I had a wonderful Valentines morning session with Dawn at Exclusive last Friday. She is as hot, and fun, as ever. I truly believe she just loves to please guys... Cute, Smart, and friendly as hell. You'd swear that you just ran into an old friend the way she treats you.

Was at Rainbow again. Had Koko again (2nd time). Her service and extras were great, but I was hoping to try a different girl. Koko waited on me when I arrived and took me back. I don't like that the girl is selected for you. I like the lineup. I'd rather choose for myself, but I get the feeling that isn't done there. What's the deal - next up on the rotation? Koko did manage to help me forget all that - even better than the first time. Anyone ever sit in that chair - with the full length mirror directly across from it? Nice view for a few activities.
While there, I observed the following girls floating around;
-A petite, short girl in a sundress. Very cute face (one of the best looking girls I saw). She was young (20ish). Longer, dark straight hair. Looked like she had something in the chest area.
-A petite, short girl w/ a healthy looking chest. Longer, wavy dark hair. A little rough in the face, but a nice looking body. Mid to late 20s. She didn't look the best of those avaliable.
-A taller thin girl. Flat chest. Long dark hair (w/ a little red maybe). 20s. I've seen her in there before and have described her in a past post.
-A medium height girl. Very pretty face (the other of the best looking girls I saw). Tight looking body. Lighter colored hair - some blond dyed in. She was dressed in sweats - don't know if she gives massages. When I left, she was outside having a smoke with those damn dogs.
One more thing about Koko. In an earlier post, I said she has around C-cup. Correction - probably more like a B (but very nice nips)
How's the street scene been in Rockford lately? Hooked up with a cute BSW a 3 months ago, young, goes by the name of Tiffany, kind of a space case though. Met a hot blond a few weeks later, probably the best looker I ever seen in rockford, said she was from Vegas but I had to let her out, she was strung out on something then started making threats, figured it wasn't worth it.
LE was doing daily sting operations a few years ago, I actually parked & watched a few of them, were quite entertaining I thought. Didn't see much of them the last few times, read in the local paper the PD had budget problems & was cutting back, maybe that's why, not sure though.
Broadway & 7th still seems to be the hot spot, noticed the other
areas were dead, several years ago they were all over the area.
Some drive around in their cars looking for customers, I've been stopped several times, one said anything I wanted for $20 at her place.
Rockford isn't what it used to be, mostly drugged out losers or 40 something overweight welfare moms but still probably better then most of the other hick towns I've been in. Haven't tried the MP or LM joints, I like the thrill of the chase I guess.
Watch out for kids throwing rocks, I think it's 5th street, that bridge that that goes over that creek, they hide under it, got nailed twice, actually parked my car a block away, got out my club & flashlight then went looking for them.

All I know is that the tall this girl w/ the flat chest and red streaks is Pepi.. good looking (pretty) right? Those streaks are now blue... and as realfun has posted, she is excellent. I happen to prefer small chested girls so she is a dream for me.
The other girl outside smoking in the sweats? I have only seen her at the desk taking money... I do not know if she does massage but someone else may be able to tell.

Good thorough report alfalfa. The girl in sweats doesn't do massage, she's just a helper there...too bad, she's cute enough, very thin and very very nice. I tried flirting a bit with her while I was waiting in the lobby, got nowhere fast. Maybe others can succeed where I failed...
Most amps don't want to give the names of the girls over the phone. If you ask who's working today, they'll come back with, "Who you know?" If you want to see a certain girl and you don't know her name, try to give a very specific description of her, and mention any girls you already know by saying, "Its not Pepi or Koko, I know those two..." Calling ahead for a certain girl is a good idea, it gives them a heads up. But of course its no guarantee. In either case, once you arrive, immedieately ask for the girl you want to see. In most cases they'll make some effort to accomodate you.
Finding out other girls' names is easier once in the amp. Try at every opportunity to find out names. When you walk up to the window to pay if you see a new girl ask her for her name. If you don't see her, describe her and ask the manager or helper. However, the girls themselves usually aren't too enthusiastic about telling the name of another girl, its a competitive thing. Occasionally I'll try anyways, sometimes you get better service from your girl if you're showing interest in someone else there.
One time I was on my way out and I saw Pepi walking out of the office. I asked my girl who it was, she ignored the question and offered me candy, soda, and was saying good-bye. After she let me out into the lobby, I walked back to the window and asked the manager who was that other girl with the streaks. The manager called Pepi over. I said "no, no, I just want to know her name..." but the manager said "no problem, wait one second..." When Pepi came into the office the manager introduced us.

Update about Royal: Mimi is still there. One of the new girls is Coco: about 25, 5'7", slightly thick/soft body but not fat, small breasts, her face is cute in a girl-next-door way, not a hottie but not a nottie overall about a 6-7. You'd never guess she's been doing this for 2 years, poor english and shy. But very sweet and down to earth, very good service, very focused on YOUR pleasure. I really wanted to try Royal since I hadn't been there for a while and I had no time to turn her down to go somewhere else. I wasn't at all disappointed, but once was enough. I tend to grade tough on looks in my reports, but I'm not real picky. I'd rather have a 6 on looks who's a 10 on service than vice-versa.
Hi guys -- this is just my second post to this whole board, just joined in the Madison, WI, discussion the other day. As I said there, I really appreciate the very helpful sharing of information and generally cordial discussion that takes place here.
I'm thinking I'll make my first trip down to Rockford to try out Rainbow or one of the other AMPs later this week (time for a little more variety in my life than the local establishments up here, Rising Sun and Geisha House, can provide!). I looked back through several pages of the forum to try and find if anyone gave directions to any of these places, but couldn't find that info.
So, can any of the old hands give me an address or general location for Rainbow and maybe Royal? Also, what times do these places open for business -- I'd prefer to come down during the afternoon, if they're open.
I promise to report back on my experiences.

Long time lurker first time poster.
Just got back from a road trip to Louisvlle KY and had time to kill before boarding my plane so I stopped at an AMP. Typical service to the point of a bj when she hops on top, naked, flips around and proceeds to give me one hell of a bj with a prostate massage also. Holly cow.

I visited Royal on Monday (3/17), the only two girls they had was Coco and one other girl whom I rejected. Never did catch the name of the other girl. But Mamasan informed me that Mimi has been gone since about a month ago!

Daytripper, I was told on the phone that Mimi was still there but you know how they lie to get you to show up. Sorry Coco didn't work out for you. I think Coco was at least a small step up from Lucky and Bebe but to each his own, ymmv, etc.

I finally visited Rockford.
My review of all the spa I visisted in 3 day trip.
Rainbow - I had session with tall yong korean girl. Disappointing.
Sun - I had session with older day maybe in her 40's. Sexy face and big soft natural tits. She was hot. Good service.
Toyko - Another late 30 or early 40 age woman. She was pretty and fantastic attutude. Great service.
Royal - sucked.

All I know about Pink is that she worked at Tokyo about a year ago, went by the name of Ruby. She's no longer at Paradise, don't know where she's at now. She's nothing special. Med build, flat, girl-next-door cute, looks about 25 y.o., about a 6 overall. The best thing about her was her phenomenal muscle control.
I teased around the rim and pushed an inch or two in...as I pulled out she clamped down and held it...I couldn't push it back in...I pressed hard but didn't make any progress until she relaxed. I've only seen one reference to Sun in here. Is it that bad that very few go there? Sometimes the place looks dark and closed, but I saw the open sign on at least once in the last couple days. Also, I'm new to this site, and have mostly been to the downtown LM shops (correct my terminology if i screw up), and not to the AMP's yet....i'm interested in seeing what everyone has to say. Is there a site also a little more dedicated to the LM shops. I've seen little talk here ( a little more about Rockford's in the Belvidere page). I've mainly been to exclusive, but curious about the others. Thanks for everyone's input.

I enjoyed my visit to Sun spa couple weeks ago. Every AMP has its own unique style, some has young girls with rushed service and some has older woman with good service. Sun and Tokyo is older sexy ladies with great service and other places has younger girls with rushed service. If you like skinny petite Asian girls then go to Rainbow or Royal but if you want service that you will remember for long time go to Sun or Tokyo.

My Rockford Excursion
Hello all. A newbie, here.
I live in Chicago, but had occasion to visit Rockford last Friday evening. Had studied the WSG Rockford board before visiting.
Rockford's adult offerings are probably a scaled-down version of what was once available in Chicago: plenty of cheap strip clubs and thinly-veiled whorehouses.
Early Friday evening I cruised State St. to locate a few of the places I'd read about here. I ended up down by the river and checked out the Surf and Hideaway. Was strange to walk into strip clubs without a cover charge. I like these Rockford places -- seedy - American beer on tap. Great to get a slight buzz and have a woman shake her ass in your face for about $8 or $10, including tips.
Later in the evening stopped in at State Street Station. More upscale but still comfortable -- plenty of Northern Illinois corn-fed girls shaking it. Stopped back by the Hideaway -- much more crowded. Didn't have a lot of time to investigate but there must be something going on "in the back room" at these clubs -- how else could the girls make any money? (Please advise.)
Once I was good and primed, I headed over to the Exclusive Lingerie club. Had heard that the women there are a bit more, shall we say, loose. Was greeted by Deven -- a super-cute, super-chesty 20-something dumpling. She seemed the most appealing of the bunch (I prefer women with some meat on their bones). Had very limited time so opted for short session. Suffice it to say that Deven is brilliant at her work -- very matter-of-fact - friendly but no fake GFE stuff. Enjoyed a suberb CBJ (45/60).
Places like the Exclusive are a relatively safe solution to the age-old male dilemma. Can't wait for my next opportunity.

I beg to differ, anal_. Each AMP has a different flavor, that's true. But I've got to stick up for Rainbow just a little. Months ago I boycotted that place for a while because I'd run into a minor attitude problem with about 1 out of 10 girls. Since I've started going back, I've gotten some of the best programs that I've ever gotten in any of Rockford's AMPs.
The last time I was in an "undemanding" kind of mood, I would've been glad to with a quick wham-bam-thank-you-ma'am. At every opportunity I let Coco know, don't worry about that lets just be quick. I tried to convince her I'd shower myself, skip the massage, etc. She wouldn't have any of it. She insisted on massaging me during the shower and even gave me an exfoliating scrub. She massaged me again in the room (a good long thorough one) and when we finished early she softly massaged and cuddled me more while we chatted. In the end, I'm sure I went just a few minutes over.
I've gotten the same great attitudes from Genie and Yoko (both gone) and Pepi, who's still there.
I'm not too sure about including Royal in with Rainbow when it comes to skinny petite. Royal has always been hit or miss with a wider variance in scores and ages. Everything from young and hot to mid-30's and unattractive. Lately its been kind of downhill, and on my last visit I saw some wierdness there that got my neckhairs up (unrelated to the decent session I got with a very average girl).
I've had a few experiences at Tokyo that were very middle-of-the-road. Paradise is hit or miss. Rainbow always has the youngest and hottest chicks. That used to mean the occasional attitude (hot looks + big ego = shitty service). Its been a long time since I've run into that. You'll also pay $20-$40 more per visit. Paradise and Tokyo tend to show an almost desperate earnestness to keep your business, and usually that translates into great service, but sometimes its just trying too hard. At Royal I get the feeling that they're distracted, I don't sense the focus as being on ME, where it belongs, and that makes me a bit nervous.
CaptAm22, to address your question about Sun there's some logical explanations why you don't hear as much about them. From what I understand, they usually only have one girl working at a time. But mainly, their hours are very limited, I believe they close by 9pm most nights, and like 5pm or 7pm on Sunday. I've only been there a few times myself. I go often and I like to spread it around to all the AMPs, as the mood strikes. But I notice I tend to go in streaks. 4 out of my next 6 visits will be to Rainbow, then 3 in a row to Paradise, then 7 out of ten to Tokyo, etc. And the less I go to Sun, the less I go to Sun. And about half of all my AMP visits are after 10pm, which rules Sun out.
If Sun fits in your schedule, and if you hear or experience good things with whatever lady(s) working there, then I see no reason not to go.
BTW, anyone know about Sun staff now? I've kind of talked myself into wanting to go there next!
Capt, I know you ask about more info on LM's, but I'd like to direct you (and everyone else, especially newbies) who would like info about Rockford's AMPs to check out the "Rock City Buzz" section of www.wisconsinnights.com for the mother lode.
Anyways, an update of the girls that I know of right now: Pepi is still at Rainbow, with Coco and some new girls. Pepi is very thin but nicely shaped, flat chest and cheeky butt, tan, sometimes has streaks dyed into her hair, very pretty face with striking, smoldering eyes; she has an outrageous and fun wild attitude; an aggressive gfe. Coco is kinda big but no fat and a very nice perky rack; as I stated, she has a very accomodating attitude, but is still kind of finding herself and settling in. Pepi is the senior girl there now and very comfortable.
Julie at Paradise is very thin with large breasts (for her size) and a great attitude, if a little shy and inexperienced.
At Tokyo Connie is on vacation and will probably be back; Coco is gone and probably won't be back; Gina is a large girl (not fat, tall and broad, could lose a few pounds yet curvy and firm) with one of the best attitudes ever; good english, very intelligent, great common sense, very upbeat and fun, really throws herself into her work, fun and energetic. There's also an unknown new girl.
So, who knows what's up at Sun?

Lazy O. - If its really all about service, and looks really take a back seat, then I'd recommend Gina at Tokyo. Don't get me wrong, she's not unattractive at all but she's kind of a big girl, and many guys who go to AMPs do so because they got a "thing" for petite, delicate, exotic asian ladies.
Gina is about 5'8" and has broad shoulders and wide hips. She could stand to lose a few pounds. Her face is average-to-cute. That's about the worst I can say about her, here's the good news. Despite having 10-15 lbs of extra padding, she has an overall nice shape, hour glass figure, and that little layer of pudginess is firm (not soft and saggy), and she has a decent enhanced chest with very sensitive nipples that she loves to have pinched and sucked.
Now for the really good news. She has absolutely one of the best overall attitudes I've ever encountered at an AMP. You want to talk about someone who's down to earth and can keep it real, Gina's the genuine article. Very comfortable with what she does, she doesn't try to hide that she's half bored hanging around work and wants to have fun, and if you're willing to work with her, she's willing to try to make her job fun for both of you. She speaks great english, so subtle humor and sarcasm and irony etc doesn't go over her head. Based on her technical skills, street smarts, mature no b/s attitude, and the way she makes it all look so easy you get the feeling you're with one of those 40+y.o. 20 year veterans, but she has the energy, stamina, sex drive, sense of fun, and fresh, hip, youthful attitude of a teenager. I'd guess her age to be about 26-28.
The worst thing about a program with her is time. She's not a clock watcher (and at Tokyo the mamasan's not a clock watcher, either), so if you go at a time when its not too busy you'll definitely be able to go over on time. The problem is that no matter how long you're there, the time goes by way too fast. I don't know if me and her just click, but no matter how long I'm there, I always leave feeling as if I could just go on and on massaging eachother, talking about life, joking around, going for extra pops, dancing, whatever.
Don't be put off by my physical description of her, when you see her you won't be turned off. Her build is similar to Sara who used to be at Tokyo for quite a long time. Gina wouldn't be entirely out of place at Rainbow, but she wouldn't be the cutest pea in the pod there either. She's really not "fat" but she is tall and big boned.
Paradise update: Julie is gone. Mickie is available. Another very thin young girl, this one kind of flat chested. Decent attitude, it was pretty busy when I was there so I went along with the quick down and dirty program. She didn't rush me at all, but that damn door chime kept going off and she was the only one working so I decided to be a sport about it, my fault for going late on a Sat night. I like skinny girls so I'll probably give her another chance to impress me.

OK friends before you become concerned and plan an intervention for me, before you suspect that I've finally lost it, don't pass judgement until you check her out for yourself. Some of you may not get it, she might be a treat for connoisseurs only.
I think he meant can he call ahead and request for Gina, similar to how you said Rainbow was good for calling ahead to request someone. Myself, I'm still trying to digest some of the advice as I'm aiming to go tomorrow (friday). I was dead on set on shooting for Julie. Now, I'm tossed up between checking on her replacement there, or check Gina like you suggested. Or what are my chances of still not getting one of the ones I'm wanting? Otherwise, I still might consider an LM like i've done in the past. My curiosity with the AMP, besides the asian women in particular, is also the atmosphere you guys have described. The prelude of the regular services, such as massage and shower sound a little more interesting, frankly, than just going in and quickly getting laid. Any more advice between tonight and tomorrow would be great thanks!
Since this board is one running thread its not really convenient to post the info that I've put on Wisconsin Nights. In the "Rock City Buzz" section is a thread called "Getting Started at an AMP in Rockford" and has info mainly geared towards AMP cherries, although there may be some nuggets in there that AMP vets of any experience level may be able to use. The other thread, simply called "AMPs" is similar to this board, which has general discussion, reports and reviews.
In general AMPs try to dictate which girl you get, but you can try to get the girl you want. You'll usually succeed but its hard to predict how much effort you'll have to put into it. Calling ahead can help.
BTW, you may want to check the "AMPs" section on that board for my comments on Paradise v. Tokyo. I've seen some unprofessionalism at Paradise lately that's pretty minor but it adds up. Julie's two replacements are Mickey, who's lanky thin and flat with an interesting face, and Cece who's shorter and thin but more proportioned and defined, small but cute breasts, and a slightly cuter face. Based on looks alone, both could work at Rainbow, but their attitudes would get straightened out there. The unprofessionalism I'm talking about at Paradise is being rushed slightly, hardcore efforts for an upsell (demanding $160! fuck that) and I keep "meeting" other customers in the hallway. Tokyo's service continues to be smooth, homey, unrushed, accomodating, etc.

Tokyo:
1) Gina: I've talked about her before. Tall and broad but still feminine, shapely and sexy. One of the best personalities you'll ever encounter, aggressive gfe-type, great english, very fun.

Been lurking on the boards for awhile, and thought I would share some of my experiences. Stopped at Rainbow last Saturday morning on my way through. Got the half hour option and hooked up with Pepi. This was my second time with her, so after the shower and a quick sauna, we got right down to business. If you haven't had the opportunity to meet Pepi yet, I highly reccomend it. Thanks for the information. I was in Rockford and decided to check out the Tigers Tail club. Standard bikini club setup, though nicer than most of the clubs in Rockford. They have a V.I.P. lounge for Lap Dances. You pay a one time ten dollar fee for access to the V.I.P lounge and all your dances after that are ten dollars. Not a bad gig if you plan to get a couple of dances, because as far as I could tell you could get some decent mileage out of the dance. When Paradise came along, they were only charging $40 for the house and I thought: "...good deal, if I pay the girl the customary $140, then its only $180." Wrong! She wanted the $160..even asked what I've been paying at the other places in town, and wanted to end up with the same $200 rate...which I've been agreeing to now for a long time.

I had the same impression about the rushed service because there was brisk activity. As far as fs, like I said below, I alway go in with just enough money to get what I'm looking for while paying only what I'm willing to pay. For a handshake, I won't pay any more than $40, $80 for French, and $120 for the whole enchilada. If they want more, they're out of luck, and if they refuse service, then I'll cut my losses and leave, and maybe try again later.
The problem comes in when you allow the girls to control your wallet. Once you agree to a higher price, you've set a precedent for yourself. These places seem to keep track of what you're willing to pay, and believe me, paying more doesn't mean you'll get better service. I've had great service for as low as $100 plus the door fee. While the door fee isn't negotiable, extras are at most places. And if you go to a place where they aren't, leave, and go somewhere else where they are. You control how much you spend, not the girls.
The most important thing is to treat the girls well. Call them by name if you know it . Have fun with them and joke around. Even when you are negotiating, have fun and have a sense of humor about it. If you do anything that offends them, they might press you harder for more money, or give you lousy service if you don't ante up.
Welcome, elricardo. Good advice, ynot. When you negotiate be loose and nonchalant. They expect a real man to be unemotional but not cold. Remember, there are now 6 AMPs in Rockford and there's no reason why you shouldn't be willing to walk out and try somewhere else.
Don't go in right at closing time and try to bargain hard. They know that you can't walk out and go somewhere else. If the girl really seems to be playing hard ball then just go for your clothes. Do not look uptight, just be like, "...whatever, see ya later..." She may try every trick in the book but do not stay unless she accepts your price, which should be just what ynot has listed.
elricardo, about the deal at Paradise, don't sweat it, that's what the special was designed to do. If you ever want to go there again, first research this board and decide on a girl you really like at a different AMP. For instance, make up your mind that you really want to see Peppy at Rainbow. Then go into Paradise with your mind made up that after the Paradise girl refuses your offer of fs for $120 then walk out and go see Peppy at Rainbow. Once they see that you are a serious negotiator who really will think with the proper head for business they'll give you the right price on your next visit.
When you negotiate at an AMP these girls have many tricks to getting you to pay full price. They'll make you feel like you just ruined the good karma and now the appt will suck, or that now you've hurt her feelings, or that she won't respect you the way she'd swoon over a high-roller but instead treat you like a cheapskate. Trust me - no matter how nasty things may SEEM to get, once she accepts your price, and leaves, and then returns it will be as if you tipped the full amount of her asking price. There will be no grudge or lack of service.
As a matter of fact, I think they seem to respect you more as a real man if you can show them that you can smoothly and firmly be a strong negotiator. ynot hit it on the head, its a game to them so have fun. Often times if a girl gives me exceptional service after I talked her down $20, I'll tip that $20 on the end anyways. But that's just me, and its only for rare, exceptional performances. Never has the girl taken that extra amount for granted and then expected it on later visits.
About the rushed service at Tokyo. This is unfortunate. Some guys hate getting the table shower from the mamasan. I don't mind at all and I try to make it fun. I don't mind getting all that out of the way so that I have more time to freak on the girl. If its only slightly busy, and I pay for the hour, I end up getting a full hour in the room with the girl. I'd rather do that than have only 30 min for sex on a one hour program.
However, if it is extremely busy then there's a chance you'll get rushed. I find this surprising and rare news about Tokyo. I'd be inclined to not give up on them. On your next visit, when mamasan lets you in, hesitate before you enter. Tell her very calmly and nicely that last time you were there you were rushed. If you're taking the hour that day, tell her you're reluctant to pay for the hour if you're not going to get it. If you only want the half hour tell her the reason you only want 30 min is because you were rushed last time. Again, as you explain this, be very reluctant about going in. She will be grabbing you and dragging you in and apologizing. At Tokyo, the mamasans have always been good about making up for a previous bad experience.

A year ago she was Ruby at Tokyo; a few months ago she was Pink at Paradise; then she was April at Royal; now she is Pink again but now working at World. Real nice girl. Attractive, nice muscle control, good attitude and service. The other girl I saw at World is a bit taller and slender. I didn't get a massage from her but I encountered her in the hallway. Very good attitude and good sense of humor, I'd venture a guess that her service is at least decent.

Chantilly Lace and Exclusive are both lingere shops. Actually, that's what I was thinking, too. I've always went for the 1/2 hour. What am I going to do, talk ;) ? I figure that I can play around and get done in 1/2 hour, why should I pay more. If by some chance I get past the 30 min mark (which is easy for me to do), then good for me. If I could get/convince the provider to give me two pops in the hour, I'd rather do that. I was surprised myself the day I sat down and wrote it out. I know many of you don't always go for fs, so you just got to figure out your usual tips. So for me that "free fifth visit" is costing me anywhere from $40 to $240.
And I hate to sound like a broken record, but I'm not all that fussy about looks and the girls at World are cute enough. Add to that World is new and working hard to impress, so you won't be rushed. Like I said, I don't even know if they have a $60 program. This discussion about ling. shops, when I used to go to them I always took the hour. I can fuck for a long time. What I like about AMPs is that the tip stays the same for either 1 hr or 1/2 hr.
So when you do the math on the house fee: $40/30 min; add half that price, $20, and you double your time. $40/30 min = $1.33/min. $60/hr = $1.00/min.
So your basic choices at a place where you tip $120 are:
$160 for 30 min
$180 for 60 min
If the place looks busy, or if I really want to take my time I spring for the hour house fee. But if the place isn't busy and I know I'm seeing a girl that knows me and likes me, I'll go for the half hour and we usually go over on time anyways.
I don't want to cyber-pimp World the way Liebermann did Panorama, but for me, right now that's the sweet spot. I've said before that in the long run superior management will make an AMP better. Chief, World wins when it comes to massage, just ask the manager to give you the massage. Don't mention the internet, but tell her that a friend of yours recommended that you get the massage from the manager. Make sure you tell her to start out light due to your pain. Other wise she may clamp right down with elbows and heels. Really, she's no slouch and she understands english very well and is very accomodating.
Considering the discount price on the tip, you may want to consider tipping the manager $20 on top of the $40 house fee if she does a good job on massage. Another thing I like about getting the massage from the manager (not just here, but at other places, the mamasan/manager sometimes gives the shower and massage if the girl is busy) is that when the girl does come to see you, she's focused on the "extras" because someone else has already done the work.
As far as the line-up, you won't get one at World, I'm sure they try to run things like everywhere else: they pick the girl for you. Its official. Paradise still sucks: lies; headgames; bumping into customers in the hallways; unaccomodating service; fake niceness; promises come too fast easy and plentiful; upsells; general unprofessionalism. Basically, for me, there's too much phoniness and over acting.
I get the feeling of being with a salesman who's pushy but doesn't want to come accross as pushy and is disappointed if you react to him as if he's pushy...so as soon as you chill, pull back and cut him some slack he goes right back into being pushy. And then he acts hurt again when you don't like him being pushy.
I hate when I'm nice to someone who mistakes "nice" for "weak" and then thinks they can walk all over me. They're just not playing the long game over there, they're too much in the moment. Coco and most of the girls there have this way of being very adept at reading a situation and taking full advantage of every angle that gets them the most money for the least effort. They'll only give as much as is absolutely necessary under the circumstances. Every time I walk out of there lately I have this feeling of having been conned/ripped off, even if just a little bit.

That pisses me off to hear about your experience at the Exclusive. In all the years that I've been going there, I've always paid $100 for everything, every girl, including Taylor, every time. They have been the only shop in Rockford to be consistant with that. Others have always varied girl to girl. Oh, by the way, I'm breaking loose of the silent observer stance tonight. First time poster tonight on the Belvidere and Rockford boards. I've got lots of experiences in the Northern IL area (good and bad) and finally wanna jump in, if you'll have me. If not, I'll probably do it anyway, heartbroken and depressed, wanted by none, hated by all.
I know my posts are pretty long, and I don't expect everyone to hang on my every word and take it as gospel...but this is YOUR money, guys, so hear me out...
I'm usually the type that will pay for the hour. There are many ways to look at this, and they all make the hour program out to be a better deal:
Looking at house fee only, once you pay $40 to the house for 30 min, you can double your time for half that price.
On the shorter program, you're paying $40 for 30 min, or $1.33 per min. On the longer program, you pay $1.00 per min.
Looking at the total cost (house and tip), assuming you'll tip $120 (which is a common average fair price for fs, at least until recently), the total cost of the programs:
$160 for 30 min; for 12.5% more money, $20, you double your time and get - $180 for 60 min.
Despite all this, I have recently been posting that at World, you're better off pinching pennies and going for the shorter program. Things are still relatively slow there, and its really not very likely that you'd ever be rushed. Plus, the manager and workers (or worker, Pink is the only one, supposedly there's another on the way soon) are determined to provide a quality experience at a discount price. I am impressed with the manager's work ethic and business sense.
So go to World and pay $40 to the house. And now, according to MrCharming, you only have to tip $80 for fs! That's outrageous! My guess is it was a slip, but who knows.
I got hooked into tipping $140 at Rainbow and now I'm stuck with it because of that discount card. Oh well. Plus, to get credit for the "free" visit, I have to take the hour program. So, I'll always end up paying $200 at Rainbow. But I'm not griping, because over the years Rainbow has PROVEN themselves to be a reliable source of the hottest chicks and (usually) top notch service. When I'm feeling a little rich and a bit picky on looks, I don't mind dropping $200 at Rainbow. Plus, I know that if I'm not completely satisfied, that the mgt there is half-way decent about "making up for" previous bummer experiences.
So what's up with Panorama thinking they can come out of the blue demanding the biggest tips in town? You don't get to be "number one" that way. Screw that shit. Ynot, I don't blame you for not pressing too hard for your house fee, sometimes you just want to cut your losses, avoid a confrontation and start over somewhere else. And sometimes they do a good job of not accepting tips/negotiations until they've given you a shower and sauna and started on the massage, at which point they can argue that the house has provided some service to you, so you don't get the refund. Recently a friend of mine went to Paradise and the girl tried to get $160 out of him. He got her talked down to $100 for fs pretty easily, and the program actually went pretty good. This should be a game to them, not a way to bust a guys balls, they'll only lose business that way.

Its about 1 mile west of Rainbow on State St., just about a block west of the intersection of State St. and Alpine Rd. Its on the south side of the street. Its really easy to find, but without being able to draw a picture, there's no easy way to accurately describe how its situated.
The sign for World is in front of a strip mall that is very close to State St, but you don't want to park in that parking lot. Instead, go to the next parking lot west (traveling away from Alpine), and turn into the parking lots for Shooters bar and Don's Lanes. Once in those lots, drive east, which is towards the direction of Alpine Rd.
If you can't find it, then just get yourself into the parking lot of Shooters and Don's and call World and they'll talk you through.
Mapquest will get you within one block of the address, but its that last 100 ft that's a real be-otch.
Was in Rockford this week and have a new(?) twist on LE. Stopped at the convenience store on 7th a couple of blocks South of Broadway. There was no one there to talk to so I bought a candy bar. Just about to leave and LE shows up on a bicycle. Of course he had nothing to talk to me about. Wasn't much action at all in the early PM. A blonde in the window of Kelly's w/bad teeth. Right answer to the question about 150 for half and half at the LS. (unless that included the house). for tip only that always used to be the going rate of 120, but if you usually went without the second half you got FS at 100. Usually when i did that, they always gave a little of the second half anyway to warm up. Was i misreading or did someone answer they got both for 80? I know some girls talked down to 90 or rarely 80 (FS no BJ), but never both for that low. Say Real, you're talking World up again pretty good, but is the manager back from vacation?

Capt, yes the manager is back at World. And the one that I think was the main instigator is on vacation. Pink comes accross as too innocent to get into too much trouble on her own. I'm not saying that Miko was causing the same kind of nuttiness that I seen at Paradise though. Actually, I wouldn't want to say anything against Miko, me and her had it goin' on. She ain't the cutest but somehow me and her hit it off.
When you go to World late on a Fri or Sat night, you have to go right past all the revelers at Shooters. There's tons of noise and traffic in the parking lot alone, and I'm sure that a couple of young, single, attractive girls that are cooped up for weeks on end doing 16 hour shifts could get a little stir crazy, its understandable. If you want to hedge your bets for a peak experience, its best to only go to World when the manager is there crackin' the whip.
So supposedly there will be a new girl starting at World soon, and supposedly Miko will return. But as we know, there's no way to be sure. As much as I hate Paradise, I like Julie there. What I said about the potential was whether or not they'd ever offer extras. The place really reminded me of the totally legit Swedian in South Milwaukee. My gut told me that Panorama would "pan out" to be a fs AMP, even if not right away. One clue that I didn't want to post at the time, was that the first manager of Panorama was previously a provider named Menah at Rainbow last year around October.

ynot, when I read that post about Lucky, I assumed that she must be a different Lucky than the one that's worked at Panorama but apparently not. The new management for Panorama is Coco from Paradise. She's running both places now, and apparently has some of the girls bouncing back and forth between the two to keep them both staffed. Don't give up on either place. I don't know what got into Lucky's head that made her wanna bust your balls like that. You did the right thing walking out.
Next time you try either Paradise or Panorama, only pay $40 to the house. Then tell mamasan that you want to talk to the girl before the shower or sauna. Negotiate immediately, and if they try the same shit at least you can get the house fee refunded because they haven't done anything for you yet. That's one of the ways they get you, is to deny any of your early attempts at negotiating. Its hard to ask for a refund on the house fee after you've been in there for 30 min and already got the shower, sauna and massage.
And when you do negotiate, if they don't accept $100 tip for fs then go to World, Pink is at least as nice and even better than most of what I've seen at either Panorama or Paradise no matter who was manager at the time. Maybe I wasn't negotiating as good as I thought I was in 2002. In 2001 and before it was pretty easy to pay only $100 for fs, I'd say about 80% of the time; and about 20% I'd get snookered into paying $120. Througout 2002 those percentages reversed, and by the end of the year I found it about impossible to get it for less than $120.
But as of a month ago, all of a sudden it seems much easier to get away with tipping only $100. I've done it at least once at all of the following: Paradise, Panorama, World, Royal and Tokyo. My "name card" at Rainbow prevents me from paying anything less than $140, and that rate prevents me from going in there very often any more. I'm usually not the stingy type, but (more math):
5 visits at Rainbow = $940
7 visits anywhere else = $980
So much for the "free" fifth visit; I'd rather pay $40 more and get two more sessions.

Then I'd inevitably end up paying $120 somewhere else, anyways.
All of a sudden as of about 4-6 weeks ago its gotten almost too easy to get them to bite for a $100 tip. Maybe they just know me, and don't call my bluff anymore.
Pay the mamasan the house fee. If the mamasan knows you, then when you see the girl negotiate the tip right away.
If the mamasan and provider don't know you, its tougher but it can be done. As soon as the girl enters the room, be respectful and confident and offer her a hello hug that leads into the groping. Place her hand and tell her you want a good time. Make your offer. If she doesn't accept, tell her to get the house fee back and then drive over to World and see Pink.
If she refuses to talk price and insists on doing the shower first, then you're in a bind. This is why I often shower at home. As soon as the girl enters the room the first thing I do is ask if its OK to skip the shower. When she says yes, then I try to negotiate. If she again doesn't want to talk price, then I offer to give her a massage. No, I insist. I massage her briefly and then start the groping. Again I place her hand.
Now if I talk price and she doesn't accept $120, I still have a good case to demand my house fee back. After all, the house hasn't done anything for me yet. If they refuse, then just to spite them I demand my 30 min massage. Not 29, but all 30 min. Then I go see Pink at World. Apparently, if I "accidentally" tip her $120, she'll give me $20 back. But it rarely if ever gets to that point. If you end up at an impasse at this point, besides walking out, another option is to get her to promise something special and unusual and then pay the $120.

Sounds like Tiffany, the only hot BSW I've ever seen in the Rock. Yeah, extremely paranoid, has been nailed twice, not sure if she goes by that name but who knows.

While I've never been to Peking, I can tell you that Rockford is known as the Red Light Capital of Illinois. Most of the AMP girls are at least a 7 or 8 on the AMP scale, and FS is all but guaranteed. At Peking, the OTD price for FS is $200 w/ not much room for negotiation. In Rockford, I've received FS for as little as $140, and others have done even better than that. My own recommendations are Rainbow for the best quality girls, Tokyo for the best service, and World for the best value. Stay away from Panorama. They'll get you for $40 at the door but then try to gouge you $160 additional for FS. I understand that Paradise is owned by the same owners, so I'd stay away from there, too. It's been a while since I've been to Royal, and I don't think that there have been any recent reports, so you may be on your own on that one. Do a little research here as there are tons of posts about the Rockford spas and LS's.

Just went to Exclusive recently, and the quality seems to have taken an upward turn. FS shouldn't be too tough to get there. Haven't been to Chantilly in a while, but they are known to have some nice girls there. FS is not guaranteed there, however.

You can still get away with fs for $140 (total house + tip)at Paradise and Panorama if you threaten to walk. Made a recent trip to Rainbow. With Pepi gone, I took the next girl up in the rotation - which was Kelly. Mid 20s, tall, typical Korean look. She has an average looking face, but a really nice body. Wow- rough day yesterday. Made the ride to Rockford, walked into exclusive and nothing there really struck my fancy. They were either skinny strung out white trash types or chunky strung out white trash types. It's been pretty hit or miss there. So in my infinite wisdom I chose to head east towards Belvidere. Well as luck would have it the whole town was closed down for some sort of parade.. I didn't want to park 6 blocks away and walk past all the families out on the street to get to the Executive. 0 for 2. But anyway, I did a smartpages lookup for lingerie studios in Rockford. I have been to Chantilly and Exclusive, I know about Kelly's (altough I have never been in). Does anyone have any info on these listings I found.
Brandy's, Intimate Treasures, Lisa's Lingerie, or Secrets.
Wondering if any of these are of the same ilk as exclusive/chantilly or if there are any other palces I should try. Variety is the spice of mongering.

Jennifer at Paradise is a solid 9 (for AMPs). Tall, lean, tight Thai girl that's hotter than Candy from Rainbow about a year ago (IMHO). Beautiful face, great bod, great service (albeit slightly conservative/hygenic like Sunny at Panorama, see below).
She's the best looking girl I've ever seen at an AMP, she's not to be missed. June, Sunny and Julie are also great girls that won't disappoint, but girls of Jennifer's caliber don't come around very often so get while the gettin's good, you know how these girls disappear without warning.

I hate days like those. I sometimes wish I found asians attractive because of all the amp scene has to offer. I can only visit an amp maybe once or twice a year. I can greatly respect and appreciate all Realfun has to offer this board.
I've always respected Exclusive for one thing, consistancy in pricing and services. It's always been hit or miss on the girl quality, but I've found a few here and there that have kept me going back to continue the search. Try to remember the names/faces of the good and bad, and phone first. I know, sometimes it takes the fun out of it, but sometimes it relieves the frustration. I'm not a big fan of Chantilly, way too inconsistant for me. They do have very attractive girls, but on the rare occasion FS is offered, it will cost an arm and a leg. Brandys is kinda weird. they have some very attractive girls (sometimes not), but very hit or miss on the service. I've been there and got none, and other times, done it all. I'll go for the low end house fee (20 min) untill I'm sure the investment will pay off. Kellys (further east on Broadway) I'll stop for mostly entertainment purposes. Think worst day at Exclusive. Heck, some days you don't even have to stop in, they like to sit in the front window. I've not walked out twice in maybe 6 years. Boths pricing is in line with Exclusive. The other three you mentioned, unless someone knows something different, are all legitimate lingere/adult novelty shops.

Chiharco - thanks for the kind words. I also wish there were other ethnicities available to provide similar service to the AMPs. Despite your natural preferences, I can't help recommending that you at least walk in and check out Jennifer at Paradise. Even though she's an asian, she's so hot that you may find her do-able for $140. Her physique is different from the typical korean (short legs, no butt, not curvy, etc).
I'm lucky that I can dig women of all races, ages, build or looks, within reason. As long as she's hygenic and basically tries to look good and take care of herself and is a "6" or higher I can survive. I also consider myself lucky that I do have a slight preference for asian women, so AMPs work for me. I should stress that the preference is slight, I really like women from all ethnic groups. My preference is actually for exotic looking women with dark hair and eyes, so this would include: asian, indian, hispanic, some italian, some black (african or other-wise especially if they have an exotic look), bi-racial, even middle-eastern and many slavic women, etc.
But again, I really wish it was possible to get AMP type service with a variety of ethnicities. I wish the LS's would shape up a bit. I try them every so often but they can never come close to the environment or service provided at an AMP. I'd even be willing to pay a bit more. But you could spend $500 on one visit at a LS and you still won't get a decent massage, or a shower before and after, or a decent piece of furniture.

Learning their negotiation language isn't that hard. Use any gesture to indicate the service level and say the dollar amount. If they understand anything, they understand the english words for $20 increments.
There's no point in having a conversation about why your offer is reasonable or why you can't access any more from the ATM or whatever the case may be.
Say, "boom-boom $100..." She'll point to her mouth (indicating oral), you say, "No, everything." She'll say, "Everything $160." You laugh at her and say, "No fuckin' way! $100 for everything" She says $140 and finally you settle on $120.
To them a REAL man is a man of few words and stands his ground. Cool and unemotional, confident and serious. The more she yammers on about why $100 is way too low, the more bored and amused you are. Shrug it all off and go for your clothes. Tell her to get mamasan so you can get your house fee back.
If it gets this far, DO NOT SHOW ANGER or disappointment. Act like this is your third favorite AMP anyways and you just wanted to give them a try because you haven't been there in a while... as a matter of fact, you're almost glad it didn't work out because now you can go somewhere else that you like much better.
Keep your sense of humor, and she will definitely keep hers. No matter how bad of a tantrum she seems to be having over being forced to accept your super-cheap offer, the service will not be affected. She will treat you exactly the same whether you tip $80 or $160.
I've had far worse negotiation issues with LS girls whose native language is english. On my last visit, I couldn't get the dim-wit to talk turkey. I was putting my hands all over her, and putting her hands all over me, and I couldn't get her to confirm where things were going. I blatantly told her what I wanted and asked how much and she was still being cautiously vague.
Seriously, I actually started to suspect something was fishy (set-up, reverse sting, whatever). After a painfully slow process, I finally got the message that fs was on the menu, even though I wasn't sure about the price I had put on the table. So after about 20 minutes of dicking around, I let her know its time to start fs (my buddy down below was ready for action). She tells me she doesn't see any cover on him. I tell her to go ahead and get one, and she says she doesn't bring them in there, she relies on the guy to have them!
I went to Royal. The "AMP-negotiation-conversation" I mentioned above took less time to talk through than it did for you to read it. Within 5 seconds of saying "Hello" to eachother we both knew exactly what was going to go down.
Can anyone give me directions (address) to Paradise Spa. I plan to be in town next week.

Paradise is on Phelps Ave. This is a street off of State in Rockford. If you are heading west on State, it is behind the second Mobil station past I-90 on the north side of the street. I was going to tell you to check SmartPages because they used to run like four ads in a row there, but I just checked and they're not even listed anymore. Go figure.

I was at Rainbow about a week and a half ago and saw Pepi. I think I must have seen her a dozen times. She said that she was going to be there until August. Same great service, although I wish I could figure a way to get the tip down. I've been paying $140. Also, the number of sessions needed to get the free one has been dropped to 3. I saw Hanna in the hallway, who I had a session with previously, and I saw a girl I had never seen before with a good sized rack.
Saw Sonya at Tokyo about a month ago, but it wasn't the Sonya I had in mind. This one was early to mid 30's, decent body and face. Service was good, but nothing like the real Sonya.

Okay, I stopped at Rainbow the other day. Must have had a big storm over that way recently, trees all over the place and Rainbows sign is down... anyway.
I redeemed my "free" one and they even gave me the V.I.P treatment. Is that normal procedure for the free one? Man, I was there for about 2 hours. They must have been busy though, the girl at the counter gave me my first shower. I asked her if Pepi would be back, she said that Pepi is there and if I wanted her I could have her or another girl. I told her I would leave it up to her. Well, she sent me "Lilly". She was fairly petite, clean shaven, kind-of pretty. *Notice, the first and last of these descriptions are not absolutes, this is intentional.* I would say she was a 7-8 on looks and a 9 for attitude. Don't change your handle. I've gotten away with that several times. You have to know how to walk that fine line of doing it just often enough that they don't do anything about it. I'm sure if you try to do it on every visit, eventually they'll remember you and write a note on your card reminding the girl to count your money before the session. I'm pretty sure you'd never get away with it after that.
When I was on a run for a while seeing Pepi, I just gave her $140 every time because I didn't want there to be any hard feelings on the next visit. And she was worth full price. And I really like her. And I was a sucker for her, like I was her be-otch. I don't care, I admit it.
But every so often I'll scam some other chick out of 20-40. There've been a few times that I'd lay $140 down on the table when I undressed. I'd point her to the money each time she or us went in or out of the room, and she'd just look at it and nod and let it lay there. Then when the session was all over and she leaves to go "get a hot towel," I'd snatch $20-$40 off the pile and put it back into my pants. When she counted the money, she'd tell me there's not enough. About the two mamasans, the younger one does more to actually run the place, I believe. If its the same one you're talking about, she's 40ish and not half bad looking. The other older one just kinda looks like a clueless sweet little old lady, who I've never seen do a damng thing except sit there and grin. I think the younger one prefers the title "manager," since that's what I've heard most of the girls refer to her as. Maybe the title "mamasan" implies a much older lady. In any case, you could probably call the younger one "manager" or "ajimah."

Thanks for the Rainbow update thunderbunny. It's good to see that Pepi is there. What's up with that? Recently, I asked for her and was told "vacation". Before that, someone posted she was gone and I saw her the next day. She's "in and out" in more ways than one. She is my ATF - imaginatively kinky - that girl.
About the VIP deal...They do treat you well. Based on what I've seen, the girls really go all out. Some of my best sessions have been VIP free visits. I offered to give her one, she said no. Eventually I was demanding that, as the customer, I'd prefer to give the massage. She made up a really lame excuse and refused. Gone was the sweetness, suddenly she was cold and uncaring.

If you're going to negotiate for less than FS (of course, many of you would not, but just in case you were...), it's best to start at FS, and negotiate down. I rarely look for FS at massage parlors (unless I'm there within the openning hour), but do enjoy the oral service. Case in point, I was with Pepi and she wanted $160 "for everything." I said $100, and she got pissed. She said, $120, and then I said, $60 for oral (after haggling at $100 for FS). Make a move for the clothes and that usually does the trick.

I think the politics behind when a girl leaves and where she goes is a combination of many factors. Some cities have an environment where the mamasans command all the transfers; in some cities/amps the girls dictate, but I think in most its a combination. Its a network where many of the girls and mamasans have several connections accross the country, and there's constant negotiations and discussions about transfers, etc.
I've seen hints and overheard comments about how all this works. As a mamasan you want to keep your reputation among other mamasans as trustworthy. When you send someone a girl that you say is cute and sweet and hard working she better be what you say she is. If you want to pay back someone that screwed you over, send her your worst girl. Also, you have to convince the girls to go where you send them or to come to your location.
I've heard girls give glowing reports of Rockford as a city, or heard girls say they love the amp or mamasan they're currently with, and I've heard the opposite. Its a constant game of trying to get and keep the best girls and get rid of the worst.
I've talked with some girls that seemed to have almost complete control over where they went, and even being able to go in and out of the AMP system at will (occasionally becoming dancers, indy escorts or taking a legit job). And then there are other girls that express a feeling of being totally under the thumb of the management system and have zero control over where they go and when they transfer.
I think it goes without saying that the older a provider gets the more she's able to dictate her career. But this isn't always the case. Also, younger ones usually just have to go with the program, but many manage to achieve more independence than others their age.
My gut tells me that the amp that gives the most amount of lee-way to the providers is Tokyo, partly because there's more older ladies there, but also it seems to be more the mamasan's style to be a little more loose and not so controlling or greedy. At the other end of the spectrum would be Coco at P&P (Paradise & Panorama Inc). She seems like a money-grubbin' micormanaging skeezer. Management at Royal doesn't seem to have much of a handle on things, yet the girls that go through there don't seem to be in control, either...I love the grab-bag looseness of that place. Anytime you want to test some boundries try it there first. I think Rainbow seems to play it both ways: they will try to exert control on girls to the extent that they can; but then they give a lot of control/lee-way to girls that earn or manage it.
Take all this with a grain of salt, its just my hunches and conclusions from observations and conversations with the girls and mamasans. One mamasan told me that the mamasans totally control all transfers, but I've seen too much solid evidence to the contrary.
Bottom line, I believe that, in the end, there's very little organization, central control or method to the madness. I think its probably more anarchistic than anyone would like to admit.
IMHO, for what its worth, my 2c, etc. Actually, I'd like to be enlightened on this if there's anyone else that really knows the deal.

Went back to Rainbow about a week and a half ago thinking the house fee would be gratis. Wrong. I got the same "Next time is free honey" spiel as the last time. During our session I heard at least two other customers arriving, and I knew there was only one other girl working. During the main event mamasan talked to her through the door. I asked if mamasan was telling her to hurry up for other customers. She denied that and kept things at a slow unrushed pace. I didn't believe her. We finished just a few minutes under time and I was convinced that mamasan was trying to rush her, I told her this and she unconvincingly insisted that mamasan wasn't trying to rush us. I could tell that Hannah was trying to keep my session unrushed despite mamasan trying to get her to move along to the waiting customers. She made me her priority and buffered me from the mamasan. I thought that was super-cool, and exactly the opposite of what you'll normally experience at P&P Inc.
Once I was done, just to be nice, I tried to move quickly (not rushing, just moving along). As I dressed I tried to cut her loose but she hung out with me and walked me to the door. This was real close to closing time and she had two customers after me. It may have been her way of thanking me...

She said ok anyway. After that she never asked for more $. These sessions where only slightly over the one hour mark, so I wasn't asked for $ for the extra time.

Some of the regulations being considered were definitions of adult uses, licensing, hours of operation, and restrictions on nudity and semi-nudity. At the time, I thought this was aimed at the bar owners (bikini,lap dance bars). Looks like it was a little more far reaching.

I just read the article about the new ordinance regarding lingerie shops. Looks like the right people haven't been getting paid what they should. If the new hours don't put these places out of business, the 4' doors will. No one can tell me that these same lawmakers don't know that prostitution is also going on at the AMP's, yet there is no mention that this law will apply to them. Apparently, the LS's aren't protected as well by the law makers as the AMP's. If the Rockford politicians are crooked enough to look the other way with AMP's, they're crooked enough to pull something like this, too. Just more hard-earned tax money down the drain.

First time visit to Rainbow in Rockford. Look behind the Chinese restaurant on east State street. Asked for Pepi and got her; very striking and sexy oriental, partial BJ then 69 (she shaves) and then HJ. $100 plus $60 entry, quoted upfront. No attempt to upcharge. Pepi has great hands and exploring fingers, they are everywhere! Especially liked the mirror right next to the action, always a big turn on for me.

I wonder if some of them will adjust and go the way of the massage type business. THe only non Asian such business is the Health Spa near exclusive. Havent heard much about them, but to my last memory they are a lot less attractive (and less thin if I remember right) than the LS girls have always been. Only time will tell.

Providers who are discreet, invisible (to the general community) and not connected to other crimes are less likely to get hassled by LE (i.e., high-priced squeaky-clean escorts). But I think shorting the operating hours of 4 businesses will push some of the girls into the streets or other venues where they'll be even more visible. And if you took all the drugs used by all LS providers and SW's combined it would be a minute percentage of the total amount of drugs in the entire city. In the LS's I'd venture to say that the vast majority of the girls aren't hardcore into drugs, anyways (there are probably a few who like to party, I'm sure, but so do real estate agents). So why the inordinate amount of LE and political handwringing over a handful of chicks just trying to make an honest living? They do it all for the nookie, the nookie, the nookie. I'm sure the survivability of AMPs relies on a couple things, some mentioned above: discreet store fronts; a more acceptable "cover" story for the legitimacy of the business; the consistency of the network that allows girls to shuffle around like a shell game, yet always know the lingo and routine no matter where they go; and (at least as far as I can tell, but I ain't no expert) they seem much less involved in drugs. The girls don't seem to make as much as their american counterparts, and live more economically, which allows more funds to be available for whoever else feels they need a slice of the pie; etc.
But I also believe that they have a vulnerability when they advertise that they provide massage: licensing/certification. That's what shut down the AMPs in Milwaukee. At least that was the excuse/justification. Can we expect that whoever's pushing the new anti-LS efforts to now start trying to enforce the existing massage certification requirements? No new ordinance needed for that.
In Madison, the Rising Sun is considered a "bath house," and the workers are "attendants," whose job it is to escort the customer around the place and hand him a towel, maybe chat and keep him company while he uses the "facilities," i.e., hot tub, sauna, shower. After the Milwaukee AMPs shutdown I asked some of the old ladies that worked in Janesville's now defunct Salon Spa why they just didn't get the girls licensed. Answer: it takes about a year, too much time and money, so they just took their chances. Then I told them about the lingerie shops and RS and the Geisha House and asked why AMPs couldn't adopt a similar advertising tactic, and I never really got a straight answer. Maybe it was to keep them out of the hot water that Rfd's LS's now find themselves in.
Incidentally, it was community crusading (including videotaping customers going in/out of the spa) that got Salon Spa shut down. It was Wisconsin's last AMP.
So I guess I'm coming up with more questions than I have answers. IMHO, I have little problem with anyone who wants to clean up the community and improve the appearance and safety. But you gotta do things that make sense. Making the girls stay out of the windows makes sense; pushing them out into the streets doesn't. Zoning it and regulating it makes sense; fooling yourself and your constituency that you will eradicate the activity doesn't.
I have kids and I come from a fairly conservative (religous) background. I have no problem with decency laws that make porn and sex work and strip clubs virtually invisible to the general public. I think its a small price to pay that us pervs can't buy Hustler in just any grocery store, but instead have to drive to some out of the way non-descript building. And the same for hobbying. I don't mind going a little out of my way to hunt around for action if it provides better appearances for families.
But attempts to completely shut down adults taking care of their own business in total privacy are unethical, unamerican, antifreedom, and doomed to fail. Its like a toothpaste tube with a couple holes in it: sqeeze on one end and it will just ooze out the other.
I'll get off my soapbox now. I'm getting carried away so someone check me and tell me if I'm crazy or wrong somewhere. Seriously, I'm open-minded and can take it. In the meantime, we gotta figure out if there's anything that can be done to stem the tide of shit that seems to be building momentum. This is our freedoms they're starting to screw with and we shouldn't take it lying down.
Made a run to Rockford this weekend. Made a call to Paradise to find if any of the reccomended ladies were working. Complete strike-out. Had a little free time in Rockford this weekend - very little time and too much to try.
Started at Paradise bar - I enjoy tipping the dancers while they are dancing - most let you put the dollar way down the bra or panties - as is also the case with the waitress bringing you the beer. I was in town on Saturday, and had a great time. I tried the Panorama Spa for the first time. I saw Jenny, and I have no complaints. $180 total for FS. Laugh in her face and threaten to walk. Demand the house fee back. Go to one of the other 4 AMPs.
After getting the shower they will give you a pretty good argument about refunding the house fee, and you may not get it. Then you make a decision: accept whatever price they are now offering (which will be somewhat lower than $100) or cut your losses with the house fee and start over somewhere else.

I did a little backtracking on this board and found the following post contributed by bigguyray. It sheds a little light on the way LE and Rockford's red light district are connected.
I cruised Rockford from around 91 to 97 and became very familiar with the sex worker scene. Probably shouldn't get into this but the amp's and lingerie shops will never get busted in Rockford unless they stop delivering their monthly briefcases to a certain Rockford attorney. Their connections run deep within Rockford city government AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Brandy's and the place down the street were, and may still be for all I know, owned by the same two black guys. After I was busted in a street sting, I knew I needed a savvy lawyer to get me off and I figured who would know better than these guys. I waltzed in and after laughing their asses off at me, they gave me the name of a junior associate at a prominent local law firm. I called him up and the guy was like, who sent you?... oh, no problem. Just fork over 1500 bucks and it's taken care of. I did and man he wasn't kidding it was taken care of. I pleaded not guilty and at the subsequent court date, NO ONE from the Rockford PD showed up. Case dismissed. The whole thing was gone, even the arrest record. Out of shear gratitude I brought some party materials to Brandy's and partied with the owners and a couple of the girls. After a couple of months, they told me how the whole thing is set up. The amount of cash that is passing hands is un-f***ing-believable. And what makes it precious is that it's not the cops who are on the take, it's the city goverment. The SW stings are, as in most places, strictly for show during elections and when public pressure is on. I think the cops might have a bad attitude because they know what's going on as well.
I remember that post, Ynot. It confirmed suspicions I had about Rockford. I'm sure there's similar activity in just about any town that has hobby-related establishments. I'm sure no one here is really surprised.
So why don't people get smart about it? I wonder if there's something to CaptAm22's theory that all the LS's are being punished for Kelly's window show. Maybe if some of the blatant in-your-face shit is scaled back a little there won't be such a community outcry. Anyways, there's no need to give the crusaders more fuel for their fire.

I called Panorama and they confirmed that there's new management, but she had no idea about the name "Sakura," she said its still called Panorama. I cant vouch for his experiences in this post, or dismiss them. I know some city people, yet probably wouldnt get this story from them unfortunately. I'd love to go into more detail why, but that's all I can say. I've also met, or friends have met both owners of Brandy's and Chantilly. There are no black guys. There is a girl named Brandy (who is white) and from what I know, that place is, or has been connected in ownership with Chantilly, who is owned by a middle aged guy who is also white. They've also been on TV complaining against the city ordinance, and usually are the only one's showing up in defense of the shops at council meetings. They're the one's i've said that are saying that the law is punishing all the shops for the acts of the one shop (Kelly's). Now, like I said I cant confirm or deny the money-changing-hands story one way or another, but I can say as a fact he's got it completely wrong about the ownership.
I visited Exclusive a couple of weeks ago. It was about 9:30 pm and I saw Aimee. Payed for 1/2 hour house rate, and spent my time DATY, CBJTC. Great GFE large on top and very easy to talk to. Would definately recommend her.

Since i'm not finding it, I'll say that the alderman we've been talking about, is the son of Ron Smith's girlfriend, who manages Chantilly. The alderman claims there was no vendetta, and that constituents do complain. Brandy is also Smith's ex wife, and turns out that Alderman Holt moved up from h.s. out of Arkansas, lived in an apt. there and worked for his mom at the desk there, quitting allegedly after a short time when things tipped him off as to what was going on there. I dont know how this alderman got into city workings, but I also know (perhaps at least once he became alderman) he's taken adequate advantage of his position, in that his wife has worked for the police crimestoppers program as secretary, and her sister has taken over once she left. The things you can find if you keep digging deep enough.
Turns out there's more to the lingerie shop moral crusade than how it was portrayed. This is from the world's worst newspaper, the Rockford Register Star.
Behind the recent lingerie controversy lurks a peculiar backstory involving Ald. Jeff Holt, his mother and her boyfriend.
Last week, Holt led the charge on the Rockford City Council to clamp down on shops where customers pay to see women model skimpy undergarments. Aldermen reduced operating hours, imposed licensing fees and forbade scantily clad girls from parading in the street or posing in shop windows.
Holt argued passionately that modeling isn't all that takes place in private rooms at four lingerie parlors on Broadway and Seventh Street and the presumed extracurriculars lend to the neighborhood's seedy reputation.
But the 11th Ward Democrat wasn't so outspoken about his personal link to the lingerie trade.
It turns out that Holt's mother, Peggy Trousdale, manages one of the shops in question, Chantilly Lace.
And Holt once operated the front desk there and lived in an upstairs apartment.
"I can't tell my mother where to work or how to live," Holt told me this week. "I can't take away or change what happened when I was 17 years old. I'm sure a lot of people have issues in their family that they're not proud of."
Holt, 25, accepted the job and the apartment when he returned to Rockford after leaving high school in Arkansas.
"I had no idea what the business was. I knew nothing."
Holt said he never witnessed what went on in the private rooms, but the volume of towels and sheets that required laundering made him suspicious. After three months, he left.
Trousdale and her live-in boyfriend, Rob Smith, who owns Chantilly Lace, spoke against the tighter restrictions at a public hearing July 1. Smith told officials they were "singling out our business" and the new measures would put them out of business.
Holt said he announced his relationship with Trousdale and Smith during the July 1 meeting, but Ald. John Beck, R-12, remembers the disclosure as a private acknowledgment afterward.
"Between the boyfriend and Jeff, there was an exchange. Her comments were less emotional," Beck said of Holt's mother. "Jeff did a good job trying to keep it civil. It never came out that, 'You're so-and-so's son?' They didn't come across as anything more than two disgruntled business owners."
Brandy Dunaway, who owns another of the parlors, Brandy's, said she feels like an innocent victim of Holt's need to express hostility toward his mother. Dunaway, who is Smith's ex-wife, said Holt and Trousdale haven't talked in years.
"I believe it's a personal vendetta," she said. "He thinks he's better than us now."
Holt said he didn't want to shirk his responsibility to address concerns of many grumbling constituents who dislike the lingerie parlors.
"This has nothing to do with my mother. But I do feel her business contributes negatively to the ward. I called her and told her: 'This is nothing personal or an attack against you,' and I'm sorry she felt that it was."
Winnebago County State's Attorney Paul Logli said Holt's crusade doesn't rise to the level of official misconduct.
"There may be some type of personal agenda at work here -- who knows? But he would have to have direct ownership or direct economic interest ... to run afoul of state law."
I called Osaka (World) again on Thursday and the answering message had changed, but still no answer. So on Friday I just went by there (without calling first) and it seemed no one was answering the door. I didn't wait very long, I didn't expect them to be open yet. Wouldn't you know it that after I paid a visit to Panorama I did get through to Osaka on the phone and found out that Friday was their "grand opening." They weren't sure why no one got to the door for me. Maybe I didn't press the doorbell hard enough or maybe I left too quick. Whatever.
At Panorama (I'm still seeing it advertised as Sakura, but they insist the name is Panorama) I had my choice of two girls. One didn't look Korean, she almost looked similar to Puerto Rican. Its fun to try a totally new place, so I'm sure I'll be going to Osaka next.

I was the one who reposted bigguyray's post from January. If you reread his post, he said that he used to visit the LS's from '91-'97. That was six years ago, so things may have changed since then. Bigguyray's posts always seemed accurate, so I don't think that he "got it completely wrong." I tend to think that things have just changed in that time.

Following my lengthy paraphrasing of the article was Sonically posting the article word for word. If you read that you notice that Holt, 25, left h.s. (doesnt say finish or left midway or what) to move in with his mother the manager. That would be at least 7 years ago (possibly more if they means he left school early) and that those owners. That's about 1996. Also, I know from living here (If you live here too, I apologize, this is from my experience) that Brandy's (and Chantilly Lace) have been under that name at least back to then, if not the late 80's. That would make sense with the owner's name being Brandy. I'm not slamming the guy or anything, but from the stories and what I know of these people, the ownership issue as far as two black guys, was completely wrong. Yes, things could have changed, but also memories from 6+ years ago could have been incorrect, or he could have guessed wrong as to who the owners were based on someone he may have seen in there (boyfriends, customers?).
Real, what source or ad are you getting the name Sakura. I'm trying to think, but the last I remember at least locally, they still advertised as Panorama here anyway. I think this last week or two, though, they may not be in there. Only Paradise seems to be in there all the time (We advertise them in the sports section, of course). Just curious.

Capt - I'm seeing an ad for "Sakura Spa" with the address and phone number for Panorama in the Wisconsin State Journal, a Madison, WI paper. Its in the sports section, along with an ad for Paradise. But when I call they insist that its still called Panorama. My guess is that they considered a name-change, but then decided to keep it the same.
Panorama hasn't been around very long (I think since around Mar 03?) and this is the fourth owner, at least that I know of. I wonder what's the deal with that?
About bigguyray's saying that two black guys owned at least one of the LS's, my gut tells me to trust the basic ideas that b.g.r. reports. His posts and p.o.v. seem pretty reliable. Maybe these two guys Ray talks about as being owners were actually just very instrumental in managing some of the stores. Maybe they co-owned for a spell, or bailed some of them out out of a rough spot (slow quarter? illicit debts?) and made claims on profits for a while, which would give them unofficial and defacto ownership which would never show up at city hall.
This is all just conjecture. The main point of bigguyray's post was that when he found himself in trouble he (allegedly) had the balls to be so bold as to walk into an LS, ask for the guy in charge, and the guys that CLAIMED to be the owners referred him to a mouthpiece that got the job done.
Maybe those guys were pulling Ray's leg, or maybe they fancied themselves to really be the owners in some respect.

Made the run to Rockford last night, and went to Tokyo. I have been going back and forth between Tokyo and Rainbow, but got a little upset with Yulmi (the manager/mamasan) at Rainbow, so have opted for Tokyo. I've seen Sarah (enthusiastic and fun!), Suzy (smooth operator) and Yumi (a sweetheart but not as inspired as the first two.)

Thanks for a great and full report about Tokyo, Elricardo. Let me now try to fill in some of the blanks about some other AMPs.
On my second visit with Naomi at Paradise, she got even more aggressive. After a decent massage and some dfk, she seems to like to jump into the 69. Osaka (formerly World; they still have the World Spa signs up) was worth a couple visits, but nothing special. Same two girls I saw there last time. First I went for the super-skinny one, named Young. The one that was slouchy last time knew enough to perk up a bit, her name is Cici.
Young looks as good with her clothes off as with them on, considering her near-anorexic build. Her skin is tan and real nice. Her shape is about as good as it gets for a super-boney girl. I know that money kept doors open in Cicero for many years. I don't know why anyone would believe that it's any different in Rockford.

Thanks for your kind words and support guys, I sure miss my nightly tours of Rockford. After I wrote that post, I went back and searched the Rockford Star for relevant articles. Man, I hate to say this but this might be the beginning of the end of things. I sure hope not. Residents are even getting ruffled about a new strip club, that never used to happen.
Someone mentioned that they thought the reason the AMPs stayed under the radar was that they were low key and weren't associated with drugs/sw activity. Well, that hasn't stopped almost every city and county around Chicago from targeting them and putting them out of business via ordinance or arrest. My gut feeling is that if they go after one business, they'll go after them all. Here's hoping that someone slips that alderman some cash and the whole thing is forgotten.

I made the mistake of stopping in exclusive lingerie sunday. The girls left a bit (ok a lot) to be desired. Golden Touch has a bunch of middle aged white women working there, or at least they did when I walked in there once. I couldn't turn around fast enough. I think there were some posts a while back about them, but none were exactly glowing.

About Royal, I've commented on Hannah and I know she's still there. She's built very much like Pepi: slender yet shapely and flat chested. Pepi is cuter and wilder but Hannah is fun and REAL in her own way. A solid recommendation.
Panorama apparently has three girls: Naomi, Genie and Julie. I've only been with Naomi and she is highly recommended, search back about two weeks to see what myself and others have said about her.

I've been forgetting to mention ages of these girls. All appear to be 26 and younger. Cici at Osaka seems the youngest (22-23?) and Ruby seems the oldest (27-28?). Research back about a month before you spend your money.

At Rainbow is Pepi (Popi), Lily, and a new unknown girl.. I'm curious who the unknown girl is - she looks pretty hot. I won't try to describe her because I only got a glimps. I will say that she is at least as good looking as Pepi. Tall, thin and sexy.
I've seen Lily and can't complain. I remember seeing a negative post about her, but I've had no problems. A lot of play and attention to detail. Nice body and cute enough face. She doesn't have the looks of Pepi or the other girl, but IMO her extras are better than average. I worked her hard and she was more than willing. Her down side is the helium voice and she tends to over act.
I did a search on posts about Lily and Lilly and found two reliable posters reporting Lily doing hardcore upsell. One guy got mad and left and complained to mamasan. Good move. Hopefully she learned her lesson.

IMHO, the only one in Rockford that is consistently up to par with Tokyo is Rainbow. Rainbow probably has consistently the hottest girls, but for service, Tokyo is right up there. I don't know what it is about this place - the girls aren't always a 9 or 10 in looks, but they always seem to have great muscle control which makes them great for CG/RCG. Personally, I'd rather get great service with a 6 or 7 than get mediocre service from a 9 or 10. RealFun - I know you're out there - what do you think?
Ynot, I agree. All the AMPs have their good and bad points and there are so many factors that go into good service that you really gotta shop around and research the boards.
Everyone here agrees that Rainbow consistently has the best looking girls. And most of the time the service is at least just as good as Tokyo. But you can be just slightly more confident in Tokyo's consistency for great service.
In the past I've said that an often overlooked factor in determining the overall consistent quality of a place is the mamasans, and my favorite mamasan(s) have always been at Tokyo. Mamasans set the standards for the girls and drive the politics and policies. Tokyo's girls are always so well taken care of that they are usually very upbeat and worry-free and therefor focused on service.
My least favorite mamasan is Coco at Paradise. She's so fake and over-the-top super nice but its all talk and no show. And that attitude is all too often reflected in the service the girls provide. Cici is a prime example. If a mediocre girl with a weak personality starts working at Paradise, she will soon become a Coco Jr: overacting fake niceness, hardcore upsells, and cold-technician style service that is just barely good enough that you don't quite feel justified in complaining.
But despite all this, Barbarossa, my reviews of the last few months show that I've been to Paradise (and Panorama back when Coco owned it) far more than I've been to Tokyo lately. I was really liking Julie, she worked at Paradise for quite a while. But DESPITE Coco, Julie continued to provide some of the best, sincere, REAL, down-to-earth, gfe service you can ever expect at an AMP.
So if you really want to know the answer to your question, "is anyplace better than Tokyo," I'd say the answer is pretty subjective and depends on many factors. Go back a month or two and research. There's no shortage of info about AMPs in the Rockford section. Read, read, read. Then if you have any specific questions that haven't been addressed as of yet feel free to ask.
But the best thing you can do is continue to provide more great posts like your reviews of Sarah and Mia. Sharing is the name of the game here.
IMHO, here's my rating of a few of the AMPs. I won't rate the ones that just got new management.
1. The first number is the average age of the girls there.
2. The second number is the average rating of looks, on a ten point scale. After seeing hundreds of girls, I've never seen a ten at an AMP, and only a few solid 9s.
3. Third number is percentage of times you'll leave pissed off, service is beyond unacceptable.
4. Fourth number is the percentage of times you can expect to get an experience that is barely unacceptable; close, but no cigar.
5. Fifth number, percentage of times you'll be leaving with a smile on your face; maybe one or two petty complaints but on the balance a pleasant experience that you wouldn't mind repeating.
6. Sixth number percentage of times the session is very good.
7. Seventh number percentage of times the session kicks ass.
(I don't care if these figures don't add up to exactly 100%, you'll get the idea).
Rainbow
1. Avg age: 24-25 (occasionally 21-22; rarely older than 26)
2. Looks: 7.5
3. Service sucks: 1%
4. Service not good: 3%
5. Service good enough: 35%
6. Service very good: 50%
7. Service rocks: 10%
Even with the "fifth visit free" deal Rainbow is about $30 more expensive. You have a 95% chance of getting service that's at least good enough. But if service is subpar, be prepared to suck it up, mgt will do little to nothing to "make up" for it later. Having the hottest chicks comes with the liability of the "stuck-up-hot-chick-attitude," which is a girl that thinks she'll get enough return business based on her looks alone and therefor gives slack service. But if looks are important, this is your best bet for getting great service from the best looking AMP girls in Rockford.
Tokyo
1. Avg age: 30-35 (occasionally 24-26, occasionally 40-45)
1. Looks: 6
2. Service sucks: 0.01%
3. Service not good: 1%
4. Service good enough: 24%
5. Service very good: 50%
6. Service rocks: 25%
Definitely the most down-to-earth relaxed professionalism is at Tokyo. Here mgt and workers take a sincere interest in customer satisfaction. The girls are a little older but with age comes experience and self-assurance. If a session goes sour no one gets uptight or defensive. In the case of a not-so-good session, mamasan will make sure that your next session more than makes up for the bad one. On a day that you're not feeling too picky on looks and you don't want to "play the game" and you just want to be guaranteed a homey relaxing environment then go to Tokyo. 99% chance that the visit will be at least "good enough" and if its not, then your next visit will definitely rock. Great place for hobbyists of all experience levels, but absolutely the best place for newbies to go to.
Royal
1. Avg age: 24-26 (Rarely very young, like 19-20; usually 24-26; occasionally 30-35)
2. Looks: 6.5
3. Service sucks: 0.1%
4. Service not good: 5%
5. Service good enough: 25%
6. Service very good: 55%
7. Service rocks: 15%
I love the looseness and unpredictability of Royal. You see more different mamasans there than anywhere else. The average score on looks doesn't tell the story. Some of the least attractive AMP girls I've seen have been here, but often the girls are at or near Rainbow quality. Very hit or miss. Consistency in any aspect (girls, service, price, routine, whatever) is almost nonexistent. A great place for experienced AMP vets since there's no stability in the management and the girls are really on their own with little guidance, its a good place to push boundries and try wierd shit. Definitely a place for extremes. Sometimes its like a Keystone Kops routine in there. One of my best ever AMP experiences was at Royal (story below), and its the kind of thing that never could have happened anywhere else.
Paradise
1. Avg age: 24 (occasionally 22-23, rarely older than 27)
2. Looks: 7
3. Service sucks: 5%
4. Service not good: 10%
5. Service good enough: 40%
6. Service very good: 30%
7. Service rocks: 10%
(About 5% of the time you're not really sure if the session falls into category 4., 5., or 6.).
Even when service is "good enough" you don't really get that warm, fuzzy, sincere, gfe feeling. Most times you walk out feeling like you've been played, even when you weren't. Creepy. Coco is a master technician and a master game player. But most of her girls are very near Rainbow quality, and some of them don't let Coco's schtick rub off on them at all. There are definitely some diamonds in the rough there, but you really have to start out with your guard up (unlike Tokyo). One of Paradise's strongest points is its location: its the first AMP you pass when you get off the freeway, so its tempting to just pop in to check it out. And then once you're in there...

A peak experience at Royal. I got to be the very first ever customer of a 19 y.o. who had just arrived from Korea. Mamasan had to take the house fee and tip and explained to me that the girl knew no english whatsoever (she knew like 4 words: yes, no, massagey and shower). Mamasan also apologized ahead of time that the girl was completely untrained in spa routines and procedures. Apparently all she had was some minimal legit massage training. Mamasan told me that at any point in the session I had the option to end things and start over entirely with another girl, at no additional cost to me. As it turned out, that wouldn't be necessary.

After mamasan left, me and the girl just looked at eachother for a minute. She seemed unsure of what to do. Finally she gestured for me to lay down and gestured that she would start the massage. I shook my head no, and she looked a little confused. I was sitting on the edge of the table with a towel around my waist. I motioned her over to me for a hug. We hugged for about two min. She was a little stiff at first, but eventually, she started to relax.
I could feel her heart beating like a rabbit, but it began to slow down. The hug turned into cuddling. Our cuddling/stroking movements began to sync. Decided to make the Rockford run last night, and wound up at Tokyo (as usual for me) Since I've made no requests or reservations for anyone specific, I wound up with Mia again. From my previous post, she's not really my type physically (a little on the chunky side.) However, what she lacks physically, she makes up for in attitude and service. The reason I've posted this again, is that I think she's willing to go two rounds. We finished early (FS) and she spent a good 15 minutes trying to get me "revived". For me, it wasn't happening, but some of you out there might have a little more stamina, and enjoy this as an option!
