Incognito in the house...

After a long absence from the boards I figured it was time to jump back into the loop. Much like the good Doctor, I have minimized my posts to prevent repetition. But don't think for a minute I have stopped my mongering routine. It's a hard habit to break.

As far as the SW scene, I typically keep to the PP/C loop. There are always ladies out, but usually skanks. I did however see a new flower blooming on that side of town. She was walking on Highland Ave towards the Royal Farm. This was last week, around 1PM. She looked early 20's, blond, no obvious signs of usage as she seemed like a newbie to the streets... so fresh and so clean. Very cute, but not super-skinny the way I like 'em. She also seemed a little unsure of how to give "the look" so I figured she was just a ped. I looped around and went into the farm store, while she stood outside pretending to talk on her cell phone. Still not sure of her availability, I went in to use the ATM. Sure enough, when I come out she is getting into the car of a fellow monger. Foiled again! I will keep an eye out for this one.

I have made my usual runs to the Block (TM), usually night shift. Nothing new to report on that scene for those of you who like that particular routine (my favorite).

I have expressed privately my thoughts on the Garbageman's situation, and plan on saying my farewells to him this weekend. He is one of the few mongers I ever actually had the pleasure of meeting from this board, and definitely the most unique. He has some great tales to tell, and I was even able to include myself in an adventure or two with that bastard.

I have made this suggestion in the past and perhaps it is time to re-suggest again. We all travel the CB/WW/PP/Hamden circuit.

Usually we have all discovered skank. With a few really nice gems. But does anyone ever venture out to roads not traveled.

I have heard that Belair, Harford and Calvert Sts. used to be hot, 25th was filled with BSW.

I must admit that I have seen an S.W. from time to time on un-traveled roads, but I am usually with S.O. or indisposed, and not able to take advantage of a P/U. So if in your travels you discover a new street, im sure we would all love to hear about it.
maybe LE hasn't discovered it either. Oh well, food for thought.

Saturday daytime report:
I had time to kill prior to my trip out of town. I Picked up Tammy on Eagle. She now has reddish-orange hair. She says she sometimes uses the name Crystal, which I didn’t know. She really looked bad compared to how she normally looks. She said she had a migraine headache that she went to the hospital for the night before. We parked a ways away for BBBJ. The place was secluded enough that she asked me if I wanted to stand up outside the vehicle with her on her knees. I declined.

She told me that Ranee isn’t just hepatitis C, but hepatitis A, B, and syphilis as well. The health dept. was out looking for her. The house Ranee moved to, it turns out, is listed as abandoned and no one is supposed to be living there. The electric was being stolen. The landlord has disappeared, and hasn’t been seen for a few days. She told me the address, and it’s the same place I’ve got the address for.

She also said that about 4 of the girls got popped by ULE a few nights ago. Jessica got it first, by a guy in a silver Jeep Grand Cherokee. He came back a few hours later and got Jenny (with the bad teeth), then 2 more later on. She hasn’t seen Jessica since. A maroon Grand Am is also ULE nabbing them.

She says Heidi yells and screams profanity at mongers she’s been with before if they pick someone else up instead of her.

I asked her how much she shoots, she says as much as she can. If she gets $$, she’ll shoot $ ½ of it in a day. She says the majority of mongers treat the SW’s like shit, pushing them further into their habits. Many of the girls will go for days without food or sleep while they chase the high. She says I am nice, and make things worthwhile for her. She said the past few days; she was feeling bad and only shot 3 pills a day. That’s 1 ½ Jacksons a day. She was nodding pretty badly on the way to US Gas (for some soup and a soda) and then back to home. I dropped her off, and she almost forgot her money. I’m a nice guy, I guess, and reminded her. She said she didn’t make a big deal about money up front because she trusted me. A jackson and the aforementioned soup and soda for her time.

The Trashman Fraternity Fiesta was most successful!
It was great to see many of you again and also meet the rest for the first time.

Did the loop last night following the disbursement.
Along with the usual skank, there were a few decent SW in the area. I thought pickings were good, so I continued cruising to fine the "best bet". Eventually stopped for what I thought was a nice late 20's looking blonde with nice titties on Wilkens down near Desoto.
She go to the car and asked for a cigarette and thank god she did.
The fugly upclose fossil was beyond fantasy land. Gave her a cigarette through the power window and drove on.
Other reasonable suspects by now had disappeared.
Kept doing variations of the loop and came accross three or four decent ones near CareyWash, one I was sure was Diamond.
Circled back, Diamond, if her, was gone but anothe blonde was still there. Picked her up as she looked decent in the dim light.
Body was nice, face - so so, age, as with most SW, was probably in thirties but ridden very hard. Peyton is her name and has been reviewed by others on this board. Larger than normal boobs and yes they were fake (damn it) and had a funky feel to them. Claimed to be a former dancer at block establishments.
BJ was adequate, but not great by any stretch. CIMS for Jackon at a well used parking location.
By this time it was 4:00 AM and time to turn into a pumpkin (not like in West Virginia).

Last night was a lot of fun guys.

Trashman Party Report

And coincidentally, post #200! How appropriate. It was an amazing gathering of WSG members, some of the greatest names on the board, and some up-and-comers. Please forgive me if I leave anyone out, but to my recollection in attendence were (in no particular order): Clix, Incognito, LoveLOS (and three friends), Robux, Paland, CloudWilliam, Fool4Fishnets, Old Dog7540, of course myself, and the Mighty Trashman. Again, sorry if I missed anyone. Many famous mongers also sent their regrets. I must give kudos to Paland and Old Dog7540, both of whom came from PA for this special event, and stayed until the end. Gracias.

We began the evening at the pre-arranged meeting place on Baltimore's famous Block. I was a little nervous as by five minutes after the starting time, there were no party-goers to be found. Then people slowly began to arrive. I must say, it is amazing to put faces with names, because they NEVER turn out to look like you expect.

We did a full scale block tour, but sadly it was a slow night for ladies in most of the bars. There were a few lookers (including some old friends of mine ;-) ) scattered about, and we managed to introduce the Trashman to some of them. Of course, he caught up with some old friends as well.

I certainly hope everyone had a good time. I know I did. I am fairly certain that the Trashman did. And congratulations to LoveLOS, who busted his in-bar Block cherry!!! We are not gonna let you live that down man! You do realize that all the girls charge pretty much the same, and you could have gotten a much better looking girl, right? LMAO, just kidding.

The party lasted until just about closing time, when we all went our separate ways. I really do want to thank all those who attended. It was great to meet you all. My apologies to anyone who did not get directions or location sent to them, but I did get a flurry of PM's (mostly about non-attendance) and I hope I did not miss anyone, but one never knows.

A special thanks to our original meeting place for accomdating out large group, though I doubt they will see this, I will let them know we appreciate it.

Last night was very special to me and some what emotionally mixed. It was the first time for me to meet Trashman face to face only to say goodby. That part sucked. But what extreme pleasure to have a drink with Trashie AND all the other "board famous' mongers. Like Dr. said, it's great to put faces with names.

I agree with Clix, let's do this again.

I will spare you the details of my after hours rompings but during my scouting I end up tailing Cloud William over on Highland with no local students walking to school or looking for lessons so I move to W/W only to get honked by none other than Robux. Shit guys, I am working to find my second score for the night and I come up with all this competiion. May I say, butt ugly, pencil dick old bald men do not, repeat, do not need ho detracters in our field during scouting trips. Times are hard so have pitty on your elders.

Trashman Party Report

Massive kudos to the good Dr for arranging this outing! Congrads also on 200 for Dr Monger and 600 posts for Trashman! I had arranged an outing with three non-board buddies when I logged in Sat afternoon and got the details. Road trip time.

It was awesome to party with those I had met before and to finally put the faces with names. In retrospece, there were a lot of ugly faces. Now I know why you losers have to pay for sex. ;)

As readers may have gathered, this was a bar-hopping block tour, with Trashman as the guide. Even my three compadres, whom Trashman dubbed Condo Bobo and Billie (or something like that), had a great tour. It was an excellent learning experience for me as a relative block-newbie and a hell of a good time.

As noted by DrM, I was chatting with my mentor, Trash, and the shameless hussy plops herself on my lap and starts interrupting our conversation-just doing her job I guess. DrM must have been drinking non-alcoholoc beverages, because, after 5 mixed drinks, she looked decent. I felt the need to establish that this was a mongering party, not a fucking wake, so I set the best example I could for my fellows. (That and the fact I had three passengers in my car that would prevent any after-hours mongering. I would consider it a sin to go to the block and return home with a full load in the cannon!)

And yes, she took the drugs AFTER we did our thing, she was really messed up. I guess I really do have that effect on women! :(

Farewells and godspeeds were given and the party ended when the bars closed. My trip home was epic, but that is another story.

Yes, let's do it again.

TRASHMAN PARTY

It was great to see everyone and meet some of the other board members for the first time, and special thanks to the good Doctor for making arrangements. I realize it is difficult for everyone to arrange their schedules to attend a meeting of this type, and I am sure Trashy appreciates everyone's effort. What a cast of characters! The Block has certainly looked better in terms of talent, but it did not really matter on this particular evening as we were all there for the storytelling and comaraderie of the occasion.

I just knew we would all be hitting the various mongering loops following the party, and sure enough I swear I saw Paland coming the other direction on the PP loop. I came home with my d*ck in my hands just like everyone else!

I did not have the opportunity to talk to everyone as much as I would have liked, but hopefully these gatherings will occur more often in the future. If any of you bastards make it down this way again be sure to send me a message so we can meet for a drink.

I literally had a tear in my eye seeing Trashy walk down Baltimore Street at the end of the evening. Take care buddy.

I thought I should address my screen name as it seems to have engendered some confusion. Some people seemed to think that it means foolish for fishnet stockings, others a fascination with fishing. Both are correct for I am just like Jesus. Thanks so very much for taking the time to travel in many cases long distances ( Three hours one way?!? Whoa! ) simply to spend time with me and say hello.

Sorry this thank you took so long but I just got in from Saturday night. I was trying to be a good boy and leave the Block at a reasonable time and succeeded in getting out before 2am closing at least, but as I was walking to the parking garage guarding my car (And what the fuck was up with the group with the bullhorns yelling at all the guys on the Block? That was a new one for me!) I was shanghai'd by two of my Blockette favorites who asked where did I think I was going? I gently explained that I needed my rest to which they replied laughing, "Yeah, right! Get in the fuckin' car, man!" Not being one to create a scene and I figured I could yack with them a few minutes and then escape. Nope, not with these two. Off we roared into the night, coming to a stop pretty quickly at a closeby upscale hotel. Of course nothing would do but I had to come in with them to a party for just a few minutes. OK, I figured, Hell I can slip out in a few minutes and just walk back to my car a few blocks back. So up we went and as soon as the elevator door closed, these two were all over me with tongues in ear, mouth, neck, etc and hands down my pants.
Ok Ok cool off girls Jeez! We went to a door down the hall and one of the girls produced a key and in we went. Well, I gotta tell you that I am sure I broke my jaw as it went for a crash landing onto the floor! I found where all the missing in action hotties from the Block and some of their friends as well were instead of being on the Block They were here in this hotel room getting high. Not only high, but horny as well it would seem and as I glanced around there were several pairs of girls locked in various embraces. I also quickly realized that I was the only guy there! Oh shit, thinks me, this could either cure me or kill me, but what the fuck! So, I did what any self respecting monger man would do in those circumstances and dropped my pants, offering a taste to a girl sitting on a chair with very little clothes on and high as a kite since she was exactly at the right mouth-meet-cock height!!
From then on it was a total fuck-fest. After a bit, I realized that I might need some help and sent one of the girls back to the Block to find you guys, but returned saying they could find any of you guys anywhere. Man oh Man, these girls knew how to party.

And then, I woke up sitting in my car in front of my house where I had obviously auto-piloted to after leaving the Block and then fell asleep before I could get out and go inside. Aw, shit! It was all a dream!

Anyway, lots of laughs had by all and I really enjoyed seeing you guys. Only regret is that we didn't get to this point sooner so we could have had some truly outrageous times.

Oh, and BTW LoveLos.....that girl you enjoyed having her suck your cock so much...I hate to break it to ya, but dude, that was a guy!!

Baltimore Board,

Arrived in the city Saturday night around 8:30pm with a little time on my hands so I took a little cruise around the PP area.

Spied a suspected young cutie on the Church steps on E. Baltimore. A trip `round the block for a better look gave pause to reconsider. Spotted a couple rough subjects in Highlandtown that were considered for a quick release before heading downtown.

Spotted a cute WSW on a E. Baltimore corner conversing with a black male. The ole radar went off and I said to myself out loud, "there is the one to suck my dick".

Once around the block and up to the stop sign. Made quick eye contact but discretely because of the present company. One quick nod and she excused herself to run around and hop in.

Tall and thin, brown hair in a pony tail. Looked much cuter on the corner, but still doable in the car. Took "Amber" for a little spin to a spot we could stand outside the car. A quick BBBJ finishing with a half decent squirt of goo on her face.

Dropoff conversation consisted of her addiction to Coke and Horse, her refusal of Greek, and questions about my preference for facial glazing. Have not discussed it with a shrink, suppose I watched too much porno as a youth.

Back across town in a serious cloudburst to find the guys before they moved on.The party has been discussed in previous posts so I will avoid redundancy except to say this.

I am very pleased to meet you guys, (you'all know who you are), especially the legendary Trashman. Special thanks to the Good Dr. for putting together the outing. Count me in for the next block party. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the company of you guys.

My strategy next time will be to hang close to Incognito. I should do pretty well scooping up the overflow attracted to Incog`s movie star good looks.

My strategy will also include a few less beverages so hopefully I can spend less time wandering the streets locating my vehicle.

Seems as though after parting ways with the Good Dr. I had become misdirected and spent a half hour or so wandering before voilating the Man Code and asking one of Baltimore`s finest for some direction. Sometimes I am such a numbskull. Also spent a couple minutes pondering a sloppy BJ from a willing BSW before deciding I should really find my ride.

Route 83 north was detoured to the Falls Highway adding to the Dogs tardyness. The excitement of the evening wasn`t over until I survived questioning by the SO about my 5:00am return to the nest.

Sorry to have missed the Trash get together. Saturdays are just bad for me. I actually do have to do some work sometimes. :)

The no-tells could care less about 3-somes. Just don't advertise it and you can get in easily. Never had a problem.

I had no problem getting adjusted on Thursday night at that Everett location in Curtis Bay. Crazy Dave next door can help as well. He's at the end of unit in the next building toward the corner.

I noticed heavy neighborhood action on Fairhaven. Might stick to side streets on weekends. That dealer on Elmtree is back with SWs. Neighbors are telling my neighborhood assoc. contact that LE isn't doing anything to stop him.

Hey guys,

As most of you probably already know, Northern Virginia is NOT a hotbed for SW mongering. I'm still pretty new to the area, but not being able to monger and get a BBBJ at will is killing me.

That's when I found the Baltimore board: Jackpot! Although Baltimore is probably a hour's drive for me, I decided that I must investigate the SW potential.

Yes, I did RTFF, but I am still unclear on where the best place to go. I did a search for the infamous 'Clix Loop" but could not find any detailed directions.

This is what I'm looking for: I'm looking to pick up a WSW in daylight hours somewhere that is easy (and close) to I-95. I am not familiar with Baltimore in the least, so I would like to go somewhere simple first. Since it seems that Patterson Park is getting the most action lately, is that somewhere close to I-95? Where would you recommend that I begin?

Any help is appreciated.

Had both great sucess there and squat...as of late (as in the past couple of years) squat.....others like it.....however, as I recall, a couple of years ago it was targeted as a high crime area and lots of $$ was directed toward LE to clean up the area....so I stay away....

PP= Patterson Park on the east side of town bordered by Baltimore and Eastern Avenues. The name defines the area but beware here....it is a area under gentrification and the new local color is not happy with SWing. LE is often in full undercover force.
But it is still a very good hunting ground if you are cool and survey the lay of the land prior to picking anyone up.

If you follow Baltimore street from PP east one runs evenually into Conkling. Hang a left and it will take you down to Pulaski Hwy (aka Route 40). In this area, which street names escape me, you will find many a SW at various times of day or night.
Conkling & Baltimore around the graveyard is sometimes just a good spot with SW just sitting waiting to be picked up.
If one stays on Baltimore heading east past Conkling, Balt. ends and one must make a left to head up to Rt. 40. I can't remember the street name, but make the left, as there are often girls walking up this street to get to 40.
Heading Right ON Conkling toward easter is also some good hunting grounds.

Elsewhere recently on this board, there were directions to the Hampden area off 83. Have been there a couple of times, but no success. It is a very limited area for SWs (IMHO).

Get a map.
Within five trips you will have the loops mastered....trust me....

DeSoto will end at Wilkens Avenue, turn right. Once you pass the church on your left, these next couple of blocks until Monroe will be the prime Wilkens SW area - keep your eyes open. Make the right onto Monroe and it will take you past Carroll Park and back to Washington Blvd. Monroe sometimes has SWs on it as it is the transit corridor for girls going between Wilkens and Washington.

At the intersection of Monroe and Washington, you can turn either left or right. Turning right will take you through a section of industrial warehouses that sometimes has SWs before entering Morrell Park from the opposite end and back to DeSoto Road. Turning left will take you past Carroll Park (sometimes there are SWs on the right side next to the MTA Bus Depot) and towards downtown. SWs can be found along Washington until the Carey Street intersection. After that, follow Washington to Martin Luther King Blvd, turn left and then turn right onto Pratt Street.

Once on Pratt, you will transit across the city, past the Inner Harbor and all the way to the Patterson Park area. Pratt Street will dead end on the west side of Patterson Park. Turn right onto Patterson Park Street (actually, there are sometimes SWs all along this street - you can go either way) and make a left onto Eastern Avenue. As you cruise along Eastern, this is the southern end of the Park and it's really hit or miss with the availability of SWs all along Eastern.

Continue on Eastern, through Highlandtown and make a left turn onto Conkling Street. Conkling is a pretty good street for SW availability - especially the intersections of Lombard, Pratt and Baltimore Streets. You can continue past Baltimore on Conkling till it ends on Route 40. Once upon a time, this intersection used to always have SWs but lately it's been quiet. Turn right on Route 40 and if you follow it out to the county, you will find the various no-tell motels available. If not, make the first right onto Haven Street and then up Haven to the first right onto Baltimore Street. By this time, SWs might have returned to the Conkling intersection.

Continue past Conkling on Baltimore until you reach the NE corner of Patterson Park. The section between Conkling and NE Patterson is a bit sketchy and it's better to keep going. Baltimore Street borders the northern edge of Patterson and you'll find whatever SWs are out on your right hand side. Once you reach the top of the hill and Patterson Park Street, that's pretty much it for PP (the Park).

Continue on Baltimore until you reach Broadway, turn right and make the first left onto Fayette Street. It's a bit rough through this part of the woods, so don't dilly-dally. After passing the post office, you will reach an intersection and the beginning of I-83 North, turn right onto 83N.

Follow 83N to the Falls Road exit. The first stoplight is the corner of Falls Road and 36th Street and the beginning of the Hampden Hooker Tour. The tour in Hampden is pretty straight forward. Follow Falls Road between 36th Street and 41st Street and that's where you'll find your SWs.

Continue on Falls until you reach Coldspring Lane and turn left. Follow the signs back to I-83 North, get on the freeway and follow the signs to 695 East to Towson and then to Exit 29 Loch Raven Blvd.

You have just finished a tour that covers most SW areas in Baltimore.

I would add this:
In Brooklyn, SW can be found on the south side of Patapsco Ave. in the area from Hanover St. all the way down to Fairhaven Ave. Also, if you go south off of Patapsco on 6th St. and take a right on Pontiac Ave. You can find SW on this street as well all the way down to Hanover St. The dealers tend to work the north side of Patapsco Ave.
In Curtis Bay, Fairhaven Ave. can be hit or miss, but usually something to be found. Although you might not like what you see. The area where Fairhaven intersects with Spruce St. is the main mongering grounds.
Both of these areas seem to bring in out of town SW.
In the Washington/Wilkens (clix loop) area, Eagle St., from Monroe St. down to Smallwood St. can yield very good results one minute, and at other times squat. Washington Blvd. at Carey St. after dark can be hot with activity. Some of the best looking SW I've encountered have been in that area.
As far as Patterson Park and Hampden go; I would leave those areas alone until you've sufficiently gotten your feet wet in the W/W, Brooklyn, and Curtis Bay area. Too much LE visibility in those other areas.

HISTORY OF THE CLIX LOOP(TM)

I will admit that my contributions to this board pale in comparison to the likes of Trash and the Doctor. However, I will take credit for dubbing the Washington/Wilkens mongering district the "Clix Loop". A phrase I coined after our friend and compatriot outlined the specifics of this infamous route.

A quick search of the forum reveals posts by Clix and others discussing the "loop", and my subsequent naming of the route:

Thanks to the Doc and all the other senior members PRIOR posting, I am having alot of fun and success out there, though I have been taking a break lately.

The recent problems Clark is experiencing at the BCPD showed his address as being just north of the Hampden drag strip. This could explain why so much LE has been there for the last great while. I used to live over by Hizzoner, and when he moved in the neighborhood got shaped up lickety split too. I think there may be a correllation.

Well it seems I'm the last to post of our adventures over the weekend.

I got to the bar late as I had to take care of business in Delaware. The first thing I saw when I walked in is Paland wearing a pair of fishnet stockings over his head. He looked like a demented Mr Clean.
With the crowd of guys standing around him laughing I figured it could only be the WSG crew, I was right.
In short order I was introduced to the various guys including the guest of the evening Trashman.

We then proceedeed to various other bars spending different amounts of time in each one depending on the quality of the dancers.

The dancer Lovelos had his "encounter" with did indeed flop around on the stage like a fish. I'm not sure if it was from drugs or the shock of doing Lovelos.

Robux, that was a Three hole shitter - urinal, toilet, and sink.
Those are my special mongering pants, the snap is specially modified to quickly open the pants to allow easy access. No more fumbling around for me. It just malfunctioned.

During our wanderings we spent a fair amount of time at the Mousetrap. This was one of the more interesting places. At the bar was a dancer passed out on the countertop. This seriously annoyed the bartender and he kept yelling at her to get up. Finally he sent her home. Taking her place was a group of Indians. (Dot) Three guys and two girls. At the time they came in there were no dancers on the stage. They got beers and were surprised at the prices.
One of the girls sat next to me so I leaned over and asked her if they knew where they were. She said they were out bar hopping and this looked like a good place. She knew it was a strip club and was going to ask her boyfriend if he would get her a lap dance. This apparently didn't sit too well with the boyfriend as they left shortly afterwards.

Trashman took his leave of us here and we said our goodbyes to him.

At closing time we went our seperate ways to look for something to get into.

I went over to PP/Conkling and rooted around. I found a nice blonde on Conkling sitting on a set of steps. I circled around and she hopped in. Off to the favorite spot - BBBJCIM and then I dropped her off.

All in all a pretty good evening.

That particular post is probably the most concise and valuable single post on the Balto board. Not to you, a veteran, but it is to a newbie. I can see a newbie reading back three months and feeling righteous indignation for being called down by us nasty seniors for failing to read back even further.

If that material is randomly posted every few months, it would be easier to find the info for a newbie, so hopefully fewer RTFF questions, and gives the newbie no lame excuse why he failed to read back just a few pages.

To save bandwidth, the original reposter could consider deleting the old copies, but Jackson apparently isn't concerned about HDD space since he allows me to continue to post. :D

I’ve been at this sport in the B-more area a long time. I’m a newbie to this board, but I guarantee I know more girls here than just about anyone who posts in this B-more thread. Even though a lot of these girls are somewhat transient, I have addresses, phone numbers, DOB’s, DOC numbers, Social Security numbers, parent’s phone numbers and addresses, and a wealth of other information. I still occasionally date girls who have cleaned up their act and been off the corners for years. I now a lot of these girls and where to find them even when they’re not on the corners YOU normally see them. In short, I have a lot of information about these girls, some (but not all) of which I would have shared with people on this board, but now that I have discovered there are too many clucking hens (not everyone is though, some try to be helpful) I’ll be damned if I’m sharing it with this board. Instead of actually helping someone, you want to slap each other on the back when someone gets flamed. “Yee-haw, you sure showed him”. Yeah, you showed him. You showed him you’re an a**hole. Got lucky on Tuesday around 6:00 PM on Conkling. I had not been able to visit that area in many months and, frankly, had not wanted to as the last few times I had been there, the area was dead. Picked up Mandy, a near CCL but still cute and with a pleasant disposition. It wasn't long after she was in my car that I recognized her as a girl I picked up about 2 years ago. 75% sounds about right, maybe even low. Think about it there are lots of reasons:

1 - In a car, worried about LE, a BJ is both faster for most guys and involves less removal of clothing so you are less compromised.

2 - Again, in a car it is not convenient to hump if the car is not spacious.

3 - SWs have a high skank ratio due to dark streets and little time for careful selection. There are some things I wouldn't fuck with Trashmans dick - especially if your finger stinks after you check the goods.

4 - Older and uglier SWs can still give awesome head even if you couldn't get it up to screw them.

5 - If you are unprepared when you happen to see a walker (no raincoat in the car) there is no other sane choice.

First of all, the person I chastised was Baltimonger, a SENIOR member. So your theory about it being a "clique" of Senior Members is way off. I criticized him for reposting readily available information. It WAS readily available to the original inquirer, as Baltimonger found it didn't he? He did not just post an answer to a question which was already in the archives, rather, he cut and pasted ("quoted") huge prior posts, wasting bandwidth, and my time in having to go through the legnth of his post, looking for new material, of which there was some.

Granted, there is a period of time after which it MAY become difficult to find prior posts (assuming one is too lazy to look at the archives), and with something like "clix loop" being in a large number of posts not related to directions, a search would require a certain amount of thought (like searching for the words "clix loop" AND "directions") but it could be done in a few short minutes. At best, only a reference to the date and poster would allow the info to be found quickly without the reporting (such as "See Baltimonger's post of 5-18-04").

Nevertheless, there is sound doctrine behind the RTFF issue, and it relates to point number 1. That is, we have newbies here every week. People like T-man. People who obviously DO NOT even look at the FF and then come here and ask for info. Now multiply that by the number of newbies who come on every week, plus the fact that those of us who did our homework now have to wade through all the associated reposting. What a mess.

Yes, this board is about helping. And about posting info. Mostly new info though. And without this board, I would never have scouted the streets at all. But before I made my first post, I RTFF. All of it. Including the archives. Did I ask questions? Hell yes. But not stupid ones like "What streets do I go on, which corner is the best, etc."

I think Clix and Atlanta Monger have made some other salient points. A quick report on Brooklyn:

I was out Wed around 4:30PM. A few skanks, nothing to be had. Ran out of time, and was leaving on Gov Ritchie. Stopped at the 7-11 by Gov Ritchie and Belle Grove Road for a drink, and met Lori at the counter with her drink--smiling at me. Got outside and she asked for a ride. Yes, B-More's repost of critical mongering data was lengthy, but don't you think that it will help out everyone involved? I'm sure that there will be many newbies (as well as senior members) who stumble upon the Baltimore boards for the first time who will now be able to get the directions they need without having to spend a good 8 hours going back through the entire history of the board.

Let me apologize in advance for taking up so much of your precious bandwith. If it's that much of a problem, maybe you should upgrade your 2400 baud modem!

I also have been after that little hottie for about a month. I have bought her a drink in the past, which like Doc is pretty rare for me unless I am VERY interested. I obtained digits, and even have a glowing reference from a fellow blockette(TM) friend of hers. Yet I still have not been able to make the connection. Why do these girls hand out cell numbers if they are not really interested? I guess to keep us saps coming back... and it seems to be working!

Doc, we definitely have the same tastes in blockettes(TM). It's sort of odd that you are able to score with some of these hotties and I have no luck, and then there are the some that I am able to run down where you do not have the same success. Hopefully one or both of us will prevail in this situation.

As far as the flames, RTFF, etc... I agree with LoveLOS that an occasional "summary" post every few (6?) months is not so bad in order to give the newbies a head start. However most of the time I think ignoring those posts for basic info is the best response. The thing that gets under my skin more than any of this is that there are hundreds of Baltimore area lurkers who take info but do not post info. I also think the occasional flames and funny stories add to the fun of the board. Personally, I really enjoy the "creative writing" aspect of the WSG as none of these stories would actually occur in reality.

Get over yourself. This board is a free-for-all. Take your lumps and kick that person back. Dr. Monger is right, everyone on here should have RTFF so that the most basic of questions can be found without looking foolish.

But I do disagree with Dr. Monger because I'm not offended that Baltimonger reposted my original post. When I wrote it, I was hoping it would help exactly the likes of you. And if it needs to be reposted every couple of months to help the arriving newbie find it easier, I have no problem with that - bandwidth issues considered.

Just as in any group, your time here will prove yourself. By making grandiose statements about who you know, what you know about them and how much "experience" you have, you make yourself out to be a blowhard and someone that very few people would be interested in associating with.

Take your time, post some experiences and let people get to know you. I've been here for a little while now and I think the group is a congenial one with people ready to help one another (new or senior) at the asking. Just look at the outing some of our members were able to go on this past weekend.

It will take you some time to read the forum archives, I'd say at least a couple of weeks. Read them and you will see what character this group has. Even those who have been here for years fight, argue and berate each other for stupidity. And you'll see a lot of that is because no one here wants to see anyone get pinched.

Keep in mind that you are a newbie. Jackson has made this place into one where we can have a continuing dialogue. Had you been here in the early days of Atta's WSG, you would have no choice but to read the forums and rely on the favors of other mongers to submit postings and hope that Atta would update the site soon. There was no continuing dialogue. You would not have the ability to ask questions. There was no ability for Baltimonger to provide you with my original post. You would only be able to read - and that's it.

Don't believe me? Go back to www.worldsexguide.org and check out the Report Archive. That's WSG from 1995 to 1997. And then tell us that we're really a bunch of pricks.

Your point is taken, but Baltimonger not only posted your report, he posted another lengthy one, plus his own several paragraphs. All in all, it became a very unwieldy post. The occassional repost is fine with me. I took issue with the length, and the fact that T-man obviously did not do his homework. Baltimonger was certainly just trying to help, but the kind of help he gave encourages laziness. Again, a reference to "Greenmachine's post of XYZ date" would certainly be more compact, and cause the person to at least TRY to use the search function. Heck they could even find a recent post and do a direct search from that post.

I am through discussing this issue. On to reports of the ladies!

What a large pile of crap I have just subjected my eyeballs to reading over the past few days posts! Jeezuz guys, did you all take your menstrual medicine? Fighting over issues as nebulous as reposting seems a huge waste of time for the talent represented by those fighting over it. In other words, you are all too good to squabble over that issue.
Doc made an observation and rendered an opinion. Now you can agree or disagree with his observations, opinions, and comments, it's your choice. He's not looking for you to necessarily agree with everything he says just as I don't care if anybody agrees with me, but he has the right, and at his status level, the responsibility just as I do to at least voice it. It's meant always as constructive criticism, not negative. I also belive the same is all true for others here. We all have the same rights and responsibilities to one another and to the board in general and better we exercise those rights and speak up than say nothing and get pissed off and let that fester until it pops like a giant bag of hot puss. ( Or was that the girl from last night, I can never remember )

As Doc said most recently, enough on that subject. As far as I am concerned, as an outsider looking in on this internal scuffle, no harm no foul on anybody's part so everyone should be cool.

I think all of you make a valid point.

As far as reposting goes, I've seen NC Hunter's rules of the hunt several different times in different threads of WSG, so its been done before.

As far as bandwidth goes, yes it may waste bandwidth to repost reports, especially lengthy ones. Although it pales in comparison to the bandwidth taken up by photos, and by posters who've turned this forum into their personal chatroom. It is however Jackson's bandwidth. When it gets to be a problem, he'll deal with it in the manner he sees fit.

All of us are guilty of little one line comments from time to time, and rather off-topic posts (like this one). However some of these turn into entire sections (i.e. Skinless and Traveller). Other posters may have hundreds of posts to their credit, but if you remove the worthless gibberish, they'd still be in low double digit territory.

I'd have to say that we are blessed in the B'more, DC, and NOVA sections to have senior members who make sure that doesn't happen here. Not to mention the uncanny ability to smell BS from great distances. I would also add that the level of intelligent writing may well be at its highest point within these three sections (I've got to stop kissing stanky old man asses).

I agree that there should be a general info section for Maryland>Baltimore. Possibly even expanding the general info section for the USA to cover individual states.

There are over 51,000 members on WSG. There are just over 209,900 reports. That comes out to about 4 posts per member.
That was not part of this particular discussion, just a fact that I wanted to point out, and a sad one at that.

I enjoy constructive criticism, even when it's directed at me.

I PM someone about that "house" on Fulton, but when I call, I got peculiar busy sigs that sounded like phone was about to be cutof.

But a few days later, smack at Monroe and Eagle, "Shannon" immediately suggested "her place" at the same Fulton adress, and that she's live there 1.5 years with another girl and two landlords.

On talking, she said the other girl is her sister Ranee, which rung some big health bells.

Greetings from the land of Mickey. Finally had some luck in Tampa read that forum for details. As to any info on Jenn the last I heard from her she was down in Silver Spring and only seeing regulars. If anybody sees her tell her I said Hi. To address the whole RTFF debate I have to side with the seniors. I lurked for many a month before I ever posted any information or asked any questions. It is only the lazy and LE that try and get any information without reading. I think before anybody can Post they should have to be a member for at least a month with login tracking to make sure they actually are logging in and reading the damn board. The first time I ever ventured in B-more was only after I did extnsive research on the board and found out where to go. The repost earlier was what gave me the info I needed and it only took me a few minutes of searching to find out the Clix Loop and all the other tracks. So again I say if you don't RTFF then expect to be trashed (Pun intended for the Trashman). As always be safe out there and I can't wait to get back up north as the pickings are really slim here unless you like a bunch college kids dressed up like cartoon people (Although fucking Sleeping Beauty wouldn't be bad).

Clix, you’re right most people would care less about such info. My point in saying that was that I know a lot of these girls that well that I just have it. I’ve helped some of them by taking them to MVA , doctors offices or other places and just have the info. I know them well enough to help people on this board locate them when they seem to disappear. For example, Romeo asked about Diamond. I know where she lives, but she doesn’t want her address given out. I will tell you she lives within 2 blocks of the intersection of Hanover and Ostend. She walks north on Ostend and then usually west on Ward (?) to Carey and sometimes on to Bayard. Best times are 7 to 8 PM. Treat her nice. Addresses and phone numbers I have been entrusted with are the type of info I will not give out. Other than that, I would have given what I could.

The point I am trying to make with all of this is that I do have a lot of info about these girls. If you guys want to call it Grandstanding, go ahead. Anyone can read my posts and check out the info; I’ve been out there for a long time chasing tail. What I have seen here is the Senior members don’t seem to want to help the newbies. I am a newbie to this board, but not to the scene in B-more. I have read through the B-more thread back to July of 2003. I have noticed a pattern of newbies coming into this site and asking questions only to be flamed sometimes without mercy. Then everyone bitches about people who are members but don’t post. Can you blame them? All they see is another newbie getting flamed for asking a question they probably wanted to ask. It happened to me and again, I’ve spent at least 16 to 20 hours reading through the B-more thread as well as Site Administration. So what do you expect out of the newbies or the guys everyone has just flamed? Do you really think they’re going to help YOU find SW’s after you’ve flamed them? No way! So they lurk on the board, but they’re probably still out there chasing tail. Instead of trying to help newbies along to the point where they may become valued members and post valuable info, too many people in here whack them over the head and they seem to disappear. Read back through the thread a few months and you will see the pattern. Too many of you go to guns too quickly.

Paland speaks of having respect and sharing information. That should be a 2 way street and I don’t always see that in here. Newbies ask questions that may sound stupid to you, but they honestly don’t know the answers. And if someone shows disrespect for me or anyone else for that matter, they can expect my size 13 up against their ass. Your attitude is typical of what I’m talking about. You have no respect for new members, yet you want new members to respect you and bow at your feet.

Newbies turn to Senior members for help as they’re the ones who should know the answers to their questions. A few people have made a point that you could at least direct them to the post that contains the info they’re seeking. That is at least helping them. There really is way too much info about the B-more area to wade through. I can walk down to Wilkens Ave and trip over a piece of ass before I could find info about some things in this thread. Since the Senior members seem to know the board so well, why can’t you direct them to the post instead of flaming them?

Last Sunday afternoon I was cruising arould the WW loop and went up Ramsey and spotted a blond near the Grocery store. I guess that it is time that I stuck my head up again to say what I think. From my perspective, I think that I could have provided some useful information to the board, but every time I write (or nearly every time), the bullies of the board send intimidating messages. So, I have posted only sparingly.

I have been accused of being a 12 year old playing with my father's computer. I have been accused of being a suspicious person because I asked about a WSW named London. I asked because she is a really hot chick who gives GFE to the max, really gets into it, swallows, greeks, etc. She is very very clean; I wanted to try to hook up with her again. I had digits to a cell phone for her, and did talk to her on that phone, but the phone belonged to her then BF, whom she must have split from. Now, I can't reach her.

I think this board could be a great resource to share information about a subject in which we are all interested. But many dont contribute because you dont get a response -- all you get in reply is bullshit. So, for a the size of Baltimore, with its many streets and vast female talent, we get only 2 or 3 persons observations. Meanwhile a network of mongers is out there, but they only read this forum because it is not worth the headache to contribute.

You know, I would not have asked questions about where to find SWs had I known that you could search for routes. I stumbled on this site, joined immediately and posted as soon as I could. Being new, I really was not familiar with the workings of the site. So, I asked a question, much the same as many have. And I got a nasty response.

Also, I got a bullshit response when I mentioned that there are women who do theaters and glory holes in the area, just the kind of women you guys are looking for, and it is free and they love it. Yes, there are gay men who are the majority of the glory hole and theater goers, but if you know when and where (because of postings, etc.), it is easy to time a visit to a theater when a woman is there. As an example, I have a friend who regularly takes his wife and two other women around in a van and the women takeon all cummers. They also have motel parties in the area where you can show up, contribute a few bucks, a ten spot at the most, and enjoy and evening with 5 or 6 women. If you are on this board, you like that type of woman.

I did see where other people have complained to management about the BS treatment they have gotten on the board from the big bullies. What? These guys are something special because they can get a woman to date them if they pay them enough money? Any loser can do that. As for one, in particular, I say good riddance to bad rubbish. I would have showed up for the party just to see if he was wearing a tee shirt that said "Loser" on it.

Doc: Yeah, it's definitely her. I guess eventually the addiction makes you do things you thought you would never do. The two times I saw her she looked remarkably clean and well-dressed, almost business-like. She did not look very happy though, and she was walking like she was new to the street scene, being very cautious, etc. I almost stopped just to say hello, but I did not want to draw uneccesary attention.

I can see your point about newbies getting their ass handed to them and then not wanting to post. That's a problem. But that's the tenor of this board and I doubt that's about to change any time soon.

The reality is that why should "old-timers" have "respect" for newbies? Since I was a young lad, I was always told to respect elders and that's what Senior Members are - elders and these are the same people that respect should be given.

Quite frankly, no one here is expecting you to "endure" anything that any of us haven't had to experience. Each of us has had to take the time to read the forum, learn the system and play in it.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and say that you have years of experience, but then what? You want to enter a new group of people with no reference and no one to vouch for you except your word and you expect these people to salute you with roses and virgins?

We're talking about a crowd whose hobby has the very real possibility of some unfriendly outcomes and you want these people to just take you on your word that you "have extensive experience" just because you say so? That's like believing that SW really does want to discuss matters before she gets into your car.

You're right, the group is NOT congenial AT TIMES. That means that it is congenial the rest of the time.

And if you really do have two posts on Atta's WSG - WHAT ARE YOU COMPLAINING ABOUT? You then know exactly how WSG was back then. How long it took for updates. How sometimes your city didn't have a new report. How information lagged weeks, if not months behind.

I never forgot how the old WSG worked and I'm darn GLAD that Jackson has made so many improvements. Mainly this forum method that allows people like us to connect and communicate. I think that as you read back more through the archives you'll find even more information that would have been too time consuming for most mongers to bother sending in reports under the old system.

At the risk of being considered part of a "clique", Congrats on your 100th post Green!

Had some time to do a Hampden cruise recently. Saw a very hot suspect, but she was gone before I could get around to her. Same with the chunky little cutie from a few weeks ago. Thought all the good stuff was gone. Then, passed a very hot woman walking alone down Falls. Straight Black hair, shoulder length, lip gloss, jeans. A nice package. Not sure she was working. She gave me the eye, and I pulled into a side street. She walked over and got in. OMG, it turned out to be a former professor who I frequently took lessons from last year. She has gained some weight, and is no longer a waif. She looked really good. no wonder I did not recognize her. She upped her tuition since I saw her, but she was willing to grandfather me in at the old rate. Found the usual spot, got out her lesson planner, and went to work. Tipped her a little, because as usual the lessons were very good. Says she has not been out for quite a while. She was fresh out of her house when I saw her, her hair was even still wet.

Normally I'm more of a cruiser, however, yesterday, 8pm, as I was passing through and looking, I saw Jessica at Eagle & Payson. I've seen her on many of my crusings, didn't know her name until now, and stupidly didn't make the connection to her descriptions in the forum.

I was nervous, made a few rookey mistakes ... I wasn't really intending to buy, just shop, but all was good. Off to a place she's got, 1 Lincoln to the house, 5 to her. Trash might say that I wimped out - I kept things covered. While I enjoy without, I am currently unwilling to risk the additional consequences. As I said, I was unprepared, but she wasn't. I left happy.

Prior to this, I made a pass of Brooklyn/Curtis Bay - nothing obvious, some possibilities, the detours around there were anoying. Back by way of Washington - one really nasty looking where Washington was all torn up. One of the worst I'd ever seen actually. It has been a while since my last cruise, so I didn't realize how torn up the streets were. Some LE out on Washington, looked busy. Then finally across to Wilkins where there were 3-4 WSWs on the corners before I made a selection.

If there's another gathering at the Block in Trash's honor, or anyone else's for that matter, I hope I am able to join. It would be fun to meet some of you.

This is something I left out from my post about my last encounter with Tammy: Ranee's sister (Shannon) is mad at Ranee because mongers expect her to go latex free like Ranee. She does not, and therefore does not have the diseases Ranee has. Ranee is being hunted down by the health dept. That house on Fulton is not supposed to be occupied. I'd steer clear from it. The "landlords" aren't the landlords.

I saw Jessica out and about on the Clix after my date with Alicia (see below). I have not been able to confirm if she had been arrested last week, or if Tammy had been mistaken.

Now back to the hunt: I tried the Clix first this evening around rush hour, and it was quite dead. Down in Brooklyn, I picked up Chrissy, mainly because she was the only thing worth picking up. We headed out to the spot in the county we had been before. It was apparent almost immediately that she had not been in contact with soap and water for some time. A rather sweaty and musty smell about her. She was draped over the center console with armpits too close to the sniffer. I managed to survive the onslaught and get her out of the car. I dropped her off at her house on Everett. The odor seemed to linger in my car (windows rolled down) for about 10 to 15 minutes afterward.

I couldn't go away with that as the legacy of the evening's mongering. I headed back to the Clix, and found Alicia, a lovely BSW, immediately on Eagle. We tried the house off Cole St, but it was occupied. We went down to a parking spot off Cross St., but a woman yelled she would call the cops. We tried to go to the place Tammy showed me last week, but got caught at the train tracks. Oh great! what else could happen. Finally we found a decent spot and did 1/2 & 1/2 at 2 Jacksons. She did the condom in the mouth trick (rare for a SW), and settled back for about 10 good minutes of mish. I asked her if she danced on the block, and she said no. She told me that the wanna be pimp is history. LE got wind of what he was doing, and "motivated" him to leave the neighborhood. They paid him a visit and "discussed" their displeasure with him. They told him if so much as looks at another SW, there would be hell to pay. This girl Alicia doesn't look to have any visible signs of drug use, but I didn't ask her. She was patient, pleasurable and very engaging in conversation. She asked me to drop her off at her house on Ramsay. We got there, and when she told me the address, I told her that was the place I would drop Mandy off at. She said Mandy used to be her roommate, but she was thrown out for stealing from the other girls. She was even stealing their makeup and underwear. That's a line you just don't cross with a woman.

Green, Atlanta was telling me I don’t understand what WSG is all about and then goes on to define it as being for the exchange of info about SW’s. Trust me, I did not RESEARCH his posts, but what I have read has nothing to do with SW’s. So if someone is going to define the purpose of this board yet fail to live up to that purpose himself and chastise me at the same time; the size 13 is on its way.

I have done some research through this site. Although I might better define it as just ‘reading’ as the posts are interesting and informative. Even though I have been through the streets of B-more for many years, it took me a while to figure out what a W/W loop was. I also remember when I encountered the term ‘Clix loop’ the first few times. I kept asking myself what the hell (heck, for those of you eating S-mores) a ‘Clix’ was? A street name? A suburb of B-more? (No way). Then I saw a post by Clix and figured part of it out. This board and thread have unique names, terms and acronyms that the newbies will never figure out. Now, everyone says to use the search function. You know I still can’t even find that? And I know I’m going to get flamed for that, but I just went looking for it and can’t find it. Obviously I am still new to the site, but I didn’t just log on and say I can’t find it; I’ve spent some time going through the site and just now deliberately looked (only 5 minutes, but hey) for the search function and still can’t locate it. Again, you Seniors know where this stuff is at and take that for granted. As far as the ‘tenor’ (whatever that is) of this board and it’s not going to change; you may be right. But then don’t ***** about lurkers and others not wanting to post. Then again, I could really piss everyone off and stay and help every newbie that walks through the door. Boy, that would really piss you guys off wouldn’t it?

I don’t think newbies are so much looking for respect as they just don’t want to be disrespected. You should at least be indifferent when a newbie comes through the door. But instead, they are usually greeted with flames. Shoot first and ask questions later. Maybe you guys are B-more LE.

As far as the difference between the new and old board: I don’t think YOU or others see the difference. Here Jackson has created this great way to post information and ask questions to which you can get an almost immediate response, and what do you want everyone to do? Do it the old way; read the old posts and archives. That’s the way it was done BEFORE the improvements. Why improve something if you still want people to learn about the SW scene the old way? I’ve only been through a couple different threads; namely Rio (been there 2x) and Kiev (want to go) and I haven’t seen any of the arrogance I see in this B-more thread. Posters in other threads seemed to be genuinely interested in helping each other out.

As far as my talking about my experience on the street, yes, you don’t know anything about me or anyone else for that matter. But I know how much info I have about the scene and what I have been trying to say is that if there are others out there like me who try to post, get flamed and leave; you’re losing out on some info. Well, they probably don’t leave; they lurk. So mongers who could potentially contribute to this board are immediately run off. That makes this thread more of a clique than a place to share information. I joined this to share information, not join a club.

Doc, I don’t know who Uncle Otto is, but I assure you I am not Otto. I probably have a tendency to stir up shit anywhere I think it needs stirred up. Okay, as a goodwill gesture of a senior member providing leadership and guidance to a board newcomer, I'll take one more shot at explaining this concept to you.

Telling folks to RTFF is not a matter of control, it's about educating the newbies. There are many good reasons that RTFF is the very best advice a senior member can give to a rookie.

By RTFF, you get a flavor for what's out there on the streets, whether it meets your personal requirements, info on local customs and rates, who to avoid and who to seek, tips regarding LE presence and tactics, etc.

Follow-up questions after RTFF are a good thing, as they bring new information to light, and also become future reference material. But if you don't have the time to do a little casual reading to prepare for the game, then you don't have the time to do any rewarding mongering, either.

The following words of wisdom aren't mine, but they get the point across quite nicely:

Thought I would chime in with a REPORT!

Been cruising PP/Conkling/Hampden these past couple of nights to no avail - maybe it's the 11pm cruise hour that's the problem.

Anyway, I was in the company van doing deliveries this morning in Hampden and what do I see walking along Falls? A WSW, slightly chunky, blue top, blue jeans, curly/kinky blonde hair down to her shoulders and a decent face.

Pull over and she gets in and off we go.

I'm not usually a daytime monger but it's been dry lately and I welcome a morning BBBJCIM for $20.

We find a spot in not so hidden area (which is why I hate daytime mongering) and get to business. She asks if I'm going to take a long time and makes me wonder - is this going to be a problem chick? I tell her "not if you're good" and we get to business.

Service and technique wasn't bad. A nice, moist, 19 year old mouth is always enjoyable but it's daytime and it's hard to keep it hard when you're constantly scanning the horizon. But I digress. We continue on and it's pleasant. Finally, I get into the groove and forget about the daytime anxiety, give it a couple of strokes to help and then make her take it deep to shoot.

Afterwards she asks if I got five bucks more. Fuck no I don't have five bucks more.

I would have to say that IMHO you didn't wimp out. Trash has taught us in the past to only accept the risk we are willing to take. In a city which seems to have a plethora of mongers who think "it can't happen to me" when it comes to STDs, its nice to see someone who takes enough responsibility for theirs and their loved one's health.

Jessica is definitely a good hook up for a newbie to making pick ups. She doesn't seem to have a problem sending good dates to other SW either. If she likes you, she will share you with others. This is highly uncommon with SW. Her last true BF died of cancer a few years ago. She tends to be as down to earth as top soil. She doesn't lie about herself, or others. She cuts good hair too, IMHO.

I'm a old time monger (15Yrs) in the Balto area. The areas have changed a bit but, PP Park and WW was there in my day. I've taken the last 6 Yrs off for various health reasons (Bad ticker).

I've been following the board and have found it very halpful. Thanks!

Thru out May, I've been checking out the scene. I'm not in the phyiscal activities but, love to do photos of my vertures. I don't no if Jackson allows photos (although, I saw some last week on the Balto board).

I have as models Tabithia (???), Angel who where basically 3's on a ten scale at best. I'll share some of the photos if it is allowed and if I can figure out how to upload the photos.

Today I meet Ranee, who is a bleach blond with red streeks in her hair. She seemed to be very receptive to photos and didn't mind if they were shown on the internet. She said that type exposure could help her with us mongers. She claims to be 28 Years old & danced (Pink Pussykat I think she said) on the block.

Has anyone had any experience with her? Also, does anyone know Tabitha?

I'm going to try to attach a pix of Ranee for your viewing pleasure.

As for flaming a newbie, other than YOU, I did no such thing. YOU interjected yourself into a controvery that was minor, if nothing else and which even Baltimonger just took as criticism and did not respond to unil the thread exploded. (Yes I did flame Dum Fountain months ago, and appropriately I think. His initial post was on the order of "Where's the wimin's at.) I criticized B-Monger not for helping, rather I critcised him for A) Reposting several very lengthy posts and B) doing basic homework for someone, with info that could be found in less than 20 minutes with the search function. You know, the hidden, secret system available only to senior members. Additionally, the information could have been PM'd to T-man, thus preventing me from having to wade through the whole post looking for something new, which it did contain. Also, as you know, regular member's posts are delayed by Jackson. But when they do go up, they go up where they would have gone had they been posted immediately. Jackson does a fantastic job of getting everything up ASAP, but a post like B-Monger's can push those reports back a page or two if they were made a day or two before, and they never get read by anyone, because they are on a previous page. Personally, I keep the tally of reported posts in my head, so I know to go back and check for new posts, but I doubt most people here are that compulsive. Or maybe they are.

But on the off chance you are possibly as stupid as you claim, I am going to HELP YOU. Here is where the forum search function can be found: Go to "www.wsgforum.com". Type it in your browser window, youu know that little space above where the pictures and words appear(sometimes it has writing in it!). Hit enter. Now look on the left side of the screen. See where it says "The Forum" in bold black letters? Now look down under the fourth sub-heading. Just below "Last 24 hours" and above "Private Messages". It's called "Forum Search". Tricky I know for Jackson to hide it in plain sight like that. I guess you will never get that 5 minutes you spent looking for it (your words not mine) back. What a waste.

Well, the Park has been very hot lately. Got a call from my hottie-ex stripper friend, telling me there was a sting in the Park, and could we meet. Unfortunately, I could not. Turns out she went out anyway and got busted. Gents be very careful in the Park. Don't know if that extends to the Conkling end of the loop, but be careful.

Hit the Block, and it was little hit or miss. A certain petite brunette hottie jumped into my arms and gave me a huge wet one when I showed up at her bar. Claims she tried to call me (bs), and that she lost my number (more bs) and that she never got my messages (wearing my boots now). Settled in and actually bought her a drink. As a veteran Blocker, I usually know the difference between the girls who are working me, and the ones who are genuinely interested. Fortunately, finely honed Block skill kept me out of trouble. She asked if we could go to the back, because she had to have me (negative). The she told me that she wants to get together tomorrow. Oh and can I loan her $50 until then (negative). Will I loan her $50 tomorrow when we meet (affirmative).

Now gents I have to tell you that she was extremely convincing. I only bought a 20, but it was more like a 60. She was literally all over me. I think she may have had a little too much to drink. More detail I can't get into, but unusual stuff for a 20 (no happy ending though) in this bar. (Standard 20 mileage varies from bar to bar). Of course, the next day, the call never came, even though I watched her program my number into the phone. Did see that 18 y.o. hottie in Mousetrap (those of you at the party know who I mean) sitting with a customer on a 20, and she was literally hugging her knees to her chest and keeping a good distance away from the customer. Gonna have to pass on her for now. Most of the other bars were devoid of talent, so home I went.

Hello to all my fellow members, I have posted in VA, NJ, DE, and here. I recently passed through your area and was going to post, but after reading some of the most recent post, I decided to pass, but I would like to address another issue. When this post was created by Mr. Jackson it was for a purpose. The purpose was to be entertaining and hopefully rewarding for all. This board was also to inform us all about women, not for us all to start acting like women. I must say some of the stories sound a bit far fetch, but sh#@ some of mines do too. I truely believe that if we start waisting all of our energy on knownsense, it will truely take away from the fun of it. I pass through this area a lot, and I'm always looking for something new, and at times have something new to post. If we all can just get alone, not as the best of friends ( even though this would be nice). I'm quite sure we could all gain something from this experience. Lets all brace one anothers as brothers, because on a really true note, we're all in the game together. Hey dudes, this forum has tons of "street " monger action, but very little on the AMPS. I prefer AMPS myself, and frequent the MD and sometimes DC sites, but, Baltimore is closer. If any other Mongers try some of the Baltimore amps, I''d sure like to know about them.

I was out and about in Charm city last night and the Doc is right LE was really on a tear on the East side. I had planned to start out at the block but got tied up in traffic on I-95 due to an accident. I finally reached the block around 1030 and went to the Plaza. There were only two customers in there. I spent some time at the bar, watched several girls dance, and talked to the ones roaming the floor. I set up a afterhours meeting with one going by the name of Leah.
Next I wandered over to the Jewel Box. I had one beer and left, the dancers were really, really, nasty.
I started for the Mousetrap but a fight errupted on the sidewalk in front of me. I scurried out of the way and wound up across the street in a large crowd of people really upset about something. The only way to go was down the block and away from everything so I headed back the car to see what else I could get into.

I headed over to PP and Conkling. Alongside PP there was a van with several guys sitting in it. On the opposite side of the street was a nice looking SW with several bums sitting nearby. Pretty obvious what was going on there so I headed over to Conkling.
LE was everywhere, marked cars, unmarked cars. vans, etc.
So I wandered over to Dundalk, there was one SW walking up the side walk on the opposite side of the street. I turned around and got back in time to see her getting into a vehicle.
I checked out some other areas without any luck, nothing in sight at all. What I did see was a piss load of other mongers driving around. Seems every car in the Conkling area had a monger in it. I started to head back to the Plaza but got stopped by a crawling freight train. I figured this was an omen so I just went home.
Lesson learned - don't bother to monger Sat nights on the East side in Charm city. At least until things calm down.

Seemed to be sane, just an addict from a very bad family situation. Her family threw her out after she lost her virginity to a boyfriend at 16, had an arranged marriage and wouldn't marry her parent's choice. She's hoping to get into rehab and back into her parent's good graces. I wish her luck, because she'll need it.

While I believe that many SWs do have illnesses like Hep, remember that just because a SW gives you a story about another SW, it doesn't mean it's true.

My 4'11" buddy Melissa of Conkling via Dundalk knew what I liked and was afraid that I would dump her for some other. She would go on and on about this one is HIV+, another has Hep B, etc. Now, it could all be true and we need to be concerned but some of this "news" is to clamp down on competition.

Chrissy of Brooklyn/CB is now blond, right? Yeah, she does stink. She stays with Crazy Dave on Everett. I discovered this site when I ran a search on Google (for flamethrowers). I landed on a page just like you’re viewing now. From this page, using the links at the top of the page, you can run backwards through MD, US, and Table of Contents. As far as I could see, that was the extent of the site. Now, I found the page you’re referring to yesterday, pretty much doing it as you described, but I just never thought of having to type something in the address bar. Thanks for your effort to tell me though, even though you attempted to talk to me like a child. It almost negates your effort to explain how to do it and just made you look foolish. But I did appreciate your taking the time to explain that. From THIS section, there are no links or buttons to take you to that page (or I haven’t found them yet) which is unusual as it appears to be the ‘Home Page’. In fact, I saved the Maryland page in my ‘Favorites’ folder and just go right to that. The only time I log out is if I check for PM’s. There is no way to log out from the B-more page. Now I don’t know if that is right or wrong to NOT log out (hopefully Jackson will tell me if it’s not) but I don’t. I can go to the page without logging in (and post) as apparently whatever it needs with the cookies is fine. So yes, I’ve had a hard time finding it. Once you’re in a site, it’s unusual to have to type something in the address bar to go to another part of the same site, don’t you agree?

Loop Vet, I’ve bailed out 2 girls in 20 years, both of whom ‘repaid’ that debt far beyond the bail amount. If you want to see a true look of appreciation, get a girl in a nice soft bed after she’s been in Central Booking overnight. I have lost count on how many I’ve sent Commissary money to, but it’s maybe 12 to 15. ‘Repayment’ on those accounts has been sketchy, but probably still worth it. There are probably others on this board that have bailed out their regulars too or sent them Commissary; maybe I’m the only one who has enough hair on his ass to admit it. I’ve had MANY girls tell me they were bailed out by a regular john. The girls I bailed out had fairly normal lives; no habit, a child they were caring for and a job, albeit a lousy one, but they had a semblance of a normal life. Both were picked up on prostitution charges and yes, I felt bad they were going to be locked up for some time if no one bailed them out. They couldn’t turn to their families because they didn’t want their family to know they were tricking. The girls that have my phone number have it because they have earned it by providing above average service. These are girls with whom my involvement goes beyond “open your mouth.” You or anyone else can rag on me for that, but I don’t care. I do things my own way and through trial and error have discovered what I feel is the best way to get the level of service I want out of these girls. You reap what you sow. Went out early this morning to see what I could find. I got to the WW loop at 4 am and, while there was a decent selection of sws out, I gravitated towards one that looked like a civilian. She was wearing jeans and a shirt with long sleeves when all the other workers were in outfits that showed a lot of skin. I drove by and thought I detected the look so I went around the block and offered her a ride. After she got in and we did the customary cop thing, she told me her name was Diana, and I am sure she is the one that others from the board have encountered. She mentioned how she usually doesn’t work the streets anymore, she stays in Columbia, etc.

We went to the County and she provided an above average bbbjtcim and spit. She is quite personable and I realized I should have gone for fs with her. I cant vouch for the body because she certainly had it covered up but she seems like she should be in nice shape. She provided a cell number for future use, but as you would expect, when I tried it later on I got the “temporarily disconnected” message. I hope she gets it turned back on because I would love to find out if she is worth the drive to Columbia on a regular basis. By the way, I just don’t get this whole thing with sws who make it do difficult for us to reach them. No working phones/pagers etc. They are just losing money. Maybe I should just pass out phones to the special ones in return for free action and they can make it up based on all the additional customers they get?

I went to PP after and there was no action at all. I stopped at Dunkin Donuts and took care of some paperwork to pass the time and tried the loop again around 6 but saw only two sws and they were both not worthwhile. It was disappointing because I had hoped to get some more action before starting the work week.

I plan to try the dc sw action tonight. I have been cruising the area off and on over the last two weeks and the action on 11th st. is picking up. Mostly bsw and, if I see any tonight, I am going to get my dc sw cherry popped.

You took a swipe by quoting Jackson’s comment, but other than that, a kinder, gentler response and a good attempt at being informative, and I say that seriously. I think only 1, maybe 2 of my PM’s could be considered flaming. Your initial PM was condescending and that’s not a good approach to take with me. Anyone who takes that approach with me can consider it all downhill from there, and that’s where we ended up. You attempted to be informative and that is what is needed in this thread. Most of the quotes you drew on seem to be from the Thailand forum. I don’t think it is completely fair to use that forum as an example. There are not planeloads of mongers descending on B-more everyday. If a thousand mongers fall out of the sky on a daily basis, I’m sure that thread does see the same questions over and over. I didn’t read through it, but I doubt you have to read back too far to learn where the hot spots are there. But this is not Thailand. It seems to me that almost anyone who asks a question is thrown into the lazy category and flamed and that’s just not right. No one asks how much of the Forum they’ve read through; they just whack ‘em. I’m sure there are posters that have RTFF and still ask a question you may consider stupid. You might think they’re stupid because you’ve heard them so many times. And maybe sometimes the poster could have read back some and found the answer; maybe sometimes they are lazy. But how far back does someone read before you won’t consider it a stupid question? I saw a post here that suggested that someone take about 3 weeks and read the old posts. You could drive here without any knowledge of B-more and learn the scene quicker than that. This isn’t English Lit; mongers want to have sex. RTFF seems to be the answer of choice in here and it doesn’t have to be like that. As someone who can’t even find the search feature, I’m not about to offer suggestions to a solution, but I’ve seen a few good ones come out of this turbulent discussion. I hope one of the senior members can take the time and find a way to catalogue ‘answers to stupid and repetitive questions’ so they’re easily accessible. For my benefit, please don’t put them next to the ‘search’ button.

When I read the guy didn’t want to get the blood work done for Syphilis because he would have to explain the bruise, I thought here is someone that probably has Syphilis and is going to pass it on to his wife; I better join and warn him. I was going to PM you to let you know what happened to me and that you should watch for signs of Syphilis, but it took about a week to get membership approved and when I searched to find the post again, I couldn’t even find who it was so I posted a general warning in the regular area. A week or so later I found your original post, but by then I knew it was too late to tell you anything. If you really had contracted Syphilis, your wife had probably already filed for divorce. Even after the swipe you took at me, I still hope you have not contracted Syphilis. The symptoms can go dormant, or worse yet, sometimes not really show in females, yet the bacteria are destroying internal organs. You should rethink about getting checked for it.

In fact, I would be willing to bet that their treatment of you will be far less pleasant than mine, so if you're sitting there in your greasy underwear and Armani suitcoat eating fried chicken and liberally coating your keyboard with slime thinking Oh Boy, TrashMan is gone I can be an even bigger asshole than before, you have another think coming.

I suggest that the Baltimore board be turned over to the Doc as he has proven to be up for anything and afraid of nothing as well as extremely articulate.

I suggest the NOVA board be turned over to LoveLOS as he has proven his mettle in battle several times over and completely lacks fear.

The DC board is still a toss up in my mind between Robux and Motoback although I tend to lean more towards Robux for his fairness.

I will miss you all and sincerely wish I could hang out a lot longer providing top notch entertainment and commentary, but it's time for me to go. All of this goodbye stuff got me thinking, "What would the Trashman do?" SO of course, I went out to Hampden and tried to pick up Maria, which I've been thinking about doing for a while already but never had the opportune moment.

And of course, with Murphy riding shotgun, Maria was getting hassled by the cops when I saw her and I ended up with Gina (supposedly) who is the wsw with brown straight hair that she wears with some sort of wrap/headband/scarf to keep it out of her face. Everytime I have seen her she has been wearing it, so I think it is a trademark of sorts. At any rate: Don't pick her up.

She didn't go through the Are you a cop routine so I think she is either 1.) Dumb. I look like a cop, or 2.) not so fresh to the streets.

Jackson offered and accepted for BBBJ, and get this: Before she starts she tells me she'll puke if I cum in her mouth so I should tell her first and she'll throw a tissue over it. I tell her she could get a tip if she catches it, more for swallow, and even more for rimming. I leave it up to her.

Right away when she started I decided to hold off my finish and give it to another sw who was ready to earn the tip. In honor of TrashMan, who I believe would think less of us not to continue, here's my latest report.

Called by dispatch at the end of shift for one last run through the city. Since it was about 10pm, decided to circle PP/Conkling. Saw a redhead SW at Conkling and Bank wearing camo pants. Strange. Not very attractive.

Noticed a blonde potential SW sitting on a stoop at Conkling and Baltimore.

And I did notice what looked to be an unmarked, dark blue, Ford Econoline Van following what looked like another monger and the Police Helicopter was also in the area.

Tuesday around 2:30pm I cruisied WW for something new. Slim pickins so I took a wretch called Tabitha to some house she knew after house #1 was unavailble. Tuesday night found myself near Wilkens. Seemed to be quite a bit of undercover action. One thin, long haired brunette who just didn't look right. Also, the BGE van was parked right on the corner of Wilkens and Payson.

There were a couple of BSW's around but I spotted a cute brunette named Kim who I picked up near the circle. I think she has been written about on the board before. About 5'7", meat on her bones but not fat, A cups, nice ass, shoulder length light brown hair, really pretty eyes.

Interesting note: I got on the WSG forum last night around 11pm. I noticed that several Baltimore posts were dated 5-26-04. I was thinking WTF? Didn't everyone read ATL Monger and Robux's request? I then realized I wasn't logged in. After I logged in, those same posts reverted back to 5-25-04 dates and correct posting times. I never knew that about the date/time stamps.

Anyhow; Cicadas crawl from beneath the surface of the earth to mate as many times as they can before they die. It's great to know that I have something in common with them. I headed out last night about 8pm in an effort to beat the coming t-storms. I had my mind set on the Clix, but unexpectedly early heavy showers diverted me to Curtis Bay by way of Glen Burnie. I immediately located Missy on Fairhaven. I don't know if it's Larry's Missy or not. She was blonde, quite pretty, thin but not CCL, and on the pipe. She wouldn't do Fairfield, says too much LE now. We went into an alley behind some section 8 housing off Fairhaven. She said not to worry, that basically everyone there either dates or is on drugs. One excellent BJ. I told her that it was too bad Jessica wasn't home, because I would've liked to seen her, and it looked like I would have to head home empty handed. No response from her though. On a subsequent pass, the girl was gone, and replaced with LE who were questioning several males sitting around Jessica's stoop. Nothing doing at Eagle and Payson. LE foot patrols were all over the place. The helicopter was scanning the streets quite heavily too.

I'm going to try morning mongering tomorrow.

I have cruised Clix Sat, Tues and today. SW were abundent and no LE in sight. I was cruising during the afternoons (12:00 to 3:30). I wonder if the time of day have anything to do with the LE persence?

Not much time for street scouting lately, but I have hit the Block a couple of times in the last week. Saturday night I was on my way there, when the ex-stripper called. Did I want to get together? Was driving over on Rte.40 (Pulaski Highway)
yesterday morning; going from the the old
Golden Ring Mall towards the city and
noticed that JK's an old topless bar was not there.
It's been renamed The Crazy Russian. It had a sign
saying open 3 PM daily. The address is 8901 Pulaski Hwy.
and its on the right coming from the city about a mile
from the city line. Jk's was a small place with not so good dancers . Nothing appears changed (closed at about 130PM.
A few years ago this stretch of 40 was halfway decent for
SW action but didn.t see any lately.
LE keeps a high presence along this part of 40 so if anyone
goes there to check it out be careful when having beer or drinks.

That was a great area on Rt. 40 for years. A ton of no-tells down there were kept busy by mongers. Nothing doing down there and there is a ton of LE over by the city/county line.

I don't want to cause a swarm but I happened to notice two WSWs up on Eutaw place a few blocks south of the park the other day. They didn't look out of place but I had never seen them there before. In the past there have been BSWs there from time to time but these were the first WSWs I've seen.

I agree about that strecth of RT. 40. In the past, about ten or more years ago, it was a great place to monger. Just a commercial strip with no neighbors to bother. Baltimore county cracked down on that whole area through Essex a while back and it is no longer the place for the well heeled monger to shop. Even one of the good-for-hidng-mongering side streets has been rerouted to prevent the quick drive through service. For a long time there was no need for mongers on the east side to go to PP; all of the action was along 40.

Be careful over the weekend; you don't want to be pulled over at a drunk driving checkpoint completely sober but with SW full of illegal substances in her head and her purse.

Hello, first- time poster but months long follwer.

Went to the W/W loop yesterday at about 5 P.M. but found no one to my liking so I continued mysearch in Brooklyn. I came across a woman I had picked up before but she waved me off. I returned to SW Balto. where I picked up Sylvia. She was early forties, blond and with a slim build.

Evening of May 31st.

After the heavy rains, I set forth on a quest for a trifecta.

Looks like business has been hopping at Moonlight Spa on Woodlawn Road. House fee is now being raised from $60 to $70 (1 hour), the acting mamasan told me. I get to Baltimore about once a month and have had pretty good success picking up chicks at the Midway Bar on the block (E. Baltimore St.) They have always insisted that I give the lady behind the bar a Hamilton when I take them back to the hotel ( kind of like paying the bar fine in some of the places overseas). It's less expensive to meet them in there than in one of the strip joints on the block where they hound you for $20 drinks & big bucks to go private. Have also picked up ladies walking on the block.

I usually stay at the Renaissance Harborplace or on occasion at the Hyatt and this is only a short walk from the hotel. Have always found a good supply of ladies in this area. Never had any problems with LE. Usually take a cab back to the hotel from the block just to be on the safe side.

Are you sure that was recent? If so, he's a repeat offender in the exact same place under the exact same circumstances. A few years ago he was busted as the cops followed him up 83 as he was being serviced. The SW part of the story was the same too; she stopped talking to ULE to go to a "regular" customer. It was all in The Sun at the time. I believe the SW had an italian last name; like DePalma or something.

That area was best known in its hey day as the eastern end of "The Meat Rack;" and was primarily for gays and TVs (not that there's anything wrong with that). Of course a few actual women made their way there but it was never know PRIMARILY for real females and hetero mongers. With the way LE has been pushing SWs to different spots over the years, it's quite possible that some female SWs have managed to take up their trade there but I'm not counting on it. The corner of St. Paul and read used to be pretty hot 'cos of the old Abbey No-tell Hotel that was there until it burned down a few years back. The story is news to me though. That part of the city is mostly gay, though if you go N. from there on Calvert there are usually a few sw between North and 25th. North of 25th is Charles Village and it is a very tight knit community - they have their own security patrol sponsored by the police, and JHU also has its own patrol officers out in the neighborhood. VERRRY bad for mongering.

Short tour of the Block Yesterday. There seem to be a variety of girls around on the block. It's not always clear what some of these girls are doing down there, but I imagine that they are not in the neigborhood for the cuisine?

I went into the Midway for the first time. People were friendly but it got a little tense when some guy hit the floor with his face and they had to call the ambulance. A few middle age blondes in there - maybe the occasional gem goes in if you spend enough time there?

I also went into quite a few of the bars there where I was met pretty quickly with the expensive drink routine. I can't understand how this works well for the bars as guys don't want to pay 20-25 bucks to sit around right from the get go? I imagine that's why guys can be seen just walking around on the outside? Must be someone's paying it or they wouldn't charge that way right?

It seemed to me that the best looking girls on the block were in a club across from Chez Joey-3 or 4 decent looking blondes there (sorry I can't recall the club name). Again, this was Sunday afternoon so the line up might change.

I did manage a short but nice conversation with a dancer at Chez Joeys. She was tall, had short (light brown?) hair and some problems with acne but still pretty enough. Small on top. When I asked her if she had danced in just Chez Joey's she laughed and said it was easier to ask where she had NOT danced on the block. Anyway, if anyone's had any experiences with her it would be cool to know.

Just a word of warning to those in the PP area. I went by there around 4:30 today intending to get a quick bj before I made the drive home. Late Sunday morning I hit PP/Conklin areas. Not much to nothing at PP. Saw several “stoop sitters” on Baltimore Street between PP on Highland. Picky Pocket, may I suggest looking at some other forums close to B'more like DC, Philly, etc. on WSG. I think you will find some additional information as well you might find some limited discussion and listing of other sites leaning more towards the escort scene. The DC forum has some very good recent postings on the escort scene with websites where you pick and click.

One suggestion that I might give you is to NEVER give money up front to an escort much less a sw before deed is completed. Had you done this in your earlier experience you would have known very early on that she was playing you. Just some thoughts here to chime in on...

Saw an unbelieveable suspect late one night in PP/C. Too tired to stop. She may have been a civilian, but I doubt it, given how late at night it was and where she was standing. Saw another hottie the next day, late afternoon, walking away from the stroll, but looking at every car that passed. Could not stop for her either.

That being said, PP/C is HOT with LE. Don't think for a moment that it is otherwise. Turks was dead on in his post, and I have posted how hot is it before. Hey Robux - you're on the money. There are always plenty of SWs on their way to the PP area.

SWs are almost always related, if only geographically, to the drug trade. As PP further gentrifies, the drug trade and the SWs will concentrate elsewhere, in this instance north of the park where there has been a thriving drug market anyway.

The park became a hunting ground for SWs because it was near the drug trade but safe enough that SWs didn't mind walking there and mongers, especially white ones, also felt comfortable there. Recently I was told by a friend that she would more likely be seen going towards the old stroll than actually on it. Just the other day I saw two SWs who used to work near Conkling on Fayette. Gentrification is moving lots of activity away from the nicer homes and toward the less redeveloped areas. Now the question is: would you stick out more in those places than you would have in PP a few years ago? Color will work in favor of black mongers in this instance; LE knows that the white guys in those areas are looking for drugs or SWs. Go too far away from the white neighborhoods and the single white drivers, especially late at night, will be likely be hassled by LE.

There was, for a while, a growing drug market on Conkling; perhaps as a result of the many SWs who frequented that area. In the past year or so Conkling has become hot as LE has cracked down, severely I hear, on the drug trade on Conkling. The SWs were forced out in large part due to the constant LE presence in the area.

I believe that the adjacent LE district is the Eastern; located on Edison Hwy. I think the boundary between SE & E is Fayette or monument st. The eastern district has the highest murder rate and in the city and I beleive is the drug dealing hub of the east side of town. Those LEOs have plenty to deal with and I don't beleive they have a vice squad; unlike SE who reactivated theirs a year or two ago. I may have even posted on that. Don't forget that SE runs all the way to Fell's Point (which used to have a thriving SW trade) and the harbor; they don't like the tourists and yuppies to have to see the unseemly side of urban life.

All that said, I agree with you as I said up front. Start looking in the areas beyond the old strolls and you're likely to start seeing more SWs. They are there but keeping very low and not coming to the old areas as often. Just be careful that you don't stand out too much.

Inner Harbor to Get 24-Hour Surveillance Cameras

BALTIMORE (AP) - Local and state homeland security authorities are beginning to build a regional network of 24-hour surveillance cameras that will go live this summer in Baltimore and expand through the area.
The closed-circuit video surveillance system of public areas will begin in the Inner Harbor by the end of the summer, and a $2 million federal grant accepted by the city Wednesday will expand the cameras into downtown's west side by early November.

"We're trying to build a regional network of cameras," said Dennis R. Schrader, director of homeland security for Gov. Robert Ehrlich.

The network is part of a comprehensive strategy in the Baltimore area to spend $25 million in homeland security grants this year and to improve regional cooperation on terrorism concerns. The idea stemmed from a regional group of leaders that is jointly acquiring decontamination equipment and backups for 911 and power systems.

The network of cameras will be placed in downtown's west side because it has light rail and Amtrak lines, federal and state government buildings, and many cultural institutions.

"The purpose of the ... system is to provide for the homeland defense ... while also reducing crime and public disorder," reads the request for proposals. "Cameras will only observe and record that which a police officer or private citizen could legally see."

At a surveillance center in the Atrium Building on Howard Street, 13 to 15 retired police officers or criminal justice college students will monitor images, said Elliot Schlanger, Baltimore's chief information officer.

The system will be owned by the city and managed by Schlanger's office. The network would be able to connect with the state's existing system of closed-circuit cameras that monitor highways, he said.

Eventually, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford and Howard counties would plug their systems into the city's hub.

The city would also work to link its network with the closed-circuit television systems in use by the University of Maryland, the Downtown Partnership, Oriole Park at Camden Yards and other private institutions on downtown's west side.

Before that network is built, the Baltimore Police Department will have constructed a separate surveillance center to continuously monitor microwave cameras now being installed around the Inner Harbor, said Kristen Mahoney, director of the Baltimore Police Department's grants and government relations section, which handles homeland security requests.

Under the Inner Harbor plan, the cameras would be able to transmit images to helicopters and, eventually, police cruisers, Mahoney said.

Dozens of surveillance cameras exist throughout downtown Baltimore to deter crime, but those images are generally taped and reviewed only occasionally. The new network, financed by grants from the Department of Homeland Security, is aimed at fighting terrorists as much as drug dealers.

The proposed Baltimore regional system, agreed to by an arm of the Baltimore Metropolitan Council, could be one of the most extensive undertaken in the nation, experts said.

"I have not heard of such a big project," said Cedric Laurant, policy counsel for the Electronic Privacy Information Center. "We reject the use of public video cameras in public places if ... used on a permanent basis."

Arthur Spitzer, legal director for the American Civil Liberties Union of the National Capital Area, said, "This is the first one I've heard of where apparently they're planning to put cameras around an urban area to keep them on all the time."

He said cameras infringe on privacy rights and are ineffective in fighting crime or terrorism.

"This is just another step toward Big Brother," he said. "One of the freedoms that Americans take for granted is the freedom to walk down the street without the government looking over your shoulder all the time."

Out Mongeringing again and game across Ashley on the Clix. Rate her a 3 in looks but a 8 in personality and conversation. Haven't seen any reports on her and she claimes not to heavy on substances. Saw no tracks and she seemed somewhat conviencing.

Anyway, we road around for an hour or so just talking. She claimes to be 39 Yrs old and a has child in Fla. Rents a room from her sister and husband who are heavy duty addicts. Appeared sober and mentioned nothing about $.

Her face was heavy on make up and she said she had several piercings which included clit jewerly. That arosed my interest and I asked if she would model for my Digital and she agreed. We couldn't find a place for photos and she did not want to pose outside or in the mongermobile and could not go to her room at that time. She suggested a notel but, my time was getting short since I had a business client coming into town and had to get to BWI. We agreed to meet again but I neglected to get her digits or address.

Bad Jessica review:
I found Jessica walking down Fulton north of her house. She just got back from picking up something. We went back to her house, and she made me wait on her couch while she went upstairs to shoot up. Actually, she couldn't, because she couldn't find her kit. She was getting into it with the guy downstairs over her missing paraphenalia. "I need my water!" "There's all the water you need freely flowing out of the fucking faucets, you stupid b***h!" I guess this is her BF (?). She resorted to her backup plan, and was in the bathroom smoking crack, while I waited patiently (yeah, right) for her. The guy was like: "You bought fucking crack again, didn't you? I hope the cops plant a microchip in your head, and track you with their computers, so they know when you go over Baltimore St. and lock your ass up! You're nothing but a worthless fucking crack wh@re." Finally, we got down to business, BBBJTC for a Jackson, and $5 for the room. We got downstairs, and the landlady was like, "where's my money?" Jessica told her she'd get it later. The landlady told her that she'd better have it and the other $65 she owes on room fees Jessica was pocketing by 6pm or she would not be using the room anymore. Jessica wanted to walk out with me so that we could talk alone about some of the things going on in the neighborhood. The guy complained that she was going to cop again, and getting me to take her. Not true. She told him she wanted to say goodbye to me. He said "why, he's just a fucking date". She told him that "He's my friend, and shut the fuck up!"

She told me when we got outside that there is a black female cop who has made her into a pet project, and anytime she is seen crossing over Baltimore St. she gets arrested and put in central booking for 2 days before seeing the Commissioner. The charge: Failure to obey a police officer. This cop thinks that doing this will eventually discourage her from using drugs. Think again; Addiction is an incurable disease, one can only hope to put it into permanent remission. The only thing this has caused for Jessica is to come home incredibly sick. She says she would get clean if she had the will power to say no to the urge. She already got clean before, for 2 years and went back.
