We really don't know if it will be federal charges or city charges for each case. If it were the feds, then the FBI and DOJ would have been involved in the investigation with all the resources of the federal government (i.e. wiretapping, cell phone/email monitoring, surveillance, access to domestic and international bank transactions and IRS records). A federal grand jury would also be involved if a federal indictment. Personally, I don't at all believe sex trafficking occurs in the AMPs here as all the providers come and go as they please. But if FDIC money laundering laws or the Mann Act could be proven as violated then the feds could have a basis to be involved. On the other hand, if it is a city indictment then there is a greater chance of being an investigation with holes in it. I suspect past cases which were dismissed were probably from city charges. The feds are the pros and the city are the amateurs (think Kealoha corruption), but the prosecutors always win in the end because of all the legal fees expended by the defendants.Appears your review is correct, but the charges now are owner of a illegal business and promoting.
