This is the same as if you're on trial for soliciting a prostitute and at trial the the DA pulls a kilo of heroin from his briefcase and tells the judge that the police found this heroin in your car at time of arrest and you need to be charged for it and judge agrees to count it against you. Those 355,918 ballots just showed up during the count. Just like the video showing hidden ballots being pulled out from beneath draped tables at 1 am after poll watchers had been sent home and told no more counting would be done that night.
