You do have to provide license / registration / insurance, don't delay or balk at that. They will record your name and plate# to see if you ever got pulled over before for this and they'll record it for future use for the same reason.
I've heard a rumor that some SWs who get arrested will wear a wire to get their charges dropped and will get in the car with you but that's mostly hollywood crap. Especially in King Cty where they are hunting the johns and looking at providers as victims there is no way they would do that because of the liability.

If they are just pacing back and forth on a short stretch of sidewalk or not moving at all- avoid them completely! Decoys have to stay in a small area because that is where the trap will be sprung and the cops are stacked up in that area. Cruise back and forth a few times or park and watch her while pretending to check your phone. Make sure she's walked at least block and a half before you scoop her. Yes, you will miss some opportunities that way as someone else swoops in for her but you'll go home that night which is the ultimate goal, IMO.

Unfortunately, there is also a huge increase in LE efforts. Seattle has always sporadically increased patrols and other tactics to put pressure on Johns now and then. Right now they have an excellent reason to focus a ton of resources on doing so and the result is that the risks are high for hobbyists in the time being. I know they cannot sustain having 8-10 cars cruising the same 4 mile stretch of road for 5 or 6 hours a night indefinitely so I think it is wise to let the newness of the BP shutdown wear off and let things cool down a bit.

I arrived early to do my surveillance to make sure "No Shady People showed up incognito!" Being Retired-Military Intelligence, I can spot an "Anomaly" Blindfolded. Well everything was cool, she showed up in a nice mini-dress. She didn't see me & I texted her the Room Number.
After she entered the elevator, I waited to make sure no one went up after her in another elevator. The Coast was clear! I went up and met her outside the Hotel Room. Once inside, we negotiated "The Donation!" I agreed with her asking price, she asked to take a shower, I said as long as she left the bathroom door open, she complied and I rigged my Secret Camera to protect myself from any future false accusations and we did the damn thing! It is riskier from the perspective of being seen by the police. They're out there and sometimes they hide well. Vice is out there too and they don't just notice the girls. The biggest thing is to be cautious and careful about how you make the pick up. Don't pull over right on Aurora next to an obvious SW, pull off onto the nearest side street a little bit of a distance from the corner. Most SWs prefer that you do that as well. I avoid small empty parking lots right on Aurora, the Firestone lot comes to mind. Sometimes the Oaktree plaza will have security in their lot, the minute you park they'll pull up and ask what's going on. In my opinion side streets are always better because you're not on private property. But if the police do stop you, refuse to talk. It's not illegal to give someone a ride even if they know the girl is working. If they've got something on you they'll arrest you immediately, otherwise they'll be asking questions hoping that you talk your way into trouble.
But I also think that incalls are riskier from a rob perspective. Nearly all of my bad experiences have been at incalls, be they private or hotel / motels. The girls are in more control in their environment and they might have people around the room or nearby rooms. It's harder for an SW to rob you in your car or set you up to have a boyfriend rob you.
This is all my opinion, you have to do what is comfortable for you. For a long time I visited and hung around the strolls in various cities and just watched until I was comfortable.

I was out from 1:30 until about 4:30 while running errands.
Around 1:30, there were a little less than a dozen SW between 85th and 145th. Most were ho-hum (meaning uninspiring, not referencing anything else. LOL).

When she went to open the door, I had already unlocked the door for her, but she had pushed the lock button again and locked herself in. She joked that I was locking her in, and I played along with the joke. She got out of the car, and went into the night. I drove off, and that was that. I have to admit, this time my "ho"dar was wayyyy off, and I'm glad I didn't say or suggest anything that might have offended her and made the experience awkward. Funny thing is, she lives no more than 3 miles from where I live, and I work less than 1 mile from where I picked her up from. Don't know why I'm telling you guys this, but I could see her being a friend, that is I would have to constantly deal with and overcome my male urges. That being said, someone like her should NOT be getting into anyone's car like she did, unless its a Uber or Taxi. Have any of you guys experience something similar? Non-SW getting in your car?

Saturday I was headed north to Skagit county so I decided to check out the Aurora track at about 9 pm. I haven't been there in almost a year and it was more active than I remember. Are you talking about a different Natalie than the tall luscious in the tight minidresses? If not, I've tried a few different times and she's declined every time. I never got a lecture and she was always nice, but the answer was always no even when I offered to increase the payment. So, either she got so much work that she can be choosy or she went ghost. I also told her to let me know if she got too many calls and I'll stop giving out her number. Nothing there either.
