My comment wasn't to knock anyone, but just to give you a heads up on what I hear often. Now this was a nice hotel of which I'm a frequent guest for business travel so I calmly explained to the manager that they had tried to blackmail me at the bar and asked that they be ejected from the hotel. Problem solved. Now, nice hotel, and I'm a good customer, but if it had been a less reputable place, they claimed rape, or the front desk was less professional and gave my info I would have been in a very vulnerable position.
