Eden is the only place I don't have access to because they insist on the Linkedin profile screenshot.
I'm honestly surprised BG are as picky as they are. They may have been around for a while but they've lost their best girls from the sound of it and the current lineup just doesn't measure up. They're easily 3rd best right now.

But I have used the other three PV companies. Generally you call in the morning to set up an appointment later in the day. You will call again when you arrive at the location to get permission to go to unit. When approaching the unit be as discrete as possible.
Upon entering, you will be led to the room by the provider. Unless otherwise asked you will leave the agreed upon payment somewhere obvious. It is usually good practice to go in the bathroom to at least freshen up a little, wash your hands, etc.
The rest of the session is up to the provider, if the person is new I let them lead. Many will start with a massage but not all. The rest kinda goes from there based on your connection with the provider.
It's not likely lack of tipping, although pushing for extras all the time and then not tipping is making it look to her you are using her, no matter how well the chemistry worked a few times. These girls don't need the guys coming over there to get fuck buddies, they can find it easily outside, just go sit at a bar and how many guys you think will be hitting on them, some of them may be younger and in better shape than the average joe coming to a place like this. But if we're talking about bans there's a distinction to be made between not tipping after asking (or 'pushing' for one) and not tipping after she's offered for free.
