A police officer once interrupted my free movement. I asked why he did so and he responded by asking if I wanted to show him my driver's license. I declined and asked him again why he stopped me. He got insulted by my questions and detained me, searched me, and subsequently placed me under arrest. Since I knew he had no reason for even stopping me, I knew that I did not have to identify myself. Every subsequent action taken by the officer was illegal. I had multiple days in court which culminated in all criminal charges being dropped, and a lawsuit against the officer and the city for violation of my rights under the United States Constitution, Amendment IV, which states:
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
After my lawsuit and others, the United States Justice Department ruled that there was a pattern of civil rights violations by the CPD, so they were fined and placed on probation.
In my case, the officer lied on many points, and it was obvious to the court because his lies were not fully corroborated by his partner or even himself under further questioning. The burden of proof was on the officer to show that he had reasonable suspicion that I was committing a crime. Without that proof, there was no cause to stop me or search me, and any evidence obtained after that was tainted.
The point is that if you choose not to exercise your rights, they will certainly be trampled upon. It is our civic duty to ensure that government and public servants do not violate the law, especially our Constitutional Rights.

That being said, my advice is to have your back story ready, what your destination is etc. And rehearsed, should you be stopped. Cooperate to the point of identifying yourself.

So, make sure your vehicle is in compliance, your tags, and I'd are current, registration, and proof of insurance is in tact.

A2No they cannot just walk in even if you open the door. If you open the door and they observe criminal activity, someone in need or safety issues then they can enter without permission. Just opening the door doesn't allow them to enter. I will agree though its best to just not answer the door.

We just had a case like this where they entered a hotel room w / o a warrant or probable cause and the judge threw out everything in the room as tainted.
Can't give specifics of the case but in general LEO was looking for a male, thought he was in the room, knocked and when a female answered they pushed their way in and searched the room. They had specific information that the subject was there and in general they should not have entered the room but even if entering for a protective sweep after they pulled the female out, they looked in the bathroom, closet and under the beds and found nothing, then started going through desk and lifted the mattresses where they did find drugs. They could not give any reason why they had to lift the mattress or open the desk because they were looking for male subject and once it was determined he was not there and the protective sweep completed they should have exited the room as the female did not give any permission to search it.

So I posted my last two experiences at Royal on Livingston and I have received 8-9 PM's with people telling me to quit wasting my money. First off, its my money to do what I want. I have cut back drastically on my fun and am getting better (trying to give up the hobby, don't see it happening). Second, I go hoping for a happy ending, I know it does not come but what I do get a decent massage for $40-60 bucks and I don't have to make an appointment, I can do it on my time not when they have an opening. Extended hours about 5 $. Normal hours would suit me fine. Bathrooms as well. Not a fan of sec cams, but I sort of joked with the manager about people living there. She said if there is no disruption, and other customers aren't always running into you, and you have 24 access.

Casino storage on the hill has an indoor unit but not climate controlled.

Still formulating some ways to suppress some noise, maybe hang some moving blankets. They are open topped with fence wire across you Haul's are just corrugated divider walls.

It's just a euphemism to get around the outright pay issue that risks being accused of solicitation, as was mentioned in the previous response. More to the point, I have little faith that it is any kind of a morale boost attempt to avoid the reality of what they're doing (if it was don't you think there would be some dancers in strip clubs referring to the prices as 'donations' too? It's the same as when a girl doesn't want to refer explicitly to money so they call it "roses" or "diamonds" or whatever. I know many here will think I'm a white knight based on this post, but I feel this point is worth making. I have read many of your posts complaining about "non-compliance" in sending face pics.
