Anyway, we get seated back from but in front of the stage. What a dead f'ing place. A bunch of suits on business and they all come to the club solo, kinda sneaking around behind the SO, slumming a little while away on business to peek at a little cooter. Screw that, when I go to a strip club I prefer to TAKE a girlfriend, forget about hiding it. But since I was playing the conservative type for my buddy, plus I don't want a DUI (a problem I don't need) I order a coke while my buddy razzes me about not ordering a drink. ...So I run on about a coupla businesses I have thought about trying and, since I am trying to test her limits, I drop the notion that I would be interested in running an escort service, just to see what her reaction was. Speaking of old time w**re houses, there used to be one where the McDonalds was on Washington Boulevard and Martin Luther King Boulevard. The drought is due partially to heightened LE presence, but also to a major gentrification effort under way on lower Garrison, just north of Gwynns Falls.
If you drive by, you will see old houses being rehabbed and offered for sale for $300K-plus. Several new infill houses are also being constructed in an area that has traditionally had willing ladies waiting for rides and whatever else at bus stops. They often signal their availability with a nod or other universally understood behavior. Needless to say, gentrification is likely to push them out of the area, but not before increased undercover presence nabs a couple of unsuspecting mongers.
An interesting situation prevails a bit south of that intersection at Elgin and Garrison. There is an almost 24/7 availability of ladies (including young ones) there (and side steets) who are obviously working. I have never had the courage to pick up anyone there because the area is too easy for surveillance. You decide you own tolerance level.
Further up, near the Forest Park library, it's a hit and miss. Bus stop ladies may be available, again using universal language, at all hours, but gentrification is coming there as well. There is a huge building lot across from the library that will no doubt sprout overpriced townhouses sooner of later.
Further up, closer to Wabash, constant police presence has dampened business. Be careful.

Many of you share my frustration because the ladies are so difficult to track down. A favorite of mine, Miss N, for example, is always out of minutes. If I were in her shoes, I would have a separate cell dedicated for business only that would always have minutes on it because that's essential for business. Why she doesn' realize that beats me. It's particularly maddening because in the past when she has had minutes, we have agreed on a meeting spot. When she has seen me approaching, she has called, asking "Do you see me? I'm just across the street."
That way her jumping in to my car looks like a prearranged meeting and not like an obvious pickup. I appreciate such professionalism.
Brethren, how do you deal with this communications dilemma? Our friends in the cloak and dagger business use preassigned mail drops for messages, but that's a hell of a lot of trouble with females who are not very disciplined to begin with. I have tried to tell them that if we miss a prearranged telephone contact on the set day, we should repeat the contact the very next day at the same time. But that doesn't work, either. Maybe they have been told what many spies believe that a failed contact means that the operation has been compromised. I wouldn't worry about that too much. None of our transgressions are punishable by death.
I respect the privacy of the ladies because they respect mine. Most of the time I don't even know where they live (and their lives are so messy they are constantly on the move). But trying to maintain a stable of regulars who would be available at a short notice is almost impossible.

Second you want a dependable SW, if they were dependable, halfway decent looking, could answer a phone, keep an appointment and hold their shit together they would be incall or outcall escort's not a SW. Proposal For Lockdown Zones Withdrawn


A proposal to allow sections of Baltimore to be declared emergency zones and subjected to more intense policing is going nowhere.

Most of the city council members spoke against the proposal Monday night. Councilman Robert Curran, the sponsor of the bill, withdrew it.

The bill would have given the mayor the authority to establish lockdown zones where police could limit the number of people who gather on streets and sidewalks, halt traffic and close bars and liquor stores.

Curran said he had hoped with the proposal to control the city's homicide rate. A similar crime-fighting approach is being advocated in Philadelphia by the Democratic nominee for mayor, Michael Nutter.

In response to some of your PM's, I decided to go over to the APEX adult theater today and try to find out a little more information for you.

The new owners took over about 4 or 5 years ago. Their intent was to turn the theater into a strip club. Long story short, they were turned down after several appeals. The neighbors did not want a strip club in their neighborhood, plus there is a school just around the block. Those two issues killed it.

In talking with the manager and a couple of the regular theater goers, I also found out the following:

The owners have decided to try an experiment with showing two gay/bi-sexual movies only on Thursdays. Thursdays are their slowest days so management wanted to try something different to drum up business. The rest of the time, they will continue to show two straight movies.

Speaking about gay movies, you can expect to see a lot of gay action going on in the theater. The APEX is like any other adult theater, ABS, and other places that have peeps. They will attract a lot of gays. It's something you have to contend with.

There are guys constantly circling inside the theater looking for opportunities. If you are approached by some guy, just wave him off or tell him no thanks softly and that will end it. Don't be intimidated.

Ladies are free when accompanied by a paid escort. This is currently being advertised on the marquee out front. They are hoping that getting more women to come in the theater will bring in more guys (business).

Friday and Saturday night, between 9 pm and 12 am, are the best times to find couples there.

Management knows what is going on inside the theater and have NO problem with it as long as there are no complaints or things don't get out of hand. LE has pretty much left the APEX alone so it's fairly safe to play.

I asked two of the regulars (who are there about 4 times per week) there if they heard and/or were aware of any shootings or stabbing in the theater. These guys are in the know, believe me. They said there was an argument between two guys about 5 years ago when one pulled a knife on the other, but nothing happened nor was anyone hurt.

They said if there were any shootings or stabbing they would definitely know about it. Additionally, they said if such did happen, LE would probably shut down the theater. The neighbors would like to see the theater closed. He said that it's likely that someone made up the story.

He also said that I should have been there last Wednesday afternoon when 3 couples came into play. That is very unusual to occur during the week. When I was there today, a couple did come in to show and play. It was one of those look, but don't touch deals.

She claimed to be working for LE, helping them bust johns, and our conversation was on "tape"-holding up her cell phone. She wanted $100 or she would have the LE close in on me. I started driving down Church street towards Rte 2, telling her that we could go to a police station and they can sort it out. She started calling on her cell phone, telling the "LE" that I was in the car that they had seen her get into, where we were, and where we were heading. She backed down from the $100 to $20, and when I said no, she dialed 911. I heard the 911 operator answer, and she said she was being raped, and needed a police officer. By then, we're at the corner of Church and Rte 2, and no shit, a AA Cty officer comes up with lights ablazin! He was pulling someone else into the 7-11, so I pulled in after him. She decided that was enough, I gave her $5 to GTF out of my car. I told her that someone will not be as nice as I was about this and she was headed for an asswhipping someday.

Looking back, I can't believe I went for her shit at all. I could have grabbed the phone out of her hand and tossed it out the window. She did have me going for a second and if I had gotten rough with her, I probably would have ended up with scratches, which I really don't want. Ultimately, the SWs have much less to lose than we do, and getting them out of our car is worth $5, $20, and even more sometimes. They will get what's coming to them eventually. I makes me realize why I'm always nice to the ones that deliver what they say they will.

Laurie is blond, maybe 5'4, slim, nice teeth, clean skin, says she's 32, used to dance at the Mousetrap, from Chesapeake/Northeast HS in AA Cty, tattoo of yin/yang on her left calf. I don't think she's into giving any service, just trying to rip people off.

This same shit happened to me about a year ago in DC. In my case, she used her direct-connect function of her phone to connect with "LE". I had already given her $100 for the deed, but she told me if I did not give her another $100, she and her "LE partner" would take me in.

There was some really weird shit happening on the W/W loop tonight. I should have guessed it would be weird being it's a full moon night.

I am not sure where to start since so much happened. LE swarmed the place. I saw 19 LE cruisers - yep, that's right nineteen! That in itself is a record. And 9 SW's in my marathon 2 1/2 hours of cruising.

I saw a nice girl on Ramsey who was wearing jeans, a pink blouse, and sunglasses. We made eye contact but it was just too busy around there and I didn't feel comfortable.

Who should be standing on Payton but our friend Lulu. I must be her new best friend because she waved frantically at me so I would stop. No thanks. She was there about an hour later. Guess she hasn't figured it out yet.

As I turned onto St. Benedict, three LE cruisers were blocking the street and writing up some guy(s). They were a little early for the open air drug market, but it didn't stop LE.

I hit all the side streets and almost every where I turned there was LE. I couldn't shake them. An ULE cop followed me for 4 blocks before he turned off. I seemed to be cursed. That should have been an omen of things to come, but being hard headed I proceeded mongering.

I was driving down Wilkens when I spotted Angela sweeping off the roadway several feet from the curb between Pulaski and Wilkens. No she wasn't wearing an orange jump suit. lol I decided to pass not sure what to make of what she was doing.

I spun over to Washington and there were 2 LE cruisers with their lights flashing and they were arresting some guy who had his hands cupped behind his head. I also saw Shannon who was geeking out on Washington. I reported on her a month ago and wanted to trying someone different.

I headed back to Wilkens and turned on Brunswick to find Patty talking with some guy in his car and then they took off. I slowed down hoping she would be available, but no such luck. Patty is really a nice girl and you won't be disappointed if you pick her up.

While cruising down the side streets again, I saw a SW on crutches on Catherine looking for a ride. Man, things must be desperate.

Then I saw a nice brunette walking down Wilkens wearing a white top and black biker shorts. I looked at her and she gave me a quick glance. I pulled up in front of her and she kept walking........ apparently a civilian.

While I was doing all this driving around, you should have seen some of the other drivers. They drove like old people fuck! One guy made a U turn right in front of me on Ramsey without a signal. Other guys stopped in the middle of the street to talk with friends or made turns from the wrong lanes.

I decided to give it one more try before heading home. As I passed the Salvation Army, there was Kelly standing next to the bus stop. I pulled onto a side street, she got in and we took off.

I don't know if she is the good or bad Kelly Horsetrader recently reported on. This Kelly is 38 y/o, 5' 11" tall, strawberry blonde, B/C cups, clean, wore perfume, shaved kitty, and has 5 kids. She was pleasant, reasonably attractive, nice figure, and left me satisfied.

The place I work at was built in 1996, and the address shows up as just an empty field. And no, you jackasses; I don't work in an empty field cutting grass all day.

Went to W/W earlier today.

Picked up a WSW on monroe, ended up throwing her back because of a funky attitude. 7 on SW scale, hopped in the car, too many questions, lit a cigarette without asking etc.

Junky, there has been a definite increase in LE pressure around the loops and elsewhere in Baltimore where crime is soaring. You might want to read some of our posts in the Off-topic and Mongering Basics threads where I and some of our other members go into detail about the LE tactics being used and the political climate fueling it.

Mayor Dixon is apparently taking a lot of heat over the significant increase in the Baltimore murder rate when compared with previous years. She is asking for additional resources to combat it.

LE is not so much interested in mongers, but are concentrating on the drug dealers and violent crime (i.e., murder). To a lesser extent, they are also going after the SW's to pressure them to give up the names of their drug dealers and other crime they know about.

It's a vicious cycle that revolves around election time and when there is a significant increase in violent crime from previous years.

On Friday I was driving by Brooklyn after work and spotted a very attractive girl walking down Patapsco toward Fairhaven, I assumed she was just a civilian but had to take a closer look. Went back and got "the look" as I drove by so I stopped to check it out. Said her name was Michelle and that she was 20 y.o. She had a really young looking face and I sure as hell wasnt going to get caught with jailbait so i kicked her out immediatly. She gave me her digits incase i "changed my mind" but i had no way of proving her age and i wasnt going to risk it.... While in Baltimore recently, I noticed something that I had never noticed (or at least paid attention to) during prior visits. I saw people extending their arms and motioning up and down, as if to indicate "slow down". I saw this both near Pimlico, and again in Pigtown.

I don't believe it is a SW wave, as I saw some guys doing it. I assume it's some type of drug signaling. Does anyone know what this means?

Like so many of us, I'm always working on the next civilian girlfriend. We are driving in my general purpose car, which is not my mongermobile. She wants a pen and digs into the passenger door side pocket and pulls out a clear plastic tube that is about 6" long and 1" in diameter and says "what's this?". My immediate reaction was "that's a piece of precision test equipment, please be very careful with it." She carefully replaces it in the door pocket and asks no more questions.

After our date, I opened up the tube and found a crack pipe carefully wrapped in gauze and a tiny ziplock bag with something that looks like rock (though I'm not an expert). It must have been left by one of the two hookers that has ever been in that car. The door side pockets on that car are so narrow and deep that my fat hand can't even reach the bottom. I'll make darn sure to check more carefully next time.

Picked up a WSW on monroe, ended up throwing her back because of a funky attitude. 7 on SW scale, hopped in the car, too many questions, lit a cigarette without asking etc.

Picked up another, 7 again, around catherine, 8 on SW scale, cute, shapely around 21yo, brown hair blue eyes. Messing with the radio, shouting out the car window, got to the secluded spot and tried to upsale, immediately took her back and kicked her out.

Getting frustrated because the whole thing is taking too long, found another WSW, brunette, slutty looking with tight red shirt and cutoff jeans, 7 on SW scale but another 1. 5 points for knowing how to work the look.

Got in the car, took her to the park, she was skilled with the BBBJ and the delay and frustration made for a gigantic, albeit too quick cim. One jack plus tip and out.

I wasn't quite sure what to expect this evening. I saw a total of 6 SW's and 4 LE cruisers in the one loop I made. After spending 2 1/2 hours looping W/W last Friday, I planned to make one quick loop and then go home.

PP was also void of any SW's, but 2 LE cruisers with their lights flashing stopped some guy right on East Baltimore. There was a lot of civilian activity: joggers, couples walking, and stoop sitters enjoying the nice evening.

As I cruised down Wilkens, I spotted Angela sitting on her door step with her boyfriend, Mike. She waved and I turned around and picked her up. I have been with Angela several times before, but not recently so I was interested in seeing how she was doing.

Angela is 35 y/o, jet black hair, 5' 8" tall, 135 lbs., 36 B, part Native American, trimmed kitty, clean, wore perfume, very pleasant, eager to please, honest, and talkative. She is probably the best that W/W loop has to offer in both performance, personality, and appearance (an "8").

It was nice being with Angela again and she didn't disappoint. She is very clean and always has good hygiene. You will never have to worry that Angela will steal anything since she is very honest.

Angela mentioned that the increased LE presence on Wilkens is due to 6 killings in the past 3 weeks. Those killed were all drug dealers probably over turf wars. All occurred near where she lives on Wilkens.

Angela was assaulted and robbed 2 weeks ago by 2 blacks who knocked her to the ground and stole her money. She was on the way to the store to buy a couple of subs for dinner when they attacked her. She would like to move out of the area but can't afford it.

She also filled me in on her personal life, her mom, boyfriend Mike, and other happenings around the area. It's been a tough year for her. Angela is one of these girls who you wish the best and hope some day she gets her life together and leaves the life.

Camden, I cruised passed PP around 7:30 pm. I only saw civilians walking around the park, no SW's. Possibly, the two LE cruisers who were stopped on East Baltimore with their lights flashing spooked them and they ran for cover.

Trav, while I am certainly no lawyer or have any legal knowledge either, it would appear to me that you can be arrested for almost anything. Being convicted is another story.

I seem to recall reading an article a while back where 40% to 60% of those arrested in Baltimore where NOT convicted of the alleged crime. I wish I could recall the article.

Even if that is true, LE wins just by arresting you because you are taken to jail, booked, will serve a few hours in jail until you can post bond, your car is towed which will cost you $100 or more to get it back, you name appears in the newspaper, you have to get a lawyer to defend you which will cost several thousand dollars, have to go to court, and the humiliation that you will be subject. In order words, you lose no matter what the outcome.

Getting to your specific questions. If a girl gets into your car uninvited while you are stopped at a light or stop sign or you offer a "ride" to her, I doubt that would be grounds for an arrest. Where it gets fuzzy, is when you are stopped with a known prostitute in your car. That could be grounds for being arrested, but not necessarily leading to a conviction (if you have a good lawyer).

The object would be not to discuss business until you are well out of the area and to let her bring up the subject first. Then you might be able to claim entrapment.

Got back from another freaking out of town business trip tonight the DSB's were deep so I elected to seek frothy up on my usual haunt.
Had some trepidation based on recent reports of lots of LE in the area and crappy pickings.
Left the house about 10 and cruised Wilkens, Scarey, Wash and the good old side streets. Ah the side streets.
Saw several WSW at various locations, many scooped up before my recon of LE posture and the lay of the land so to speak was completed to the point I was in a comfort zone. Even saw some jerkweed in a Jeep SUV back up on Wilkens, a good 300 feet or more, to get to a WSW he passed - never a good move.
Evenutally noted a WSW on Ashton, near Catherine, but another Monger was waiting for her but she waved as I drove past. She looked decent, relatviely clean, and not messed up. As I drove by, the car lights of the other monger seemed to be there too long so I looped around thinking perhaps she declined him. Came around but she was gone but looking down side streets I noticed the gap walking on Smallwood.
Bam, picked her up.
A 7 on SW scale A cups, hair was up slightly, she was clean, as in recently washed, and not too far gone from the drugs in terms of looks.
That being said, Her name Samantha.

It sure was.... that is, a giant cluster-fuck today.

You would think that after BGE raised their rates by 50% a week ago, they would have their act together and all would run smoothly. WRONG! Did they ever pick a bad day to have a power outage with the temperature soaring to a humid high of 100 degrees.

Traffic lights were out, stores closed because of no electricity, and so did gas stations for a short while this afternoon. At some of the intersections, you felt like you were entered into a demolition derby just trying to cross.

I made one sweep around the W/W loop, minus Pigtown, this afternoon and saw a total of 3 SW's and 2 LE cruisers. I can't blame the girls for not being out as the heat and humidity were horrible.

I also drove over to the Salvation Army to see if any girls were out, but none were in sight. I guess the black gang-bangers who were beating and robbing them scared most off.

That would require you to be tailed by other LEO as you drove. I suspect they would attempt to perform the bust within a few blocks. Of course, they may feel that you picking up someone is alone grounds for an arrest.
Trav, I seriously doubt LE would put one of their female decoys at risk and permit her to get into a monger's car for a simple misdemeanor arrest. It's too dangerous. There is too much that can go wrong.

The pickup is the most dangerous part of mongering because you have to be so careful and observant of everything and everybody around you. If it's a new girl you haven't seen before, it requires extra caution.

I know a lot of mongers still play the "Are you a cop" game. It's my understanding that LE does not have to admit they are cops when asked that question. The next game both mongers and SW's play is "May I touch you". The thinking is that an undercover decoy cop would not permit you to touch her while all SW's will to prove that you are not a cop.

I suspect the standard practice is to have the decoy come around to the driver's side window and try to get him to proposition her there on the street or motion him to turn onto a nearby side street where LE is there to arrest him.

You are probably right. If a decoy were to get into a monger's car, he would be arrested within a short block or two rather than going out of the city limits. I am sure some of our other members can provide us with their input for further clarification.

A few years ago, I got a close look at a sting in progress in PP where a police decoy was used. I watched it go down from across the street. A pretty decoy was walking down the sidewalk wearing a very short mini so you could see the tops of her thigh-highs. A white unmarked police van was 25 yards back watching her every move while waiting for a monger to make his move. It was very interesting to watch, not to mention educational.

Governor O'phoney wants to change the rules to make you sit in central booking until you see a commissioner before getting a determination on whether or not to charge you with a crime. This could be days.

This reverses a policy made by Mayor O'Phoney to expedite all detainees through the arrest process by having their arrest report first reviewed by the State's Attorney's upon the accused's arrival at Central Booking, to determine whether there was grounds to arrest in the first place. Prior to this, the arresting officer determined whether or not you got charged with a crime.

For those who don't understand:

Old Policy:
Cop arrests you>ride to the station>charges filed>off to central booking>sit in a cell>see the commissioner>get a bail (or not)>go to court.

Current Policy:
Cop arrests you>off to central booking>arrest report reviewed by an prosecutor to determine whether or not you should get charged> If you get charged-sit in a cell>see the commissioner>get a bail (or not)>go to court.

Proposed Policy:
Cop arrests you>off to central booking>sit in a cell for days waiting to...>see the commissioner>get a bail (or not)>go to court.


Why the change?
O'Phoney wants to appease the city cops (this would only affect Baltimore City) who constantly complain about the high number of arrestees who never get a charge. At least this way the person arrested would have to sit for a few days in a cell.


Think about getting arrested for picking up a SW, and then being in Central Booking for a few days without any way of getting out. Sucks, doesn't it?

A decoy will almost never get in your car. On rare occaisons the SW wil get in your car and try to make a deal before you drive off. The cops will never allow you to drive off with a decoy however. I have heard and seen this happen in San Francisco and Las Vegas.

This is over a week old but am just getting around to posting. I met a girl stoop sitting on Wilkens around Smallwood mid-day whom I actually passed by a few times believing she was probably a civilian, she looked that good. Red baseball cap, long brown hair tied back in a braid. Once having gotten her attention though I was pleasantly surprised she wasn’t. Her name is Christina, maybe 5-5, early 20’s, slender to medium build, pretty, but once in the car saw the obvious arm scars of abuse. She was well spoken and pleasant and we went to a notel for half and half. Totally pleasant experience and I was so impressed that I planned to hook up with her again a few days later. She’s staying with an old BBF who supposedly loves her but without going into any details I sensed one of those strange mutually acceptable domination/submission arrangements. Long story short on our next meeting, he wanted something beforehand, she was freaked out and tearful, and the visit was off. The lesson again being that one nice time does not portend what the next time might be like. I can’t help but feeling badly for someone though who is unable to do what’s necessary to get out of such a trap.

I have recently seen and chatted briefly with a couple of SW that I had not seen around for a very long time, at the Eagle-Wilkins-Payson area in the afternoon. Hit the loop around noon and there was a good bit of activity, most of it between the circle and Scary St. About 5 WSW and one BSW. Deciided to eat first and was pissed the no one would serve me at Checkers !! Never accured to me that the power might be out. Ended up eating on my way over tp Patasco Ave.

Didn't see much going on on Patasco Ave or Fairhaven, has been slow for a couple days now. Around the corner from Patasco and 4 Th St. it looked like a sting was going down. A shoet thinblack girl and a plump white girl. There were two cops across the street one black, one white, and three at the corner, one with barbwire tat's on both arms. I could smell the bacon !!! Headed back to the loop.

After two loops and not much happeneing saw the BSW, looking frisky, and thought I'd try her for a change. Waited 'til she was on a side street made the pickup without any window talk, she walked over opened the door and got in. Within a minute she was showing me her boobs and had her hand in my pants. Said she liked to talk about sex and fingered herself at least 4 times a day. Found a secluded place and got down to business, a BBBJCIMWS, it was very good to excellent. She would let me get close and back off, did this several times much to my surprise. For $20 it was a good time.

I have heard from more than one source that there is new female UCLE on the Clix who is getting into the car with the monger precipitating the bust. I've also seen some spectacularly bizzare SW behavior in the last few days, which is to say that no SW who is actually a SW does the things that I've seen them do. As for the rumor, it's a rumor, but at least for the moment, I'm not taking it with as much as a single grain of salt. The success rate both in arrests and convictions documented was extremely high and saftey of the women cops, although elevated potential vs the standard stagnant corner stance with wire, was very good due to the advance planning and strategic placement of support officers.
In a nutshell, it gave me pause on SW scene, but I have not seen it in Baltimore. It is practices elsewhere apparently, but not that I have witnessed. Nor do I care to having almost once, 15 years ago, nearly fallen for a corner standing girl ULE in Laurel.
One other thing, the new technology allows the ULE SW to not be tied to a single corner, but has a range of several blocks to stay in contact with support.

Well, I finally got to at least scout out one or two or the lcations in Baltimore I've read so much about. Actually found a sign that welcomed me to "Pigtown". I actually thought it was a mongering nickname named after the quality of the 'ladies'.

My hotel is down near BWI, and the road destruction (or is that construction?) at the end of 295 really did me in. Gave me a detour that I couldn't turn onto because of the barricades. So I got to drive by Camden Yards in time for the pregame arrivals. Finally did manage to find Wilkens (and for my future edification, is there also a Wilkins in Baltimore? I've seen both names with what seems to be different cross streets).

Probably due to the early hour, there wasn't much out, but I did see three or four fairly obvious ladies. One WSW at the corner of Wilkens and Fulton (the weird left turn). I'd rate her a flabby 4, face looked okay. Long light brown hair some nice sized tits, but a gut and ass to match. :( She had a tat on her right upper arm, white t-shirt and jeans. She was there when I finally figured out how to turn around. Got the look.

There was a lady in a pink top, sitting on some steps to an apt. She looked about a 6, kind of skinny. I'd have stopped to see except that BPD was sitting at the corner watching her.

Spotted on WSW get picked up at Wilkens and Monroe or Fulton (and if my streets don't intersect, hey, my first time here sorry guys). Didn't see much of her except for what looked like a nice ass in tight grey sweats climbing into a mongermobile.

Lastly, there was a lady in a fairly nice short black dress at the same intersection. Shoulder length black hair in a pony tail, I'd rate the body a 7 and the face a 5. She had a friend sitting on a porch near by. She was out for a long time as I drove by her at least three times in about forty minutes.

I know one thing, I am glad I drove through in daylight. Route 1 might be okay in the evening, but most of the rest of the streets got this guy nervous. Not the best neighborhood in town.

Of course the highlight of my afternoon waiting for the light on Monroe at Lombard and have thirty some kids on motorbike, scooters and such (no real BIKES) come blowing down Monroe running every stop sign and red light then came across. That included the narrow spot on Monroe (where it is down to one lane).

While driving in the area, and I'm not sure what street I was on, I did go by a bar named "Bob's Bar" (or something real close). As I went through the intersection, there were four or five what appeared to be good looking ladies standing near the door. All I saw was the gaggle in my rear view mirror. They were gone when I came back around the block. :(

I had my camera, but being new to the area, I wasn't about to start taking pictures. Some of the back ground scenery did not look like they would appreciate being shot at. They might shoot back, only not with a camera.

One last silly question. As I was meandering about I noticed numerous poles with a blue flashing light perched atop them. It looked like a PD emblem was attached just below. What are these? Cameras? I though PD station at first, but when I saw like three in five blocks figured that wasn't it.

My take on this is different. I will say that I have never asked a lady if she was a cop until after she asked me. 90% do ask. And I only ask them to get the free feel, and see what's going on under the clothes. :)

Guys, lets not get into personal disputes on this one. Regardless of the source, the 'values' the cops are using to catch the bad guys, in this case us mongers, is changing.

Fredricksburg, VA last year, and this was posted on the VA boards, an AMP in the area was busted because the local Sheriff allowed a UC officer to go in and get laid at the public's expense.

Anyway, asking if they are a cop and even being gropped by the lady probably wouldn't help. The cop would lie to you and probably in court too.

Having a UC officer get into a car is dangerous, but no more so than doing UC drug work, probably even less so (unless your trying to catch the monger in Dayton who was dismembering his girls a decade ago). Officer safety is a primary concern for the cops, or it should be.

So the question comes up as to how far is LE willing to go in potentially violating our rights to make an arrest. Obviously fairly far.

I was cruising CB last night between 11 pm and 1 am. There was a fair amount of SWs out, but also kind of hit-and-miss. You catch sight of one, by the time you come back around, she's gone. The ones I could see looked a little scary. Some were the typical hard cases you see in CB. On Washburn, I saw a pair - one WSW, one BSW - that were dressed nicely, but were too hollow-eyed for me.

Finally picked up Laura on Patapsco, near 4th. She was wearing a short black cocktail dress, with silver strappy heels. Not tall, probably short without heels. Straight brown hair past shoulders. Since she was dressed so nicely and was carrying a bag, I thought she was probably a civilian, but after a couple of passes, she finally came over to my car.

We went to a location of her choosing. She suggested we climb in the back seat, which I was pleased by because, as I've mentioned before, climbing on a girl in the front passenger seat sucks. Her CBJ was energetic. Missionary was only so-so, but whadda you want?

1. Some misplaced KMart specials. In that part of town, not likely, it would have been quickly appropriated.

2. A police station, but there were too many too close together.

3. A police 'call' box like they had before radios became portable. Or possibly a fire pull alarm, popular in many cities before the telephone became common.
But some were placed too far apart for that.

4. A camera, but why advertise it's there. The bad guys will just move out of range.

5. Some kind of 'crime' scene marker to remind people if they know anything to call the cops. I've seen something similar in other cities, but more like a placard nailed to a pole with specific 'crime' info LE would like help on (hit and run, murder, etc).

What a beautiful day to get the barnacles scrapped off my rudder or so I thought. What could go wrong? Besides I felt lucky this afternoon. Was I in for one hell of a big surprise!

I was hornier than a horn-toad and was really looking forward to touring the W/W loop this afternoon. I mean we are talking that no white boy should have to go this long without so I was more than ready.

I no sooner turned on Ramsey when I saw a drug bust in process next to the townhome that was demolished a few months ago. There were 5 LE cruisers parked on the side-street and an LEO getting out of his car with his drug sniffing dog. Something pretty big must have been going down. I didn't stick around to see what it was and kept on going.

Just before I got to the Wilkens traffic circle, I noticed a white SUV tailing me. He was right behind me when I stopped for a traffic light and I could plainly see it was an UCLEO and his flashing light unit.

He kept on following me down Wilkens when I spotted Angela at the Pulaski intersection. We exchanged looks and she gave me a discrete wave. I was trying to motion to her that I was being tailed, but she thought I was trying to get her to walk over to the side street. I'm sorry, Angela. I will have to apologize to her next time I see her.

By this time, the cop was talking on his radio or phone and probably running my license tag number. I was driving real carefully, but couldn't figure out why he was following me.

As I continued down Wilkens with the cop behind me who should see me and started waving and jumping down frantically to get my attention but Olive Oil (Cindy). The cop took all this in and all I could think about was being busted. No matter how hard one tries to stay under the radar sometimes it's not possible.

He followed me all the way to DeSoto and kept on going while I turned. I let out a sigh of relief. I didn't go two blocks when a LE cruiser started following me for another 3 blocks before turning off. WTF was going on????

This did it. I turned into Dunkin Donuts to get a cup of coffee to relax when another LE cruiser pulled up to the door and two cops got out. They must have been on coffee break. They didn't even look at me as I left the shop.

Rather that press my luck, I decided to head home. I just couldn't figure out what was going on since I drive a rather non-descript car, drivining safely, and there wasn't any apparent reason to hassle me.

It wasn't like I was driving the General Robert E. Lee and looking for Daisy Duke. BTW, that wouldn't have been bad at all:o).

Maybe the cops were looking for someone else with a car similar to mine. I just couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Seva, there has been a lot written about these blue surveillance lights (cameras) that you have spotted all around the stroll areas. You will have to scroll back a year or so to read the various posts and newspaper articles.

If I recall correctly, Baltimore got some Federal money from Homeland Security to help finance these cameras as part of our National anti-terrorist program to protect our infrastructure and to be on the lookout for terrorists.

These cameras have been installed in Baltimore's high-crime neighborhoods, including the stroll areas. How closely they are monitored and by whom is another question.

According to some of the articles I've read, even if you are caught on camera picking up a SW that does not constitute bonafide evidence of any wrong doing which can be used in court against you. The reason being that there are some delays involved from one frame to the next when filming. It's not like watching a movie film.

Did a little cruising tonight: first the Clix loop, then past SA, and then through B/CB. I found only two pros on the entire route, both were in the Wilkens/Ramsey area and both looked good from 30 feet away (though be it in the dark). When I looped back I watched one get in another monger's car and the other one had disappeared. LE presence was average.

There have been reports in this forum that imply that LE presence has been greater recently than in past years. I believe that LE presence has always been up and down (many this month and fewer next month). The PD department only has so much money to work with and they can't sustain an increased level of presence unless funds are increased or other LE expenses are reduced. I don't have a good handle on how much of either has happened.

Did some souting of Harford Rd and Garrison areas. LE was rather heavy
on Harford and SW'ers nada. Saw at least 6 LE on one pass.

Garrison 3 LE on several passes. Did see a good looking BSW standing on Garrison but there was a large guy on the previous corner keeping watch over her. Gave a ride to a BSW on a side street. Take it with a grain of salt,
she talked about stings going on on garrsion. Could be as I did see that BSW
just standing there and being watched and also saw more towards the southend of garrison what appeared to be a lady LE with a badge hanging from her neck. This SW(4-5 or may be 3-4 ) saw another SW just standing on a side street-she said something like we just don't stand there-She'll be in Jail-you have to walk.(Guess that's why their called SWers!). I can remember a SW on Wilkens telling me LE don't bother them for just stnading there. She also talked about SW bodies found in the park-who knows but seems to be a common rumor.

It comes up often. I rarely believe it. Killing SWs makes good copy for the newspapers so it would show up right away. The only one I believe is the killing of Platinum. I have never seen her again in Pigtown so I do believe she was killed.

The route you drove could have just been the same route that ULE was going to drive anyway. The next two LE cruisers could have also been unrelated to your presence. When it gets scary is when they follow you for 3 or 4 turns. That has happened to me a couple of times and I almost needed a clean pair of shorts.
Very true, Horsetrader. It could have been a coincidence, but I doubt it. I think it was part of their tactics to harass, intimidate, and force mongers to keep on the move.

They can easily pick us out as they do the SW's. LE is constantly patrolling those areas every day and know pretty much what is happening and who are the players.

If I can see the same cars and can easily pick out who is mongering and who is not, you know they can too. It's not brain surgery.

I don't remember where I heard it - either the news or the radio, but there was an interview with the new owner of the place who was defending his abysmal track record at preventing violence at his establishment. He said something along the line of "these things happen" and knowing absolutely nothing about the motel, I gave him the benefit of the doubt - that is until the reporter ran down a laundry list of muggings, rapes, assaults and more than just a few shootings complete with police commentary that the place should be shut down as the parking lot seems to be the equivalent of 7-11 when it comes to self serve trouble. I'd go at least once before blindly trusting the media - but then again, people have a tendency not to fuck with me.

For some reason, I have been known to drive by this establishment numerous times, on a daily basis. Sometimes I will tell you that there are unsavory characters out there. Sometimes the church down the corner and the catering hall have guests staying at the this fine establishment. Sometimes they all go up to the Howard Johnsons.

So have I ever stayed there. Nope, not on your life. I have a neat hangout.
However if you did, there are a bunch of people up there, and it looks like its now 2 establishments. one in the front and an econo lodge in the back.

Another killing I'd believe is Tammy W. Even her family in S.C. had a missing poster with her picture put on the door of Busy Bee. Oddly enough, she had just told me the story of Platinum being killed when she disappeared too.

There is a shaft which goes down to the storm drain at the back of Carroll Park just big enough to fit a body down. I'm surprised no one has ever tried it for that purpose.

Took a tour of Garrison around Noon -lots of LE and little or no SWer's.
Funny how that works number of SWer's inversely related to number of
LE. Oh the way back was going to tour Wilkens Area but just as I was going to turn onto Monroe saw 3 LE's and just gave up. Saw where they want to hire more LE-gheesh-will need more streets. But not sure about the heavy
presence on main drags of SWer's--seems just to move them into neighborhood streets which I'm sure makes the residence happy with the increased SWer's and Mongers.

But did see a couple of Mongers do pickups of the only 2 Swer's out on my first pass as I was scooping out the area. It's a little to open and visible
for me to do that before a good recon of the area.

Kulli, I had the same thing happen to me a short while back when I was taking a coffee break at Dunkin Donuts on Washington Avenue. I had just finished cruising the W/W loop without any results and stopped by for some refreshments.

Hey,

Although it was hot as hell last Friday, I decided to take a spin around the city to see if any of our girls were out. Starting in CB, it was a little quiet although there were several potential SWs out. There was some unusual police activity, though. There were 3 or 4 cops in uniform standing at the corner of Olmstead and Fairhaven and one was talking to someone in a car. Don't know if it was anything to do with our sport, but I took that as a suggestion to try the CLIX stroll.

Today presented a very unique opportunity for Pussprowler. It was a cool and balmy day in Balmer during summer, and I know there are plenty of girls out on the streets in summer. I came off of Church street, turned right, and drove down to the end to curve back around to Curtis. As I passed Elmtree, I saw a stoop-sitter on the corner. She has chesnut brown hair, and a bit of milage. About 5'4, around 40, slim, but not too slim build. Not too bad, but not really my type, and PP wanted to see what other items were on sale before buying. I looped around again without seeing anything else. So PP decided to venture on to the WW loop where I have been once before back in March.

So I made the cruise on Patapsco all the way over to Wilkens. As I approached the right turn I though I had hit the jackpot. I saw a nicely dressed slim ebony hotbody. So back I went. I saw some possible suspects along the route, but nothing really worth it. Once I got to the intersection at Potee(sp?) I saw something nice and blonde. I passed Hanover and circled around. I cut though a side street and when I saw her again, there were two more blonde SWs on Hanover! One was clearly much hotter than the other two, so I approched her and her friend. The friend checked me out and decided I was cool. After a minute of debate, I finally got the nice looking one in the sled.

A little too plain and heavy for me, so I prowled down to Plum and up Fairhaven. Once I got close to Church a uniformed LE standing on foot on the opposite side of the street motioned me to pull over and yelled "sir!" I just looked straight ahead and acted like I didn't hear anything.

I continued to Church and turned right. I had to get out of there. I found Rt 2, and then Hanover and thought I would try my luck there again. There were a few prospects back on Patapsco, but I didn't find anyone I wanted to pick up. I figured I go back to CB and stay off FH. Along the way was another uniformed LE on footpatrol. I turned up around Westbay and then 10th and saw many LE cruisers in the neighborhood. It was definately time to go. I thought about calling Lori-In, but decided I should try Wilkens again.

I drove down and saw a cute 5'2" blond with a lollipop near the church at Millington. I circled around, because I couldn't figure out if it was the same one from a few hours earlier. She was young and in decent condition, but she had very deep-set discolored eyes either from geekin or healing black-eyes. Remembering the posts about the ripoff chick, I decided to pass.

It was starting to get dark, and I wanted to be out of town before that because I can't see the LE so well in the dark. When I reached the circle (didn't get the street name) I saw a cute slim mediterranean looking girl with a pink top and her nipples poking through. Shazam! I was sprung, circled around, and parked. She came up to the prowler mobile and got in. I was fairly pleased with what I saw. Sholder length brown hair, fairly clean, very petite, mall titties with nice nipples and small areolas. For those of us who look for the hat to warn us of Lulu, that hat was gone last night. I didn't recognize her until her hand was on my door. Good thing that I kept the door locked until I get a clear look at her.

Last nights mongering was dull. Very few pros, but almost no visible LE. There may have been many ULE on the loop, but I saw very few cruisers. One bright spot was the block around SA, three pros spotted in one loop and two of them looked pretty good.

I looked off to my right and there was "Never Again, Mary, working her side of Monroe. She was wearing a red blouse and jeans and at a distance looks pretty good. However, BEWARE! Her warranty expired years ago (age 53) and a closer look will reveal a lot of wear and tear mileage.

There was another SW walking on Wilkens near Payton, but she did not appeal to me so I kept on driving.

As I looped around and got onto Ashton, there was the blonde Rachel and another blonde who looked like her twin standing and talking in the middle of the street while trying to stop mongers as we drove by. They were geeking pretty badly.
