Hard to believe it's been nearly 17 years since anyone found a SW in Richmond. I will say that in my occasional half-hearted attempts, I've managed to tick off more than a few girls that looked every bit like SWers but apparently weren't.

Ok, I have seen some. There have been a couple that just looked too scary to talk further with, so no dice.

Well, last night I stumbled upon a mid 20 something short brunette cutie that I wasn't really sure about. I felt pretty safe, so I asked her if she knew where a guy could find a very temporary girlfriend in Richmond. She said she has done that type of thing before when she lived in Indy and asked what I had to bring to the relationship. I told her my relationship skills are limited but I guess she was willing to take a chance on me. We had a nice time together and neither of us left with a broken heart.

Doesn't seem to be a regular out there. I'm not convinced there ARE any regulars. Found her on a random side street toward the south side of town.

I have long doubted I'd find another lady on the fair streets of Richmond. I took a chance Saturday night and asked a fast walking blond if she needed a ride. She jumped right in the car and we went on a little tour before I dropped her at her desired destination. She seemed in a bit of a rush but still showed me a nice time. I hope to connect again.

I pass through Richmond occasionally and always take a half hearted look around and have rarely seen anyone that looks like a SW. The streets seemed about active as this thread (Does anyone even look at this thread? Over the last 6 months I've been batting around. 500, which is real surprising. Either there's more around lately, or I've gotten better at spotting them. There's a few good hints that they are approachable that I pick up on. One thing I've noticed is they all been pretty cautious and none have given "the look", I had to approach them. My best success has been off the main roads, south of Main. I've led every time asking if they need a ride, all have said yes and got in. I've found a variety of looks and services, including one that LOVES a hard FF. All have been one and done. Only two have had digits and I wasn't able to reconnect again before the phone was out of service.

I wouldn't make an intentional trip to Richmond, but when I have found SWers it didn't take very long.
