That sounds a little fishy to me. Usually they say something like, "You want a date", or "you want to party"? My response to that is,"Right now all I want to know is if you're a cop." They usually respond with, "No I'm not a cop. Are you"? I respond with,"No, you want to hop in my car, and we can go somewhere, and talk about whether or not you're a cop"? They will usually respond with, "Yes." They get in my car, and we drive somewhere, and I ask them if I can touch them somewhere where a cop won't let me touch them. They will say yes. I'll then feel their crotch area. If that goes okay, we can then talk about business.

I think you did the right thing. AS Scoup relates this was someone who worked for the schools (I don't remember but I don't think he was a teacher) who was supposedly on his way to a meeting, instead was behind the Bus Station, and stopped to "talk to a girl." Look, you and I know what he was doing, still, the EPPD didn't follow (according to the DA who dropped the charges) the legal niceties of waiting for an offer of prostitution to take place.

Well, I'm wondering if legalizing prostitution could help reduce sexual slavery, since legal businesses could be licensed, and regulated. Prostitutes wouldn't have to work the dangerous streets. They could work in a licensed brothel, which would be much safer for them, than the dangerous streets.
I notice groups like DNA, NEVER advocate legalizing prostitution, as a way to reduce sexual slavery, and to make the business of prostitution safer for prostitutes. And I'm not surprised that they NEVER advocate for this. But I do question, and have my doubts about their concern for the safety and well-being of prostitutes, including sexual slaves. If they're so concerned, why not legalize it. It might reduce the number of sexual slaves. Simply put I strongly agree. Back when I was "active", I would have wanted a woman who was willing, i.e. doing this of her own free will, not because she was forced. If a woman is forced, by a pimp, or an "owner", well that to me is rape, whether you have paid the pimp or owner or not. Plenty of girls do this for plenty of reasons. It should be up to the girl if she wants to or not.
As for the stuff about "well, they should make it legal then," well, that IMO is a smokescreen. Folks can choose their own methods for ending slavery, some posters feel the answer is to make it legal, well, many of these sexual slaves are under-age, should that be legal as well?
I believe that as humans we have certain responsibilities to our fellow humans. What I do or like to do should not harm you, and I should never do it against your will. IMO, what a man and a woman (or whatever combination of adults) chose to do, of their own free will is their business. When force and coercion enter into it its a whole other story.
Human trafficking is a horrible thing, and we all should be in favor of its elimination, no matter how much we want that piece of tail, or what we think of someone's website.

Friday night was very good on Alameda. All up and down the street you could find SW's and non's. For some reason you can get non's just walking down the street.

Here is how sometimes you just get luck. I was passing the Stagecoach and Alameda heading to Downtown when I see this one walking on Texas near Cotton. I'm new to posting on this forum, too. I've only made a handful of posts, but everyone has been great about helping me out. I couldn't say why that is, for a certainty, but this is what I think: I started off with a report, not a request for help.
No offense, but this forum is about exchanging information. None of the regular contributors here can tell from your post if you're going to exchange information or just leech off the work of others. To exchange information, you have to have some of your own to contribute. If you have read the forum, then you know exactly where all the strolls are, and you know what luck people have had in the past mongering in the mornings in El Paso. Your question is a good one, but it begs another one: have you checked any of the strolls in the morning? If you have, perhaps you could tell us what you have found. Even a negative / no-sighting report would let the members know that you have done something on your own before asking for help. If you develop a body of information of your own, then you can combine that with info from others, and who knows, with a little work on your part, you could become the "go to guy" for info on morning strolls.

James, I do not mean to be a pessimist, but I highly doubt that you will be able to find much at all between 8 and 9 A. M. Best to wait until mid-day. Like Scoup says, looking by the Triangle early mornings is a risk. With school kids being dropped off to the classroom. Most of these fine ladies also like to sleep in mornings. Even if you were to visit Juarez, I don't think you would have much luck until mid-day, when the MPs open.
Of late, passing the downtown area, I have seen almost nothing at ANY time of the day. I did see Lydia strolling by the Stagecoach in the afternoon a couple of days this past week. My time for looking is fairly restricted, so she is the only provider I know personally, close to the Stagecoach. Since she is still off and on in that area, she must not be TOO afraid of the LEO who told her not to work the area, or she would be checking in at the county motel.
Last week I caught Virginia in the morning time around 10ish or a little after that and I would have tried her out again but she didn't seem like her normal self. Went out on the first of December. Got to downtown at 9pm and saw no one. Hung around till 9:20 or so without seeing anyone. Cruised over to Alameda, and there was April in front of the Stagecoach. Well, I just got back from spending a couple hours cruising the Triangle, downtown, and Alameda between 8 and 10 PM.

OK, try the sisters where you can find Mercedes (that if you want to deal with her) and Marsha (well she is really all over the area). In the Triangle there is Rebbecca but nothing much in the area. Some of the others that we know are asking me not to tell or report when they go out. Downtown is one of those areas. Everybody is different, but I do not have the patience necessary to drive for hours, say from downtown to the Stagecoach, Triangle, etc, like you and Scoup obviously have.
I have limited experience in El Paso, but I have been with Yvette, Angela, Silvia, and Lidia. For my money, Yvette is the best of these four, but hardly ever seen. A friend tells me there's another Yvette, who sometimes hangs around the downtown McDonalds. What scares me in El Paso is LE. I would immediately lose my job if ever caught by LE, and had my picture plastered on the internet or newspaper.
To each his own, but if you CAN check out Juarez in the DAYTIME, I feel it is still the best bet. Yes, I would LOVE to find a steady in El Paso, but, reading your reports is so discouraging. Driving around afternoons, I occasionally see gals working by the bus station, but rarely do they appeal. I usually have good luck in Juarez, but once darkness falls, I am OUT of there. Driving is also risky in Juarez if you do not have Mexican auto insurance from Mexico. However, I simply walk over and almost always find what I want. On foot, coming back to EP, there is a very SHORT wait if you have a USA passport, as there is a special line set up for this.
I have three providers in Juarez who call me, I meet them, take care of business, and that's it. Usually grab something to eat with one of them. As for the violence, it is a key concern, so that's why I am now a careful "daytimer" in Juarez. Evening comes, I get out of there.
So the real concern here is the LE in El Paso vs. The violence and cops, who will try to get some of your hard earned money on occasion. The last few months, I have heard no shots fired, nor been robbed by the fine police force of our "sister city." We all know this can change at a moment's notice.

JZ is not a bad idea, but I can't be out during days much. Also, I usually enjoy the hunt, but coming up empty lately has taken some of the wind from my sails. It's never really been all that great a market, but usually an hour, maybe two of cruising would have me taken care of, and not by the first girl I saw. That is to say, I can usually find a couple and pick the better one. But December (and really November, too) was terrible.

Scoup, no doubt about it. All you need is a passport card, walk over to JZ, do your thing (before the sun sets) , and you can almost fly back across the bridge to EP. You can pass all the people on the right, because you're going to the left lane, the USA passport lane. Very little waiting. (Don't drive over, that's too risky)
Lencho, your idea is super, but, the gals I know who live in JZ cannot cross over to EP. The only one I know of is Silvia. The three I see in JZ have all provided better service than she has. During all of my many years of visiting JZ, I can't think of more than a couple of gals who have had papers to come to EP legally. The American Consulate in Juarez is VERY hard on anybody from Juarez these days, to be able to obtain visas to pass over. And many who have had visas, do not get them renewed after ten years of doing nothing wrong. That's another volume altogether.
I tried tonight to see what I could find in the triangle. I can feel there is something in there but for some reason they are not out. I went there around 10pm. It might have been sooner but later than 9:30pm. I saw this SW with a white sweater and long hair. She was very healthy that you could say she had some extra meat on her. Yes, it was Rebecca. She was at first walking on Dyer from the Hawaiian to the Colonial. Then she was sitting on the bus bench. I must be getting older cause every time I tried to pick her up she was gone from my sight.

I mean seriously, it was not even that cool outside this afternoon. I've been reading this forum for over a year now, and cruising for about that long as well, but this is reaching an all time low for me. Its funny that the less visable LE is the more paranoid I get simply BECAUSE I can't see them. I'm finding that the strip scene is just that much more preferable if only moderatly more expensive.

For $200 an hour, I'm not into SW either. It's funny, we both don't want to pay SW $200 per hour. Of course, I want to pay them something more reasonable, and you don't want to pay them at all, but still. I have wondered with the drop in price and wide access, how the web was going to change the street. This forum. BP. SW using the web. What else? What's next?

I don't know what killed the street action in EP. I don't see a lot of cops out when I troll, and if they're UC, I'm still not seeing them. Well, I know for a fact that UC cops sometimes work the Greyhound station, screening passengers getting on, and off the buses. I've seen these UC cops walk over to the convenience store shown in the photo below. Now if these UC cops spotted a hooker working the corner there, would they notify police to come do an arrest? I don't know, but it would be a little risky.
One of these UC cops is a black guy, and you would never suspect he's a cop. He knows this. He tries to look like a street dude, and that's what he looks like. He doesn't look like any cop, but that's what he is. If one was trying to pick up a hooker in this area, he could simply walk over, and whip out his badge. Oh shit! I don't know if he gets involved in that sort of thing, but he could, if he wanted to.
