It's pretty safe to say that they are all well reviewed, top tier providers, and now mongers such as myself are finally discovering them here and reviewing them. Every establishment that I've frequented in the law 2 years, I've reviewed the ladies there. I've been very fortunate to not have had many poor experiences, but that is by design as much as it is luck. I read the threads, avoid providers that may be YMMV, and build good relations with mama's as much as possible. Went to check out the new location of Happiness earlier this week. Read earlier about the very visible entrance by the busy street, so decided to park on The side road with meter parking and just walk by at first to scope it out. If the service is just a run of the mill and they provided what was expected, then $150 is what they should expect.Tips are tips and it various because there is no set standard. My my thoughts on tips is like going to a resturant. Choi's Family Resturant, YuChun or Yakiniku Seoul (I love both places for their food) standard 15% tips are fine but when you go to Alan Wong or Morimoto (food is outstanding, service is #1, and atmosphere is over the top) sometimes I would tip 15% but usually 20-25% is better to tip.
Happiness and other places around town is a top tier AMP so consider tips like going to a resturant. Never though walk out without leaving the minimum tip. Servers needs to eat, put at roof over their heads, wear clothing (work and everyday wear) and pay the bills like everyone else.

To decide to go to Empire, you just need to see a girl in her ad that you like and you are pretty much assured a good experience. She's never lied to me about a girl or put me with someone just to make the quick house fee, because she knows the value of a satisfied repeat customer that writes good reviews, and the power that those reviews carries.

But that could be because of quickness of the move and not being able to change it yet. For me, I do my own research. I did 3-peat of Happy when she was at Kison and Top. I could have seen Jio at Ginza or Lucy at Tokyo Spa or Michelle at CHM. I didn't. I am not more likely to see them at the CDS location. In fact, I am less likely to do so because of the more public location and the increased probability that both table showers will be in use when I want to go there. It may be valuable to someone who doesn't do their research and just wants to take what the mama offers. I can see the value there. I also like the fact that Happy flirts and offers food. Those are positives that I like, but are not the real drivers of where I go.
What would really make me go to Happiness more often is if she created a VIP program with an offsite location that is not advertised. The site has several table showers and a jacuzzi. She charges a membership fee of something like $500 per year. Entry fee is say $300 for up to 3 hours and includes one session. Members get nude pictures of the girls emailed to them along with their full suite of services. When you show up, you put your clothes in a locker and put on a robe. You go into a room filled with both guys and girls in sexy skimpy clothing. Drinks and hors the'oevres are served. Music is playing in the background. You get to interact with the girls. However, I would rate Yas at Hula (I've never had a bad session with her even though I know others have) and Cherry (when she was here) at Empire much higher. Cherry was so good (my ATF at Empire. I was surprised she didn't get many votes in the best of the year thread). That's because Shiny is an older provider and you can't tell that from her pictures. You can't tell that Michelle had an acne problem affecting her facial appearance. So, the fact that Happy doesn't post real pictures does matter. Also, I've noticed that many prolific posters on this board don't seem to have the same issue I do with facial appearances of the girls. So, when they post a review of a girl, I need to modulate what they say at times. Yoko at Kison is a good example of an extremely highly rated girl who I really didn't like at all. In days past, one would travel to a city, looking for free magazines that touted where to go for our activities. First I looked in the Yellow Pages of local phone books. So I always entered a place blind, hoping it would be a good encounter. Today a site like this makes it so much easier to monger and it saves some money; or I should say it helps me not to waste so much money on duds.

I went as a walk in (first time at Happiness) and decided to not make appointment (mistake). Before I start, I would like to say that it was easily in my top 3 massages, but that was it. Miki was my provider. She was very thin and plain. Went for ts and received just that and nothing more. She did the whole thing fully clothed. Went back to room and received a GREAT massage. I really should have just left after that. No DFK, LFK, she did a pretend BBBJ (all hand and pretend mouth). Only 2 positions before she was trying to get me off. Said to hurry because she was sore. This is my first time posting.
Just came back from an appt with Lucy. I have never been to an AMP before, and after reading all of your reviews about Lucy, I just had to go see her. I have been looking for a nuru type massage and when ya'll said Lucy was the best, you weren't lying. Was a bit nervous at first since it was my first time but as soon as I walked in the door, Mama made me feel right at home. My goto place has been Empire and I'm use to MSOG being included in the price. When I inquired about a second round, I was told it would be extra. I didn't pursue it so I don't know what the cost was.

Called evening prior to scheduled a morning appt with Shiny. Was in high anticipation & expectation mode because I have not partaken of the CC Happiness location, even though many glowing reviews re. The girls, service & Happy. Upon reading of Shiny's many positive reviews & her large breastessessess, I felt compelled to head on down to the new location.
Made it over to the China Doll / Happiness & was shown to room by Mama Hana. When I told her I was there for my morning appt with Shiny, she said "Oh, Honey. Shiny already busy with customer. ".

Unfortunately, my most recent experience at Happiness was not so good, but I fell compelled to write about it to let everyone know. Shiny has had a number of positive reviews her so I decided to give her a try. As stated in a previous report. Best to have a plan bee. I've also found that when I call a place they know who I am as most places sees the number and put my name on their phone. When I call to make an appointment I am usually greeting on the phone with hi, say my name. Some places has a reservation book on hand with code names so I never had a problem with flacking appointments. Some places don't have my number and when I go there they ask, did I call for appointment, if my appointment went to someone else I go to plan bee, see never had to go to plan dee.

It's just a reminder that time is running short and to start wrapping things up (you know, get that BJ / HJ, shower done with). This applies to many of the AMPs. If the girl you're with likes the way you treated her during the session, she will tell you don't worry about the knock and will take her time with you for the full hour--maybe longer. If the girl is not into the customer for various reasons (smells, has poor hygiene, yellow teeth, poor technique, etc.), she may feel relieved that time is up. That's just the way it is. As for Shiny, I was with her very recently. She said to ignore the knock (I don't know if it was 45 minutes or 1 hour because there was no clock in the room, but when I got back to my car, I checked the time, and it was well over one hour}. The same thing happened to me once before at Kison. I made an appointment with someone and when I arrived the mama said that the girl I made an appointment was with wasn't available. Apparently someone came in right before me and asked for the same girl. It can happen anywhere you go even if you make an appointment. Unfortunately for most of us, we're just so horny and looking forward to sex that we'll just settle for another girl, LOL. If you get an appointment broken when your girl is busy with someone else, get the house fee waived if you stay or never go back if there is no compensation. If the mamas hired by Happy are the same mamas that ran other AMPs and run Happiness the same way, then Happiness is really no different than any other AMP.

I had to try her because of the earlier reviews. I thought one slip up was due to a bad day and all the other tales. I found her very hot and sensual. Many of you have documented in chapters of her so I won't re-write the great exploits. I thought our session was going to the stars but that lasted from the beginning to somewhere right after the "knock. " An early knock, like 15-20 minutes still remaining. Everything Surfbreak experienced I experienced also. WTF. Damm, Shiny turned into a clock watcher. I almost felt there was a two minute drill going on. Her smile turned into concern for the next victim, I mean, opportunity. I think the Mama and her are teamed up so max mongers can go through the ride. It's their business and it will probably continue like this for awhile. Shiny, I think is beautiful, but now, straight up, clever and just gunning for it. If we're talking business models, this place has so much potential, may initially pull in, but unless the scheduling or something is not done better, will lose its shine and semi-fair minded customer base. If mamasan knocks 15 minutes early, for crying out loud, don't freak out. It's just a reminder that time is running short and to start wrapping things up (you know, get that BJ / HJ, shower done with). This applies to many of the AMPs. If the girl you're with likes the way you treated her during the session, she will tell you don't worry about the knock and will take her time with you for the full hour--maybe longer. If the girl is not into the customer for various reasons (smells, has poor hygiene, yellow teeth, poor technique, etc.), she may feel relieved that time is up. That's just the way it is. As for Shiny, I was with her very recently. She said to ignore the knock (I don't know if it was 45 minutes or 1 hour because there was no clock in the room, but when I got back to my car, I checked the time, and it was well over one hour}. I had a very enjoyable GFE experience with her. Shiny is a gem and a real sweetie, period. And, I definitely will repeat with her.

Or perhaps you know someone who's company merged with another, or had a new management team brought in or was completely bought out. Things didn't run smoothly at first because the employees who remained were trying to integrate themselves, get used to a new system, philosophy and style. I know, I've seen as well as experienced it.
If you went to Happiness (109) when she first opened I'm sure you noticed things were different because Happy was running it how she wanted it to be run. She had total control. Unfortunately that was then and this is now. I'm sure Happy is aware of everyone's concerns and wants to correct these problems. It will take time, which I'm not so sure some of us are willing to give. But given the chance, I have no doubt Happy will address and make the necessary changes for the better.

I guess it may just be YMMV or it could be how much you put into the session. First session started with a nice TS with nuru and was quite amazing. When we returned to the room, we started off slow as we were getting to know each other. As we progressed, it got hotter and more sensual with LFK turning into DFK. Fortunately, we got along perfectly the whole session. It seemed like we were both more concerned about the other's feeling and ability to cum. For me, I feel great if the provider can get off before me or if I get off first, I try hard to see it she can get off too. Many of the providers don't enjoy the ramrod slam bam. " MP3, proprietary format, etc. They function, allowing you to listen to your music in a portable non-CD format. But the user interface (UI) and experience felt like an afterthought. One thing that separated the iPod from the rest of the pack was the attention to detail.
Second, for decades "whole widget" hardware / software integration was central to his approach to making computers. Apple making both its own OS and computer competing with Microsoft Windows loaded onto Dell / HP / whatever. Or Apple making iPhone and iOS vs. Google's open-source Android loaded onto Samsung / HTC / etc. One is tightly controlled hardware / software integration that makes for user experience that isn't perfect, but it is better done and smoother to a degree that many people are willing to pay more for it. The alternative is less well-integrated and often packed with useless bloatware that is expedient in terms of short-term gain but there is less enthusiastic demand for this product.
The parallels should be evident. Before Happy had thought out the details for how to build something better than what was available. Her control ensured everything operated according to standards. Now these standards are compromised because the AMP isn't an integrated whole run by somebody with vision. The operating system is outsourced (mama). Pre-installed bloatware that is superfluous a la Touchwiz (CDS lineup) in exchange for licensing fees (use of CDS unit / possible arrangement between MS and girl). Which wants you to try and buy even if you don't really want the product (upselling / ignoring appointments with who you asked for). What they call shiny "chrome" in UI design, visually attractive elements of questionable value.
Not sure where the rushing would fit. Maybe I'm getting carried away.

First of all, she hasn't been in it long enough to make that assessment. Secondly, there are several other AMPs that are stable and have done much better for far longer. You are letting your fondness for Happy to cloud your judgement on this topic.

I don't know what is meant by blindsided by CC zero notice. Happy is a smart lady and per a lot of reports she had to find a bigger place because of the size of 109, only 3 rooms and the smallest TS room. Only problem she had at 108 CC was smoking.

If the service at Happiness when she was at 109 wasn't top notch, I wouldn't have been going head over heals for each and every provider that I saw there, each and every time that I saw them. If one were to read back in the Happiness thread, the only real complaint was that of the smoking in the space, and IMHO, that was only an issue because of the small size of 109.
I challenge you to dig up a complaint of any provider written by 2 different people. I challenge you to dig up a complaint of either mama written by 2 different people, and complaints about anything, other than the smoking or the small size of the unit and shower. Now, I'm asking for this when they were at 109, when Happy and the rest of the ladies were paving new roads behind the scenes, doing things differently than just about any other place (I haven't been to all of them and don't know the mechanics of each and every AMP) that resulted in the ladies being happy, and that behind the scenes atmosphere became evident in the standard of consistent service from each and every one of them. When Happy 1st opened at 109, there was an issue with one girl who was asked to leave, and that girls bad review are well documented where she had come from and where she went back to. The group at the 109 local had nothing but stellar reviews. It wasn't until after the move to CDS that there became a hint of poor service with 1 of the Happiness group. CDS / Happiness was a body with 2 heads, and what has happened there, I believe, will only be a speed bump in the plan that Happy has. Shiny had a bad experience that caused her service to slip. Like any woman in this industry that gets burnt out or has a string of bad experiences, let her take a little time to recollect herself, and she'll be polished and Shiny and ready to wock our worlds again (take some time to get it out of your system Shiny. You're worth the wait!) NOT the end of the world. Let's give credit where credit is due, and I know that I for one will patiently wait for Happy to land on her feet again, and the quality providers in our town will be ringing her phone off the wall to work with her again.
The sky isn't falling, and Happy wasn't copying the same model set in place by 10 other establishments. CDS was a speed bump on the road to Happiness.
To Sir Mondo, Oppa and L.S. thanks for setting the record straight. Happy, we know that you and the girls will be just fine, and we'll be ready for you when you are.

I'm not sure what their time limit is, but I was there a little over two hours. Upper deck is better. There is usually some metered street parking in the area as well, so it shouldn't be a problem, unless you have a 3 or 4 hour marathon planned!

Decorative touches to the rooms are still being made. If my job location was in this area, I would be stopping here every day for lunch and to chat with Happy and her girls. Got the chance to go to the new Happiness. Visited at CC109, CDS, and now the new spot. Had a repeat visit with one of the more popular ladies that has been MIA for a long time and was happy that she recognized me, and all I can say is I am glad I did. Glad to see mama Hana back at Happiness, and glad to get groped by Lady Hapster. Love all the ladies at Happiness, and love the quiet conversation with Lady Hapster afterwards while she held my hand. I will be back, and glad Happiness is back in business. And it is always a bonus when you hear Pharrell sing Happy during a visit. Had to revist Happyland to see Tiana again. Paid Kim mama HF and shortly after my tanned cutie walked in. Tiana slightly changed her hair style and makeup since I saw her last week. Good evening fellow mongers. Just quick report about my first visit to the new and improved Happiness, as well as the first session with the famous Shiny.
