As reported in social media.Wow. Where did you see it on social media? Her old fb pages haven't had a posting in over 10 years. Used to be very sneaky when she had all her looks but then lived in cars off Phillips hwy and never returned after that. Then she disappeared for several years. Anybody know where she went? Then briefly came back with Nikki on the westside and then saw she lost her leg. Very sad and she was very nice and sweet at that point then back to jail for awhile dissappear s and now this. I guess I had a feeling when she lost part of her leg. I forget the story about how she did it.
Whats she in for and when is she getting out?Her charges are on the spectrum from First Degree Misdemeanor to First Degree Felony. How long she'll be in jail and whether or not it leads to prison is up in the air. That will have to be hashed out between the prosecuting attorney and her defense attorney. She is facing considerable prison time if convicted. But, being prosecuted within the US legal system is a tricky matter. She could plea it down to lesser charge. Or the prosecuting attorney could drop some charges and / or modify others. And there's always the possibility that she could accept some kind of plea deal that gets her less time than she is currently facing. And the judge in the case may even intervene by sentencing her with a "downward departure" from the required sentence. That would be based on his observations, the kind of support she has from her family and community, plus her age and criminal past. We, like her, will just have to wait and see. Although the US constitution grants us the right to a speedy trial, trials are often times anything but speedy. At this point it's just a waiting game for everyone. But on a brighter note, the unemployable young man that is her co-defendant and who also appears to be her drug dealer, pimp, security, lover, boyfriend, etc. Is facing the same charges, but made bail. How a deadbeat late 20-something unemployable young man came up with the kind of cash that was required for his release is in itself quite suspicious. He's out, but she is still in jail.
