What are you guys seeing in terms of asking price?Well the ask is always greater than the take. But it is hard if. You ask them. Because they come back with a rediculous price and then you are playing the negation game and it takes a lot of time.

I am trying a new technique. I think it is working. You ask them what bills they need paid in the next several weeks. Inevitably, they will pull a bill out the air that totals what they would like to get.

"I am $200 behind on rent this month and I tis due this Friday". And I have a $114 insurance bill due next week. So this girls wants $300.
