This is why the street scene has really turned me off. I can 100% relate to Civ's post. Over the years I have had some seriously crazy situations go down with either chicks being high, supper stubborn, plain out mentally insane or just extremely bitchy. The street has lost its luster for me, although I do miss the hayday of the abundant, hot ass 20 year olds walking the KK and Hostess strolls.

You have to watch yourself and expect the worst and sometimes more. I've been in a couple of tight spots over the years and you have to be alert and ready to protect yourself or bail out of your car and put distance between you and the nut the case.
With the new state law signed in requiring Backpage and other advertisers to have documentation showing proof of age, do think some of the girls will just return to the streets instead of giving up that kind of information? Could the AAA rise again?
I think that the girls will be back on the street. Many of them will not want that information exposed. This is crap. The girls will be in more danger than ever as a result.

i don't think it will put more girls on the street. the reason the streets are so slow is because the cops are really cracking down on street prostitution. as soon as a girl steps out, she is stopped and detained. plus the seattle police now have federal funding to quell **** prostitution and a lot of adults are popped at the same time. i know the last two times i discreetly picked up a sw on the hostess / denny park strolls i was pulled over immediately by undercover. they're all over it.
i don't think the women will be reluctant to give their information to bp or the boards. they post face pics now, there is very little anonymity, a lot of boards already require i'd and it hasn't slowed them down much. the vast majority of bp girls are pimped anyways, i can't see the pimps minding if one of their girls has to show an i'd card to bp in order to post ads.

Cruised off and on from about 8:00pm to about 10:00pm while running some errands. Some ladies out, but nothing I found interesting. Last Wednesday or Thursday, drove around 4th and 1st in SODO in the early evening. Say 7:00ish.
Touch of Class: Stopped in to check it out. Older white guy with glasses was the receptionist. He said the ladies were busy so I should come back in about 45 minutes. I didn't go back; seemed strange not to have an Asian female receptionist.

Thanks in advance.While I can't give you any specifics on a spot, I do recommend driving around the areas you normally see SW's ahead of time so that when you get one in the car you know where to go. I've spent a lot of time cruising off the stroll just looking for the perfect spot. And as a general rule, for every few extra blocks you go from the stroll, it greatly increases you safety margin being caught by the cops. My philosophy is east of I-5 or west of Greenwood. If she won't agree to go for a five minute drive, I drop her off. My second rule is to hide in plain sight. Have a verifiable reason to be where you are. If you're in a dark alleyway at 3am with a known hooker 3 blocks from Aurora, you simply can't explain yourself away. For example, and this spot is a terrible idea due to camera surveillance, but say you park in the Northgate Mall parking lot where you could see a cop coming from a distance. Quickly pull up your non zippered / belted sweat pants and walk with your date into the mall and get a meal. Instant alibi.

You did the right thing.
Vice would never get in your car, but any activity out of the normal should be viewed with caution. Particularly with a girl who looks to good to be true.

Just got back home from a week's stay in Seattle area. I have been coming up to Seattle from San Diego for many years, and Seattle used to be one of my favorite mongering destinations. Sad to say that it was just as bad in Seattle as a lot of places (including San Diego). Pretty much a wasted time.

I would not worry if you got AID's from Carmen. Just remember there has only been one confirmed case and that was from a gay guy. I've been out a couple of times but there's not much that's new. Same three or four girls and it's getting boring. I would have posted last night, but didn't even find this forum until this morning. I had the day off yesterday so did a little cruising on both Int'l Blvd and on Aurora, and actually saw quite a bit of action yesterday, especially on Aurora. Between 85th and 145th, I saw at least 6 over a 2 hour span, but on to the real reason for this post.
I was drivin past the Les Schwab off of 125th and saw a late twenties / early thirties blonde, wearing dark blue jeans and a dark top kinda hanging out on the sidewalk in front of the store. Not really walking anywhere, clearly trying to lure someone in, but it immediately seemed fishy for two reasons. Typically girls will be at least somewhat nonchalant, but she was pretty out there, directly staring at every passing car, and two, when I drove past that location about half hour earlier, I noted a van in the parking lot with someone just sitting in it. But it was in the open lot next to les schwab. I believe it belongs to the dilapidated building next door. Well that van was still there, with someone still in it, so that seemed liked an obvious unmarked le vehicle. Well for shit's and giggles I drove up to 130th and turned around, and this time, it looked like she got someone to pull in. The car pulled into the les schwab lot, and parked right next to the sidewalk, witht he front of the car facing aurora. Now the big red flag, when I was driving by, I noticed that she didn't immediately get in the car, she came to the passenger side, and leaned in the window and was just talking to him. Well I made it to home depot, did another turn, and this time, I saw nothing but flashing red and blue lights.
