They are occassionally on Chatauqua Ave and Virginia Ave. Saw Michelle there one day last week and a BSW the week before.You can find them near the 7-11 on Mt. Vernon and Broad St. In Port Norfolk. Several types to choose from but WSW get scooped up fast. Also LE will in this area will go from non-existent to everywhere in a matter of minutes.
Also find them in Craddock. On GW Hwy between Greewood Dr. And Days Inn when you cross into Chesapeake. They seem to be out in daytime here and around shipyard shift changes. Also look around the convenience store at Victory and Deep Creek. There are several WSW that walk from the apartments to that store at all times of the day.
Another trick in Craddock is to cruise into the neighborhood itself, be careful of LE, and don't cruise too much but alot of the girls move from GW into the neighborhood to avoid LE patrolling.
A friend of mine says there are a ton of BSW all along Elm Ave. From downtown to GW Hwy.
The traditional area around Confederate is still very hot with LE everywhere, you will see some SW there, but some look like major druggies that are willing to risk getting arrested because of the high traffic in the area.
Lastly, I will share two honey holes because Chesapeake is picking back up. Portsmouth Blvd and Rodman. There are several BSW there and 2-3 regular WSW that are quite nice. Sometimes they are further up Rodman towards Turnpike and / or near the new Wal-mart.
The other place is in the City Park area (Portsmouth Blvd and City Park Ave) and around the apartments on Cherokee Ave. All WSW. Mostly looking for money to get thier fix. But price is right and very accommodating if you give them rides. Most of these girls have phones and will give you numbers, usually you get about a month or so before they can't afford to keep phone on but it is safe way to connect. LOL.
In any case be careful. LE can be heavy in all these areas especially on weekends.

I don't how many on here have met Puff but I have known her for about 10 years or more. She has been around that long. I picked her up the first time on Turnpike. She was leaving that ratty old motel they tore down years ago. Back then she was quite a looker and she was wearing a white lace body suit. Back then she could turn some heads. Cruised though the area around 10pm and saw 5, count-them 5 SW. There was Chrissie, a second young WSW (brunette, nice body) , a Hispanic or Indian SW and an older, blonde WSW that was being shadowed by some ass on a bicycle. (WTF is he trying to get a bike date?) Went around to get Chrissie but she had already been picked up and the rest were gone a few minutes later. I have had success on Deep Creek Blvd. Near the convenience store on the corner at Victory Blvd. Other places are up Elm towards Victory (near the Final Frontier).
Mt. Vernon has been hit or miss, I had the privilege of witnessing a pre-sting intel gathering operation there. So most of the girls have gone elsewhere. I talked to one girl at the 7-11 and she said she and her BF were heading to Ocean View for the winter. I have seen some WSW but they seemed to be headed to 7-11 for something or to a pre-arranged meeting.
I'm going to start looking other places too. We will find them. ]

Here's my story about CeCe or Cassie. She lives off and on with her mom in a house off Deep Creek. CeCe gave me her mom's number so I called to set up a meeting.
