Any tips so that I don't look like a total rookie would be appreciated.You might want to try Lee's first, maybe Rongs, I think less chance of being grossly overcharged. But still read up on some of the reviews here to get an idea on what's normally paid at the door, and what is normally tipped, based on what service is received. Hopefully you can locate some of the gems that don't upsell and give an honest MS and good service at a fair price. If you go back far enough, there were some excellent comments, some quite extensive, on this very subject.
If it's your first time, you'll be greeted at the front desk, and usually asked if you want a half or full hour MS. Unless you're a regular, you're usually asked to pay the door fee right away (usually $40 half, $60 hour), then led to a room and asked to get comfortable, which means to strip down and lay down (usually face down) on the table. There's usually a folded towel at the table, to put over your butt if you're shy; but I'm pretty sure not too many of us cover up. A little bit later the provider will join you in the room. Occasionally they will ask what you're looking for right off the bat, but often later into the MS; It can get a little tricky here sometimes; right out asking about a sexual favor for money by either party might legally get either one in trouble, but usually she will convey what's on the menu in a safe manner. If you're just getting into this (fun) hobby, a pretty safe reply is that you're just looking for a good MS and want to leave happy. There's a good chance you'll get at least a passable or better MS, that likely will end with a HJ. She may still try and nail you down on what she charges for the HJ, so having an idea what the going rate is, is helpful. If its reasonable, go for it. If its overpriced, don't be afraid to say no, and be prepared to leave without one. But chances are, if its high, the price is negotiable, and she'll negotiate. I can think of only one time I left at this point where I felt the price for just a HJ was too high. But there have been numerous times I wished I had said no, too much, and walked, instead of agreeing to her price and afterwards feeling I was taken advantage of. Another good tip is don't bring with you more money than what you feel is what the service is worth. I try and also carry some tens in case I want to tip a little more, but maybe not $20 more. Be relaxed, be confident, and you'll enjoy the heck out of this hobby.

Was wondering what to expect from lees and what the girls are like and if any are better than others also how do you go about finding out the extras when there is no menu.I haven't been there, but here is my basic approach to a Chinese AMP.
1. Most importantly, be comfortable paying the entry price for a competent massage, and be happy to leave a modest tip if there are no extras (e. G. If 1 hr is 60, and the massage is decent, leave 10-15, if the massage is excellent, leave 15 to 20).
2. Most places, the technician wants to be comfortable with you. Be pleasant, chat a bit, explain when the massage feels good, or is too hard or too soft. (yes, I realize sometimes the language skills aren't great).
3. If the technician is careful about making sure you are always covered, and rarely gets anywhere close to the fun zone, when you're on your stomach, then there is a higher chance no extras will be available. Remember item 1 on the list. Skip to item 5.
4. If the technician is obviously being sensual, touching places, and not worried about the towel placement, the odds are high that at a minimum a good HE is on the menu.
5. let the technician finish and have you turn over. If its fully legit and no extras are available, she'll either start with the feet or head and massage the face, head, neck, shoulders. However, there is still a chance. If there is a bit of time left, and it seems like nothing much is going to happen, you can simply point and say "can you massage there?" most AMP techs, even at legit places, will either politely say "sorry, don't do that", and if so remember item 1, or will say "will you take care of me" or at annoying places "how much will you give me". If she asks if you'll take care of her, simply say yes, and go with the flow and tip 40 at the end (if it's a routine HE with nothing else). Recall item 1 - if the massage is good, you're basically paying 20 ish for the HE. If she asks how much, say 40. If she asks for more, stand firm and say never mind.
6. if you already think based on item 4 that extras are available, then you can see if there is topless, roaming, or anything beyond HE by asking or motioning.
7. Tip appropriately, be kind, and plan to return to have a more relaxed environment where she knows you, knows you tip OK, and knows you are friendly and knows you are not LE .

If I remember it right, Rong's doesn't offer extra service but I could be wrong so don't take my word for it.

There are mixed reviews on this site, but I always got what I went in for. They had 1 middle aged Asian that looked decent (7/10) but only did massage, and another older gal that came in to do HE. I would pay double to get the knock out Asian manager, but she doesn't see clients.

I trust ads by and about AMPs about as much as I trust anything to do with the current state of US politics. Other than the fact that there's an actual AMP where they say it is and it's open for business, not much else can be trusted in AMP ads in my experience. When I was fairly new at this, I went to a couple of places that listed pretty much everything in their ads--BBBBJ, Greek, etc. And it was just the typical AMP massage with HE. So, take the ad with a grain of salt. They may offer more and who knows what they're up for if the money is right. But in my experience there, the most I've gotten is a semi-decent massage by a reasonably attractive, younger (as far as AMPs in this area go) provider with roaming allowed and CBJ finish.
