Hard to tell, I read a report (don't recall if this thread or a different one) of one of us trying to contact multiple girls on a day and getting a response from just a few. I would err on the side of 90% of those ads are scam intents or simply just spam that the site itself promotes to make it look like it is the preferred site for all these providers, and therefore attract more providers to use them.
From the site you mentioned, there is a small handful of people that look real. Tamiko and Bella for sure are, and that is just based on the fact that 1) they have been reviewed here already and 2) they also have posts on other sites (msgfinder, msganywhere, etc).

I'm shocked to hear so many negative reviews about Angie. I have been seeing her for many years and always had a great experience with her. I made the trek out to Eustis after checking out her fb profile. All I can say is, if you were a fan of Jenny McCarthy at her peak, you'll enjoy your time with Piper.
