The Toll authority that manages the toll on 895 takes people to court all the time and their fine for blowing that toll is $100 per occurrence.I have lots of first hand experience with the 895 toll as I use it all the time. Its always messed up won't read your card or take your cash. I have had it not pick up my trailer & only charge me for the tow vehicle. Never heard from them about those times. I did have it malfunction 4 times. Each of those times. A week to a month later I got a letter asking me to just go online and pay the missed toll. Which I did. I loaned a friend my trailer. He had the toll mess up. The cam got my trailer plate. Sent letter to me. Again online to pay toll. No extra fee except credit card processing fee. Now maybe if you ignore those letters. They might take you to court. DS posted the actual law on it. You should really do read the whole thing. I did. It is on point with what I said. Its a civil offense. Only a fine. No jail no risk of suspended license. They even tell you where the money goes & the rules if its a private company contracted. Unless the evidence collected by any traffic cam is reviewed by a law enforcement officer or the district attorneys office. Then a real summons from the court will be issued sworn to buy the reviewer. Has to be done within 30 days of infraction. That scary letter they sent you via first class mail to whatever address the license plate was registered to. Does not count as official notice in any court. If I press box remember me when I sign in I stay logged in when I go to other sites and come back.

Once I log out I'm logged out so no security issue for me as long as I remember to log out.

When I sign in If I press box to remember me when I'm on home PC I'll still be logged in next week if I haven't been here since prior week.

Also could be variation depending what type device we use to log in.

In this hobby, especially for those of us to travel frequently, it can be really tough to find a nice safe spot for car activities. I have quiet secluded areas I have scouted all over RVA but going to a new city requires a lot more homework. I used to drive around a city for hours trying to find the perfect spot to take my impatient little street wh*res but I now just scout it out on Bing Maps 3 D flyover view.
