Cruised Century around 4-5 Am Saw about 8 bsw & wsw maybe a lsw herd outside a Motel they didn't move and suggested cars drive to back of Motel Looked to good to be true either ROB or Cops, I was having none of it. I tried to pick up a BSW across the street and she had Major attitude told me to go to the back of nother Motel I didn't even bother with her.
Finally I Picked up a pretty cute BSW with large REAL breasts skinny girl denim skirt barely covered her fine ass pretty sure I have been with her before, wanted 80 + Motel would not do car date at all. Would have been the best bet but wasn't spending that $$ even though I had it.
I am willing to bet that what triggered this is the human trafficking. The US is VERY big on fighting the trafficking of humans especially women and children. Therefore when the feds came across this, somebody had to go down. One dead give away is the amount of money they confiscated. Although I suspect that most MPs have good cash flow, the amounts mentioned here are very large. This ring was definitely into other things besides prostitution. Typically, wiretaps, the FBI and statewide LE involvement are not used just to arrest a few working girls and their pimps.One of the most interesting aspects of this story is the admission that the authorities relied on informants, which I can only conclude means people from the inside. Breaking the cultural barrier of cooperation with the government, of a different ethnicity largely, means that this is was a very sophisticated operation, ongoing for a long time. This suggests to me that the feds were not looking at "hooking" per se, but as indicated the trafficking. That won't do much for some of the girls with whom we have become good friends and loyal customers, who are not victims of smuggling, but are now possibly facing deportation because of INS violations.

If this is true, this definitely presents a more difficult element in trying to pick up sw.

This thread is a narrow minded generalization but I don't disagree with it. Even the Chinese like Korean girls for their lack of attitude. The reason? Trafficking - big news all over the net now. China is a communist country so it's harder to do that sort of thing. These Korean girls are under pressure to perform a certain routine to all customers.
For the Asian big names in the Asian Persuasion Escort Malls, the review boards, the spread of Asian nationalities are pretty random.
In the private MP league, the Chinese girls are more free to express themselves, to get a fair price for what they do, and treat good customers better than average customers. Same as the Korean girls, the 'best' ones are consumed within the Chinese community for various reasons. So the ones that the Chinese don't want, they put it out for everybody. They even charge more for that. The girls get the same. Some girls are different, they actually get more. It's hard to find a lot of Chinese willing to pay extra because they get what they want for the standard price. So these girls have to look outside.

One of the most active days I have ever witnessed on Century. The streets were stocked full of SW's, black, white, asian, latin, you name it, it was there last night. Girl who goes by Tata was out wearing a short skirt revealing her ass cheeks as she strolled down the strip.

Ok, here is the deal....it's a b-itch dealing with the girls by Tivoli if you are being ultra careful. You are right to be cautious as #1 Inglewood PD does run stings in the area including in the past at Mello burger and at Marlettas(the crap hole next to Tivoli), and #2 there are occasionally thugs in the area(some with guns) who are either dealing drugs, or trying to rob the sw's or the mongers.
Ok, so there are the most girls out Friday and Saturday nights. I would cruise, making the occasional stop off at HP or one of the other local establishments in and effort to make yourself somewhat scarce. Head to HP every time that LE gets too heavy and use the restroom, grab a red bull, etc. Just take one evening only to cruise.
After that, understand that every girl out there has 4-5 friends working as well. Wait until some of the cutie wsw and lsw cross to the other side of Century. It is way easier to pick up there, and Lennox Sheriffs while they do like to hassle people, they could not give a rats azz about mongers and ho's. I've even seen sw out there get into monger cars with Sherriffs right there staring at them, 15 feet away. North of Century is Inglewood. South of Century and I believe west of Inglewood Ave is Sheriffs. Now don't get me wrong, Inglewood PD still may see you and bust you, its just that its far easier since Inglewood PD normally is not coming north towards Century on the side streets. Normally, Inglewood PD does a east/west cruise on Century and flips a U before the 405.
Anywho, after you pick up one of the girls and get with her, you get her phone number and start asking about her friends for the next time. Give her a call the next time and pull into Tivoli and Marlettas when there is no LE around. Once you have a room, stroll around and get numbers of other sw you like.
Another option is stay at Tivoli all night. It's not that bad a place. But don't bring any ultra violet lights. More girls at Marletta's, but like I said, it's a crap hole. Actually you can stay at Tivoli and just walk down to Marletta's. If LE stops you just say you was on your way to Mello Burger and show them your room key. More convincing if you are walking back to your room with the food than the other way around.

Great advice, if you have the time to spend, not to mention the $! If not, a few general guidelines may suffice.
#1-don't try to pick up any SW right on Century. If she won't go down a side street when you turn down it and park, she isn't worth the aggravation, she is bing too visible for my taste, she might be an LE decoy staying in line of sight of her back up, or a potential ROB staying in sight of her homies.
#2-get a room! I know that DL is the King of Cardates, but the rest of us don't have his experience, and knowlege of places to park, etc. Again, if she won't go to a room, you don't want her!
It has been awhile since i cruised, so I decided to give it a go today. 8pm, and there was nothing. From the 405 ~ all the way past the race stadium there was absolutely nothing. Truely dead, cept for the bike-cops on the side streets.
My friend said he dropped by the "Video Shop" where they have booths, and was scared by the smell and sight that he saw, and was shocked by the layers of dust on the dvd's LOL. HAhaha.

I had a few hours on a recent Friday afternoon and evening to check out the action. I saw a pretty HSW with brown hair on Pairie but by the time I swung around she was gone. I came across her later. I completely 100% agree.. It's almost become a hobby on it's own watching these bozos acting this openly aggressive.
But I also look at this another way - If you think about it, these guys make it a LOT easier for us:
If I were LE, it would be much easier for me to catch these guys whipping U-turns across double lines and waving $$ around openly.
AND why would an undercover SW acting as a decoy get into any mongers' car when she has THESE guys which are so much easier to nab.
It's actually pretty cool that these guys are literally "lowering the standards" in the eyes of LE for the sake of the more careful mongers out there.
If ALL of the mongers out on Century were being careful - such as only picking up SW on side streets, never making any agreements until the girl is IN the car and you're driving away after an LE check etc - then LE would need to work MUCH harder.
So in a nutshell, yeah these guys are fun to watch, but thankfully they're out there as "bait" for the rest of us. It helps LE get their quota of busts without having to work hard at all.

It really is fun to watch a guy take two lanes on Century while he drives 3 miles an hour trying to talk to a S/W, Cops can see traffic slow down and they know the idiot who is doing it too. Century in Inglewood from 1:45am to 2:30 am. There were a few. One cute wsw and two bsw near the McDonalds west of the 405. Unfortunately a cop at the Arco and I did not see the wsw again. Totally negative vibe in the area, and I saw some physco guy kick a car that had honked at him over by Carls Jr. At Marlettas I briefly spotted a wsw and bsw in the back of the parking lot, but there was and Inglewood PD B&W nearby. Scattered bsw on Century between Inglewood and Prairre. Nothing to write home about.
Alvarado/Olympic: At 2:45am a few unattractive bsw and multiple crack hos out on Olympic, Alvarado south of 12th, and on James Woods. Nothing I liked.
Sunset/Western: At about 3:00am I hit Western north of Beverly. Some ass had plowed into a parked car a few feet south of Oakwood. There were two LAPD cars there. As I cruised closer to Melrose, I saw two wsw and two bsw that got picked up really quick. I suspect the area of Western and Oakwood was doing well until the accident then the sw moved north, got picked up once, and went home.
Sunset between La Brea and Fairfax: About 3:30 am there was a blonde ho just east of the Seventh Veil, but it was a wierd vibe and there were several scummy looking guys nearby. When I came back, she was gone.
Sunset between Western and Normandie: About 4:30 am there was a tv and a few heavy ho's out by 99 cent store.
Sepulveda Bl north of Sherman way: A little before 5am, there were 3 bsw out and two fatty white girls. One of the fatty's was a local nasty, horrible scary crack ho. The other was pretty young and obviously pimped, but I ain't into 250lbs +
One thing I have noticed in Los Angeles is that sw activity really seems to die down near late summer all the way until after Thanksgiving. Last year was something of an exception as Harbor in Santa Ana went apecrap for a while in August(better than Sunset ever was on some nights). But I suspect things will be slow for a while.

Century blvd. and Imperial Ave. are crawling with U/C cops.
They stage many stings with combined man/womanpower from PD of a few cities surrounding LAX. PD's actually send out scantily clad woman cops to the streets, inviting innocent people to commit crimes.
While it is understandable that street prostitutes limits the liberty of people in the neighborhood, especially young girls and women, to freely walk or hang out on their streets without being propositoned by johns, busting prostitutes using discreet advertising means such as web site, CL or escort services ... are just purely vindictive and useless acts by assholes in the pork department. A few escorts mentioned that cops even kick their apartment doors in to make arrests. San Fernando valley is supposedly the worst.
It could be that the woman pork are jealous that they could not even get fucked with dogs, or that the men's wife, GF, daughters are so ugly they cannot get fucked even if they do it for free...

I'm staying in a certain hotel on Century as I write this. Not sure about getting into SW's car. Finding a person's "real" e-mail address is not difficult. If you were to spend a few minutes on the City of LA's website, I am sure you could easily make a guess or two at Villaragosa's true e-mail address. Granted your message would likely be read first by his secretary, but at least that is closer to him than you would ever get with mayor@cityofla.org.
Most corporate e-mail addresses are things like first.last@domain.com or firstinitallastname@domain.com. Look around at www.domain.com and find other people's e-mail addresses in the organization. Then determine the name of the person you want to contact and take an educated guess.
For example, I once sent an e-mail to Shreiff Baca after he made an impromptu appearance on KFI radio. With in minutes I got a personal reply further explaining the stance he took on the radio just minutes before. This tells me that he was probably in his e-mail at the time and therefore I am certain the e-mail really came from him and not some intern or secretary. When it takes a day or two to get a reply, you can be pretty sure it is coming from secretary.

In all honesty you have to look at the big picture; no politician is going to openly endorse sex for sale, But you might be able to convince the LAPD to look the other way. What I mean by that is, as they have done with illegal aliens the LAPD does NOT ask for any paperwork showing people are legal citizens and they are PROHIBITED from asking. In councilman Padillas Areas Illegal Vending is NOT Enforced, Everyone has there issues, if you can find a way to make them see how they could get more cops on the street without increasing the number of officers by taking them from Vice you might have a case. This is just an example, but simple crank calling won't help. Would be nice to have somebody do it but it won't help. I don't think the mayor has anything to do with current Vice activity, that can be squarely blamed on his office. Actually I voted for the current Mayor and am much happier Hahn is out. Have things changed ? no, Will they I don't know will they change if nothing happens of course not should we organize and get involved sure are people willing to? I highly doubt it. I was out on Century Blvd last night from 10:30pm to 12:00am. Close to no action whatsoever. From Prairie Blvd to the 405 I saw a total of 3 bsw's all
4-5's at best.
Once I passed the 405 I came across 1 young, thick wsw and 1 extremely petite super young looking lsw wearing an amazing revealing outfit. Camel toe action to the max. I still have yet to pick anyone up at this spot next to the McD's as I always get a weird vibe. Last night was no exception. The lsw, who was a solid 9 in my opinion and definately bona fide sw action to say the least just made me feel like it was too good to be true. I made a pass to get a better view and then chose to watch from a distance.
After about 10 minutes, while talking on her cell phone the whole time I saw her walk up century to the hotel lobby area of the hotel she was standing near. She was talking to a guy standing near the entrance.
I passed as my gut told me it was a setup of some kind. I won't take the risk on young chicks that look that good unless I see her get into another mongers car then back at the same location later. I'd rather have sloppy seconds than be stopped.

Hapshida is correct. It is really easy to get the direct email of every city official. Those sent to the Mayor or City Council member will receive a generic reply with a followup a few days later by a staffer, if warranted.
Sheriiff Baca, Chief Bratton, Deputy LAPD chiefs, other city officials such as general managers, citty administrative officer, etc will probably be able to directly answer if they so choose. The final decisions are not always in their hands, and much of the time, these are very normal people who will take the time to deal with the public and answer questions as honestly as they can. Bernard Parks, with all his faults, was certainly willing to deal with the public, and his officers, including answering email quiestions.
Bratton is not willing to ignore minor crimes. End of story.
Red light district was far more likely to happen under Parks, and to some degree it did with the VERY heavy action on Olympic near Alvarado, and then shifted to Sunset in Hollywood.
The allowance of minor crimes does not fit into Bratton's theorys on crime, and therefore will not be tolerated. Villaragosia alone cannot decide that these type of crimes should be tolerated. If you haven't taken notice, this city council is the first major elected body in the United States to be fiscally liberal and socially conservative, making what you suggest near an impossibility.

Just thought i'd put in some info I thought you all could use about the sw's at McD's on century. I almost said screw it a few times and was about to pull in when I noticed a LE patrol car parked on the other side of the street about 50 meters east of McD'S. McD's in general regardless of parked LE across the street just appears to be a heat score! There is better albeit darker side streets that bring about less attention. Was thinking of just saying what the heck and hitting TJ Sat., just under two hours travel time, walk accross border, jump into cab and off to monger heaven. Easy no jail, no company car that will bring me more trouble than getting busted would! Will have to do that sometime latter in the week, for LA mongering MP's seem the safest choice. I'm bored with Century and thinking of switching Hotels closer towards Beverly Hills/Hollywood. Thinking drive into Van Nuy's for SW's might be the place, yes or no guy's? Less LE heat because less tourists traffic is my guess.
I was in LA on business last week and was out in Inglewood on Century, Figueroa, Manchester, Normandie etc looking for BSW. All in all good action. I have mongered all over the USA and have not seen it all by any means, but the Inglewood area is one of my new favorite spots. Good quantity and quality compared to other places I have been lately (Atlanta, Orlando, Chicago, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Houston in last three months).

As to race, wherever I go I always read that this or that area is dangerous, stay out, whatever. I also always read the paper and I have yet to read a story about how another truckload of dead white mongers has been shipped out of this or that dangerous "black" neighborhood. Lots of hyperbole in my fairly extensive experience. Get a girl in your car off Jackson Street in Gary and then tell me about scary hoods. Of course, Reginald Denny's cruise down Normandie didn't have such a happy ending, but I was all over Inglewood at dusk and after dark, stopped at the Crenshaw swap meet, gas station and fast food a couple times and never felt any real animus.
In any case, ran a lap of Century to past the 405 and then back to a N/S street like Crenshaw. Then up to Manchester and then east to another N/S like Figueroa and back down to Century. For out of towners, the N/S streets that run from the downtown area all the way to Inglewood make the area quite accessible. From my downtown hotel it was a matter of blocks to Crenshaw (or Main or Broadway) and then a straight shot south to Inglewood. No need to get on the freeway.
In that I look like a white cop and was driving a Mercury Marquis, I got plenty of cold shoulders from the girls. I started around 6 and saw a few here and there; the action did not really start until 8 or so, dusk. The best place that I saw was on Figueroa south of Century. A murderers row of cheap and sleazy hotels that the girls frequent. Frankly, I prefer that to a blow job in the car.

Thus far, they can do it. ACLU is aware and the law is currently being challenged in California Supreme Court. I do not know the status of it. If the law is overturned by the CA SC it is done for. No more seizure law. If the CA SC upholds the law, I imagine there is the posibility that it will be challenged in US SC on due process grounds.
Currently, most cities that have the law are not actively enforcing it. I'm surprised with all the problems that Inglewood has, that they are enforcing it. If it is declared unconstitutional, each person who had their car impounded has a legitimate claim against the City of Inglewood.

The officer in charge went down the list asking "Why we were there and don't bullshit me." He promised that if we told the truth, we'd walk out, but if we didn't, he'd arrest us. One by one each person there basically said they were there for extras. The man in charge kept his word and everyone did walk with a warning not to come back.
I also overheard the officers mentioning that "they were going to make multiple stops today" so it sounds like they're making rounds in the 'wood, not just LP. They also weren't arresting any of the girls. Just taking down their info and saying that they would be in big trouble next time.

As I was driving to hawthorne on century towards Jet Strip, I saw a guy in a red honda (fire red too!) honking at a BSW who to my books was like a 2. He kept leaning on the window saying "quick suck?". LOL The BSW waved him off and kept walking.

That's a good practice I use, too. If the provider is asking for money up front, 90% of the time you will not have a GFE experience. And if you offer, for example, $80 and she thinks she is worth $120, her service & attitude will decline big time and she will be in rush to get it over with.

As I tried to say in the previous post, most Korean AMP workers I have been with have not asked for money up front. And, they generally deliver pretty good service. The few who have asked for money up front have often been the ones who gave less than satisfactory service. On the other hand, the Latina and Chinese have often asked money up front. There has not been such a clear correlation between their asking money up front and poor service. They just handle things differently. It also depends on the place you are visiting. A final point: you can't avoid all risk in this kind of business transaction. Sometimes you win, sometimes you don't. There are great providers out there and some less good. Unfortunately the really great ones do not seem to be around very long.

However, if there are ONLY Chinese providers, you'd better make sure to discuss what you want in detail before handing over the dough. A lot of times the Chinese-only places will be good for only a HJ. If I run into a situation like that when I check out a new place (see my Simi Valley trip reports in the SFV section last month), I ask the mamasan for a refund and get the hell out of there.
However, if it's an established place - and other members reported satisfactory FS - just give the money & hope for a good service. A good tip here: Ask for a provider that another member recomended and you know you will get good service. You can PM that member and ask if he knew which days his favorite was working and you got your work cut out for yourself.

I agree with my friends that the service in China is pretty mind boggling. But, here in Socal, the Chinese providers don't usually give such good service, at least if you don't speak Chinese. On the other hand, I have found that using even rudimentary Chinese (I learned a little in college) gets me better deals and better service. In the end, because I don't speak Chinese fluently, I usually stick with the Korean AMPS, where the girls are usually attractive and they are willing to give pretty good service even to people who don't speak Korean.
