It was 30/ hr I think and more for the "deluxe" room. It was basically just a plain bed up against the wall in a room that was basically just big enough for that and a tv hanging on the wall. They gave us two towels, a set of folded bed linens that smelled clean and three porns LOL. To watch on the TV I guess. It was ok. I'd do it again in a pinch but it was obvious they just put a bed in a spare side room they had.

I've just used Airbnb and find places with very late checkout times- best thing I could find after much searching. You can usually negotiate for a 1 pm checkout without too much hassle. To my knowledge pacific marina inn doesn't do day rates anymore and if you are trying to be anonymous, having to put a credit card down on any hotel makes me a little uneasy. Another nice thing about bnb is you can pay with gift cards (I buy a gift card during a routine shopping trip then use that gift card to pay for the bnb) if you are trying to keep it from a snooping SO. I've always done AirBnB and hotels. Helps to schedule the meets after 2-3 pm but if there is enough time, and you need a morning session, I get the room for the day before or hold it for an extra day to cover as much time as you need. I've heard of the Pleasure Emporium, but never been there.

Outrigger advertises 139 and no resort fees. I used to use the Honoluluairport hotel as well but parking there is steep.

You can find plenty of rooms for under 200 especially on the Kamaaina site. The only issue us checking in early. Outrigger advertises 139 and no resort fees.
