pinged by LE. Becasue of Chelli I know where the best spots are, can sometimes achieve a positive ID on a girl because he previously took a pic and posted it, and I know how to handle vice.

He's a gentleman and the best of us on this board. You should apologize joe.

Based on the subsequent postings, imho it was not a "professional" sting...I think it was kids who know enough to be dangerous.

Chelli's advanced recon for me via postings has significantly assisted in making mongering much easier and safer. I don't have any idea why 3 newbies, with less than 10 posts between them, all of a sudden started jumping all over me. Caught me completely off guard that's for sure! There was even a senior member that got on me alittle and that kinda was the last straw for me. Made me rethink about whether or not I'm going to continue sharing anything (this is not a solicitation for posts to ask me to continue as the one newbie who tried to psycho-analzye my every post will no doubt think). I know full well those of us that have been here for more than 10 minutes support each other and appreciate what each of us offers. I miss having Chilli give his reports - Last time over I felt like it was a shot in the dark and there was a ton of LE activity. It would have been nice to have a report so I could have had a little more info. So I guess you can throw this one in the support column as well.

Call it going back on my word if you want, but I'm going to post a warning about a couple things I've run into recently.

Ran into Maria near Central State, sadly, as soon as she got in, she announced she is pregnant, so I told her I was just offering her a ride today, no funds to play. She didn't seem to mind so I took her where she wanted to go and that was that.

Checking the e 10th, I came across a real petite, pretty and young ebony gal with a long pony tail a block west of the Clark station. Had she not have given me "the look", I would have assumed she was just a high school age girl heading home from doing homework at a friends house or something like that. I turned at the next corner and she came over. I offered her a ride and she said she didn't need a ride, she was needing to pay rent. Told her she should get in so we didn't draw attention so she did. I couldn't believe how pretty she is and when I asked her how old she is, she said 22, but I wasn't sure about that. Said her name is Teesha. She asked if I could help her out with her rent so I asked her what did I get if I did and she made a circle with her hand as if she was holding a dick and made up and down motions with her mouth. Told her I'd like that but it would depend on how much help she needed, she mentioned a rate that was too high and stated she did not swallow. Told her that was a little steep, she counterd with the "normal" rate, "this one time only" so it was on. Quiet spot was found and she wanted the jackson up front so I decided to take a chance, yes I know this is a no-no, but she seemed so new at this I figured she was not yet to the point of trying to rip-off guys. I was wrong. As soon as it was in her hand, she started to open her door and jump out but I was able to grab that pony tail which stopped her from getting away. Told her to drop it and I'd let her go, which she did. Before I let her go I told her there's guys out here that would seriously hurt her for trying to pull this crap and she better think twice before trying it again. By this time she was screaming and kicking the door so I helped her out of my vehicle. Having had enough excitement, I headed home.

Decided to go out looking tonight. Post Rd area was dead between 11 - 11:30, so I swung down to where I knew I'd be able to find something. Hopped off of Shadeland onto Wash, and decided to "check out" who was "checked in" right there west of Shadeland. Found a petite little gal who called herself "Pringles" and off we went. I offered a jackson, she wanted two, we settled on one and a half. She did a decent job, but wouldn't let me nut in her mouth.

So I shot one in her eye. She wasn't too happy about that.

Dropped her back off where I found her, but she didn't have any digits. I know Chell wouldn't have booted her for not coming down to a jackson, but I was comfortable with what I paid. I'd say I've had better for 30, but I've also had a lot worse for 20.

as i spent more and more time in the area i saw some strange stuff. I saw a bsw approach a vehicle and talk to the driver from the outside, it took her a min or two of conversation and then she got in, immediately a marked police car turned into the little parking lot and hit his lights pulling the truck over. I saw another wsw approach another car in the little lot across from the gas station at e10th and rural, again she approached driver side window and chatted, i wasnt more than a half block away and leo turned into that lot... could not see what happened from there...

I have always observed the rule that if she does not immediately get in the car, its bad news. I have never met a legit sw that wants anything other than to get off the street and move on before biz is discussed...

I saw at least 5 different cars pulled over with a guy and girl inside. I saw two handcuffed sw's that looked like they had gotten caught in a sting.

heavy leo presence throughout the area and during the time i was around. so in 3-4 hours over two days i saw 1 or 2 familiar faces, briefly, tons of cops, tons of people pulled over and lots of citizens out in the area. it looked like a black muslim group or something had a cookout on the corner or rural and e10th.

anyway just hoping everyone is safe,and hoping this isnt a long term cleanup.

I had to laugh the other day. I think it was around 6:30 p.m on Friday. I actually wasn't looking when, BOING, I see this incredible looking girl leaning against a fence looking at cars as they went by about the 5000 block of E. Washington. My first impulse was to try and turn around, but then it struck me, "She is TOO good looking." Had a pack of malboros in her back pocket, long, brown hair, white girl.

Yeah, something seems to be going on with LEO. Question is, where will the gals relocate to? I decided to venture out later in the evening to try my luck. I think it was about ten or ten thirtyish.
Upon driving down W. 10th street, close to 10th and Haugh, there were 3 police cars with a very nice looking alleged WSW standing with them and a guy in cuffs sitting on the curb. I was hoping that this was no a sign of what was to come of the evening.

I noticed 2 bsws just past this sitting by the bus stop a few blocks down. They were waving at passing traffic.

I continue to E. 10th. Nothing was to be found following two passes.
I proceed to take Emerson down to Washington and drive east on Washington. I saw 2 WSWs past Arlington by the liquor store on the south side of Washington. Both looked very old and strung out. I continue driving East and drive back west on Washington in hopes of finding something. Washington seemed scarce and empty except for male gigolos.

I decided to check the Fountain/Prospect area. I make left on State driving towards Prospect. Just as I was approaching Prospect, there is a middle aged WSW dressed in an all black sweatsuit. She didn't look bad but I wanted to be patient and see what else was out. I made a right on Prospect. It was dead all the way down to Fountain Square except for some gals that lookd like they were in college...hmm...need help with that tuition bill sweetie? :).

Almost the exact same thing happened to me a couple of months ago right down to the "what's going on here? What has my girlfriend done now!?" and the "going to fetch a condom" ploys...

Picked up WSW in immediate area of Days on Versailles Rd. Straight brown shoulder length hair, nice face nice body, about a 7 for a SW. Said she is Sharon from Arkansas. Let her talk me into going to her room at Days Motel Annex (big white house to the left of the motel), which was a huge mistake to begin with.

I drove off and went down the street, circled and when I was passing back by Days, wouldnt you know it, 3 LE cars swooped in and drove straight to a guy sitting in a car, same color as mine, in the motel parking lot, and brighted him up. Dickweed probably called LE on me and they got the wrong guy.
You might try this, if you do run across her and pick her up again, instead of dropping her off in the middle of nowhere, play it to your advantage as I did, albeit accidentally. Here's what happened next a few days later...

Spotted a wsw just up the street from Days Motel, she looked pretty good 7-8 all around so I picked her up. Didn't recongnize her at first but after I got her secured in the car, I was like holy shit, it's Cash and Dash Sharon from my previous post #146 a few days ago! I couldn't believe my luck! I was pissed off all over again and jogged her memory of our previous encounter. Her face lit up when she remembered and she suddenly seemed nervous and scared and started apologizing. You might want to check the apartment complex near the intersection (Pinnacle Square Apartments and 42nd Place Studio Apartments). I have seen a couple of bsw walking and buying drugs in the parking lots of both complexes.

I picked up Monica on East 10th st yesterday. I found her speaking on the phone at the gas station across/down the street from where Kroger used to be. I spent about an hour tonight driving around the Minnesota / Prospect / Keystone area, and it was dead. The only pussy around was a black cat that crossed the street in front of me. I've run across 4-5 gals in ten minutes and other times spend 45-60 minutes and see nothing. I give it at least 30 minutes usually then go from there. If I've seen at least some activity, I stick it out a little longer. If I don't see anything in 30 minutes I generally give up.

Started the tour at 2 am Thursday. Drove south on college ave from fallcreek, no activity at 25& college. Streetlights out between 25th and 22nd. Dark as night and nada. Hit 16th eastbound, rode to sherman. Had good luck on this route in the past, snagged quite a few younger amatuer BSW. Not this am, back west on 22nd to central ave south to newyork east to state st. Leo amassed on staete st just south of newyork st. 4 or more. Blue lights. At this point felt I"d had a free run east on newyork as leo looked very occupied. North on emerson to Michgan and went back westbound and the same all the way to college and back north on college. The tour took less then 20 mins. I cruised the e10th/eWash, Prospect/Minnesota, e10th/Tibbs/eWash on Friday night. For way too long of a time.

East Side: not much action that I could tell. I saw some but not many that I was interested in. I did see one super hot brunette on two occassions on e10th near but I'll be damned if she went poof each time. Also, I saw the blond April from Wed night's dream on New York. Went for the ride about 2am tues 10-23. Started down College ave at 25th st, headed south to try State st or Prospect. Drove on Brookside eastbound to Rural then south. Ventured out to do some hunting this evening after leaving the office somewhat late. I began searching for my prey on W. 10th street. Tibbs/10th was dead.
I noticed Lacie off of 10th and Lynn I think..or is it Lynhurst? I cant recall. It was somewhat dark and she was in a crowd of about 7 thug characters. I went down to Minnesota and made a left going toward Churchman. Nothing was to be found. I took Churchman back up toward Prospect and paused at Prospect and Churchman for a moment to do some quick recon of Prospect. I noticed a blond gal coming toward Churchman after I had made a left on Prospect. I made the standard rt,rt and rt turn and found her approaching the street in came out on. She looked like she was late 30s early 40s..perhaps a 5 on the scale. Shoulder length blonde hair, makeup..those deep socketed eyes that reflect a lack of rest...Her name was Michelle. Been a while since I've been out, but I had an urge tonight.

1:00AM: There was some action at 42nd and Post, but I missed all of it.

1:20AM: Ran down to E Wash to check out the Skyline and run down Wash. Nothing.

1:30AM: Remembered people talking about Prospect, decided to take a look

1:45AM: Picked up Juanita and had a little fun.

2:15AM: Went home.

We can never be sure, but, it is my opinion, here in Marion county, LE decoy will not get in a vehicle. That is NOT legal advice, just my opinion.

So I was wandering around last night. Report to follow later today. But I picked up April off W 10th. She gave me some interesting info on LEO. She claims that she was picked up by a mongrel that whipped it out. Then they made the deal. However, he was a LEO and arrested her. So is April full of it? We came upon this subject because during the leo check she said that it wasn't enough for me to show her the meat.

Unless, I have the LEO check wrong this concerns me about my LEO checking. If a male cop will pull it out then one might assume that a female in a sting may also show you her hooters. Are we sure that a female LEO will NOT get into the vehicle and drive off with us? I guess we can never be 100% sure but I am looking for some advice on this.I am not a legal expert either, but in my experience the leo check does not protect the provider at all.

Over the last moth or more while its been so hot on the east side circuit I have talked to two girls that I "know" and they both confirmed that when they got busted the guy showed his AND in one case the guy fondled her. so it seems like the leo check does not necessarily protect her at all.

We are in a better position in my opinion. I dont know if an undercover girl will get in or not, I think I saw one or two instances over the last month on e10th where the leo girl did get in, but the cop was literally pulling up almost as the girls door closed and she also spent time outside on the driver side "talking" first.

And this is why I think we are in a better position. Any legit provider I have ever seen WANTS to get off the street as quick as possible, they dont want to chat, they also wont stick to close to one spot, meaning they will walk some to meet you. When I see a girl that is legit I can make a pass, hit a side street and 9 times out of 10 she will notice this and start down the side street.

If a girl gets into your car and you dont say too much and just drive away that is enough of a test for me, I dont think any cop would get into a strange car and let the guy determine where they were headed to (away from back up)

when a girl does any of the following i get nervous and pass...

1) talks on a cell phone
2) sticks too close to one area
3) wont walk off a main street
4) even approaches my driver side window

Well, when I lived in Indy you could find the #'s in the back of Nuvo and the newspaper "Showtime" (I believe is the name....find @ lingerie stores). I know allot of them you can get "free trials" anywhere between a half an hour to hour. The one I had the most luck w/was one that began w/976-meet (if my memory serves me right). I'd be lying to ya if I could think of what the rates were per minute.....but I do recall it was under a buck a minute plus you can call the 800 # and get package deals. That was the route I went. Plus, if you lived down in Franklin it was free to call but I think that has since changed. I always found the rates and quality of the girls to be pretty good. Hope this helps ya out.

Put it this way, we have no confirmed reports of a F ULEO ever getting in a car in Indy.

It could happen, but it seems they are understandably uncomfortable having a female decoy get in a car. However, from the way it sounds, a male decoy doing stings on SWs regularly picks them up, and has the SW get into the car.

Occasionally a decoy will get in a car, but this only happens on extremely....rare occasions. I have seen where the the SW will get in the car and the cop will the arrest the guy before he drives off. The other scenario is where the the decoy will have him drive across the street to the hotel.

Great Responses on the leo check.

This report is for Tue night. I did the east side, FS/Churchman, West side, and College. The SWs were very scarce. I saw some 2 BSWs just after 8pm on 10th. I saw a couple He/She on College. State south of Prospect had some action. Minnesota was hopping but everytime I could get around they were gone.

On my way home I did the W 10th stroll again. I saw April, WSW on Tibbs. I circled and got her attention. She walked down a side street and I picked her up. We did the LEO check dance for over 30 MINUTES! It was after 1am. We ended up going to a dark dead end street (my pick) up near 34th. She likes the heated seats in my car. She wanted. 2 for BBBJ no catch. I countered with same price for a catch and a tip if was damn good. Well. It was damn good. She got into a position mostly under my steering wheel and went to town. No rush. Lotsa slurping and licking. She took care of the stooges too and she even continued until genghis khan went limp.

This was my second WSW named April. She informed me that April wasn't her real name. Stunned I tell ya! On the way back she gave me all kinds of LEO advise. All of it common sense.

1 - Never pick up a girl on a main road (w10th, tibbs, harding, w.wash)
2 - Never get seen with a known SW by a LEO
3 - The LEO check does nothing to protect her
4 - According to her the only thing guarantees her that I'm not a LEO is if I give her money. She says LEOs aren't allowed to actually give cash. I don't know about that.

I would think you have somewhat of an entrapment defense if they come to you, so no LEO is going to do that. They want to be able to say that you totally initiated the meeting of the minds.

Entrapment means luring you into behavior you might not normally do. If they approach YOU, then that would weaken their case.

Conversely, I would think what these girls need to do to protect themselves, is pat the guys CHEST for a wire, rather than fishing in his britches.

Do you have the money for a lawyer and the time it will take for you to successfully defend yourself in a court of law ? That's the real question.

Keep it simple guys.

ONLY ask the girl if she needs a ride. If she doesn't get in immediately or wants to negotiate outside of the car, MOVE ON.

If she gets in just make small talk with her until you are out of the area and are certain you aren't being followed by the POPO or her pimp.

If you are stopped or harassed, BE POLITE and keep your answers simple. "I'm going home" or "I'm going to a friends" are all you should offer to the officer. If he tries to pry into your affairs any further than that simply do not respond to the questions and ask him if you are "free to go".

The questions you are asked by police officers seem innocent enough BUT what they are really doing is compiling evidence for a criminal case against you !

There is a reason you have the right to remain silent.

good advice, It's been on here many times by a variety of members, but a reminder never hurts! I would reiterate, if stopped, Keep your mouth shut!! NEVER volunteer anything. LE will say all kinds of things to trip you up, they WILL lie to you. LE knows most people don't know jack sh1t about their rights. They may tell you you are under arrest, they may handcuff you, but unless they actually observe a crime or find illegal substances on you or in your car or if you have some other warrant, they'll have to eventually let you go. Judges and prosecutors don't like their time wasted on fruitless cases where there is no evidence whatsoever. Just picking up a gal that is walking down the street is not a crime as far as I know. I am also of the opinion that even if LE tells you to stay off a certain street/area, they don't have that authority. Stay away orders come from judges not street LE.

Since I have a little knowledge of the law, I thought I'd comment for you guys as well. You are on the right track with not saying anything until she gets in the car. You are pretty much guaranteed she's not LE if she does. Though it's possible, I've never heard of a PD that would let a female officer get in the car. The issue is the nature of the crime. SWs are basically trying to earn a buck, so it's pretty rare that they'd carry or pull a weapon on an officer even when facing arrest. The Johns on the other hand are out to get some sex and if you talk to any of the girls you pick up, you know that many of them will abduct, beat, and rape the girls to get it. Given that solicitation is not considered a major or violent crime, that's just too much risk for most PDs to take. Plus, believe me, they get plenty of dopes even without getting into the cars. I wouldn't give a guarantee, but if she gets in, you can be pretty sure that she isn't PD. What you got to be careful of is if LE sees her get in or sees where you park to do the deed.

Every city is different, but there are typically 4 components LE has to get to convict solicitation, what you want to do (some sexual activity), how much you are paying, a specific place, and a time. Things like "I'll give you 20 roses" won't protect you. Safest bet is to only negotiate in the car. I've actually pulled up to decoys, had them open my door and not get in and try to negotiate that way. I just drove off and they could do nothing about it. Also note that the first thing she did when she opened the door was a scan of the backseat and rest of the car looking for anything visible that she could bust me on. Don't be stupid out there.

All the risk is on the SWs. They are getting into a strange car that could either be someone looking to hurt them or arrest them. The LE check does NOT protect her. Cops are not supposed to show their junk or feel hers, but many will do this for an arrest. I've known some that have arrested the girls after they finished with them. LE is totally allowed to give money and, of course, when the SW takes it, she's committed the crime, so that doesn't protect her either.

Bottom line is that if you follow the rules people have talked about here, you have all the protection and she basically has none. But that's why we pay them the big bucks right? The most common way of getting arrested is having LE pull up on your parking spot or just see a known SW in your car and pulling you over and finding drugs or other contraband. So just be aware and be careful.

A couple of weeks ago, I posted a review of Michelle on Prospect.

I decided to try my luck in the Prospect/Churchman/Minnesota area.

This is really bizarre but worth noting. On Cl, I noticed someone had posted that a number was a direct number to the Zionsville PD! Not really believing anything that I read on that dumb site I did a little investigative work of my own and started looking closely at numbers and tried to match up the prefix's that I was familiar with to a town. On three occasions the numbers either were a perfect match or were an obvious extension to the direct number of three different PD's. All in Hamilton county. Noblesville is in there with a 776-1700 number which is like one number off. Westfield is also in on the action (which seems really bizarre because who would of thought that Westfield had any action. :)

While I don't think calling an escort is a criminal act, I do think that this could be a way to collect a ton of information to build a case. Especially since the girls usually insist on a non blocked number to protect themselves and give them some semblance of peace.

Well, I was the one who posted the warning on CL after I saw the Zville thing there, and that was my first instinct (that someone is playing a stupid prank). But, after looking through other ads and checking about the other Hamilton Co. numbers (pointed out in this thread) I think they really are just using department numbers for these setups.

Since we are either wrong (no big deal) or we're right (and we're pissing in our own Wheaties by pointing this out to everyone, including the piggys) maybe we should just get done with this and not talk anymore.

The temperature really dropped in Indy today and it showed on the streets. I cruised east Michigan, 10th, NY, & Washington around 8 pm and there was no one out. I've seen all the good reports from the State/Prospect area and headed over that way.

Right away, I saw several that I decided not to stop for. First, due to the cold, it was very hard to see what I'd be getting in to under all the clothes. Did some mongering again Saturday early afternoon. Started on e 10th, nothing going on. Decided to try the fountian square area, the recent reports of activity at least gave me hope even tho that area has rarely been successful for me. I spent a few hours strolling Fountain Sq., E. Wash, W. 10th and Church/Minn. areas on Thursday evening to no avail. Guess it was too cold to be out.

VIP in Warsaw was closed a couple of years ago after being raided and mamasan and therapist were arrested. It was great AMP with TS and good service.
