To Mr. Wet Wooly

I will provide conservative numbers, numbers on the low side.

These "slaves" see about 8 guys a day, 7 days a week.
If they work 3 weeks out of 4, they make $17,000 per month.
If they work 10 months (2 month vacation back to Sout Korea)
they make $170,000 per year. That is about $250,000 for
you and me before taxes.

They paid (borrowed) $20,00 to $25,000 to get a 10 year
work visa to the USA. They pay this off in the first month
or two they are here.

Is it a great job? No! But they chose it, they did it before
in South Korea in the streets or MPs in South Korea.

They must work every day, but thye chose it, they were
not kidnapped (unlike some Eastern European woman).

They chose it because it is not looked down that
that much in Korea and all the married guys fu*c
go to MPs in Korea all the time after the first
couple of months of marriage.

Some of the girls do it to make money for themselves,
some do it and help their families, some do it because
they do the same type of work their mother did, they
follow in tradition; some do it to meet guys.

Are they happy? Not really, but it gives them (they think)
freedom and money; women, unless they go to college
do not make much money in Korea and are subserviant
to their drinking, cheating and beating husbands.

They think this like holds more opportunities.

I happen to really know what I am writing about Wooly.

Korean and largley Chinese women at Amps were not
kidnapped, they went of their own accord. Once here, they
must follow their employers intructions, or they will
be fired and have to go back to Korea since they do
not know English that well, do not know their way
around that well.

They actually like their jobs, its just business to them, and
with 56 guys a week (conservative - pretty girls get 80 to 100)
they do go thru the motions, but they think it is better
opportunity than the standard houswife in Korea with
a screwed up husband telling her what to do and not to do.

They thrive on the indepedance; and many of them ultimatley
marry you guys, and have kids, and go to church and then
start feeling the Christian guilt.

Peace to all my Philly bros. I regualrly contirbute to the CT. boards, see CT. [Bridgeport,Groton] I`m about to visit Philly in late June. I have read all I can about the type of place I like which is a club with "extras" like the D&L. From the reports here, it seems as if this is a place I can get behind to have some fun. I like AMP`s too, don`t get me wrong, bur for the trip I mentioned the clubs are what I `ll be looking for.

The D&L seems like what I am used to. Would some of you local mongers who make a visit please provide some fresh news about particular girls? Or if I have missed something and you think another place is superior, I would be interested in reading about that too. My co. will be placing us right in Center City no doubt. We stayed at the Sheraton last time. No car will be rented so I`ll will be using taxis and freshly printed WSG info you provide for me.

Is the D&L cool if I am alone? Is the crowd "salt and pepper" or what. Last year we visited Balt. for the co. trip. The strip clubs in Balt were largely Afro-American clientele, but I loved them and had no problems at all, nice people. Everybody have fun!

I have only been down to that area twice, most times I use the private services or AMP's but I really do enjoy the hunt when I have time. Guess maybe it the excitement as much as the sex. 1) I highly doubt that they make 170K. Anyone who makes that much of money may retire in one-two years. In my view most of money go to owners of MPs.

any cabbie will take you up to 52nd st. from center city, but you aren't gonna find a cab back in that area and you don't want to be walking around.

many call-ahead cabs don't like going to those areas either.

it's unmistakeably a ghetto after-hours club.

the safest time is when the club closes (around 5-6am) b/c there's always a police cruiser across the st. at closing time. same w/ nob.

i haven't been in a while, but my experience there was average. it's just a small bar and gets too crowded fri & sat. there just weren't enough girls. things may have changed.

u can always go to rock's across the st. it's a decent place to kill time before d&l opens.

This goes on and on; they make great money; Callowhill management fthought & required the girls to give better service than at most other places and had more attractive women and tons of clients; if the guys complained about a girl a few times, she went bye-bye.

They make great money; some goes back to families in S.Korea,
some save it; some go to Atlantic City & blow it all, they spend on Karioke(rent room, food, drinks and blow $300/hour);Korean nite
clubs in NYC($400 for 3 hours); they work from 9 to 11 months per year; they make $18 to $24,000 per month for 25 days (some don't work during their period); they spend on air fare to S. Korea, they have expensive apts in NYC, they use nice cabs,they
buy expensive clothes, they go to expensive restaurants, some
marry you guys with a year or two (so not much money leFt), some work for 7-10 years then open thefir own places(amps)
or other legitimate businesses, buy houses, raise kids and send
them to college, open Korean stores; they have bad attitudes at most places with exception of Callowhill and a few Connecticut
Amps; on average they make over $200,000 per yr for 10 months work; but they sometimes do 17 guys per day; that gives them the bad attitude plus the bad example of the mamasan; they act as if they are doing you a favor; Koreans love money & to accumulate money, regardless of what it takes. They don't understand the emotion in it; if you cum, they were succesful, what are you complaining about?, don't you know there is another guy in the waiting room who needs to cum and they need to make their money; they just don't understand(by and large)

Regarding an Eastern European Amp; there is a Russian Jewish Amp just outside of Balt., MD, they have Russian Jewish hookers there, the AMPs are better, they just give handjobs at the
Russian MP and treat you worse.

This is how much Amp mangement makes if they
charge $50 for 1 hour house money; the Amp being
profiled is Callowhill Relaxation Center (now just a
memory)

1) 7 girls work full time, 7 days a week, 360 days a year
(they close 2 or 3 days a year)

2) each girl sees a minimum average of 9 guys per day

3) 7 girls x 9 guys xx $50 = $3,150 per day

4) $3,150 per day x 360 days = $1,134,000 per year

5) the above number is low; weekends bring in 8 girls
and 12 to 14 guys per girl;
Friday and Saturday alone was:

8 girls x 13 guys x $50 x 2 (Firday & Sat) = $10,400

$10,400 x 52 weekens = $540,000

They often made between $1.25 and $1.35 million
house money per year; cost was rent, gang kickbacks,
food, a cook, yellow pages advertising, 2 phone lines,
one 800 number, condoms, sheets, towels and large
quantities of hot water for all of those showers for
us guys, heat in winter, AC is summer.

Not bad for 'after tax money' for the house.

Yo gents,

Been a long time since I've posted, anyway..

I do not know what the average income of an AMP girl is. To tell you the truth, I never thought much about it. But I do know that majority send their money back to the old country. Most of these girls support 20 people.

Now for some notes from my past ventures.

The non asian MP in Upper Darby is still kicking. 160 for all the trimmings. This place has been in the same location since the 70's and is not moving any time soon.

The nudy place in the second floor of the adult book store on Market street, I think it is between 21st and 22nd, is an alright place to get some quick release. $5 bucks to get in. $100 for a full nude HJ w/mutual touching. A bit steep price, but fits the bill if you want to see some ass and grad a handfull while she jerks you. I think CBJ is offers for another 100. No way!

The AMP in Malvern is not to bad. For the legit services, excellent. Only extra's so far is unenthused HJ. The same applies for the AMP in Thorndale.

Kensington.. Not recommended. I had three experiences the past year. OK, not so good, and horrible. I never recieved services from any. Once they were in the car, my mind changed real quick. If it wasn't the sores on their mouths, or cracked out eye glaze, it was the oder. The OK incident went well because the girl must of already had a fix and easily left the car. the not so good girl had to be forced out. And during the horrible experience, the bitrch lifted my wallet form a zippered pocket Luckily I noticed before she left. But this is when it turned ugly. She insisted she did not have it, started to go nuts and commenced to destroying the inside of my car. I ended up beating the hell out of her to get my wallet. I ended up finding two other wallets. If anyone had their wallets lifted at Kennsington, they were disposed of, except for the cash! I am not a violent person and she was the first women I have ever got very physical with - in a combative way.

NOTE: I will admit though, that I broke one of the cardinal rules of street mongering, that night, DO not have anything worth of any value in the car!! Clear out eveything at home or at least put it in the trunk before venturing outk. The only cash you should have is the cash you are going to spend.

I still need to check out D&L and NOB.

I knew a girl from USC, every summer she came to Philly worked 2 months at one of the local AMPs, and made enough to pay her entire way through college along with books and board. It was $24k/year at the time.

She did not enjoy doing it, but it was easier than what most of the american girls were doing for work. Many of the other posters talk about the indifferance of
those working at AMPS, and some of that is true, and some of
it is explained by what you wrote, but I have found that if you
choose wisely and are truly interested in learning about
the other person (even though you pay) and if you try to
compliment the postive in the Amp girl and try to provide
her with respect and some happiness, then your encounters and memories will be much richer and they will look forward to seeing you again.

About the non aisan MP

There has been some previous posts about this place in this forum. Anyway here is some additional info.

The name of the place is Relax stop and it is on Garret road in Upper Darby a few blocks for the 69th street terminal. It is on the right side of the steet as you appraoch form 69th street. Go through the door (Name on the door) go upstairs and ring the bell. There is a sign posted saying that there is no sexual activity, ignore it. The house price is 60.00 for the massage and tips for the rest.

As mentioned in earlier posts, there are no rooms just walls that do not reach the celing. Someone mentioned he felt like it was a sting set up. Anyway you can use this set up to your advantage for being a first time customer. Heres why. I had not been to the place for over a year. When I went back, nobody knew me, which as every hoobiest knows, when they do not know you, do not expect an extras until repeated visits. So, I go to the room and I can tell the girl was a bit reserved (I have been told many times I look like a cop). But in the middle of the back rub, the couple in the stall next to me started to go at it. I mean the table was squeeking and plenty of moaning & grunting. The ice was broken, no inuendos and we went to business.

The women range from 5-7. During the day I was able to get full service for the price of a cbj - I guess she was horney. The tip prices have gone up. I think they are $60 hj, $80 cbj, and $100 full.

Analyst; I would recomend Club Risque' on Delaware Ave. However, if you are looking for great lap dances I would recomend you cross the bridge to New Jersey and try The Erotic Cafe or the Playhouse off rt 295s. Club Risque' is a great club to hang out but, the dances are mostly little touch.

Went to Bonanza VII door fee $60 which I found in Yellow Pages...hard to find off Walnut but a cab driver knew where it was...

One last review from an outoftowner...

In honor of the blueballs I was left with from Rose's Hell, I went to the Blue Fox on Sansome...was told $60 door on the phone...(is this the Philly standard?) I lurk from time to time out of nostalgia for when I was younger. Anyway, first time poster to this board, but not new to the hobby. I made reports and reviews to old alt.sex.prositution under the name NABI when MailMasher was a good bet. A few old timers may remember those days. Sadly, NABI’s reports from late 1980s and early 1990s are gone. I stopped active hobbying about 10 years ago ... never lost interest. Had nothing new to report except comments about the good old days when EMPs and AMPs in Toledo, Columbus, Lima, and Fort Wayne were everywhere. Those were the days! Maybe we can compare old notes sometime. The Kingdom was awesome.

Thank you guys for the poop on Kensington Ave. I finally went there, early this month... a shoppers paradise! The SW were everywhere, old or young, eye candy and really ugly. Curiosity took me there, a willowy blond, a 9 in my book, told the little head to participate. I circled back ... she was still there ... and in the car she hopped. My first ever SW experience ... I’m an AMP kinda guy ... my heart was pumping. Sara, her working name de jour, new a motel on Roosevelt. Yo gents, just a scouting report,

Last night I was bored and decide to cruise the streets. I was not in the mood to pick up, just felt like driving around A was out Friday night 10PM to 12AM and I cruised around the Kensington area, & N. Broad to S. Broad. I did not check around the truck terminals around Pattison and Packer Aves. On game nights, LE is everywhere in that area. Anyway, there was not much to be seen on Kensington. In fact the area was buzzing with many just hanging out. There were some SW’s between Erie and Frankfurt Aves. Stay away from the park that is between Kensington and Frankfurt. There has been many complaints from the neighborhood about lewd activities in the park, so LE is very present. Every time I cruise by there, an undercover is standing around. Remember the golden rule, never talk business while she is standing outside the car. 90% of the time they will not risk entering your car and will try to get the proposal out of you while standing on the curve. Thin with the big head on your shoulders. not the little one in your pants.

Most of the SW’s were on Front St under the “EL” between Girard and the Kensington bend. Most were crack heads and a few looked way to young. There were a few trollers out. I saw many u-turns. Which by the way is an instant flag to get pulled over in that area.

Never did the SW thing in Philly, but sounds good Thewiz thanks for the info - My normal sceen is DE but since there is no baord I will share information I know about Philly - There were several AMP 's in chinatown by the convention center - I apoligize in advance for not being good with street names but I will try my best - There is a club on the corner legit next to the convention center 9prettly popular - there is a AMP right on that block last time I was there was 8 - 12 months ago though so I don't know if it is still active price was 130 FS 50 of that was to get into the door - nice shower, no Sauna, but good level of attention from the girls as well as no rushing. You can even sit down in the Mamasauns living room and watch the big screen TV if you are waiting for someone special - this privlige is not just for the regulars - Always new girls every time I used to go - I don't not frequnet AMP's because I am cheap as hell - this one happens to be on the cheaper end and you still get quality - There is a place accross the highway in the same area as you probably already know this area looks real bad - it is across the street from a small unlit unused parking lot. Nice place 150 everything - 60 get into the door included in the 150. Again very nice Mamasuan, good Sauna, nice shower - you get better massages at the other place I mentioned and this place usually has less of a quality selection. But choose you posison if they are still open. My brother-laws are coming to town next week so if we head up that way I will post any new information I have.

Kensington report, like Wiz I was doing some hunting on Friday night. The weather was nice and the crowds were out. Picked up a bleach blonde, called herself Savannah at the little park near the KFC. I think the AMP was called the Sun health spa or something to that respect – my mind fails me plenty, plus these places do not have huge neon signs outside That place had a special place in my heart- it was were I had my first AMP experience. And to this day, one of the best. Great service, beautiful girls, and the mamsan was cool as $hit. I did sit down with her a few times and watch tv while awaiting for my fav provider. Hey Willing to Pay, I think that park by the KFC is the one were LE makes a routine presence. I remember going by there around 1030 Pm and there was a undercover strolling. A few months ago I saw an AA SW at that park and I pulled over about 10 feet past her. Before she started towards my ride, I swore she talked into her huge purse. I was suspicious by the time she reached my car, and the suspicion was confirmed when she walked to the passenger side of the car and just blurted out the price list. –Bingo, I never had a SW talk about business without getting in the car and asking for proof of not being a cop –like flashing the johnson. I wrote earlier that DE action is alive and well, although I can only discuss SW (since I don't know and don't care about AMP activity in DE). Here it is:

Northern DE - Route 13 between Wilmington train station and as far down as Walmart (which is on your left if you are traveling north on route 40. Most of the activity is between the two strip bars near Wilmington - Hacks and Fantasia, they are across the street from each other. The SW tend to stay on the Hacks side of the road since there is more quite spots for them to negotiate. As far as quality goes....as usual you have good days and bad...but all SW activity does BBBJ and most does BBBJTCIM (I'm learning fast). Now, this activity is not just at the to strip bars. My partners in crime call this 5 mile radius the "loop" because there are pockets of activity throughout. Lets say you start your jorneyat the Wilminghton train station, head south on 13 your first "zone" is on your left, you can turn on that street but you are better off continuing straight (the road I am referring to has glass auto service centers on it as well as a large parking lot you find SW walking down that street lots). As we continue on our tour you will pass a Hess gas station on your right, some girls will sit in there cars by the phone waiting for their usual dates. Not more than 60 feet further down the road you have a street on your left nothing is down this street but SW so if you drive down it, you better have a good because LE will know what you are looking for, continuing, we see the "twin towers", Hacks and Fantasia, during the summer, its like you are in a candy store, why do you ask, WSW, LSW (I use L for latino) and your occasional BSW (I don't pick up the BSW because I found them not to give you you moneys worth) try it if you want, anyway, the WSW always seem to do a great job for me, prices range from 20 - 60 for everything (depends on who you pick up and how desperate - if you ever been to chinatown in NY you know - everything is negotiable) I usually spend about 40 - 50 always FS.

After you pass the twin towers, you can eityher head straight, continuing on route 13 orturn left immediatly following thew twin towers - Turn left - follow along the road you will pass a church on your left and you will come to a intersection (route 9) turn right - lots of activity down this road as well, many SW on this road at all times, you will come to an intercsection where there is a gas station and a motel 6 on your left and a holiday Inn on your right, you can take girls to these locations, many girls already have rooms at these hotels, "since I don't like eating in my living room I go elsewhere" - (I just made it up) - I goto Jersey usually right over the bridge at the light you would be at now. continuing on. get onto 295 North, and follow signs for 13 south get off on 13 southg and you will see a large shopping center on your right with a 7-11 in it, this is another great spot, same prices, average LE activity, mostly again WSW, BBBJTCIM, as well as FS. I usually drive in the shopping center across the street because there is activity there as well as on the side roads. If you want to continue on , keep straight on 13 south - the activity will continue sometimes after you pass Hooters on your left the road will split route 40 goes right, you want to stay left and look around the underpass after you pass the Exxon, there is some activity down this way as well. This is the entire Loop just cricle back, and I hope you enjoyted the ride.

If you kept straight by the twin towers you will run right into the 2 shopping centers I talked about in my above notes. just remember it is more fun togo the other way. I made this faily detailed assuming you guys don't know my area.

Some advice - I have found wonderful success teaming up with 1 freind and using our cell phones, since the loop is not a small area we work different spots and let each other know when we struck gold, and share the wealth, just a thought.

Okay, what do you guys think? And TrashMan, its all good, you are right there is reason to be parioniod, Let's all just get along.

LE STUFF

Here’s my bit on LE and dealing with them. First a disclaimer, I’m in no way a lawyer. I had some friends in the past who worked in LE and I read many blotters on prostitution arrests. Plus I received some good advice form some old time trollers and of coarse, I try to use common sense – this can be tough sometimes.

To know if a SW is LE. First off, it is very rare for an undercover get into the car. If she starts to negotiate sex for money while standing on the street, it is a good chance she is LE. Like many things, this is not 100% foolproof, but I never had a SW talk business until she is in the car, you’re off driving and flashed their/your privates.

Another technique LE uses is the SW standing on the street by a cheap motel. I saw this a lot in Texas. An undercover SW stands on the street and when a john pulls over, they negotiate business and she tells him to enter the motel and go to a room. Surprise, once in the room LE is all over you. Again, she does not get into the car. To make the arrest stick, LE uses the actual conversation between the john and the LE SW to prove a sex for hire was made. I have picked up a SW in front of a motel, drive around and negotiate, and end up at the same motel I picked her up at to do business.

Also there are some gems out in the streets. The new girl who is not destroyed yet by drugs or you might find the occasional SW who works only when the rent money is due. Finding these crisp new girls is rare and to some longtime trollers, a once in a lifetime event. So if you are driving down the road and you see a not to bad clean looking SW dressed like the typical hooker, there is a good chance she is LE. It’s not definite but the % is high. Also, if you see some plain looking vehicles with tinted windows parked nearby, go away.

As long as you have not made a deal with SW the cops can’t arrest you. Unless they catch you in the act. If you get caught in the act (sex -getting head....) by LE, 9 times out of 10 you will be slapped with a lewd act in a public place, not prostitution. To be prostitution, LE has to prove you paid her for sex. In Texas, Fort Worth stopped arresting johns for prostitution. They just wrote an $800 ticket! Think about it, they do not need the proper evidence to slap you with the ticket because majority of the men will not fight it in court. I was told by a Ft Worth lawyer that 90% of the tickets issued would be tossed out of court, but to avoid embarrassment, most just paid it to keep it quiet. I knew guys that were slapped with these tickets just for cruising around an area known to have SW’s. The cops pulled them over because they saw them repeatedly drive around the area. When pulled over, they did not have a good story for being in that area at midnight. Now these areas I’m talking about were predominantly residential. The cops knew the area, so if you tried to bull$hit them, majority of the time they would catch you. That is the good thing about the Kensington area. It is an easy place to be pulled over and BS your way out of it.

Oh about the flashing bit –when the SW asks to see your privates (because supposedly it is illegal to flash someone) ,to make sure you’re not a cop. In Texas, undercover male cops, when picking up a SW, actually stuffed their pants with a fake lifelike dildo to beat the lewd law. Luckily a SW did fight her arrest in court and won. Only because in Texas, you can buy dildos. but it is illegal to posses them. ONLY IN TEXAS!!! Thank God I’m back home in Philly!

Well I guess I rambled on too much, but I been around for awhile doing the SW thing and never got pinched. Been close many times, but never pinched.

Oh and yes, I read in a police report that LE had enough proof to make an arrest stick. The proof was not getting caught in the act. The evidence was a few pieces a paper. The cops pulled the guy over with a SW in the car because they saw him pick her up. Even though LE knew the new passenger he picked up was SW and that he had no business in that area, they had no way of proving he was about to engage in prostitution. Think about it, he could of picked her up because he felt sorry for her and wanted to get her a hot meal. But when LE told him and the SW to get out of the car, the cop saw some papers in plain view in the back seat. The cop asked the troller if he could see what the papers were and the guy stupidly said “yes”. Once the cop reviewed the pares he arrested the guy. What was on those papers you ask? The guy had print outs of reports from this site with yahoo maps showing the wonderful route from his house to the area in the reports. .

Hi all, I am a well known poster from the baltimore board. A quick search will confirm this. I have been looking for some info on Sydney, redhotvixen. I found 2 reviews on T*E*R*but none on ********* (free board) or here on WSG. Anybody out there have any experience? I know the overpriced escort thing isn't always the most popular with mongers who enjoy SWs but I can only guess that WSG posters are as well rounded here as in b-more. After cruising DE (Posted on Wilm board) I headed back to Philly and cruised K ave and broad st until 3AM. On k ave there was some real hot looking SW’s out, not your garden variety crack ****** – but yes, they were out too. There were two good looking young blonds out that I tried to get, but as the story goes, I was heading the wrong direction. I noticed as of late that the SW’s have not been crossing the streets, or when you pull over, someone pulls over on their side of the road and are closer. As I mentioned before, I do not do the u-turn thing on K ave, it’s an instant traffic stop if a cops near by. Speaking of LE, their presence was average. They were not swarming around, but every time you think you’re clear of them, they appear. s. broad st was dead. I saw one BSW around Lombard street who was really strung out.

Later in the night I drove by the D&L Social club on 52 and Lanc. I read about the place on this board but did not go in I was being stared at just driving by. The place appeared to be jumping though.

Wow; thanks for the tip. I was thinking about taking the trip up to philly as her specific attributes fit my tastes but I think I'll pass now. Holy Shyt man! I've lived in here for almost 2 years and never really cruised the Kensington strip. I've been reading here for months (I'm more of an amp dude - I like to play it safe) and finally took the ride about 8pm tonite (Tuesday). This street is a living petri dish! hahaha. BUT, there were some real decent looking tricks out. I'm telling you, I bet there were about 5 to 6 7s out there and a good bit of 5s and 6s. I was really shocked, but didn't try to engage since it's my first time cruising that one. I just cased the joint. However, LE was tooooo apparent. I saw 3 stops in my 20 minutes learning those back streets. That was way too heavy for me. I did front (from cecil b) down to kensington up to about allegheny and then started the off-streets like american, frankford, etc... was I in the best place? No lie, I'll be back there on a weekend to hunt too before I make a kill. I was really expecting burn outs and got quite the opposite.

To cover the whole strip, you could go north on Kensington Avenue all the way to Hunting Park Avenue (Taco Bell on right). The best action is from Lehigh Avenue to Clearfield Street.

I would warn you and others that Mayor Street is running neck to neck in his bid for reelection this fall, so he is hoping that his Operation Safe Streets will generate positive headlines. LE is heavier than I've ever seen it, so rethink the relative safety of AMPs, at least until November.

Very recently I was cruising Kensington Avenue and spotted a 9 on the corner, north of Allegheny Avenue. A NINE! With a model's face, a very nice chatty personality, white, and about 22 years old. This pleasing combination is very unusual for this area.

Wouldn't you know, after I picked her up and drove for a bit, I was stopped by LE. First time I've been stopped there in over 10 years of cruising. This was a weekend night about 10 PM; I usually cruise at 6 PM. I told the officer, truthfully, that we discussed going to a specific destination, but neither of us talked about money or any sex act. They locked her up, gave me a $100 traffic citation for "obstructing intersection" and let me drive away after about 1/2 hour. The officer said I got off easy, and his purpose in giving the ticket was to deter me from ever coming back to the Avenue.

Here's my question to Philadelphia Traffic Court/SW experts: My driving record is spotless and my driving credentials are in order. The turn I made off Kensington Avenue onto a side street was safe, legal, and properly done. My car was away from the intersection when she entered it. No traffic passed my car during the time she entered and I drove off.

What are the odds the court will find me not guilty of obstructing the intersection?

At least the cop was honest when he told you that he wrote the ticket as a DETERRENT! Cops know who the SW’s are and he saw you pick one up (Or spotted her in your car) and they did not have enough to nail you on a prostitution or a lewd act in public charge. So he wrote you a bogus ticket. The SW the cops took away was probably offered to go for a freebee or taken to the station and harassed for info. The cleaner the SW, the most likely they will “Make a Deal” The more run down drug addicts do the time.

Back to the ticket. remember, a lot of the mongers who cruise K ave for SWs do not want others to know they were there (Significant others). So most who get the ticket rather get a money order, pay it off, and forget about it. If you want to fight it, you have to go to court and argue. Which can be a pain in the ass and if you are a regular 9 to 5er, you might have to take an afternoon off to attend. That is the cities goal. They want to inconvenience you anyway possible. Because even though you did not legally commit an offense, to the city you were. I know most cities can arrest you for just picking up a SW, they actually have a law making it illegal just to pick up a “known” prostitute. I do not know if Philly has this law/

For me, I have no shame and nothing to hide from anybody, so I would fight any ticket any charge. Now every jurisdiction handles traffic violations differently and to date,, I’ve been lucky to avoid any problems in Philly. I know that in other parts of the state, every moving violation I got (Speeding, running red lights/stop signs, hit and run), I showed up to court and got the fine reduced or the case thrown out. My goal in fighting tickets is to make sure the offense is not reported on my driving record. Because I do not mind paying a small fine, but do mind paying outrages insurance premiums for the next several years. I had eight speeding tickets in a two year span and my driving record remained spotless. Mostly because each was in a different state and/or jurisdiction.

So my guess for you would be to show up to court and argue the offense. They have to prove of the violation, not why you were on K ave.

And yes, as stated before, the elections are in Nov, so LE will be vigilent until then. Looks like the same is going on in the Balt boards. DE looks to be the alternate plan

I've been once in a similar situation. I think cops sometimes just give you obviously unjustified tickets in hope you won't bother coming to court. I did and it was tossed out. Moreover, they'd taken me aside right before the judge was to call me, and offered a "substitute" (lighter) offense; but I refused coz I knew I was right and there couldn't be anything they could prove otherwise, it was a pure, 100% genuine bullshit, a cop stopped me for running the red light, I knew I didn't do that, and from where the cop was at the moment, he couldn't see anyway. It is a sorta shoot first, ask questions later, that kind of thing. An important moment: I was an out-of-state driver, and I've noticed on several occasions that they pick out those; gotta be because an out-of-state guy is less likely to be willing (or able) to come to their court. So, I suspect, they collect a little tribute for their municipality a couple of times a month. Judges must know that, because, like I've said, once I did come to court, he let me go scot free.

In your case, like the officer said, he wanted to sort of, scare you off a bit - which he did - but as far as the ticket, I think they anticipate you won't bother coming to the court for lack of time or will be too embarrassed to appear in a case like that whether you're right or wrong. If you don't care, you stand a good chance of getting rid of this ticket, I suggest you come to the hearings; at the very least, they, knowing the accusation is all fluff, may offer you a lesser offense: less money to pay plus nothing on the record, no points (they openly told me that, like, Mr George, what would you say we change this from offense A to offense B, and as you know there's no points for B, hmmm, what do you think of that, why don't we settle that easy blah blah).

I'd show up purely out of interest. If you go, please follow up here, it's interesting what will actually happen.

I know there is a an AMP in Malvern off US30 and Pa 401 and one in Throndale also on US 30 called Apple Spa. These two places are strictly spas w/hj. Sometimes they do not ask for tip for hj, so $60 for an hour massage and hj is a good deal. They seem happy to get a $20 tip if they ask afterwards. No clothing (Theirs) is removed but might get lucky and get a topless. If your looking for service equal to a CC amp, these are not your places. If you are looking for a place to relax and get a good massage for an hour w/ a hj, these will do fine.

Also, I noticed as of late, the common practice of providers taking cash without counting. I guess not many are stiffing these girls. You are lucky it did not happen in NYC. Here you get a free tour of the legal system when they put you thru central booking. In NJ if you do not have a history of such activities or worst the most that you will receive is a small fine and maybe some community service. If you go to court in a suit and show remorse the judge can throw the charges out if he is of a mind to. Good Luck.

I thought I'd give an update on my birthday quest.

First I stopped off at the Relax stop in upper darby. Not a good time. I waited in the lobby for almost 20 minutes before the woman who was on the phone chatting with her girlfriend decides to open up the door. Sampled Morgans Mansion the other day. They brought back the $300 special during July, one girl for 1/2 hr, then a second for the other half hour. I would not go to D&L until at least midnight. I drove by the place many times and it seems to pick up around then and stay that way past 3 AM. Your car should be safe, you can park on the street. It is a busy intersection with two gas station on the corners that always seem to have people in and out. I think they are open 24 hrs.

Frankford is a lot of hit or miss. I was there last night around 1 AM only found one 8-9 the rest were about 5-6. But I have found that the later at night, the more LE out. Last night they were all over around the 7-11. Up by the KFC they weren’t as bad. I picked up this really sweet BSW about an 8-9, Michelle. Went to AMP formerly known as Tokyo and Apple spa. Did not like the service at all. I use to go there a few years back and the service use to be great. Had Anna, I would say she was about a 7 at best. She pretty much rushed me out of there. Had a terrible time. I tried all the other amps but either they where closed for the night or they had that dredded white paper with the red stripes on the door. What does D&L stand for? Who knows.... I do not think it matters. It is a an after hours ghetto club and doubt it has a web site. It is considered a “Social Club” for members only. Members only meaning you have to be patted down, answer the three questions asked by the doorman with a “Yes”, and pay the cover charge. You can drink all night and there are dancers to entertain while you party. If you want more, ask when get there. It’s cut and dry

When I stopped in last Saturday night, I was lucky because one of the girls was outside when I showed up and offered to do the pat down for the doorman. It was great, she really made sure nothing was hidden in my crotch but my crank. Last time a girl felt me up on a street corner was in Okinawa. Inside the place was rocking, all the girls except one were black, the one being Latino. Only had a few lap dances with all access touching. I left at 430 AM and the place was still kicking.

Gentlemen. I was just cruising again and wanted to share a few sights.

First, I swear there is an amp on Old York Rd, between Rockland and like, Windrim. It's a small doorway with a glass door leading right up some steps. I've been wondering if anyone has beaten me to an apparently American incall-only joint in the 30th st. area called Pent-House Playmates (215-563-9226). I can rarely go on the weekends and usually go on the weekdays. Both are good it's just the numbers are better on weekends. I'm on my way there in a few. The best time to go is b/t 12-2 i think. You are just in time to catch the ones who have been there for a while and you also get the ones who are leaving other places. The thing i really like about Sundays is that no other place is open so they all come there. I started going here in March and i can definitely say the talent has improved since. I'm not preaching 100% here but there is at least 2-3 good ones there every night which is a lot considering the amount of people that come to it. I've rarely seen it packed.

Stopped in the Playhouse twice last week, and I actually had a really good time. There were several girls there that we attractive, and provided good mileage.

- Perhaps the undercover cop's role is to be a spotter who vouches for the pickup but needs a uniformed cop to witness or issue a citation.
- Perhaps he couldn't cite me since the girl entered a car on private property (KFC), but he figured I would drive somewhere where they would nab me in the act.

I can see why the alleged cop thought I would return.
- Perhaps he figured the longer I didn't get what I wanted, the more careless I would become and commit a chargeable offense.
- Perhaps being spotted picking up a girl a second time strengthens the case for LE.

The whole area of what you can be charged with is murky. I recently was cited for "blocking the intersection" when I made a safe and legal turn before allowing a girl to enter my car. We'll see what the judge says when it comes up for trial.

Cruised K ave. Saturday - too much LE for me! They were crawling over each other like roachs - tried two pick ups and had to abort both because saw undercovers on car radio's. They are not to smart if you have good "monger senses" you can pick them out. But for what they lack in smarts they gain in numbers. There were some great looking SW's out during the day but I am very careful and K ave is not a place for careful mongers, not to mention my car can be mistaken for LE car because of the color so girls are careful as well.

You are lucky it did not happen in NYC. Here you get a free tour of the legal system when they put you thru central booking. In NJ if you do not have a history of such activities or worst the most that you will receive is a small fine and maybe some community service. If you go to court in a suit and show remorse the judge can throw the charges out if he is of a mind to. Good Luck.

Peeped out Kensington Ave for the 1st time last night to get a lay of the land. I normally hit NOB, and now the D&L for "take-out", but miss the search and hunt of SW action.

Hit K ave at Castor, and went up to Frankford. Saw 3 that ranked about a 4, very thin, white crackhead types. Saw 2 near the KFC that look a little out of place. One PR and one BSW rated about an 8. I last went to the place on Market about a month ago. I recommend going during the day. At night there are only shanks working. Next time in town you have several better options. First you could try any of the local AMPs for $150 you get gauranteed service that will leave you smiling. Grab yourself a copy of the city paper (available on every street corner) Any of the in-call listings with larger ads are ususally pretty reliable.

I went looking for the place at 1812 Ludlow last night. I wanted to go before it got too dark so i could find it easier later. I went at about 8pm. I found it and knocked for a few minutes with no answer. 1816 Ludlow had a sign above it which said "The Forum." but it looked closed and looked like it was being remodeled. A couple doors down is the entrance for 1880 Ludlow. The lights were on and as i tried to get in 1812 or 1816 someone walked in 1800. I went home and opened the phonebook. 1812 is called the Ludlow Reflexology center. It advertises as being open 24-7. I tried calling up until 12:30 with the phone just ringing. I'll keep trying throughout the week but it might be closed. As for NOB the address is right but NOB is hard to find if you dont Know exactly where it is. Go to yahoo main site and select maps. Click on driving directions. Nob is on Broad just north od Olney ave. It is a door with a neon sign above it. It is extremely easy to miss. The only way i found it was when i went out at like 1:30am parked on the corner north of olney and walked south. It's on the right side of the street if you are traveling north. I never go wrong with yahoo maps but i went looking for it in the day and in the day if you are driving that neon sign(which is off) easily hides in the background of the wall. Hey all. First message on the board, and I just wanted to thank you all for the valuable info. Hopefully, I can return the favor at some point.

I've been cruising K pretty frequently the last couple of weeks and i've been pleasantly surprised, though I've never actually picked up a SW. My experience is limited to BBBJs at TTS (back when they were readily and cheaply available), a couple of visits to D&L, and the occassional extra at the PH.

At TTS, you could once get BJs for $.6, but those days are over. I've recently been offered one for $1.3 ($.5 for upstairs, $.8 for the girl) but that was way too much for the less than stellar dancer. At PH, the same with one of my ATFs was $1.5, but at least she was smoking. Even at D&L, by the time you pay cover ($.1), a couple of laps ($.2), and the back room fee ($.2), a $.5 BJ has still cost $. Not to mention the odd hours.

So, I've turned to K. In the last couple of weeks, I've cruised during the early afternoon, early evening, and late night (both during the week and weekends.) I've found weekend days to suck (too crowded), but all other times have a lot to choose from.
Here's my opinions on the various lengths:

Front below K: Only seen a couple down this far, and almost always at night. The best was a smokin' latina standing next to her pimp down on a dark street (montgomery maybe.) I circled but she was gone. At Front and York, I did have another latina (a lot plumper) ask for a ride at about midnight one night, but there was a ton of traffic, and it was way too obvious.

K between the bend and Lehigh. Lots of 4 ands 5 during the day and night, most seem pretty strung out. There is one really cute WSW that I see a lot between 2 and 5 pm. Dark hair in braids. Smiles and lot. Always seems to be on the wrong side of the street.

K between Lehigh and Allegheny. Not nearly as much here. The occassional BSW, none really good looking. The construction in the area is a total ***** too. Lots of cops on bike patrol, and several marked cars all along the area.

K between Allegheny and Frankford. The spot with most action, mainly from the 7-11 to the park. Last Friday, I circled the area several times and nearly picked up a WSW behind the 7-11. Blonde hair, thin, tattoos, and a midriff shirt. From a distance she was a 7, but up close no way. Much too strung out. The area around tioga seems to have most action lately, especially next to the El stop. I've seen a few really nice ones (a plump red head, another thin blonde, and a petite brunette.) Never been able to get there attention though, and I think that is a really obvious spot as well. May have to try drinking at the bar on Venango just up the street.As you go towards the park, I think the SWs get a little more brazen in dress and attitude. Good mix of black and white, but there are a ton of cops around too.

Frankford: have seen a few here and there. One pretty decent blonde WSW was at the church just above lehigh and gave me the look at about 1 am on Sunday night. Chickened out. There is one angry-looking LSW that i see during the day below Lehigh near the convenience store. Seems too PO'ed to mess with. I've also seen a ton of hot looking younger white chicks in the area, especially during late afternoon. I have been assuming they are just local girls b/c they are so attractive, but i guess they could be SW. I'm also a little leery because some of the neighbors seem to notice when you ride by more than twice.

South Broad: Late at night, I have spotted a couple between Moore and Wolf on Broad. One WSW sits on the steps of a building on the west side of broad near moore. Looks pretty good. Another hobbles around with crutches and is really nasty close up. I did see a BSW getting hassled by the cops one evening as well.

Finally, when I was cruising on Tuesday afternoon, I got followed by two undercover LE. One time was a black Explorer, the other was a white explorer sport track. I'm assuming they were cops b/c they tailed me pretty good, had severe tinted windows, and both had the same dealer-logo front plates. So now I'm concerned that they know my car and are waiting for me to screw up. Paranoid, I know, but i've got a lot to lose if i actually went through with this and got busted. So, what is the penalty for getting caught? Can they take your car? Do they actually take you to jail? Each time I go I get closer and closer to going through with the pick up, and I'd like to know what's at stake.

As you read in my post about the AMP in Malvern, I will not go back. Compared to the AMP’s in Philly, this place is not even close. The most action you will receive will be a HJ ONLY. If you want a good table shower and massage, go for it. I have had good sessions in the past, but the last was horrible. Mostly it was the high flow of traffic in and out and my provider constantly yelling to someone when a customer entered the door (Like every five minutes). Relax Stop in Upper Darby was busted. I just picked up a News of Delaware County, Drexel Hill/Upper Darby addition, its on the front cover. Apparently police were investigating the place for about 5 weeks and sent some undercover officers in. It's a shame!

Trip Report...to Court

For those of you seeking action in Kensington, here’s a follow-up to a stop by LE.

In June of this year I was issued a citation, by a Philadelphia police officer in a marked car, for “obstructing intersection”. I had picked up a girl on a side street after making a safe and legal turn.

I figured the cop might very well not show up in court, so I pleaded Not Guilty and requested a trial. I mailed in the $110 fine as collateral and received a trial date in September(!).

Well, the cop didn’t show, but they had one officer there who represented the police in all cases. Here’s what happened:

JUDGE: You may present your defense.
ME: I made a safe and legal turn from Kensington Avenue onto Westmoreland Street. I pulled over to the curb well away from the intersection and picked up a passenger. At no time did any traffic pass me and in no way was I blocking the intersection. One half hour after detaining me, the officer said “The only reason I’m giving you this ticket is to keep you from coming back to the Avenue”. So I’m pleading Not Guilty because the officer in his own words issued me a ticket for a purpose other than the traffic offense listed on the citation.
POLICE OFFICER: Was your passenger asked to leave the car?
ME: Yes, she was.
JUDGE: I find the defendant Guilty.
ME: Can I ask how I can be cited for an offense that I didn’t commit?
POLICE OFFICER: Because the officer said you did. That is a high prostitution area, and what the officer did is perfectly legal.
CLERK: How will you pay this, sir?
ME: I already did.

Duke - Sorry to hear that man, this is unfortuatly one of the pitfalls of the area.

I have been lucky over the years having only been "caught" about 6 times in 12 years, not too bad of an average. And all those times I got let off with a warning, just treat the guy or gal with respect and you usually will get some slack. And NEVER NEVER NEVER make up a lame ass story to make it seem like you didn't do anything wrong (unless you got an airtight excuse), you both know what was going on and what you were doing there, so just fess up. If you lie you will only piss the officer off for insulting his or her intelligence and you will be made an example of for your trouble. Ive passed up a lot of hot girls in the intrest of safty, but I feel it was well worth it in the long run.

BTW this is just general commentary on my part, not directed at you Duke.

WIZ - first let me say, you are a wealth of good info and a credit to this board. I did catch all that in your previous posts about the AMP in Malvern, I was just curious if there were any YMMV stories from anyone else who may have had a better experiance. I was by the place one night around 10:00 Pm and the mall is dead at that hour but the AMP is open. Perhaps service is better later at night. Sooner or later I will get up off my ass an just go there and see, 60 bucks ain't bad even for a rub and tug. BTW if anyone is planning to go to Toronto and has never been there before you are in for a treat.

Two experiences worth noting:

One:

Tried College Girls, which is advertised in the Philly Weekly. Talked to some dude at the the number provided, said it's $100 for incall, $160 for outcall. I didn't feel like running around town on some treasure hunt-like fiasco to find the incall place, so I figured I'd have the girl come to me. I described what I wanted, and he told me he had a girl who was 19, black hair, cute body, a nice little naughty girlie. I never liked the Blue Fox (and all its other previous names), but it sucks to see that old, reliable place shut down. I hope they all don't find that fate--that would be depressing.

On one hand I am suprised with such low milage, but on the other hand, we are talking about Malvern here. The folks in the area are not very tolerant of this sort of thing even in the smallest degree, plus you may remember last year I think it was there was a shooting at the KFC/Taco Bell in that mall, that sort of thing puts a microscope on the whole area.

I have not been by there lately, is it closed, how did you find out they were busted. Just curious.

Anyhow, took a spin through K&A area tonight, cops are a little better but not much, still enough to make things difficult. BTW if you see a silver late model Ford Tarus with 2 guys in the front watch out, they appear to be LE. Were around the Tioga area tonight.

Didn't pick up but Teddy's girls were out around there usual turf between Castor and Erie, they seem to be the inly ones down there who show up with any sort of regularity. Christa was looking smoken tonight but I missed her when I came back around and did not see her for the remainder of my time there.

Also a note, I had posted good comments about Angel, well don't look for her anytime soon. Got a call, she is upstate in prision. Seems they finally caught up with her.

Been out cruising a lot lately. Still too much of a wuss to actually do anything, but i'm getting closer.

During the day this week, I've seen a lot of action between Tioga and the KFC, some of it obvious, some not. There haven't been as many cops as I am used to seeing either. The best of the bunch appeared to be a tall BSW with super long legs and a pretty prominent bustline. She tends to hang around the dodge dealership. My main concern with her is that she may almost be too good looking. I'm afraid that once I got close, she may actually be a tranny. :(

Further down the avenue during the day, there is the usual skank action above lehigh, and very little else, at least at the times i was out. Frankford was dry for the entire stretch as well.

At night, things are much more interesting. On the upper avenue, I've seen a couple of pretty fine looking WSWs. Not sure if its Christa and friend, but i was really surprised at how good they looked. Both times that I've seen them were near the dodge dealership. The first night, I was really leery b/c a black dodge durango with tinted windows was sitting at the corner with its hazards on. Given the proliferation of SUVs among the cops, I wasn't about to take a chance. Last night, things looked good, but by the time I drove around the block and back down K, they were nowhere to be found.

I didn't see much else on the upper end, but the lower end was really hopping both nights. Unfortunately, many were total skanks, and others were just too obvious. I stopped right at the intersection with windows down and there was no sell. Monday night, i saw what looked like the same chick sitting with one of the same black dudes on a set of steps at the corner of dauphin and whatever street runs north before Trenton St. Again, no sell. Well last night, I see the same damn thing again. Still too much of a scaredy-cat to ask any questions though. Anybody know anything about this or want to check it out?

Finally, south philly has had a little bit of action as well. I always see the same brunette wsw on ritner. She's looks alright, but i wouldn't even have any idea where to park around there. Last night, 2 more WSWs were at Broad and Jackson around 2am. They were acting very obvious beckoning guys as they driove by. As I got closer, they were both really strung out as well.

Good post, very informative. I haven't cruised K Ave in at least 3 months, there has been too much LE for me to feel compfortable. However a good techinque to pick up a girl in an obvious corner is the walk up. I have had a lot of success with this in the past. Simply park as close as you can and walk in the general direction, as you come up you can see whetehr or not its worth it, as well as be discrete. There are risks to this method, once you leave your car you are open to the elements, but I have never had an issue. Lately I have been visiting the D&L club -its far more discrete, and a very relaxed environment. And for the most part, the chick are Hot.

Now, that my favorite AMP is closed, Blue Fox, I am back on the k. Went sat night around 10:30pm. Like to get there a little early so there is a better selection. When a girl hits a certain number they are done for the night. There was not much out. Alot of LE around. There was a few wsw around 6 or 7. At front and k. Iwanted to cruise the whole ave to see what my choice where. When I went by k and ontario, something big happen near there LE rushed by in huge numbers. Was cruising K ave last week during the mid morning. LE was barely visible. Found that this is the best time to go out and pick up. I picked up a girl named Jaimie. Doc, I know the BSW you are referring to, while I have never dated her myself, my regular knows her a little. I can tell you she is not a tranny, and she works for a pimp, but that's about all. I see her quite often and she seems to get picked up a lot so expect she is OK. On average resonable is 20 BBBJ and 40-50 CFS. Some gals will give BBFS but for god's sake DON'T DO IT.
