Another person has been victimized in an Akron robbery that was set-up through a dating app on the internet. Police report that a 42-year-old man invited a woman to his home after hooking-up online and when she arrived in the 400 block of Logan Drive on the far west side, she had two men and another woman with her who ordered the victim to the back of the house at gunpoint. They tied the man up in the bedroom and went about the business of ransacking the house. Stealing a computer, flat screen TV, video games, a GPS unit and the man's wallet and cell phone before they left. The victim got out through a window and ran to a neighbor's home to call police. The suspects were two black males and two black females, ranging in age from around 18 to 40.

I think they bolted the second they heard me make a move.

I had actually cancelled our meeting because she was 1. 5 hours late (what a shock right? LOL). I finally got an opening, snapped off the cords they tied me with, barricaded myself in my bedroom and yelled that I had a gun and I was going to kill all four of them if they didn't leave. Within seconds I heard a vehicle peel out and race away. I waited a few minutes and then jumped out my bedroom window and ran to a neighbors to call the police. I think they bolted the second they heard me make a move.
I feel like a complete idiot and I hope my story is a lesson to everyone. I believe that I'm done with this hobby and perhaps all online dating forever. I don't care a bit about what they stole from me. That is what insurance is for and my bank and CC have all been good about everything. It's the feeling of helplessness and vulnerability that sucks. I called the owners of the property early and left a message, they just recently called me back. Very nice couple, I explained the situation and what was going on in their home. As previously stated they are under eviction at the moment. They thanked me and said they might even get the police involved. I did tell the guy the website she is using and that her profile was deactivated. Hope he doesn't get any bad ideas and hop in the sugar bowl LOL.

Same thing happened to me last night around 10 pm, got there and had to wait for 30 minutes because she claimed her landlord was fixing windows. Should have been a good sign to leave, she comes out to bring me into her duplex on 53rd street. Seemed sweet and nice. We go up to her duplex chat in the kitchen for awhile and then into the bedroom. She asked if I had the donation of 120 being that it is SA and not a skip the games woman I felt more comfortable leaving it on the table. Generally a rule I never break, usually show them and say I will give it afterwards. After the chat and her asking me multiple times if I want something to drink, we go back to her bedroom. She says she is nervous so wants to take her time. I felt her tits LOL but that's about all I got. A few minutes later the "ex" is heard rummaging around the duplex and then comes in the bedroom with her. Basically threatening me that I have to leave. As you said I have more to lose than the 120 is worth. Tattoo boyfriend, so obviously that makes he a better fighter LOL Afterwards she claims she will make it up to me today. If that happens I will report back but I highly doubt it. I found out all the landlords owners names as well, first name are and other first name K. I am definitely calling them today and informing them what's going on at one of their units. I own rental property as well and I have another little trick to use.
I have been in the hobby for awhile and mostly just lurk here, never been ripped off like this but she definitely needs to put this to a stop, I even told here people unlike me who have less to lose, it could end up in a bad situation. For me it just wasn't worth it. She does have 2 profiles one is deactivated and the other is active.

Yeah my subscription expired and I'm done with it. It's pretty crazy that these girls are being handed hundreds of dollars for an hour or so of their time and they still manage to fuck that up. And if it is true, I'd imagine that these girls (if that's what we're going to call them) aren't the best-looking.
On that note, I wanted to write about a problem that I think we have here in NE Ohio and that's the large amount of straight-up ugly girls / women that are on the site (and really just here in general). It's crazy because I get to travel quite a lot and the amount of girls that are good-looking, even in places like Detroit, compared to Ohio is absolutely insane. It's a serious problem. I don't get why these girls don't take care of themselves, with even just a bit of make-up or a few visits to the gym every week. I've had to tell plenty of girls from SA that I'm not cheap, that they're just simply ugly. I drove all the way to Lorain the other night to meet up with a girl and she comes out in glasses, slippers and pajamas. COMPLETELY unlike the pictures she sent. It's super disappointing that these girls aren't just ugly, they're refusing to even try to look nice and have a guy come back. Another girl I met up with (just met-up with, fortunately) sent me pictures from when she was over 100 lbs. Lighter and then bragged about how she lost 100+ pounds and will need surgery for the loose skin. Oh and she was still pretty fat.
Unfortunately I think that these girls also have plenty of guys that are willing to meet up with them for any money at all, and that spoils them and those other girls like them. I understand that you like what you like, but the amount of posts that I see on this site (particularly in the NEO forums) about how people are "highly recommending" what looks like a drug addict or grandma because they have a "great personality" also lends to the issue. I'll personally put good looks over sub-par performance because at least I can make up for the performance part of it.

If I am putting up money for an arrangement, then the girl better be good looking. Otherwise I will (and have) walked away. Too bad my recent run of luck has been quite bad. I did meet one recently that actually was for real, not a druggie, seems to have a decent head on her shoulders (not the smartest IQ-wise but good enough to hold a decent conversation). I will not meet up with girls who do drugs or smoke. Unfortunately too many girls on the site do state they are "non-smokers" but when I have met them you can definitely tell they smoke. But I am pretty darn picky myself, I am not desperate to get laid, so I am happy to wait on the right gal.
