Insane how many people don't understand this. I'll start with the broad recognition that girls can charge whatever they want and there is no use whining. You don't like it, move on.
That said, I do have concerns with the path DI is taking when it comes to Dakota. The agency has done so well for so long by having high quality talent at a slightly above average price. They have been wildly successful with both "sell" and "buy" sides staying very happy. Part of the key to this success IMO has been keeping the girls in a relatively narrow price range. Even when inflation pushed up prices, the girls stayed within +/40. This has kept the pool of willing "buy" participants high and kept the "sell" side very busy.
Enter a divergent price. My guess is this will lead to more girls demanding higher rates (again, within their rights) as they are just as good as so and so. What was a large pool of "buy" participants shrinks dramatically. If someone has a bad experience with a high price lady, I imagine they will be pretty salty and it would reflect poorly on DI.
I respected the decision to cut Serenity loose in the interest of keeping the system working. I think Dakota is great, but I don't value her over my years with DI. I'm left wondering why her situation is different.

Others couldn't compete. Even SA. For a sure thing at a good price you could get your rocks off at a whim. As the equation changes (incremental for now) the pendulum swings towards other options. SA, Eros, Tryst suddenly become much more attractive. Judging from the PMs I have received this appears to be true. Don't blame DI if the girls want more cash. Only time will tell if DI survives this bubbling storm.

I see some others have jumped on the train with good reviews on new talent. Wanted to share mine on Dakota since there's only been a few that are descriptive:

And if they are traveling here and they have a bad trip or a couple slow trips in a row they might give up anyway.
If you look at other agencies (XOC, YourVIPModels, Touring Companions, etc.) the women are usually Eastern European or Latina. Which means they travel for a year or so and then head home. And maybe they make a trip back after a while.
Inevitably, if a woman is successful and likes the work (or likes the $$$ enough), they will go out on their own.
As for pricing, we've been lucky that the experience most these girls provide is on par with some of the above agencies but the price has been significantly less. While it'd be nice for it to stay low, this is not a surprise to me. I'm speaking of the ones who provide GFE. Lfk / dfk, BBBJ, CIM, etc. If they are not GFE then the DI price point makes sense.
These women can go work in a spa, especially in other states, and make $200/ hour and only do HJ. While it's less money, I imagine it's also less stress.

I don't think that from the texts I could see there was any disrespect on either side of the conversation. Threatening to call someone's work and affect their livelihood is a huge no no.
