Co-sign. That was pretty much my 2019 experience except she removed bottoms back then, but I could barely touch her crotch as that was too much for the house fee. However, pics looked hotter back then and I didn't think that was her until you shared your experience.

Location: I like the crystal city location. Closer for me, but have to pay for parking. The apartment they're in is ince.

It sounds almost like they want newbie customer for the past year or so, from what I gathered. Although they still entertain regular old timers, it seems they understand the old dogs have tasted different experience that can no longer be supported. Easy to train new folks than teach the old dogs new tricks.

I've read this entire forum and it seems like it will be difficult to break through without being there before or having referrals. Thanks! I wish I could provide new reviews on some new ladies, but I generally stick to Emma, Natalie, and occasionally Amber at Eden.Seen Anna a bunch of times in the past. She's a sweetheart and much more into the session than Maria. If you're into extras without paying an arm and a leg however, not sure I would recommend either. Anna is more GND pretty.
This is just my experience, other's may vary.
Of the current crew, my recommendations are Becca at ST and Courtney at DT (rarely on schedule and seems to disappear by day of so who knows).
If Brooke, Channel, or Jade return, I would see them over everyone.

They use massage tables so nice back massage with a manual release on the flip. Normally the models will leave their panties on. I have never had anything more additional requested or implied.

If you want FS, DT is probably your best option of the PV places based on information gleaned from this forum. That said extras are available from certain ST models.
In terms of body type, the website does a pretty good job with body dimensions other than the weights maybe being a little generous on the low side sometimes. Becca is great but she is pretty slim and has natural B breast. Of the models I have seen, Nia has a nice set of tits and was at least seemed a little willing with extras with me although I didn't push too much on my first and only visit. The pictures on the website make her appear slimmer than she looked on my visit. Kendall is new and has some mixed reviews here but is listed as a D on the website.
ST uses an apartment complex with both a bed and a couch available, but my experience has always been on the bed. I would expect either a massage with mutual touch or the equivalent of a very high contact lap dance. Most of the times the models will get completely naked but not always. Extras depend on the girl, her comfort with you (expect more options on the 2nd and later visits), and of course $$.

It has been a while since I reported on Eden, but my couple favorites are not there anymore. Tried Amber and it was a bit meh. She received me with a goth girl look that I was not expecting from her pictures. Her massage was very very light, and something that I found weird was that she was asking every minute if she was allowed to move her hand to other parts of the body. It's been a long time since I've dreamt of Eden as I usually leave wondering why did I go there and do I not understand why knowing history is important.
However, my usual PVs at ST, BG, and DT were all not available at the time that was convenient for me so I decided to take a chance despite no reviews and only so/so pictures.
I've never gotten anything on my several trips to Eden with different girls and this trip was no different with standard NOVA finish that is guaranteed at all PV places.
Yet, Rachel was pretty, easy going, and I have to admit, I had a decent time and would even repeat even without any insinuation that next dream would open up more doors.
Although the bottom stayed on (I declined tip just for that), she allowed some roaming, good access to the girls while she played with Mr Johnson and teased me as if BJ was on the table. For house fee and no expectation of any extras, it was a decent experience overall (probably because her personality was chill and there wasn't any hard sell).

Most independents will have a built-in tip reflected in their rates (unless otherwise stated) and so it's not expected of you to tip on top of that (though of course it's always appreciated).
For PV there's no expectation to tip if you're just receiving a standard massage and HJ. I personally have never encountered a girl (whether it was at DT, ST or BG) who expected a tip for a no-frills finish.
If you're receiving any extras however, it's generally expected of you to tip accordingly. Some girls will spell out their extras and corresponding rates in no uncertain terms.
