The WMPD had a special account that could not be excommed or deleted. I see no issue with inviting this account into a review club if it would help the murder investigation, especially when HX already explicitly granted access and cooperated with the PD. In fact, doing so would have aligned with HX's interests at the time. If there were some information that anyone thought shouldn't have been accessed by that account, then the site wouldn't have invited them in the first place. But I'm guessing that HX got immunity for the cooperation then threw Bob under the bus.
