You click reply with quote as you always do and the box with his quote comes up. You need to highlight and copy the whole thing including the tags [*url] and [ / url] again that * is there to break the tag so you can see it.

Then navigate to the thread you want to put it in. Click add report. The box you compose reports in comes up and you paste what you had copied from the other window (like below) Then add your commentary.

I know many here will think I'm a white knight based on this post, but I feel this point is worth making. I have read many of your posts complaining about "non-compliance" in sending face pics. And many of them go so far as to say that's a reason to not see the girl. But then I've also seen you publicly post to the internet pictures girls have sent to you, without the girls permission. Have you ever considered this is the very reason many girls won't send face pictures?

The internet is a public place, and this is a much smaller world than many people think. It's quite possible a picture you post could be seen by someone who knows a girl's family and tell them, and this could ruin a young girls life. I have also found that almost all providers who I have identified as using fake pics through google image, then asked to send pics, don't send them.

I have been doing some thinking, why is it these girls call what we pay them a donation? When I think donation, I think it an amount I give based on what I feel XX is worth. In addition the cops have qualified immunity. In short, this means you have virtually zero chance of getting them in any kind of trouble for arresting you for simply showing up. They know this. Second, your right there are areas for the medical isolation of inmates. However, it's limited. When I wa there we had about 10 cells for that purpose. So if we had 8 felons, 2 domestic violence, and 1 guy with a soliciting charge all needing medical isolation, who do you think got the summons or recognizance bond? Hint: not the felon or violent misdemeanor.

Third, police don't issue warrants. Only a Judge can do that. An officer can issue you a summons to appear at a future date before a judge. Don't show, then you have the warrant. As an investigator, you should know that.

When you plea bargain, you have virtually no chance to walk without a new entry to your criminal record. Also, once you have a conviction, there is a bias against you in the legal system. I plea bargained once when I was young and intimidated by the system. I would rather play it out and retain my chance to beat any charges. I do understand that the majority of people in this country will take the easy way out and not fight for their rights; most people leave that to people like me. I would only enter a plea bargain these days if all charges were dropped in exchange for court costs.

I will never again speak to a police officer who is either trying to bust me or investigating any crime where I am a potential suspect. You answer an ad for sex and they are never going to use a main charge of using a criminal tool and not charge you with solicitation.

Each individual is different with different resources to fight a criminal charge. If you have the resources and don't care for the possibility of publicity or attention by a solicitation charge go for it. Most people are going to take the easy way out with the smallest amount of publicity, plead to lesser charge and take what goes with it.

Here are two recent posts from the Cleveland BP reviews board. I love hearing about other mongers fighting and beating charges. These posters give very good advice if anybody else is interested in fighting charges versus plea bargaining. I wonder whether either was charged with possessing criminal tools.


I have past personal experience a year ago with an OV PD sting. It did not involve hidden cameras and microphones. I had made the mistake of talking services and $ on the phone. I know, very dumb. From what I observed, if I had not talked out of turn a female LEO would have.

It was a TGTBT ad with an out of state area code. When I knocked on the door I was rushed from the room opposite and ended up handcuffed with 5 LEOs in the room. OV PD only has 8 officers!!

I ultimately beat the solicitation charge. The prosecutor told me these stings are being pushed by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff. He seemed almost embarrassed to be prosecuting the case. These stings are not a ramp up to the RNC. They have been going on for over a year.

I will never go back to any hotel on Orange Place. In fact, I avoid incall entirely unless I know the gal well. Cheech gives good advice. I do not see how an outcall sting is a practical option for the LEOs. The logistics are too difficult and the bait lady would be exposed in an unsecured place.

My advise to you in this situation is to remain silent and DO NOT consent to searches. They will have to prove reasonable doubt without being able to use any evidence collected during the arrest. Unless that is they have obtained warrants. Any "cooperation" promises are only used to get you to incriminate yourself. They are trained to cheat, lie, and threaten to get that confession.

My experience was a few years back when they were doing this at Motel 6 by Bagley. First, the photo and rates are TGTBT. Second, I changed the appointment time on the fly and was easily accepted while most legit girls are impossible to get hold of. Third, again, out of state phone. When I showed up, there were a bunch of people hanging outside the hotel. Lucky for me, when I called for the room, her explanation of "front" of the motel is North, and my interpretation of "front" is South. So my sixth sense kicked in and left. As I was leaving, none of the people were there any more. As I was leaving the parking lot, Sheriff's cars pulled in. Since I didn't talk about anything on the phone, they really had nothing on me. No one can deny that there are a small minortiy of mongers who are doing the lions share of the reporting here and that the community is only as active as it is because of them, they really are driving this forum. Sadly I did not start using this site when I first got into this. Had bad experiences just like good ones. So far I have had complete girl swaps, then the girl wasted my time and ended in nothing. In old posts, he's only referred to by his number.When somebodies name changes to a number like that it is because THEY write us and ask that their username be retired. The only action I took against that member was to keep him on moderation. The vast majority of posts he put up in the last year were arguing on review threads with guys he disagreed with. Yes I know how many of his posts got through, I'm telling you all I deleted more than those that got posted.

I usually will google a girls number and also search for it on facebook / instagram / twitter etc. To see if brings me to a real person. Use different review sites. Use TinyEye or Google reverse image search for the pics in the ad. If you get their real name and address they want to meet up at, use the county clerk website to search for any priors and use the county auditor site to find out who owns the location you're meeting at if it's a private residence, then go and search their name and see what you can find. It's not so much about being a creeper, at least for me. It's all about knowing who and what you're dealing with before you walk in to a situation.

Also, if you come across an ad that has been removed, many times you can copy the URL for the ad and put in Google and then instead of clicking on the link that comes up with the search results, click the green arrow that points down just under the main link. This will give you an option to view a cached version of the page that was saved before the ad was removed.

1. They have the server logs. This requires a warrant. The servers are overseas. The company that owns the servers is overseas. Good luck with that.

1. They have the server logs. This requires a warrant. The servers are overseas. The company that owns the servers is overseas. Good luck with that.
