As a former Baltimore monger now living in the Houston, TX area reading the threads posted here brings a smile to my face checking out how the hunting is going. I, under a different login name, first stumbled upon this site back in the days of the much beloved and missed Trashman.

The reason for my post is just to tell you all how fortunite you are in Baltimore compared to this area. There are a few run down bars where one can scoop up a fine Mexican honey and a couple areas where SW ply their trade, however, it is a very hit and miss deal, mostly miss. Houston is so spread out you can burn a tank of gas just driving from one strole to another. Strip joints here are usually of a higher caliber than up there but the ones that sell booze are only topless. The caliber of dancers is much higher and FS companionship can usually be arranged for after hours at $1-2.

Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know how fortunite they are up there and wish I were back in that hunt.

I have written several posts about the APEX AND SOME GREAT EXPERIENCES i HAD there. While I hanen;t bbeen there recently due to health problems, I seriously doubt much has changed other than the admission price. It was a fun place if you hit it when couples came in to play. BBB

This is just a small taste of what is already out there. They are becoming more aggressive than they've been in several years. It appears they are beginning to use this board for various operations, not just to collect information. They are using street walkers names without their consent as well as fellow mongers' names who are no longer hobbists or at least do not appear to be part of our community at the current time. While we all know most of the street walkers, it's tough to remember their voices unless you've dated multiple times. This is being used to their advantage. Many people will disagree with me on this. You have to understand one thing. These community activists have been complaining to anyone that will listen about this site for the last 18 months, at least. They apparently have no sex life of their own, and it keeps perfectly with their homosexual one sex agenda. They don't understand that most of the mongers on this site steer clear of lower W/W and pigtown. Most of the men still doing pick-ups down there don't use internet or don't know about this site. This does not bode well for the feminist/homosexual activists because they want to draw more attention to this site. They manipulate the facts and market it as a big culprit hang out in their neighborhood, so they have sent their bloggers in as mongers. We have to identify these persons and exclude them immediately. If we use constant aggression we should be able to rid the site of them relatively quick.

Anyone who reads this should take notice. Don't not call any numbers listed on this site or sent to you via pm. You have been warned one last time.

Also, I am in pig town quite often. I have not hooked up there in sometime. There are plenty of other areas to hang out. If it affects their life that much, I found other spots. It's not that big of a deal, but if the bloggers continue, I will be forced to treat myself to a treat here and there. I can not speak for anyone else, only for myself. With the recent influx of new guys posting something major is going on. I would be very careful about giving out any information to anyone that you have never pm'ed with before. When newbies pm you for specific information and are very aggressive about it, please stop for a second and think,who are these people? What is going on?

Jackson setup a platform for those with opposing views, and it has worked well. They were not rewarded, nor demoted by having claim to their own sections, they were simply offered space to operate without clashing with the Senior Conservatives. We have to remember that for every AvSmith4 or Tera Santana, there are 10 persons who get free intelligence, without dropping a hint of their presence, those are the ones driving a white SUV with a license plate beginning with 8M. I think anyone getting involved with all of the characters popping up and offering easy access to a network of women should start saving up for a very large retainer. Given that most likely it will be federal case you are going to need 2 lawyers. One lawyer in the jurisdiction you will be charged and one who actually has any idea how to handle the kind of charges you will get and will provide guidance to your local criminal defense attorney who won't know what he is doing (yes even though you paid for him too).

The lawyer who might know what he is talking about should run about $20,000 if you are facing 5 years or less fed time. If you can get the "expert" for less than $20,000 you got a discount. Still may not be worth it, most lawyers are incredibly incompetent. As far as the local attorney who will deal with it, the price range will vary. But hey it is a bad economy, maybe you can get a discount.

Remember, anytime someone appears to openly and flagrantly be engaging in and encouraging joint criminal activities, 99.5% of the time that person is a criminal working under the protection of law enforcement or law enforcement him or her self. Think Whitey Bulger, Hells Angels, among many others. The NJ corruption case was a 10-year investigation. If you think just because no one jumps out when you commit a crime that everything is safe and the guys you are working with are legit you are crazy. You won't get busted the 1st, 5th, or 10th time you make an agreement to meet up with one of these guys women. You will have plenty of time to get comfortable.

What is going to happen on this forum is the multiple characters will continue to disrupt and confuse and offer services until the people crying LE give up and disappear or the money for the operation dries up which is not likely given that it is probably federal in joint with state. Then they will start catching a nice big group of dummies who think "no way this guy is LE, he proved himself". The good thing for the dummies is they have plenty of time to start saving a retainer because they are not going to arrest anyone dumb enough to fall for this for some time. They want to build up a big list of charges and names to make it really sensational and prove the success of the operation.

Everything going on this forum since Terra Sancta is straight out of "online criminal investigations 101", although they could do a much better job given the number of idiots who will eventually fall for it. I think they got a little too aggressive and ambitious too soon with Terra. Slow and steady would have been better, but in the end unnecessary because there will always be plenty of idiots and all you have to do is drown out the people who catch on. The smart ones will eventually give up as it is not a full-time job for them. Then again since I have no idea whether or not an actual investigation is going on, anything I say now or in the past is probably nothing to worry about.

It did not work out, so you got the information from her and decided to defame him on this forum. You are a low life. I hope you get what you deserve in the streets of Baltimore.

To other members of this forum. If these individuals have full mailboxes, they can do no harm. Bombard them with pms. Even if it's only one or two words. A stretch of U.S. 1 in Jessup and North Laurel that has long been known as a haven for prostitutes has recently gained another reputation: an area where police are cracking down on those looking to pay for sex.

"I have seen some improvement," Howard County Council member Calvin Ball said last week, after police made more than 50 arrests in the area during the past two months.

This is my first post. I have been following postings for quite a while. I am an older gent, in my 70's. I stumble onto this group by happy accident. I was immediately captured by the interesting postings.

I have also stayed at White Elk, Tip Top, and Exec Motels. All are reasonably safe and very close by on Rt-1 in Elkridge. Tim's is ok but I have issues with the security of the establishment. Suffice to say I would not stay there for the night if I was given the option. I would chose the former. They are also quite cheap for a 1-night stay as well

This is how these homeowners spend their nights, standing in the cold, the heat, the rain, the snow, watching the cars go by. When they're sure the driver is not lost but is, in fact, circling the block looking for a prostitute, they send the information to the Baltimore Police Department.

A sergeant reviews it, makes sure the plate matches the car's description and fires off a letter informing the registered owner that the vehicle was seen in an area known for prostitution and that its driver was involved in suspicious behavior.

"It's not to accuse them of a crime, but to let them know the community is watching," said the Southern District police commander, Maj. Scott L. Bloodsworth.

The missive is called a "Dear John" letter, and since police revived this long-defunct program in May, the cops have sent out 75 such letters, about 50 to people who live in Brooklyn who apparently use their backyards and neighbors' streets for sex. Several residents keep track of the cars, but Lehman, a 50-year-old city fire lieutenant, is by far the most prolific.

This is one weapon the city is using to drive hookers and the men who solicit them from what should be quiet city streets - not just in Brooklyn but along Wilkens Avenue in Curtis Bay and Washington Boulevard in Pigtown, where frustrated homeowners have gone a step further by videotaping pick-ups and posting pictures on the Internet.

The letters on official police letterhead shame the men, Lehman said, "especially if the wife gets the letter, or the boss gets the letter. I used to feel sorry for them but they are coming here and destroying my neighborhood." He said men slow down constantly, mistaking female neighbors heading off to work as working girls, sometimes as early as 5 on a weekday morning.

Baltimore prosecutors held a seminar this month on prostitution called, "No, it's NOT a victimless crime" during which speakers discussed various programs to stop the hookers. Baltimore police arrest about 1,200 suspected prostitutes each year, and many of them can now go into a diversion program funded by a state grant and run by the city state's attorney's office.

It started in August and of 228 arrestees, 60 were eligible (mainly because they weren't already on probation for another crime). Thirteen volunteered for the 90-day program and seven completed it successfully. "Six of them never made it to one appointment," said Assistant State's Attorney Jennifer Etheridge.

Two social workers meet with the participants and customize help - some need shelter, others ID cards, many just a bus pass. Before, they'd get arrested for prostitution and then have to sell themselves again just to afford the trip to court.

"They lost any tenuous hold they had with society," Etheridge said. "They got out and reverted to the life that they knew. We are trying to find a way to get these women from living their lives on the installment plan in our jails."

Prosecutors are also about to launch a program to help the men paying for sex by setting up a "John School" in which those arrested can avoid prosecution by paying $250 for lessons on the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases, addiction and the impact their activities have on homeowners.

For police, prostitutes are not only a blight on stable neighborhoods, but they bring pimps, robbers, trash and crime that often goes unreported because, as Bloodsworth said, "they're all out doing the wrong thing."

The police commander said that rapes have spiked in his district this year, "and about half are prostitution-related." Women take men's money and don't deliver; men get what they want and don't pay.

Bloodsworth said the "Dear John" letter and criteria used to send it were vetted by city attorneys and that of the 75 sent out thus far, not a single recipient has called to complain. And, he added, there are no repeat offenders. Still, defense attorneys question the practice of police sending target letters to people who have not been charged with a crime, and who were not committing a crime by repeatedly driving along public streets.

Lawyer Margaret Mead said police have no control over who receives or reads the letter, and that the target has "no way to defend" what he's being accused of doing in an anonymous tip that cannot be verified by law enforcement.

On a similar topic; There’s been a rash of posts by new members here and something stinks about them. I can’t put a finger on what’s behind it yet, but it could be some type of community activism. I was researching something a few weeks ago and found an article where either B-more or MD was given some type of grant to help fight prostitution. It was not the $70,000 state grant that’s been in the news recently (for the courts), this was about something else. It was dead in PP area and CB area. Then headed up past SA (nothing) to Washington. When I hit Ramsey I can in on the side street Calhoun. There were two foot patrol offices on the corner. I went up past the cirlce and then headed up Eagle. At Eagle and Pukaski there was one on that conner and I made a right up to Wilkens and there was one on that corner. That's 4 street patrols all out at the same time. So I left and came back about 2 hours later and didn't see any around Ramsey.
Funny thing was I swore I saw rip off kelly at the corner of Calhoun and Ramsey right when the cops were coming around the other way. I didn't see what happened next I didn't stick around.

After reading about prostitution on BJW, I would like to compare with my experience in Europe. I do not think the problem is about prostitution, it is about poverty and drugs in Baltimore. Here is my story from 2007.

After a Summer days work at the office in this historic German town, I walk across town square, get some groceries and fresh vegetables, then stop by the patisserie store to get something for next days breakfast. There, I meet Birgette who is one of few attractive street walkers in the town. I invite her for coffee, just for the company, and she accepts.

Hines, a self-professed happily married man from Lincoln Park, New Jersey, says he spent more than three years developing the robot after trying to find a marketable application for his artificial-intelligence technology.

Roxxxy's body is made from hypoallergenic silicone -- the kind of stuff in prosthetic limbs -- molded over a rigid skeleton. She cannot move on her own but can be contorted into almost any natural position. To create her shape, a female model spent a week posing for a series of molds.

The robot runs on a self-contained battery that lasts about three hours on one charge, Hines says. Customers can recharge Roxxxy with an electrical cord that plugs into her back.

A motor in her chest pumps heated air through a tube that winds through the robot's body, which Hines says keeps her warm to the touch. Roxxxy also has sensors in her hands and genital areas -- yes, she is anatomically correct -- that will trigger vocal responses from her when touched. She even shudders to simulate orgasm.

When someone speaks to Roxxxy, her computer converts the words to text and then uses pattern-recognition software to match them against a database containing hundreds of appropriate responses. The robot then answers aloud -- her prerecorded "voice" is supplied by an unnamed radio host -- through a loudspeaker hidden under her wig.

"Everything you say to her is processed. It's very near real time, almost without delay," Hines said of the dynamics of human-Roxxxy conversation. "To make it as realistic as possible, she has different dialogue at different times. She talks in her sleep. She even snores." (The snoring feature can be turned off, he says.)

Roxxxy understands and speaks only English for now, but Hines' True Companion company is developing Japanese and Spanish versions. For an extra fee, he'll also record customizable dialogue and phrases for each client, which means Roxxxy could talk to you about NASCAR, say, or the intricacies of politics in the Middle East.

Hines believes that Roxxxy is a step above other love dolls -- the similar but mute RealDoll costs about $5,500 -- because her conversational abilities provide something close to emotional companionship. His customer base? Shy, awkward or older men who "have trouble meeting girls," he says.

In an industry known for pushing the technological envelope, observers are curious about how Roxxxy will fare in the marketplace.

"Is this a viable product? Yes," said Sherri Shaulis, an editor at Adult Video News, a trade magazine for the pornographic industry. "There's a market for it. Granted, it's a very small market."

I think the real compelling thing about products like this is the fact that men had to go to lengths like these to create such a product because of the incredible complications of companionship with real women. My hats off the guy who thought of it and to whoever wants to buy it......while its not for me........I can see why there is a need for a thing like this.

But again what's so compelling is the question "WHY" did we need to invent such a product? Depends. Public or Private options just like any social networking site.
If LE has gone through the process of joining a site like this and this SITE had a twitter, they would most definately subscribe/follow. With a large site there is no way to 100% filter LE. For a large site to make it private would mean one hell of a task for someone to monitor who is requesting access and evaluating if they are LE or not. People not allowed to view who are not LE would be up in arms bitching. Administrative nightmare.

The article mentions 228 arrests in Aug 2009, and says only 60 of them were not out on PBJ for a prior offense (and were eligible for that 'diversion program', only of which 13 volunteered and 7 actually attended). So what did I read? Baltimore LE makes 1200 prostitute arrests per year, and it appears that 75-80% of those arrests are 'multiple arrests' on the same girls and only 20-25% are first timers. And think about it, the majority of these girls are strung out most of the day and wander aimlessly around watching for the first sign of a John and crazily darts over to the car making a big fuss and gestures like it's the first John she has seen all day. These girls I am sure wind up in Jail every other day they hit the streets, sober up, and are released with court dates set 3-6 months away (thanks to the Baltimore City delays) and hit the streets to support their drug use and pay off their fine. In this sense, 1200 does not seem 'too unrealistic'.

A bill before the county council would restrict businesses that deal in sexually explicit materials to nonresidential and noncommercial areas, such as warehouse complexes.

All such businesses, including video stores and massage and tattoo parlors, would have to be at least 1,000 feet from any residences or community establishments such as schools, churches or day-care centers.

Mainstream video stores, meanwhile, would be required to reduce their adult merchandise from a maximum of 20 percent to no more than 5 percent of inventory.

The council expects to vote on the proposal at its May 27 session. If it passes, it would take effect on June 9. Businesses affected by the changes would have a year to either relocate or reduce their adult material to 5 percent of inventory.

Trac phone or NET10 (available at 7-11, walmart, best buy etc) are the way to go. I use net10, for 30.00 I got the phone and 300 minutes. 300 minute refills are 30.00 (so .10 a min). None of my info was required to setup the phone. I buy the refills at 7-11, although you can add minutes online with a cc if you so choose. I picked net10 the phone price included the exact same value in minutes packaged with it. Most others come with minimal minutes so right away you have to by a recharge card.

I believe most of the phones with roll over minutes require you to give some personal information, those with Virgin, Crickett, Verizon etc.

Net10 minutes kind of roll over and kind of don't, when you refill, it extends the days you have until they expire so currently I have 989 days (nearly 3 years) to use my minutes.

Maryland is the rare state where you are automatically entitled to a day in court without requesting it, even for the most minor ticketed offenses. Here, you can force a cop to have to show up in court for something as ridiculous as a seat belt violation.

These arrests were made in Howard County, which all things considered is a great place to get arrested, per Se. In Baltimore a "walk through" can take all day and night to be done, then you need to come back a day or more later to pick up your personal shit, then go to an impound lot that is open only during special hours to get your ride. Not to mention you'll be in the Hell that is Central Booking. Howard will fast track you through processing, give you your stuff back (all of it), then you catch a ride down to the towing company and pay their hook and storage fees. The whole turn-around time can be a couple of hours.

I was going home this weekend from attending a soccer game in Catonsville and figured have not been through wilkens/ pigtown since i was in my early 20's. My what a suprise it was a dump back then i never thought in a million years it could get worst. But i was wrong these two areas of the city have gotten unbelievable bad. so many more borded up houses enough city cameras to make you think they made it a blue light district instead of the red. Still trash all over the place people use the gutters for their trash cans. it just amazes me that there is still so much white trash out there in these two areas. I mean even Brooklyn has gotten better with the exception of the AVE and the projects which again house the lower scum of the earth.

I grew up in the clean South Baltimore area Federal Hill to Locust Point areas where true hard working whites come from and it shows because look at it now even better than i was a kid there. But thats because of hard working people who took pride in their neighborhoods and worked. Pigtown was a dump back then and still is today just way worst. it will never amount to anything there it already missed to boom so i guess the welfare reciepiants do need a place to live where better than the dump called pigtown. The guy who looks for johns might want to concentrate on the real issues that area has and the janes would possible move away on their own.
