Well I knew I should have came straight home this evening but instead decided to take a ride down the ave. Oh Man,

The pressure, the pressure. I made a run again very early Saturday am (about 1:40am), I was cruising up and down the ave for about an hour and a half. I have heard of that happening before with the initial price per hour being either an "agency fee" or just a message. I have never used any of the providers from the paper so I have no idea of the amount of escorts who practice this in Philadelphia.

What I do know is that often times it is something that is decided upon if the provider gets the feeling that she could get away with it. I know now that if I ever use any paper providers I will ask over the phone if full service is provided at the advertised price, without any extra tipping, and full service not being a simple message. Basically a GFE.

Another variation of this scam to be on the look out for is if the Provider wants the money upfront, and needs to give it to her driver. That will almost always end up in the money being either an agency fee (which will result in some heavy tipping for FS), or a rip-off(with her hopping in and riding away).

My suggestion to thwart these scams is for her to get undressed prior to receiving the money that is in your hand.

If she must give the money to a driver, and you haven't cleared over the phone whether or not the initial hourly price would require additional tipping, clear it with her now! Afterwards, have her motion her driver to pick up the money if he is in clear view. If you are in an hotel room have her call down to her driver to come pick up the money (while she is naked). If the two of them don't each have a cell phone then say good night.

For the men in a hotel room (or home) who might be afraid of some sort of altercation with the driver, keep the door chain locked and pass the money through that way. If you are at your own residence then this scam is less likely to happen.

Of course she could always decide to go berzerk once her driver receives the money (while she is still naked) crying rape and so forth, which would also result in you loosing your money. Personally I have no problem with giving money upfront for if she tries to pull something like extra tipping I would snatch my money back and send her on her way. What can she do about it anyway? I was again staying in NJ and had the opportunity to check K Sunday PM/Monday AM. The best opportunities, such as they were, were early Monday morning with the rising of the sun. North Philadelphia BSW Stroll Report

There exists a stroll that extends from Ridge Ave.& Lehigh Ave. all the way down Ridge Ave., where it merges with 33rd street (down 33rd) through till West Girard Ave.

An added convenience is the fact that this strip borders Fairmount Park, so you can pick up a SW and head over into the cover of the unlit Fairmount Park.

This strip is a relatively short distance away from the Lancaster Ave. strip (7-29-04 post) so travel between the strolls is quite easy. On both of these strips you should never offer anything more than $10 if she wants to know what you are willing to pay. If she initially requests more than $10 then that'll be your judgement call. West/South West Philladelphia SW Stroll Location Report

The stroll is located on 58th street between Hoffman Ave. and Chester Avenue. The hotspot is the immediate area around the 7 Eleven. There are a number of drug addict SW's over this way but I have definitely seen worse, check out my pic of the BSW I call "bait & switch" for verification of that.

This area is one of the easier areas to monger in, although LE patrol is quite high. Once again LE doesn't focus upon mongers and SW's in the area. The drug addict SW's (I will now begin to abbreviate this as DASW, DABSW, DAHSW, DAWSW, and so on) in the area make themselves very noticible they'll give you the eye along with a few words when you ride past them.

There are also a few part time SW's in the area so if you see a woman walking on this stroll after 2am don't hesitate to atleast ask her if she is in need of a ride. This has worked for me over in this area. I was really surprised that she was a willing working girl. I approached her a little differentely than my normal street walker approach (more like I had actual interest). I have seen her out there since our encounter (walking purposefully, so don't let it fool you after 2 am), but after making the U turn she was always gone.

Well getting tired of opening up the Philadelphia forum and hearing about things we can catch and not girls we've been catching, so I'll try to get back on track and hope others will follow.

INHIBITORY FACTOR IN SALIVA
An article in the Journal of the American Dental Association (Vol. 118, June 1989) concludes that "saliva from healthy men, women, and children contained a factor that inhibits HIV-1 infection of lymphocytes [white blood cells]. This finding is consistent with the documented low risk of oral transmission of this virus and the infrequent isolation of HIV-1 from human oral fluids."

In their study, researchers took samples of saliva from uninfected people - nine women, nine men, and seven children - and from nine HIV-positive men. Each sample of saliva was incubated with concentrated HIV-1 for one hour, after which time lymphocytes were added to the saliva-virus mixture for another hour. The researchers then tested the mixtures three times, starting on the eighth day, looking for signs that the virus was replicating.

The saliva from all the women and children and from the majority of men completely protected the lymphocytes against infection with the virus. Three uninfected and two HIV-positive men had "substantial, partial inhibitory activity." Even when the saliva was diluted by a factor of 20 to 1, 50% of its inhibitory activity remained.

Among the authors' conclusions is a statement that has major implications for therapy: "The inhibitory activity displays an important characteristic of a pharmacological agent." This suggests that the as-yet unknown protective factor - probably a large protein molecule - may offer an important clue to the identification of a "natural, nontoxic [antiviral] product."

If identified, such a molecule could form the basis of an agent capable of protecting cells against HIV, and it would offer some insight into the mechanism by which the virus is neutralized, says Dr. Phillip Fox, chief of the clinical investigative section that conducted the research. To that end, four studies have been funded to continue the work.

"Based on what we've seen and the number of years of experience, there is enough background to see that [oral activity] isn't a route of transmission," Fox says. "To my mind it makes sense that this fluid - saliva - which definately contains the virus, is not transmitting it."

Because semen, saliva, and breast milk have all been shown to contain inconsistent, low levels of HIV, it seems sensible to look at the more clear-cut instance of uninfected babies being nursed by HIV-positive mothers, where the only risk factor was the baby's nursing.

Pediatric immunologist James Oleske of Newark, N.J., who was one of the first to identify AIDS in children, has criticized the CDC's recommentation that HIV-positive women not breast-feed their infants. "This is a typical overresponse," he says. "Yes, factors in saliva seem to inhibit HIV, which is just one more bit of evidence that you don't get AIDS through oral exposure very frequently."

Oleske knows of two European cases in which babies who became infected by transfusion after birth and were being breast-fed have infected their mothers. In both instances the children were teething and the mothers' nipples were cracked, creating a blood-blood rather than simply oral route of transmission.

DEFINING WHAT IS "LOW RISK"
On the basis of scientific evidence such as that presented above, some social-service organizations are now issuing guidelines that place oral sex in a low-risk category. One of these groups is the AIDS Commision of Toronto, Canada. Ed Johnson, director of education for the commission, says, "Because different organizations are saying different things - and there is often great discrepancy between them - we took every study available into consideration and, through the Canadian AIDS Social Coalition, came out with a statement that anal and oral sex cannot be considered of equal risk." Johnson's group then developed three catetories of risk, placing oral sex in the "minimal/theoretical" risk category. Unprotected anal or vaginal sex is in the high risk category; abstinence is listed as no risk.

Wayne Blankenship of the Tuscon AIDS Project, which is following Canada's lead, says that in the United States "We're so invested in having to see transmission in either black or white terms that we've painted ourselves into a corner. A real issue is that there is nothing positive said officially about any form of sex between men. This is a disservice to those trying to make rational choices."

While admitting that "no one would say that there's a 100% guarantee that oral sex won't transmit the virus," Blankenship says critics have sensationalized his group's guidelines as "advocating that people should be having oral sex without a condom. But that's not what our information is about. It's about the relative risk."

According to Kevin Armington, coordinatior of medical information for Gay Men's Health Crisis (GMHC) in New York City, the group's "safer sex" guidelines emphasize "safe, creative sexual activities." GMHC educational materials recommend either using a condom during oral sex or; if no condom is used, refraining from ejaculating in a partner's mouth. The group's concern over possible transmission through oral sex is based on several letters in the mid 1980s in the British medical journal The Lancet, which reported that a few people who claimed that they had participated in no other sexual activities than oral sex nonetheless became infected. Several I.V. drug-using lesbians have reportedly passed the virus to their partners through oral sex. This, GMHC argues, indicates that oral sex is not in a no-risk category.

Marcus Conant, a physician in San Francisco who sees a large population of AIDS patients, emphasizes, "You have to ask what is meant by 'low risk' - which does not mean 'no risk'. If you mean low, you have to decide what risks you are willing to take." Conant draws on the analogy of risks that people take every day: "On a California freeway you have a 1-in-4,000 chance of being killed; in a lightning storm, a 1-in-12,000 chance of being struck. A pregnant woman has about a 1-in-8,000 chance that her baby will have a severe birth defect. The risk of getting HIV from oral sex is clearly lower than 1 in 4,000 but whether it's lower than 1 in 12,000, I don't know.

"People are caught back in a 1983 frame of mind and haven't [stopped to think], Now anyone can get tested," Conant continues. "I wouldn't [advise people] to have rectal sex with anyone without a condom, but they might engage in something that has a low risk - if both were negative and being tested periodically."

Glad to finally have the ability to post. I'm a looongtime monger in Philly (about 20 years, since I started to drive) and have seen the "crops" come and go. Night On Broadway (NOB) has been closed for a couple of months now. One of the dancers was raped at gunpoint so don't look for any action at that locale for quite a while. Night On Broadway was the best place for full hands on inside of the club. It was great for take out during the slow days and contact numbers during Fridays and Saturdays.

I have a boat load of numbers and memories from that club. I have seen every sex act imaginable take place in there. It has to have been one of the most gratuitous SC's in the US during it's decade plus run.

There seems to be an increase in the number of hole in the wall, second floor of a storefront type underground clubs that have been opening since NOB closed its doors. Many of NOB's former dancers are now dancing at those clubs as well as flocking to some of the more notable clubs that you can find the name and addresses of from the multiple SC sites.

These hole in the wall clubs change locales frequently. they are little more than a gathering of freaky young ladies who want to remain low key about there business while some fellas charge other fellas $10 a head to come see them. These places are never open before the sun falls and usually don't open until 1:00 am.

NOB sure sounds interesting .. one board said 3 songs for $10 is that right? Wow. Now as for the club/area its in itself. I've heard alot on this. Some say its fine for anyone to go into. Some say if you aren't black you'll get your butt kicked. Some say the later is little but a scare tactic to lessen the crowd. Somebody can correct be if I'm wrong here ... but it has got to be the the latter .. violating statutues by staying open late is one thing ... if nobody cares, it could be ignored. However a business that repeatedly allows customers to get beat up and robbed .. well that would not only have LE over it, but probably news crews. As for say waiting outside after close for a cab (someone could PM me transit info to get from NOB to the airport ... you need a degree to understand that SEPTA site) I obviously can't stay for certain .. but in most major US cities, street crime/muggings are way down, largely because there are traffic cameras and the like everywhere, though I don't know if philly is like that. I've been to the RumKeg, club 3737, Moet and NOB and have noticed a caucasian or three and have noted that they had no problems whatsoever at the various 'black spots'. Much like what happens to me when I step into a predominantly white neighborhood watering hole, you notice that some folks look your way and the eyes kinda say "what are you doing here?", but once there within 2-minutes everybody is comfortable and you blend right in with everybody pinchin' asses.

Just be sure to keep the custom of smackin' and palmin' those asses when they come by, and be sure TO MAKE 'EM WORK FOR EVERY DOLLAR! DO NOT go showering those girls with quick and easy money, it breaks the status quo, most guys there dont have too much loot to play with so they squeeze every dollar and if you come in shouting "I've got crazy loot"! You can bring attention to yourself! The girls will love liberating your dollars from you, thus neglecting the bro's (those ho's are straight up about the loot) and some knucklehead might start 'hating' and saying "white boy" shit.

You can wear a suit at Wild Things if you want but leave your penguin suits at home if you go to NOB or RumKeg, Go comfy and casual. If you really want to feel it when they are grinding on you during a LD, wear the thinnest sweatpants you can find!!! Be completely unashamed of your wood when she wakes him up!

Everybody get searched by security before being allowed in and I'm yet to see any trouble or troublemakers ever at any of these spots. I've never seen any non-black guy ever getting hassled at any of these spots; just the initial querying look in the beginning by a few individuals is the most I have ever noticed. Be sensible and keep your cash in your pocket and out of your wallet (keep your wallet out of site), this goes for all urban outings white-black- blue or brown; it's just common sense!

We live in enlightened easygoing times at the moment, take it while the taking is good!

NOB is in North Philly, I hear it's new location is on Old York Rd somewhat around the area of the Albert Einstein Hospital?? (Still somewhat around the Broad and Olney area it was before)

NOB to the Phila Airport is a major hike! The Airport in actually just on the extreme Southern tip of the City of Philadelphia, NOB is near the North edge of Philadelphia, within a mile of the edge of the north of the city. That will be a serious undertaking without a car.

I may have mis- spoke. Just got a PM from another Sr. Member who said that it is still closed. I've driven by a few times, saw the neon sign still on late at night, and figured it was still poppin from when I had been there last, roughly about a month or so ago.

It has always been a fun after hours spot. And to your question on getting any hassles if your not black, I would say that is definitely not the case. The management was all about the Green, and for the most part patrons where there for the Ho's, not too start shit. Certainly north philly is not the safest place, but nor are many spots in philly unless your not aware of your sorroundings. I would say peep out Club Moet or Picadilly as alternative spots. Not sure about the new rum keg. I went there a few month back and nothing but Trolls in there! A definite scary site to see.

Both Moet and the Pic provide for ample "hands on" fun with the added benefit of having a bar that serves cheap liquor.

Thanks for the info MSJ. Well OK this could change at any time. Perhaps each of the next couple nights, somebody could call there on the phone and see if they are open, or maybe somebody knows what is up. Heck who knows maybe they have reduce the days they are open? I was attracted to NOB by 2 things, the cheap/great sounding dances, and the fact that they are open until 5 or 5:30. Getting accurate info on SC hours online isn't easy, because sources conflict. Some places say show n tel and Daydreams are open until 4. Are any of the other places you mentioned open late? Call and ask if you dunno. Picadilly is probably farther than I want to go unless someone says its like the best place ever. Club moet however is in a good spot. I'm definetly interested in all the details on that place. Is there good, constant stage dancing? How much/long are these dances, which you said are hands on. I've never heard of this rum keg ... you said you don't have details, maybe someone else does, but if you know about it, I assume you at least no where it is. thanks!

I have been to Tattle Tales. The cute little girl that came up to me blatantly said that it costs $150 for a half hour in the upstairs VIP room where we can "suck, fuck, whatever". Yeah, the Pic is a little off the beaten bath just a bit. But fun can be had at Club Moet. Supposedely has a "back" room where extras can be had as well. $5 cover open everyday. Nice selection. Constantly someone on stage, nice set up actually. Dances are the standard $10 for a few songs. Club has couches and bar seating. I've actually gotten a few digits for future take out there, but never followed up. You will always have one or two stars in the house. I think they close at 2am however.

The Rum Keg would definitely be considered after hours, but again, it is some what out of the way, and the quality of the girls on hand can be low at times. Although, it seemed that you could find one of two gems inside. Bear in mind, you won't have much diversity at the Keg, like you used to get at NOB (Black, Latin, few White,). Rumkeg (maybe doesnt even go by that name anymore) is at the ??? social club (forget name but its the only one) at the corner of 52nd and Haverford aves. It's in West Philly, get the initial pat down, go up the stairs, then go up the stairs again (to the 3rd flr), pay the dude $10 entry fee, grab a seat and get 'grinded' on. The locale is heavily urban black neighborhood, patronage and providers but I've seen all other types of guys there that are welcomed and never hassled so no-one should ever feel out of place.

There is a SC called Oasis in the area called the AutoMall. (Essington Avenue I believe), that is the closest stric club near the Airport that I am aware of. I suspect it's a local like Delilah's although I've never been there myself, maybe someone else who knows can chime in. Those others mentioned earlier are in Center City proper, Daydreams in in NE philadelphia near Tacony-Palmyra bridge area (Enroute to Cherry Hill, NJ) which is a longer hike past the others mentioned except for NOB if you are coming from the Phila Airport area. I have no doubt that there are additional spots in South Philadelphia area, probable right around the Airport area, I am just not aware of them as I do not frequent that part of town.

Anybody else out there know sumthin??

The odd part of it all was that he wanted me to come along with him that night to show and tell. Urban Warrior | Why can't we tow away johns' cars?

TWO MONTHS ago, the city's vice squad was supposed to start impounding cars when undercover cops catch people trying to patronize prostitutes.

Want to guess how many they've towed?

Zero.

"We were advised by the city solicitor's office not to enforce the law," said Francis Healey, a lawyer for the city Police Department. "I'm not at liberty to say why. It's a privileged and confidential memo between lawyer and client."

Hmmm.

Let me get this straight. City Council, responding to constituent complaints about a constant supply of used condoms, public sex shows in customers' cars, and streetwalkers who parade around half naked, tried to make the crime a little more inconvenient by drafting a bill that allows cops to tow cars.

Council passed the bill, the bill became law, and then the city's law department turns around and tells cops not to enforce it?

"That's right," said city Solicitor Pedro Ramos.

Turns out the law doesn't pass constitutional muster, Ramos explained.

The cars are worth too much to qualify for towing under the current law, he said. What's needed is a law that makes the car an instrument of the crime.

"Basically, we need state legislation in order to do this right," Ramos told me yesterday.

"But we're drafting that legislation now. Believe me, the administration is behind this."

Well, that's comforting.

But would it be too much to expect government to figure out whether laws are legal before they bother passing them?

City Councilman Rick Mariano, who sponsored the law and was surprised to hear cops weren't enforcing it, said the decision seems "ridiculous."

"We get a law in for the people in the neighborhoods, and now the city's stepping all over itself, trying to protect the wrong people?" he said.

"Now, when I'm out in my district, and some woman comes up to me to complain about how bad the problem is, how can I go back and tell her that we tried, but some nameless lawyer put the kibosh on it? It seems like we go out of our way to help the people that shouldn't be helped, and the people that need to be helped, we don't help."

Valerie Lewis, leader of a Hunting Park effort to fight streetwalkers with barricades and nighttime vigils, agreed.

"They're so full of sugar it makes me sick," said Lewis. "Why pass a law if they're not going to enforce it? I don't know why they bother."

Meanwhile, I'm happy to report that Lewis, unlike city government, is getting rapid results on her effort to fight the blight that streetwalkers bring to her neighborhood.

After my Friday column about the Hunting Park residents who turned out last weekend to block their streets off to traffic and order sex workers to scram, six volunteers from a nearby church showed up to help with their stakeout.

"I couldn't believe it," said Lewis. "They were going to try and counsel the girls. But we've really made progress, and there weren't any more than a few stragglers out here that night. I'd say traffic is down by at least 50 percent, and conservatively speaking, 75 percent of the hookers are gone."

Lewis thinks their success is due to their commitment and consistency.

"We've been coming out every night," she said. "Even some of the young people are showing up. They're kids, and grandkids, and they're out here helping out."

Of course, the nightly barbecue - which Lewis and her husband get going around 10 p.m. - helps make the job a little more pleasant. Homeowners who can't spend the wee hours of the morning out on their streets at night are contributing with bottles of water, Lewis said, or bags of pretzels.

Meanwhile, the city squabble continues.

Mariano says the Law Department is being overly cautious, and more concerned with the victim than with the criminal.

"These residents need to keep the pressure on, and push for more attention from their elected officials. They should be hollering and screaming at the law department right now, for instance," Mariano said.

Ramos, however, said he doesn't need the hollering.

"Believe me, these are my neighborhoods, too. I see what's going on, and I'm committed to practical solutions.

"But it would just be too awful if we got sued by a john and lost."

Urban Warrior | One acquittal among verdicts in sex cases

FOUR MORE verdicts are in, and a second man who got arrested for patronizing prostitutes during recent police stings has been found not guilty of the crime.

Court records show that Mark Roane, of 2nd Street near Cumberland, was found not guilty by Judge Ronald Merriweather of prostitution, patronizing a prostitute and solicitation of a prostitute.

In other verdicts, John Been of Lawnside Road near Whiting pleaded guilty and got a year's probation, and Kenneth Killgrube of Sedgely Avenue near K Street was found guilty and got six months' probation. Sithean Meas of 17th Street near McClellan accepted a first-time offender's program that will clear his record if he is not rearrested within six months.

As part of my effort to help fight the foul behavior that streetwalking brings to certain city neighborhoods, I ran pictures of these men in the Daily News after they were charged.

Roane, who has a history of theft, drug and gun charges, was on probation for a drug possession charge on the night he was arrested.

But the judge didn't believe the female police officer who was posing as a streetwalker that night, Feb. 14.

"He found the prosecution's testimony to be not credible," said Roane's lawyer, Michael Coard. "Men just don't walk up to a prostitute and say, 'I want sex.' It's just not credible. They'd use some kind of code, or street language, to describe what they were looking for."

According to Coard, Roane is a tow truck driver and was dispatched by his supervisor to go to the 3300 block of Kensington Avenue that night to pick up some illegally parked cars.

"He had his walkie-talkie in his hand, and he was talking on it. A young lady approaches the vehicle, says something to him, and he in turn asked her, 'Is this your car?'

"At that point, he noticed that the woman held her hand up and seemed to wave at someone," Coard said. "Apparently one of the officers may have thought that his walkie-talkie was a weapon. Then they made the arrest and put him in the wagon."

Coard, who says his client was not only innocent of this crime but suffered damage to his family and his business as a result of the arrest, said cops need to have more proof than just the word of another cop before they lock someone up.

"The idea of going after this crime in order to clean up the community and protect the residents is great," said Coard.

"I've just got a problem with the execution."

The cop, however, gave an entirely different account of the conversation that took place during the reverse sting operation that night.

She said Roane pulled into the parking lot in a black tow truck and asked her what she was doing. When she replied that she was "working," she said he told her, "I want sex."

She said she replied by asking how much money he had, and when he answered that he had $15, she responded with, "Are you sure you want 'that for that'?"

She said that when he answered yes, she signaled her backup and made the arrest.

Police declined to comment on the case.

Meanwhile, I'm still hearing horror stories about what follows when hookers invade your neighborhood: Unhealthy trash, public sex shows and late-night noises no one needs to hear.

And I'll continue to keep you posted on what police are doing to combat this crime - and what's happened to those who have been arrested.

Just came back from scouting the 'K',

NOW IT'S MORE than just a night in jail.

Starting Monday, anyone who gets arrested for patronizing prostitutes in Philadelphia will also get his car towed, and he won't be able to get it back without coughing up $300.

According to the new city law, introduced by City Councilman Rick Mariano and passed by a unanimous City Council last week, "johns" will see their cars towed by police under the city's "Live Stop" program.

And not only that, if Mariano gets everything he wants, they might even see their faces on TV.

"Prostitution is not a victimless crime," Mariano said during a press conference to announce the new law yesterday. "Children step over discarded condoms on their way to school, the elderly fear for their safety right in front of their own homes and property values decline when an area becomes a well-known destination for the sex trade."

I say, Bravo! The time has come for Council to take this step.

The way I see it, street prostitution has forced far too many Philadelphians to put up with their streets being used as a public brothel, and for far too long.

Neighbors tell me this means taking used condoms out of their toddler's hands, chasing away couples having sex in a car in broad daylight, and calling the cops when a drugged-out hooker is sitting on their basement steps, performing oral sex on a customer.

Worse, the blighting effect of all this activity drags down the value of the neighborhood, robbing homeowners of a lifetime of investment.

Mariano, who thanked the Daily News for recent articles about what it's like for these residents, has also been taking other steps to help police crack down on the problem.

In addition to the new law, Mariano also is sponsoring legislation to "out" Johns by posting their names and photos on the city's cable TV channel. This effort is modeled after recent Daily News columns that published the names and photos of men who had been arrested for patronizing prostitutes.

"This would serve as a deterrent to any would-be criminals who think they're just totally free to come down here and trash our neighborhoods," Mariano said. "I'm not naive enough to think we can ever eradicate the problem, but I do think we can make a difference. And that is what this is about. We want to make it as difficult as possible to perpetuate this crime."

The Patio is a short time motel on Roosevelt Blvd and C St. They charge $25 for an hour rental. Shabby rooms and a community bathroom. Fair neighborhood and have never had any problems going there or parking my car. Make sure you have exact change as most times they won't break a bill so It'll cost you more.

As far as Rachel goes. I'd say the best time to see her is in the afternoon hours around the 7-Eleven as she lives very close by and can usually be found there. Ok people, my trip to philly has come and gone. Unforunatly travel issues screwed up my alloated mongering time ... so all the info I've been acquiring was for not at least for the time being. I'll probably visit again just to use the info, at a later time though. Anyway, I can make some observations from my breif stay though. Philly Doc, I don't mean to kick you whilre your down, but this goes for everyone really. You can lose you're brain when a girl is playing with your penis, thats obvious. I was out late Sunday night on the "K" and found 2 WSW's that gave pretty good service. The street was DEAD because of the holiday weekend with few providers and pretty much nonexistent LE.

Snapped the chain and went wandering the streets in the City Of Brotherly Love one recent Autumn afternoon. It was a beautiful fall day and there was action available everywhere.

You used to be able to get lots of action there until they were busted twice. I don't think they have returned to the former behavior.
