bj's go from 30-40 depending on the sw. Your best bet is to start low and see what they are willing to for. One good tactic is to offer them $30 for a bj and $10 for a facial. A lot of sw's are willing to go for this. The prices have been a bit lower recently.

Still thinking about the beauty in heels I saw around lunch time, I drove back on ECB after work around 5:00. There was some lesser talent out but LE was clamping down pretty hard. Cruised the Blvd Tues. I saw a good looking girl; curvy, with platinum blond pig tails, denim capri's, gold pumps with matching bag and a beautiful wiggle in her walk.
I thought that she was white but after I got a closer look, I think she was a light skinned bsw. She crossed the street and went into a fast food joint

Can you guys offer any tips to a fellow monger from Chicago? I'm an accomplished veteran of the Chicago street scene, but new to the So Cal scene. I've lived here in So Cal for almost two years now, but haven't really participated in the street scene because TJ is so close. TJ is truly a monger's heaven, but I miss the thrill of the hunt for SW's. I've done some window shopping in Riverside and Pomona, but never actually picked up any girls there.
After reading the San Diego board, I thought I'd give your fair city a try. So the information I'm looking for is:
1. What are the going rates?
2. Areas to avoid
3. ECB?...am I correct in assuming that it is El Cajon Blvd?
4. Anything else that you think is pertinant
A public or private message reply is fine with me.
I think this weekend, I'll do some recon activity to get a lay of the land and plot my escape routes. I probably won't pick up anyone on this recon yet. If I get too horny, there is always TJ.

The rates for bj's are from $20-$40 depending on the sw. Sometimes there is a lot of out of town sw's who will try and charge $50 or $60 for a bj. Don't give into the high prices and drive up the rates for all of us please.
The main area is on El Cajn blvd from Texas to 73rd. Most of the sw's hang out on west ecb from Texas to I-15. There are sw's on east ECB usually. The other places are El Cajon city, but the action has been fairly slow recently. Mainly old skanks and a bsw or 2. There is some sw's in National city near Main & Division, but it''s the same as El Cajon city.
The main crusing times is from 3pm to 9pm. The action is fairly hit and miss. there are sw's out a lot, but don't count finding a good one. Your best bet is to cruise and follow the forum to get a feel for what he action is like.
Try and cruise during week if you can. Weekends are dead a lot.

Not to worry..I have no intention of paying newbie rates and spoiling the fun for my fellow horndogs. That's why I asked. The going rates for BJ's in Chicago are the same $20-40...but it was easy to talk them into taking $20.

Took a cruise. Saw the Slim WSW. She went quick. Went to the ol’ trusty AMP but my go-to girl was gone. Went for a pinch hitter. Cruised ECB from Texas to I-15 from 3 pm until about 4:30. Things were pretty weak at first. Saw bsw Jetta from CL east of the 805. She used to be out a lot last year before she moved to Vegas. She is tall and thin and seems cool at first but stay away. She is bad news. Several other sws out but nothing great. Then . . .
About 3:30 things started hopping west of the 805. I saw some real treats. The sws in photo 1 looked better from the back than from the front. They were not out long. The light-skinned bsw in photos 2 and 3 was really hot. I let an HVAC truck come into my lane from McDonald's and then he proceeded to scoop her up before I could. I didn't see that coming. I was pissed but had to score one for the working man. He knew how to use his break time and had no idea he was cutting me off. I also saw Alize out. I really like the photos and they are of great value to all members. Member photos give us a preview of the sw's that are out there.
Not really sure what planet member2894 is on. But the real value is that at least we know there is some sw's that are worth crusing for. This is especially true with the high gas prices.

Despite Member #2984's rantings, pictures add a dimension to the board, giving us an idea of who's out there, the amount of SW activity and appealing photographic eye candy. I think Clicker 619, Seek 899 and Cres Prophet up in Pomona should be encouraged to continue. Their pics make the board more interesting and informative.

I actually enjoy the photos that are taken from the field. Even if he did not phuck them it does help to Establish some sort of common ground. For instance, someone can say that a color is blue, while another person describes the color as 'baby blue!'
The same thing goes for sw and their ratings. Someone may thing that one sw is good looking, while on the other hand another monger may perceive her to be a 'sea urchin!'
So the photos do help and in fact, have a tie to the site, despite being limited but nonetheless- should not be shrugged off and come under harsh scrutinity!
Keep 'Clicking'-In your photos Clicker 619, there are many out there that enjoy them. Plus, we can all make our own judgements from them and take away whatever we want from them.

Cruised briefly this afternoon around 4pm. Saw a few sw's out,but they nothing very exceptional. Saw this one older blonde who was being very skittish. This was the same one from last week that kept wandering around aimlessly. Headed on up to east ecb, saw one possible hsw.

Not much to log. Amount of talent has gone down. Ventured out on Saturday afternoon. More condo sign spinners than SW on ECB. 3-4 BSW from Fairmount to Texas.
Tues - Lunch time. Nada. Zippo. Empty. Or they all got scooped up by I drove by.

Got off late from work yesterday and took a quick cruise on ECB from Texas to I-15, around 8 pm. There was brisk, summer action on "the Blade" (heard a sw call the ECB strip that -- shoulda asked her why). Action was on both sides of the I-15, but nothing stayed out long. Saw over a dozen sws, mostly average-looking bsws but one hot bsw in a halter top and tight clam-diggers by Burger King. Saw Blossom out and may have seen Snow briefly east of the 805. If it was Snow, she was wearing pants and was gone when I turned around. Two lsws in skirts were walking around Hollywood Video. The thinner one got picked up quickly, leaving the nervous-looking, thicker one for me so I passed.

Thursday- lunchtime, from 40th to Texas, hardly anyone out. Made 2 passes and saw no one. Not one BSW out. Well there was one WSW, regular about 30-40y. O. And smartly relocated to the pep boys. More action. Guys were circling the block, cause they could see the ladies better. However black and whites were on the backstreets. I counted at least 4 black and whites. And noticed 3 undercover cars. I cruised a little more. So that I could recognize the undercover ladies (help me in the future. LOL) hehehhe. This was better than my $10 movie.
My. 02 cents. Sdpd. Cant afford to do stings everynight. Plus if they are out too much. Guys will catch onto their techinques. Spot them like a sore thumb. Rule of thumb. Watch and see who else is looking at any new girls on the block. And maybe we can stay out of those stainless steel handcuffs.

A few reports back someone mentioned cops on bikes. This has been a busy week for me, and all of trips were to San Diego. My work vehicle is such that it can be seen anywhere at almost any time without attracting attention.
So each day, I decided to visit one of the food stops on ECB while my group was doing their thing. I too, have seen cops on bikes. And it appears to be an everyday thing.
My guess is that they will be here throughout the summer months.

I went looking in Clairemont Mesa for a new mongering vehicle (the current one is getting a bit long in the tooth) and then returned back to ECB at about 7:00. Western area was dynamite! I haven’t seen this much action is a long time!
I counted 14 slender BSW’s, a 20ish strawberry blonde and a chunky blonde with permed waist length hair west the 15. Most were west of 805.
Action quickly petered out, with only about three more (and all BSW’s) east of 805.
ECC was dead, one high mileage (possible homeless) blonde with short hair in the middle of town.
Sadly, due to a computer glitch I don’t get paid until tomorrow. But most of the BSW’s look REALLY hot. Is there a provider convention going on? These are Vegas/CL style females.

The bike cops are still fairly rare occurrence. ECB are is just to big a area to cover by bike, The other factor is that the cops have limited resources. The cops could be starting to crack down again. The vice cops has not ran a sting in quite awhile. The cops have been running some community meetings. So it would be good to find out if the community has been up in arms recently about the sw's.

I use a 5 megapixel camera with a 5x zoom. I think anything over 3 megapixels is fine for posting so use your budget to try to get the largest OPTICAL zoom you can. When I bought mine several months ago there were some 12x zooms out which were coming down in price. That would be awesome to be able to snap photos so far away the sw could not see what you were doing. Its still kinda tricky with a 5x zoom. Also, some zoom cameras have a larger profile and the lens really pokes out when zooming. With those, its hard to be subtle when trying to snap a photo of a sw looking your way.
There are lots of free software programs which allow you to use a digital zoom and crop the photos (to remove other people, cars etc which are in the photo) and resize them for uploading. Its not difficult after you play around with it for a while. I'm linking some prior posts which helped me.
Other than Jackson's rules, there are no rules about how to post the photos. I like to post the best photo or two of a sw and I try to crop out any person or auto which gets in the picture. Several years ago, a monger posted a photo on ecb which had a sw approaching MY car. I was not concerned regarding LE because that's not proof of anything but he was cool and removed the photo when I sent him a message. A crop job is easy and avoids implicating anyone or some poor slob that happens to get in the photos. Also, a bunch of photos of the same girl is not as helpful, but hell, we'll all still look at them. Good luck.
I have a very old digi camera from about 6 years ago. The nice thing about it is it has a 10X OPTICAL zoom. Digital zoom is worthless so don't bother with this spec when shopping for a camera. Also, a 5X optical zoom with 3X digital zoom DOES NOT equate to a 15X total zoom as far as quality is concerned.
Also, save gas and just park somewhere where you'll have a decent view of the blvd. They'll come out sooner or later. Less time driving means less gas burned, less chance of an accident, & less chance of getting spotted by LE. I've been able to pick out undercover LE in the past by playing sitting duck. I can even spot regular mongers.
. . . I agree with Click619. Go for the optical zoom spec only. Don’t worry about the Digital zoom spec in a camera. Think of it this way, the “optical zoom” is the zoom lens adjustment you make “before” you take the picture. The “digital zoom” on the other hand is the zoom adjustment you make “after” the photo is taken. In other words, the digital zoom is simply enlarging the photo while cropping it to fit the screen automatically. Digital zoom can usually be accomplished in the camera or after you download the image onto the computer and use any editing photo software like Photoshop to zoom "in".
The other important factor is the resolution or the megapixel capacity of the camera. The higher the megapixel of the image, the sharper the image will turn out, but you have to set the camera to the highest resolution before taking the picture. This setting however, also uses up more memory and lowers the total number of picture you can store onto the memory card at one time. A lower resolution settings allows you to store more photos, but lessen the sharpness of the image. The advantage with setting the camera to the highest resolution when taking the picture is that it allows you to digital zoom “in” and still keep the image relatively sharp as compared to zooming “in” the same amount with lower resolution photos. With the lower resolution photos, if you zoom in, the quality (sharpness) suffers and if you zoom in too much, you will start getting pixelation. (the little square blocks that start showing up)
There are other factors involved like shutter speed, lighting, focus etc, but if you set the camera to auto, these are normally not an issue. Holding the camera steady while taking the picture is also important in the quality of the picture you take.
So, go for a camera with at least 3 Megapixel capacity. The more the better and go for the highest optical zoom you can find. Use only the optical zoom when taking a picture since you can always use digital zoom anytime afterwards. I say this because I am under the impression/understanding that some cameras allow you to use the digital zoom feature before the photo is taken, but I could be wrong. I don’t see how it can be done, but I am not an expert with cameras either.
Then you also need to practice to get familiar with whatever camera you buy. Don’t do what I do sometimes with my small and compact 5 megapixels Sony DSC-T1 ( size of a deck of cards). I keep forgetting and end up putting my finger slightly in front and close to the lens while holding it. I get the flash light reflection off the tip of my finger and it screws up the image big time.

I do some stuff on eBay and there is a free program available called Powertoys (I can't remember if it is a Microsoft product or someone wrote it to work with Microsoft products) but use a search engine with the keywords "image resizing" and then find the one that mentions powertoys.
Takes about 30 seconds to download and very easy to use: right click on your image (even when in the Windows picture viewer mode) a small menu comes up, click on resize and then choose the size and click OK. Creates a second file of the size you want to use.
Gotta get a good camera for mongering. I have some great 35mm equipment that would take great pictures at quite a distance, but it's a little obvious when in use.
One of my friends from the Midwest is (IMHO) trying to be a vigilante, he rigged his car with 4 digital cameras and used those small 5" TV's as monitors. I've seen his shots, he takes pictures of suspected gang members and graffiti, if I had the cash I'd set up the monger vehicle the same way.

Yes the cops do target the better looking sw's. A lot of this depends on what mood cops are in. The one good thing this year is that the cops have not been cracking down to hard this year. The action was really bad last year after several stories about prostitution rings and a new vice dept boss. Hopefully we will see some new hot sw's soon.

You have to have luck with short cruises these days. Many of the same old sws were out (Alize, Gina from LA, fat Stephanie, etc.) but a few new faces. Some were very blatant by Hollywood Video and there were several pimps chasing girls around the Burger King and that strip mall across the street. I cruised the city of El Cajon and east ECB yesterday around lunch time.
El Cajon city was dead.

Finding good action at a reasonable price is really hit and miss these days. Your best bet is to cruise from 7-9:30. Any earlier and you will find only some expensive picky wsw's. Not terrible but certainly nothing to rave about as far as Seattle is concerned. Considering that SD girls are on average much better looking (what else would you expect from a renowned beach city?) and that TJ is a quick drive away I'll take SD any day.

For the entire year of 2006 there has been a whopping total of 59 posts on the SF boards. SD has over 500 posts thus far. Here is a quote from the SF board;

Its too bad they rarely ever post pics of International though.Like yourself, I'm a vet on RB (and a regular in the international forum). Same nick/handle + 619. Having relocated back to Socal from the Bay Area, I witnessed first hand the slow demise of the street action in the Tenderloin. I wouldn't put all the blame on Five-O. Part of (okay, a big part) of the problem was the large presense of wanna be pimps. It got so bad that the pimps out numbered the girls and the hobbyist combined. I wouldn't use the San Francisco post on this board as a barometer of the current scene up there though. For San Francisco street action, RB is the definite place, not to mention other relavent news. I actually found out about Jackson's court victory in the case against him filed by WSG while reading some threads in RB.
Action can still be found in the TL. There's not a finer looking hoe than Lisa in the TL. She still works it.
BTW, for any of you former bay area residents who frequented Market Street Cinema, Liz has relocated back to San Diego and works at Deja Vu in Kearny Mesa. She still provides extras, but not in the club. You'd have to make arrangements with her for a rendevous between her afternoon and evening shifts at the club. She goes by a different stage name in San Diego, which I don't remember at the moment.

Cruised last night around 9pm. There was 3 or 4 sw's out, but they were all bsw's.
Cruised this evening and the action was quite slow. Saw that one blonde Kris out. Tried talking to her, but she was being picky.
I have also noticed that a lot of the sw's like fat Stephanie and Aiza has left town. I am not sure what has happened since the cops have been fairly low key recently. Hopefully the action will pick up soon.
