Fam, I've been on that ramen diet. I'm now splitting one pack into two meals. I used to add an egg but because of the shortage and price increase, I had to cut it out. I've always thought it would be better to find like minded guys and just go with their recommendations. PMs can be helpful too so you don't have to worry about being banned or blacklisted.
