Based on some good info from both Real Fun and Lieberman I decided to break my habit of traveling to Belvedere and visiting The Executive, and AMPing, with Osaka high on the list. Hadn't been there since last Summer and I have to say, the service is still first rate. Amy at Osaka used to be Chanel at Sakura, Chanel at Paradise (no, not May the manager) and a long while back Mimi at Royal. Real skinny with real helium voice. Highly recommended. You rarely see escorts tour through Rkfd and I have only noticed a handful of local girls. But its been my experience that if I succeed at going that low (100), usually service suffers and the girl and mamasan will be very unapologetic about it. But if you tip 120 and feel like the service was lacking, then they tend to be reasonably responsive to complaints.
I guess what I've always preached is that when the girl is trying to demand a certain tip, she will "act" out every play in the book to try to get you to cough up more. Part of the "act" may include acting hurt, offended, dejected, or like you're a cheap charlie. When you're new, that "act" can be pretty convincing. But it appears that in Echo Bravo's case, the girl was not acting. She felt stung and uninspired. Dude, all I can say is sorry it didn't work out.
If you can be disciplined, the ideal scenario is to have more than enough on you when you walk in. $40-$60 for the house, and $140 for the tip. But then only give more than 120/fs/tip under TRULY appropriate circumstances. And bottom line, its your session. And I really believe that sometimes volunteering a little extra here and there is fair and beneficial for all.
Don't let your efforts to "hold the line" and benefit all of us other hobbyists stand in the way of you getting a good session. If you suck at negotiating and you'd rather just shit that last $20 and dispense with the haggling, then by all means go for it.

Eisner 58 - PT, Paradise and Osaka have all been pretty good about accepting $40/hr house fee. I don't even know if any of them have price schedules poste. If anyone ever encounters them trying to enforce $60/hr the tell them they have an ad or coupon in the paper that advertises a "Special" of $40/hr. If that doesn't work then tell them you can go to any of the other spas since they all charge $40/hr. If that doesn't work, then you have decision to make.
If you're getting a good vibe otherwise and can afford it, then its not a bad deal.
In the past year I tipped 140 upfront on fewer than 5 occasions. In each case the girl lived up to it. Of course I didn't offer any more when we were done. I don't know how many times I've given 20 after we were done, but of course I feel it was deserved in every case. Probably about 1/3rd of the time or less I follow through on that. Its only for the rare exceptional session.

Made the trek into Rockford Friday afternoon about 3pm. While I usually like to visit Annie at Osaka, decided against it after learning she's currently the only one working. After some recommendations on this board, I decided to try Paradise and see if Sora was as described. Well, the descriptions are dead on. Luv Amps - Royal is on Main right at I39. I'd love it if someone toftt there, I haven't been there in ages.
It's been a couple of weeks since I visited Royal. It's pretty much the same. 60 house and firm about extras. Minimum tip is going to be 6 jacksons. They push real hard for 160 and will happily settle for 140.
The service is usually pretty good. They have 3-4 girls there at any one time and change frequently. TS is usually excellent, will make you take a sauna, and the rest is up to you. What I like about Royal is the location. It's out of the view of passing traffic on Main and it's always been one of my favorite places. Again though, ymmv. Usually, you can't go wrong here.

2650 - I know it for a fact. I know there's nothing odd or creepy about your willingness to go far for the right girl. If you travel a lot anyways, may as well have an idea of what you'll find at your destination.
But these girls have to protect themselves from a wide variety of creeps. So they're rarely 100% honest about where the were and where they're going. There is no set schedule, tour, rotation, whatever. PT always has the prettiest young girls, Tokyo always has the oldest (at least on average, they do get some mid-late 20s in there fairly often).
Don't worry about being hung up on Sue and letting her get away. Someone just as good or better will come along soon enough. You'd think that in this "hobby" finding a rare, unique, beautiful, diamond in the rough that's a cut above and totally different from all the others and deserving of legendary status would happen less than once a year. Whew! That was close. Now the entire Rockford Asian community can breathe a sigh of relief.
I've written about Candy before probably 5-8 months ago. Not the cutest but not hard to look at. Full natural C cups are decent enough, decent slender figure, very cheeky rear (for what you normally see). Probably mid 30s, no fat yet not firm. Excellent attitude and skills, gets the job done.

Was not sure about the stroll traffic, with the heavy snow and rain, but wanted to test a theory. About 7PM I drove both the 7th street area and also the south 11th street stroll. In both cases, absoultly no LE activity, and few mongers out. But the girls were all over. Now, granted, it is difficult to select the best possible candidate when they're all bundled up, but there was much to chose from. Probably the end of the month rent bill might have had something to do with the quantity.
In any event, I found a sweetheart named Dorothy (must be a real name, who would select that for a street name?) who neeeded a ride. She was walking on 6th street near 5th avenue. She is 22, a single mother, and only somewhat hardened by the street. About 5'3", 120#, and no evidence of drugs that I could detect. We drove out to my hotel, and spent some time together. Total damage was $35 for FS.
Being still early, I decided to try for a rare double. At my age, two pops in an evening is an event to be remembered. Problem is I cannot remember the last time I enjoyed that pleasure. Been a while, to say the least. I looked closely near Harrison and 11th street, where I have found many before. Only the regulars were out at about 9PM. I saw Candy that Real mentioned several months ago, she gave me the same rush job. She complained after only a few minuets that I was taking to long and then refused requsts for position changes. I had seen her twice before that and her sessions were good, so who knows what you'll get with her.
A minor correction I wanted to help out for those unfamiliar with this area. In regards to Royal, I know it was said that it is at I-39 (and main st. also I believe was the quote... Main St. is correct or IL hwy. 2). I wanted to correct the I-39. I know Real generally knows where it is, so not slamming him for saying so. 20 and 39 run together for so long, it's easy to forget which is which at certain points. That is 20 West from there. If you're unfamiliar and exit off of 39, you'll go south away from Rockford and in the wrong direction. So 20 west and Main St (2) north bound exit (it's called South main on that part of the city, but it's north of 20). to the first left which is an industrial park. Take another left behind the gas station, and one more left a block down back at Simpson. Royal sits on Main at Simpson which is a dead end (that used to go all the way through to Main, hence the Main St. address). Hope that helps for any unfamiliar that way.

Well I appreciate that. However, a recent Madison development will put a huge dent in my Rockford runs. Of course I'll continue to post about (virtually) every Rockford AMP visit, but they won't be as often. A chinese apt just set up in Madison. My first experience there was very nice, but a bit too pricey. I'll have to see what I can do about that. I'm hoping to keep info on it discreet (off the public boards) for now. PM for details.

Capt Am 22 - I'm very glad you jumped in with that correction. One time I spaced out the exit for Hwy 20 (from I94) and it totally sucked. Hit another toll and went a long ways before I could turn around just to go through that same toll again. I hope you saved someone else from making that mistake.
One other thing I'd like to point out, it messed me up when I was not familiar with Rockford. There are two roads that can be called hwy 20. State St is BUSINESS highway 20, and the freeway that runs east-west along the south side of the city and takes you to Royal is STATE highway 20.
The mix up I experienced actually led me to discover Royal by accident. I had just bombed out at Tokyo and went into the nearby McDonald's for directions to Rainbow, only I didn't want to say I was going there (don't know why, it wouldn't bother me now...). Anyways, instead of asking for State St, I asked for (what I had seen on the exit sign on I94) HIGHWAY 20.
The girl gave me directions to STATE hwy 20 by way of Main. Something felt wrong, I just knew I was headed away from Rainbow but when I could see State Hwy 20 in the distance I could see it was a freeway and decided to just get on and try to work my way back north. As I approached the on ramp I saw "Fuji Spa" to my right. At the time I didn't even know it existed.
Even though it was 10pm I was the girl's first customer of the day, on her first day at that location, and she was the only one in the building. She had to lock the door to the place when we got started. Earlier in the day she had accidentally bumped her bare ass against the side of the hot sauna rocks box while cleaning and she had a nice blister going on her oh-so delicate tender rear. The last time I was at Royal, I had MiMi (about 2 months ago)…she too tried to rush me a bit. The only way I was able to stay the whole hour was to do the mental game with her.
As soon as she started to rush me, I threw it right back at her. I asked her “Did you cum yet baby…I want you to cum real good 2 or 3 times” (25~30 min.).
Then they will try to reply with…oooh I cant take any more it feels too good (probably within the first 10 min)… that’s when you slow it down real slow and take your time to finish...and tell them oooh this feels so good just let me finish up I don’t think I can last much longer but this is a very special moment blah blah blah…the whole time you think of other things like your grocery list or you plans for the day…and tune her out.

Bare minimum of 28 min of just interaction not including (un)-dressing, intermission, or clean up (have only been to one place in another city that if you were short on time, had you in and out in under 20~25 min…it was great if you’re short on time).
In an out in 45 min the quickest and about 90 min max for unrushed time.
The places that I have had the most success with unrushed services are Paradise, Tokyo, Sakura, and Osaka. PT is 50/50 depending on how busy they are (had times where they would stay in the room with you for over 1hr. and other times pressed to hurry out the door). Royal seems to push the rush a lot of the time busy or not; however, did have 2 or 3 times when no rush service occured.

I hit Osaka this week and I had a great experience worth sharing. Candy was the girl she is a very hot koren in her late 20. Cute face, nice hair, great body, nice curves. She says she has only been here 2 weeks.
The only down side was the massage, it was half hearted, and lasted about 5 mintues. In fairness to her I still got my full hour.

No she seemed taller then that. There is not much extra padding on her at all. Her hair is med length framing her face and it is curly. Her skin is very smooth and almost a light tan color.

Was out and about in Rockford Thurs evening, and decided to hit the strolls to check things out. Seems like the morality police are ramping up for the February elections. According to the Register-Star the newest proposal is a web site where they will post the name and photos of men picked up on prostitution busts. The hold-up seems to be is the city isn't sure if it should include everyone that is busted on the charge, or only those convicted. It seems they think they might be in some trouble if they post a name and photo and then the accused is found innocent. I believe this article is in the November 1st edition.
Then in the November 5th edition there is an editorial calling for more severe punishment of those convicted of prostitution related offenses. I'd post the links but I'm not sure what the rules here allow. If you go to the newspaper website you shouldn't have any problems finding the articles. Just do a search on prostitution.
Do the folks that "run" Rockford, the business, government and media leaders look around the city and honestly think to themselves if only the prostitution would go away then everything would be perfect here? Got a very unexpected phone call from Jenny, the diamond in the rough I picked up once last year and spent a fair bit of time trying to track down again. Well when I said "run" out of town I was only referring to the fact that after the new regulations came into effect, they (two shops) closed down. Whether it was because they couldn't afford it or wouldn't comply, the fact is that after the laws were put in place there were two less places as options.
Anyway the reason I posted the information from the paper was I'm just worried with the elections coming up they may start clamping down; even it is only temporary heat. The alderman that started this clean-up campaign has some competition for his seat so I wouldn't be shocked to see a "show" be put on for the media before the election.
Just to clarify the LS shop regulations went into effect last year and are totally different than the new regulations at the AMP places of business.
Oh Boy - you got two types of businesses. One is "adult entertainment" like strip clubs, LS's, "Bath houses" like RS in Madison, etc. Sometimes the term "massage parlor" is thrown around loosely or that's what a certain business will historically be referred to. But none of them officially, technically advertise that they provide massage services in exchange for money. They have their different "legitimate" front or cover story, but they all boil down to "adult entertainment."
A completely different type of business is a true "massage parlor" where, ahem, adult massage is on the menu. Officially, they claim to provide massage for money. Theraputic massage for health purposes. To do this, they must comply with whatever national, state and local laws and regulations apply. In Rockford a massage parlor (legit or adult) was only required to have one licensed massage therapist (LMT) on the premises while massage services were being offered by any other memeber of the staff, who basically had no requirements for education or licensing. In addition, the LMT on site also needs to be a member in good standing of a professional organization such as AMTA (American Massage Therapist Association). There's at least one other one, something to do with Oriental Therapy yadda yadda.
The change in the law will require each and every individual staff member that will provide massage to be licensed. Licensing usually requires a minimum of 650 hrs instruction from an accredited program. There may be a board or something too, not sure about that.
I haven't talked too much to the girls/managers/mamasans. They don't seem too concerned. When I look back on my many experiences, I think I can see why there's actually very little to worry about. Every time I get a massage I prefer to get it from the one that has the most education and training, anyways. A friend asked me to post for him, about his experience with Cookie.
Let me preface his story with my opinion that Cookie is on the verge of becoming a highly recommended provider, but she has a few nagging problems and I'm pretty sure she has no idea how annoying they can be.
For starters, she's been around for a while so she's gotten comfortable with the job, so that's good. But she may be forgetting that a newbie or infrequent visitor may still be a little jittery when he first arrives. So when my friend arrived near bar time, she "jokingly" scolds him for coming in so late. Joking or not, obviously it leaves more than a implication that she'd rather NOT have a customer arrive so late. Strike one.
Next she makes an issue about the fact he'd been drinking. My friend insists that he had just enough to make him relaxed and less nervous about going into the AMP. I understand that AMP chicks are leery of guys that have had too much to drink and that she may need to bring it up. But then in true Cookie fashion, she blew it out of proportion and wouldn't drop it. Strike two.
One great thing about Cookie is that she is an extremely conscientiuos worker. I think she sincerely wants to give you a memorable experience and show you that she's willing to go out of her way to please you. But she's not good at understanding what a customer really wants. Her massage technique is very aggressive and if you want he to tone it down a bit, forget about gentle suggestions and subtle hints. You'll practically have to argue with her, because she's so sure that you're just trying to be nice and cut her a break but she wants to work overtime to show you that despite your denials she is going to show you the time of your life...(whether you want it or not...).
One good example was years ago when I was less assertive, at the end of the session she kept insisting that I take a 10-15 min nap. I kept insisting that I didn't want to. She returned with the hot washcloth and cleaned me up. Then on her way out, she kept assuring me, "Lay down, rest, you tired, you have long drive, I want you be careful, you sleep 10-15 minutes, OK?"
I was getting dressed telling her, no thanks I'm ready to go. She left. I wasn't assertive enough at the time to holler down the hall or at least knock on the door. Now days I'd just walk out and yell good-bye. Anyways, she was genuinely shocked and dismayed that I was angry when she returned 15 minutes later. She was just so sure that it was a huge favor for her to allow me to rest.
Back to my friend. The ts was nothing special. The massage was very vigorous and she's very much into stretching and cracking different joints. Some find this less enjoyable than others. Again, a sign that she's very into what she does, but not so much into what YOU WANT.
She wasn't very receptive to touch, not very "cuddly" during the act, so to speak. Also her "acting" can be a bit insincere. "Oh come on baby" stuff is either a subtle rush job or weak acting. Either way its not very effective. She could definitely take a lesson from Sara in this department. Whenever I leave a session with Sara, on the long drive home, I debate in my mind what are the chances that she really did get into it the way she seemed to. The point is, she sure has me fooled during the session. And when you're middle aged and ugly, believe me, that's more than good enough.
With Cookie, during the session itself you're likely to find yourself debating whether or not she can really stomach the idea of being with you. OK, maybe its not that bad, but its close.
All of these things are totally ymmv and I think some of her bad points stem from some true desires on her part to do a great job. She's really not all that terrible and she has some great things going for her. She's experienced and comfortable with the job, smooth with the routine and negotiations, etc. I've seen solid signs that she's a decent person, far from being a player, scammer, etc. She's fair minded and is especially kind to repeat customers.
I've used this line before and I think what she needs to learn is: good sex is something you do WITH someone, not TO someone.
Lastly there is one thing I think would be a totally easy improvement for her. She has this habit of constantly asking "Are you OK?" She sounds very concerned when she does it.
