I never, ever, ever give my last name to a SB no matter how long I've seen her or how well it seems to be going. If they need more verification to screen me, I move on. A 16 year old cannot be bound to a contract (terms of use) so SA would have a basis to wipe the account especially in the days of FOSTA. Basically, she should have never been on the site. If it were Uncle Louise trying a dragnet, most likely would just set up an account and it would show as deleted. Unless they were getting cooperation from SA.

There is an option in the site for 'delete conversation". It has happened to me many times. I am messaging with a girl and all of a sudden, the whole conversation is gone, but the girl is still active on the site. She may have intentionally or accidentally deleted the conversation. Then I pick up from where I left. I have seen a couple of girls after that happened with them, went to FC etc, all fine. I think in your case, she deleted conversation without blocking you (some girls may not know all the options on the site), then either she deactivated her account or someone reported and SA took out her account. Chances that is was LEO is very slim IMO. But it is always good to be vigilant and do due diligence. Any indication if the girl is under 18, I always bail out.

I don't know if it's the full name or just your first name, as I've never driven for them. I've noticed that sometimes the Search function gets hung up on a filter I used. The only way to clear it is to go to the bottom of the Search filter panel and "Reset all" the filters. Then set the filters for your new search.
As far as "Profile not Available" some White Knights like to alert girls that they've been outed, so the girls deactivate their accounts. If you're going to "out" someone, do it with the screen name and one of their photos. That way when they deactivate the account and create another, we have a picture we can refer to later.
