I have a pretty strict policy on never giving any money prior to a Meet and greet anymore. Or outside of any meeting in the arrangement itself. However, when I was "open" to that in the past, I still always had backup options. Such as.
-I would always give the $$ via Paypal or Venmo.
- I would use my actual credit cards to link to the services above, or to link on Cashapp.
Whenever someone tries pulling a fast one, I simply contact Paypal / Venmo and they take back the money from their account and give it back to mine in a few days.
If that doesn't work or if I use cashapp: I call my Credit Card Company, File a Chargeback, and the money is given back to me.
It may not be worth going through the effort, but I have 0 tolerance for scammers or any of the sort.

The worst thing that I've ever had happen is a SB stole some money out of my wallet. After we had done the deed I went to the bathroom to clean up. Left my pants on the floor beside the bed. When I came out of the bathroom she was dressed and gave a lame excuse about running down to the vending area to get a water. As soon as she left I noticed my wallet laying on top of my pants. I've sent complaints, scammer reports, etc and sometimes I've got a response that didn't even relate to the email that I sent. Presently my profile is on "hold" until I send a copy of my driver's license to verify my identity. Which ain't going to happen. I have warned them twice that they had better not charge my credit card for another month. They won't allow me access to my profile to even delete it. Tomorrow is the end of my original membership so we will see what happens. They are a scam that promotes scammers. I'm done with them!

But you can definitely use it to target girls you know are real. Correct me if I am wrong. Hard to figure out the strategy of Secret Benefits /SugarDaddy.com.I have the same questions, though I've occasionally had luck with the site. As near as I can tell, there's a couple reasons:
1) They will pull profiles from their other sites without informing the girls, so the SB's might literally not even know they've been posted, much less see your messages.
2) While the "new profile" list is generally accurate, the "last logged in / online" list is almost complete fiction. I've sat next to a girl, her phone 100 yards away, and watched her be on top of that list (and had to promptly apologize for pressing her for constantly logging in despite us having an arrangement when she swore she hadn't done so in a month). Weirdly, some who log off the site DO go down on the list. As near as I can tell, based on my and others' experiences, it lies about a handful it considers popular, as bait. Click on a few favorites repeatedly and lo and behold, they'll be logged in every time you visit.
On the plus side, they seem to have removed the feature where it would ask girls for an "intro" email, then quietly send that without their knowledge or consent to bait people in to spending credits to open them. It used to happen all the time, but it seems the few messages I get are legit.
In short, it's a borderline scam site, but whatever their marketing efforts are, they seem to be working: it has the most legit new accounts. It's frustrating, especially because several less scammy sites with better features are a goddamn ghost town.

Has anyone talked to, met or had an arrangement with either of these women? I'll list my experiences with #1 +2.

There needs to be clear interest from you. So if you look at the rest of her profile and decide she isn't your type, it's probably not worth it. She's got a nice body, and is pretty good looking in general. The pictures are an accurate representation of her looks. Take her to dinner or meet for coffee. Either of those should be fine. If you are negotiating anything under 300 bucks a meet (after the first meeting), you might run into some trouble. You could always try, though. She is a great time, so for me it was worth it.
