I have different needs at different times. Sometimes money is tight and I still got to get a release. I have fbsm go to providers for 200. Next I have three providers for FS in the 250-300 range. They really have to ring some bells to get me back a second, third or fourth time at that rate.
Negotiation seldom occurs at this latter hhh level. They know what they have and there will be someone who pays it. I find you have to break into the friend zone in order to get the rare break. I have had top providers offer me an extra half hour to motivate me to move my appointment day. I have had providers who do not watch the clock when our chemistry is fantastic.
But other than an occasional p411 discount for all members, I have rarely had ANY provider negotiate up front. Granted, I am not seeing any FS providers under the 250 threshold and I am certain that's where most negotiations occur.

They almost always freak out on me. But the few that actually saw the humor in it, and would forego the BS of that background check, I world end up meeting.
"For their safety" fails when held up to the reflection of "for my safety".

"Consistent" is something we don't have anymore. I would suggest sitting out Cincy entirely. Or driving up to Columbus if you have the ability to, there are providers there who are attractive, reliable, coherent, and service oriented. Indianapolis also which is roughly the same distance from Cincy. Sorry to bear the bad news.

Escort services are 100% legal, where one person pays another person to accompany them to social events or just be a social companion. That's what the legal service is.

If those guys enjoy the companionship that they get with an escort outside of sex then good for them. You don't have to understand it or approve of it.
