I thought I would add my two cents worth,
I have for the past two years regularly used Viagra, Kamagra pills and gels. They all work with varing degrees of success. I started on 50mg doses but now almost always use 100mg doses. The Tablets take about 40-60 minutes to kick in and usually lasts all night also works the next morning. I do get flushing of the face headaches but no blue line or blured vision (except when I cum ha ha) The gel works alot faster maybe 15-20mins to work but it does not last as lon as the tablets.
I have a regular supplier here in Ireland and I currently pay €3 per dose of 100mg of Kamagra Tablet or Gel. I also get Viagra on prescription from my doctor €48 for 4x50mg doses alot more expensive. I notice no difference between K or V . Is it just me, or does anyone here find it hard to believe a guy of age 50 can bang out 4 pops a day, day after day? I'm 38 and I find two per day a bit of a challenge. And I'm healthy, in shape and excersise daily.

My personal experience on how many times a day.
I find as I get older I can get erections as often as I did when I was younger, but the difference is that I only can cum about twice a day. Yea, if I really work at it, it I could probably pop out another, but it isn't worth the work.

I've never used Viagra or Cialis and only use Levitra occasionally. I have no trouble with erections or other sexual performance issues, but I decided to try Levitra to try to extend my sexual performance. It did but in a different way then expected.
Unlike those male porn stars you see in videos if I'm with a hot girl (especially a new girlfriend), I'll cum within minutes (can be embarrassing), rest for 15-30 minutes, and then pleasure her the second go around when control is less of an issue. I thought Levitra might be a good way to shorten the recovery period.
Levitra for the first time, ~7mg, 60min to take effect, nasal congestion (bad), feel flushed and hot, veins in affected area enlarged (kinda scary), no erection without stimulation so don't worry about that, erection is not harder or bigger (i.e. same as before). Here's the good part. Although sensitivity didn't seem reduced, I had much improved control! I'm thinking I might try Cialis to see if some of the side effects are reduced (nasal congestion and flushed feel) but I don't want to give up the improved control with Levitra.

I did have the veins in the area enlarged! It's recent but I thought it comes with older age. I can see some veins in other parts of body, say hands, since I was young. And I have high cholesterol. So I never really related the recent vein enlargement to the drugs. I used to use V a lot and recently L. I'm not alarmed but if someone touch you in the dark, wondering what it is, that can be embarrassing.
Biting off a 20 mg L pill into ~3mg ~7mg is totally unreliable. Some woman can cook decently but never good because they don't use measuring equipments and they don't follow recipe down to mg. Practically it the remaining pill get wet, anything can happen. In the earlier days V pills always come with a pill cutter, I can tackle a V pill during driving, and I never thought of cutting pills using anything else.
I have to add that the average men think of sex every x seconds. Cialis is bound to give you trouble if you are not in a honeymoon type of setup.
Just wanted to share some info with fellow members regarding my experience ordering C:
Ordered a 4 pack of generic C (generic name is Regalis) from RX-MEX.com and kept track daily of order. 8 days after I ordered my order still had not been processed, let alone shipped! Called a few times each day for 3 days and always got busy signal. Finally talked to a Cust Serv rep real time via their web site. Claimed they could "request" a rush on my order but could not guarantee anything (what's up with that!!!), so instead I cancelled order. That was 9 days ago and I still do not have refund on my credit card. My advice would be to steer clear of RX-MEX.com. Maybe I was the exception, but not worth it to me to try and order from them again. BTW, it was $30 plus $8.50 S&H for a 4 pack of Regalis. Only reason I ordered was because of price compared to non-generic C.
Ended up ordering a 5 pack of C (non-generic, the real thing) from keywestprescriptions.com on advice of satisfied member post. $75 plus $18 S&H. Very happy with service. Arrived the next day FedEx as promised. Would definitely order from again.
Lesson learned, IMHO, may cost more but I feel your taking a big risk ordering from these overseas pharmacies (RX-MEX is based in Mexico). If I don't get my refund, I'll definitely be posting about it!

Would love to hear that I'm not the only one who got bad service!

Frustrating the feeling of being ripped off. If you read previous posts, you will discover the pharmacy in India seems to be reputable. Members from various countries have purchased generic V, including myself without problems except delivery takes 2-3 weeks. It’s reasonably priced. 16 x 100 mg. including priority, REGISTERED letter shipping for EUR 43.90 – about USD 55. That’s less than $3.50 a piece. From order date to delivery date took 17 days. I placed my second order yesterday.
I have also ordered generic C from another Indian website today. They claim air mail shipping in 2 business days. They took USD 10 for s&h. See my post dated Feb. 17th.

I posted this in another section, but I am reposting it here in the hope that my information will help members in finding inexpensive, generic Viagra. Over the past year, it has worked for me well, and I've had no untoward effects from using them:
Regular Viagra can cost you about $15 per pill, excluding free samples. Some insurance companies can give you 6 for $30 per 3-6 months, and then $15/each pill more the 6 per a certain period of time. Real Viagra is the safe way to go.
However, if you wish to safe a little money (as do I), you can get a generic form of Viagra. I have only done this once, with good results. I DO NOT mean this as an advertisement. But, I received good advice from others, and it helped me out.

About half a year ago, I got 16 Sildenafil Citrate tablets known as "Silagra" (100mg each) for about $40 US. Does anybody suffer memory deterioration? Or is it a know side effect? My memory is not as good as it is. I thought it comes with older age, and wear and tear - as I use my brains intensively. I never rely on my memory that much. I never try to remember things since I was at school. I tend to depend on my brains analytical power. So worse memory isn't that bad. But you don't know what's the status of the other brain functions.

Thought I would try my doctor for viagra, I am 41 and out of shape. I asked that if someone is at my age and physical condition is it common to have problems maintaining an erection.

I’d bet a months income that if you got back into shape your erections would not only be harder, but also occur more easily.

Firstly excellent choice of destination! I am there again in April (see Havana board).
Go for Cialis (Tadalafil). You might like to try out the 10mg (lowest dose in Europe, not sure of USA) before you go, just be certain its right for you. Actually if you can break the tablet, go for it. I have used a cigar cutter which works fine, and there is little or no crumbling.
C stays in your body between 24-36 hours (due to half-life and clearance): it will not bother you if you're not sexually aroused, so Mr Happy will not be rampantly erect for this length of time. For me, this means that I can take 1 tablet for the whole weekend.

That's what my doctor said too, I need to loose 20 - 30 pounds. But it sure is hard getting into the habit of exersizing.
I had major surgery a couple of years ago and just haven't done much of anything to get back into shape.

You are right, exercising is hard. Not only in terms of the act of exercising itself, but also getting your kit ready, going to the gym etc. A lot of time. So I don’t do that. I now walk as much as possible. Also, silly thing really, but I now also take all phone calls standing up. This forces me out of the chair at home and at work. Again, just a tiny little bit more activity for my day.
When I park the car somewhere, I now don’t look to be as close as possible to where I need to be; just where I can park. Again this means some extra walking. Little things like that make a real difference when coupled with eating less. Psychologically, I don’t diet. Just eat a little less. Works for me. Once again, the sex is better, the stamina greater, repeats are back to 3 a session. I intend to get totally back to health, few more months and its a total life style thing: at the moment its just a start.
Good luck with it. If the improvement in sex doesn’t inspire you, just think you will probably live longer (...hmmm... to enjoy a more active sex!!).

BASIC RULES for COMMAS & PERIODS
1. There is ALWAYS a single period at the end of a sentence.

Pharmacokinetics of C made easy ( Sorry gentlemen, but it is important)
Unlike “regular” medication you don’t need to take Cialis until it reaches what is called a steady-state (which is in the 4 – 6 day range). The C effects are quite rapid, and maximum blood concentrations are seen between 30 mins and 2 hours. Keeping this in mind, along with it's in vivo half-life (time for your body to eliminate half the amount) which is about 17 hours, you see that it will work for quite a long time. When I want it, I take it about an hour before I need it, but recommendations go anywhere from 15 mins to 2 hours.
Friend, you need to know the following very important issue: If too much C is taken (i.e. over more than 5 days: thus building a steady state) then subsequent dose effects are greatly enhanced. The consequences of this are still unknown. This fact coupled with the route of metabolism (liver) is important to know if you are taking any other medication. Do not take C if you take any medication which is metabolised in the liver, as they will both compete for liver resources and either one of the combination will increase in concentration as a result
I have not been to Costa Rica, so I can not help you with that question. I would not risk it. Did you try your local doctor?

I wasn't sucessful getting V the real thing in CR, I tried without a perscription.
If you check the CR board some have had luck getting it over the counter without a perscription.
I believe some have said that you can pick V up at the Blue Marlin Bar, I didn't try that.

Gentlemen,
On October 17 I ordered V from 'genericviagrapills.com' and my credit card was billed on 10/18. I still haven't received the stuff and its been 19 days already. I called their toll free number and the Indian-sounding girl that answered at first said that they hadn't charged my card, then admitted that they had, then said that it was coming soon, then said it was coming 'tomorrow.' She sounded confused.
As this is my first time ordering V, does anyone know anything about this site. Is a wait of ninteen days and counting, normal?
Any suggestions appreciated.

This is a follow up on my report from 2-23. Finally received my refund from RX-MEX.com. Took a while but they refunded my credit card. Great thing is I still got the generic C pills shipped to me even though I canceled and got refund! Saved $38.50! Someone screwed up over their in Mexico. See, it is the little things in life that give us pleasure, now I'll have to see if these generic C pills actually work!

I'm not sure why you would want to take more than one C in one day. It lasts two-three days with just one tablet. My opinion is taking a booster about two days later doesn't even add that much more. With V, I could see wanting to take it more than once. Use it in the morning and the effects are gone if you have an opportunity come up that night, etc.

Regarding taking 2 C: “Dangerous” is a dangerous word. What is safe for you may not be for me. Hence it is always better to stay within the manufacturers guidelines as they will have performed dose-range studies. In fact the best way to answer this is just to say I agree with PussyLuvr: “it lasts for 2 – 3 days…”. Also the affect of increasing the dose may put unnecessary strain on your CV-system. Stick to the recommended doses friend.
About V: I once again agree with PussyLuvr, but I must add that do not like V (personal preference). You could take ‘top-up’ doses of V once the effects are weakening.

I recently ordered generic Cialis from www.rx-mex.com. This was my first order with them. It took about twelve days to get it, which is reasonable enough. With Rx-Mex being a Mexican outfit, it did seem a little strange when the charge to my credit card was posted through an outfit in Canada. Then the pills themselves appear to have been sent from either Canada or the UK, judging from the stamps and the Royal Mail airsure tag. It’s hard to tell for sure because there is no return address and I can't make out the postmark.
The pills themselves were laid out side-by-side and vacuum sealed together in plastic. This makes for a nice flat, compact package - ideal for mailing discreetly in a small bubble-pack envelope. Unlike the more bulky blister packs however, once opened, all of the pills will be exposed and thus must be stored in another container. The pills themselves have no markings but are the same size, shape and color of Cialis. Sealed within the pack was a label that identified them as Tadalafil Tablets, 20mg. That is the generic name for Cialis. I have tried one and it had the desired effect over the past weekend.
In the past, I have also used Apcalis, the generic brand Cialis made in India. The outfit that I was getting that from is no longer in business. My experience with either one is that the effects last about three days but at least for me, I’ve found that it takes a bit longer to take effect than others have described.
Now if I only produced a little more "juice." I’m not looking for porn star gushers. I would just like something more than a few drops that weakly dribble out, followed by a slow recharge period. I am taking some extra vitamins and zinc but I can’t say that it has helped much, so far.

I have used Viagra before after quite a few drinks. I can't speak to medical issues, but things still worked fine. Maybe a bit longer to get hard and a whole lot longer to cum. Not really a bad thing.

I paid a total of $150 for (30) of the 20mg strength. This includes shipping charges of about $15. There was no prescription required, just a couple of general questions on your health. There was no prescription charge. As far as discretion, it is supposedly registered so you may have to sign for it. It was on the table with the other mail when I got home one day. I just picked it up and didn't ask questions. I buy and sell various things on ebay, so a foreign package doesn't draw much attention. But if it even remotely looks like a check, the wife will open it.

Not in my experience. I use viagra when I go to TJ and end up walking around with a big hardon. It does help me screw multiple times with no recovery needed. But I haven't noticed any increase in my shot. Maybe others have, though.

Yours sound different than mine. Mine are tablets, not capsules and are a uniform yellow color. The tablets have the same "tear drop" shape and color as the real Cialis. Mine say Mfd: 11/2003, Exp: 10/2005. I believe on the rx-mex website they claim they are made in South America someplace.
The earlier ones that I had purchased were the same size and shape as I described above but had "A 20" on the tablet. They were in blister packs of two tablets each and were labeled as "Apcalis." It said on the package that they were manufactured by Ajanta Pharma Limited which is supposedly in India. They also make a Viagra generic.

I had the same problem while back and C sorted out my hardness, but as with old-V did not affect the shot. I read about this as well as talked to a friend of mine involved in the “adult business” he said he had conquered multi-shots by drinking massive amounts of water and natural fruit juice as well as taking multivitamins.

Had the opportunity to try one 10 mg. generic C I received last week from India.
I noticed erection was a little slow getting started but when stimulated by my lady, things got quite hard. I also tried generic V from India on many occasions. I can honestly say, it seems to be more effective (for me) for the purpose it was designed for. I should though try 20 mg. when I meet her again on Friday.

Just wanted to mention the ejacuation issue. Be careful not to overdose on Zinc. Too much is bad for you!
After reading all of these posts and checking out some additional information I placed some orders.
First I went to direct-pharmacy.net where I placed an order for C. After placing the order I learned that they are outside the US and do not ship FedEx. It was $135 (inlcluding shipping) for 8 of 20mg. The bad news is that they estimate shipping time of 4-5 days, which is cutting it close to the date I leave for the DR. So, I might not get them in time.
Unsure of the delivery of the C, I decided to try another site recommeded here one WSG, e-rx.net. I tried to place my order but their system didn't work and I didn't want to call.
My third try was with UltimateRX. They offered FedEx 1-2 delivery, so I jumped at this one. The price of 100mg V was $153 for 10 pills, which I will split in half or maybe even fourths after some experimenting. By the way, there was an additional cost of $18 for shipping overnight via FedEx.
After hearing everyone talk, I understand that C acts faster and stays in your system longer, but I still don't know if this means you're good for multiple shots during those 2 days. Are you able to recover faster? I'm looking for 2 to 4 shots per day for 6 days straight. I'm normally able to do one shot in the morning or afternoon and one in the evening. Also, I got the impression that you could take it once a day, but if it stays in you sytem 2-3 days, is there any benefit of taking it everyday? Is there any harm? I'm still not clear on this even after reading many posts here.
Is there any problem with taking V one night and taking C the very next day? How about taking C one day and V the next? I am more concerned with the latter since C is supposed to stay in you 2 - 3 days.
Can someone who has recently taken both C and V post and compare and contrast their results? I'd especially be interested in knowing about multiple shots in a short period. Thanks!

Has anyone else (besides me) heard of a new pill called Libex (manufactured by CarePharma)? According to newspaper reports here in Norway its made up of combination of Chinese herbs and is all natural. According to the same newspaper article of last week, clinical results have been very promising with over 90% of patients reporting a substantial increase in erectile function. The product is not on the market in Norway yet because of extremely strict regulations: apparently two of the herbal ingredients are not on the list of approved herbs for human consumption.
I've tried googling for Libex with poor results. So I'm wondering if any of you have heard of this new pill.
The said article didn't mention any side-effects, but I'd be very surprised if there aren't any. I for one would like to try something else than Viagra and its copies. The headaches I get from V can be attrocious.

OK. I did another google search for CarePharma and Libex and I found out that they're based in the UK and its possible to order and pay for the product on the net.
HOWEVER, compared to V, not to mention its Indian copies, Libex is f***ing expensive. They're quoting NOK 199 for 2 tablets including shipping. Thats equivalent to €23,5 or $29!!! And the recomended dosage for people over 80Kg (175lb.) is, you guessed it, 2 tablets!
In comparison, I purchased 16 100mg Viagra copies from India on the net and that came to around €45. Split them in half and you've got 32 50mg doses (which do the trick for me).
So, Libex is €23,5 a pop.
Indian V copy is €1,4 a pop (for me).
With that big a price difference I think I can live with an occasional headache...
In conclusion, I for one, won't be trying Libex anytime soon. And now I even regret having posted about it in the first place.

Have used V only once, not necessary, then-girlfriend brought it to me, Wow! I came, never 'went down', kept pounding. I must've stayed 'up' for 8 hours, which was about 5 hours more than my ex-girl stayed. (She never came back to the house since).
I have noticed a recent rather sharp decline in my libido. I use Viagra and Cialis for performance so there is no problem there, but my level of horniness is just way down. I'm 47, no diseases, not depressed and with normal testosterone levels. Any ideas, and more importantly, is there anything I can take for it, herbal or otherwise? Update to my previous post on my experience positive experience with Levitra. I've now taken Levitra several times (edrugstore.md) before doing the deed with my gf. I've settled upon a 10mg dose. The side effects (nasal congestion) and the flushed feel is less. The amount of blood flow to my vein is slightly less too, which is probably better since before it gave me a very detached feeling. Levitra seems to work well in reducing premature ejaculation, which is my main problem. I can now go for hours, like some porn star.
Here are some details which you may not find from the advertisements and reviews on the web concerning Levitra. Of course I am a sample size of 1 person, so take all this with a grain of salt.
a) Levitra helps with premature ejaculation.
b) Levitra seems to work in about 30-45 minutes, not 1 hr
c) Levitra lasts longer than 3-4 hrs. It's probably closer to 12-18hrs, especially if you sleep and wake up in the morning. Effect is diminished over time but definitely it's still working.
d) Residual effects seem to last days where in the flaccid state, there is noticeable increased blood flow.
e) Veins on the penis are increased in size, but not as bad as first time.
f) For a short time, I get a flushed feeling. My head (the one atop my neck) kind of feels like it might explode.
g) This is kind of strange but I swear that even though I've stopped taking L for over a week, my penis and testicles even in the flaccid state are enlarged. It's almost like L unblocked something that's gotten blocked over the years. L now simply enhances the experience.
I've also tried Cialis once. I took the whole 20mg tablet. Since I only tried it once, this may be wrong but Cialis didn't seem to do anything for 1 day. I did have neck cramps immediately, though, which went away fairly quickly. It almost seemed as if C reduced my ability to get an erection during that first day. After 1 day, it did seem to kick in, but the effect wasn't nearly as good as L. I was surprised how ineffective C was as compared to L. I've read that if L works for you, that C should too. I'll try it again since I have 9 tablets left and report.

I ordered C from keywestprescriptions.com yesterday, Wednesday and it arrived today, Thursday---less than 24 hours later! 5 x 20mg of C cost $75 plus $18 for nextday Fedex for a total of $93.
I'm still waiting for my mid-February order from genericviagrapills.com, even though they told me it was finally shipped last week.
I'm sure that there are significant savings to be had from these overseas drug outfits, but with the uncertainty, delays etc. I'm not sure its worth it.

Four days ago, I placed two orders online from different companies. The first was from direct-pharmacy.net (but the inner package holding the pills says "MD-Online"). I orderd #8 of 20mg of C. It arrived today (4 days later). It came from Tel Aviv, Isreal. It was marked "document" with no idication of what was really inside. The envelope is bubble wrapped and the pills are loose in a little plastic baggy. Due to the bubble wrap, I could not feel the pills from the outside. The only bad thing is that there is no prescription label, so taking it on a flight to DR would not (IMHO) be wise. So, I guess I might take one before I leave and let it start working on the plane. I hope to not sit by a hottie or I might sport a woody all the way to the DR!
The second I ordered, but 1st to arrive (2 days later) was from UltimateRX, but the prescription came from "Low Cost Pharmacy Inc." in Arizona. I ordered #10 of 100mg of V. You can pop one pill out at a time as needed. The best thing about this company is that there is a real prescription label just like at a regular pharmacy. I will feel comfortable taking this on the plane to DR.
I have not yet taken either one, but right now I am more confident of the V simply because of packaging and the authentic prescription. I will report on the effectiveness of each when I return from Sosua next week.

I finally received my order from allpills. It came as generics, loose packed in foil packages. Tried one of the 'Vega' . It seemed very weak compared to the real Pfizer product. Took 1/4 as usual and minimal effect. Took the whole tab and it had basically the effect of a 1/4 V by Pfizer.
Overall - don't bother with this company. The shipping time is extraordinary, product is marginal to fake and there is no customer response.

guys - I travel with V routinely. There is NO problem with small quantities of ANY drug which is NOT narcotic or psychotropic. in my case I have a small plastic container compartmented for various med's mostly high powered antacids and antihistamines as well as back-up prescription meds. The issue would be "why are they looking at you so extensively?" and you would do better to address THAT than to worry about toting a few performance enhancers. Depending (most of mine is Indian/SE Asian) they AREN'T blue, aren't capsules and wouldn'd raise interest by any drug sniffing bowser.
You MIGHT be concerned if you tote 100 or so - then they might have a case about importation with intent to distribute - otherwise, it isn't worth their time (west coast port of entry experiences)
You must think I'm a hardened criminal. ;-)

I was going through the ‘detector’ unit at Havana arrivals once and my mobile phone started ringing. The alarms started screaming and within a few seconds I’m looking at a couple of armed guards.
They searched my hand baggage and off course found my stash of C, as well as some general medications. Everything was still in its original blister-packs and so identifiable. They still asked me about the tabs. In my bad Spanish I talked about the C openly to the guards, and in front of a couple of female workers. Got the desired reaction, some laughs and was ushered on my way with their blessings.
The point is just take what you need. If you get stopped tell the truth, explain what you have. Even security officers like to fuck so the conversation is definitely going to be in your favour if you have a reasonable own-use quantity of legal stuff.

Ermano69 is correct. I had a dry run last night with my just received 20 mg Tadalafil from India. The efficacy just isn't there. The package I received was exactly what had been described in PussyLuvr posts on 3/11 & 3/14. From now on, I'll stick with the brand name. It'll cost more but at least the quality and shipment are assured.

My first post here. I learned about Silagra from the Indian manufacturer Cipla in this forum. I checked out their website and they seemed to be a decent company so I went ahead and ordered 16 Silagra 50 tablets. I received them within 3 weeks of ordering. So I am happy so far.
I am 29 y.o. and intend to use these for "recreational" purposes. While I saw this pill mentioned in the forum, I couldn't find any reviews about it from people who have actually used them.

I just returned from Sosua, DR and tried V and C while I was there. First, I took C before I left. I did not take the C with me because I didn't have a prescription label for it. I do not think it would have been a problem, but I wanted to be safe since I was not experienced with traveling with medication.
I took the C very early the morning of my trip and by the time I had arrived in Minneapolis for my connecting flight to the Dominican Republic, I was getting erections for no reason. I know everyone says that these drugs can't give you erections for no reason, but I had several before I even touched my first chica! Now, maybe I was just thinking about sex and that caused them. At any rate I noticed lots of good erections the next 2 days with no bad side effects with C. The bad news is that before I could get to a chica about 30 hours had passed from the time I took the C and I was sure it was wearing off as I was no longer getting the spontaneous erections.
So, I took 1/2 of a 100mg V about 1 hour before meeting up with my first chica. The V did give me stronger (almost painfully strong) erections and I lasted much longer. In fact, I didn't like it because it seemed to take forever to ejaculate and sensitivity was reduced. Also, I was using a condom while having sex so that delayed my ejaculations too. Here are a couple late observations on my first use (actually now uses) of Viagra, which was reported previously.
Effectiveness vs. Time. My second use involved an extended overnight. The third pop was over 14 hours after taking V. It was a HJ as my provider was a bit sore from the first two episodes. It's interesting how Viagra works. Your body releases nitric oxide "down there" when sexually stimulated. This results in an enzyme activation and eventually increased levels of something called cGMP. This cGMP is what actually relaxes the muscles to allow inflow of blood and hence an erection.
What Viagra does is it inhibits phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDES). This PDES is responsible for natural degradation of cGMP. So by inhibiting this degradation we last longer.
The insert is very interesting. I commend it to your reading. Oh, and bring your magnifying glass!

I recall reading about V and tachyphylaxis a couple of years ago. I’m in the library tomorrow so I will hunt the article for you.

I found the article. It is: El-Galley, R. et al. Long-term efficacy of sildenafil and tachyphylaxis effect. Journal of Urology, Sept. 2001; 166:927-981.
As the title says, it looked at tachyphylaxis directly. You can read the article from any medical library, I’m not sure if J.O.U is available online as it is not my preferred reading. However the article states that about 17% of V users had indications of tachy’ after a couple of years. They needed a stronger dose and the dose response curve was positive.

Just wanted to share my experiences with one source of Cialis.

I have a prescription for Cialis and have gotten the free samples from my doctor. The cost from the pharmacy though is about $12 per 10MG tablet.

I order from edrugstore.md. It's 3 times the cost but you get it quick and it's authentic. I looked at shoprxonline.com and I don't like how they don't mention that it's a copy of V or C, which is made in India, unless you dig into the FAQ. In my opinion calling it a generic is generous since you have no idea of the quality. Also I thought I read somewhere that India will no longer be able to make copies of drugs in 2005. India now makes their own unique drugs and I'm sure they want patent protection for themselves so that gotta start playing by the rules.
I must also mention that just because someone says that a generic C/L/V doesn't work, it may be just that person. I've found myself that C doesn't work well at all for me, but L works great. If you buy the copies from India, you won't know for sure why it isn't working possibly.

B69 is 100% right. It’s the Yohimbe bark extracts, without doubt.
The Yohimbe tree grows in parts of Africa and the bark contains Yohimbine. This is an alkaloid which is claimed to be both an aphrodisiac and an enlarger (I don't think it works for permanent growth...). It would appear that Yohimbine achieves this by dilating the blood vessels and increasing the blood flow to the penis ~ hence the ‘natural Viagra’ advertising. Yohimbine may also act as a nervous system stimulant, hence the claim of increasing the sex drive. Interestingly, it is claimed that Yohimbine will have the same aphrodisiac effect on women as it does on men. Again this is used in the ‘natural Viagra’ advertising.

Ordered L on late Friday or Saturday. Normally took one day to check the prescription. Should ship on Tuesday. Got the invoice but didn't get further email. Last week I tried a new cocktail of Viagra 50mg, Paxcil Cr 30mg, and a few beers. Paxcil is used mainly for depression, compulsive-obs., anxiety, and a few doctors even prescribe it for premature ejaculation. I wanted to see if the Paxcil would make me last longer.
I missed up my experiment because my usual test subjects always have me use a condom, or I insist on a condom, but this girl allowed me to have sex with her without a condom.

Don't mess around with Paxcil! My brother took just 20mg and his heart rate was sent out of control and had to be rushed to the hospital. I was prescribed it, and couldn't sleep normally, had hallucinations, and crashed my car on the interstate after blacking out. It does prolong sex, but the effects go away after prolonged use. Eventually I couldn't get an erection, and I was about 30 years old at the time. I saved the remaining 3 20mg pill blister packs (7 pills in each) to remind myself.
The normal dosing of Paxcil is 10mg for 1 week, then 20 mg thereafter. 30mg is a little on the high side, I wouldn't take that much.

I've tried both real V through Key West Prescriptions and also went the generic route as you have. Perhaps it is a placebo effect from the Indian V--or possibly it is legitimate sildenafil citrate. In any case, I have the desired effects taking 1/2 or a full pill on an empty gut. Watch out for over-imbibing or after dinner administration. Otherwise it dampens the effects. Hope it treats you well. There have been mixed reviews by other forum members.

Research has focused on the combination of neurotransmitters that function to relax erectile tissue (Acetylcholine (Ach), vasocactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP), and nitric oxide (NO)), which in turn, allow engorgement of the genital areas (Bear et al., 2001). The question addressed in this paper is whether the female sexual response can be ameliorated by sildenafil citrate in a similarly successful fashion to that demonstrated in males suffering erectile dysfunction (ED).
Three recent studies (Basson, McInnes, Smith, Hodgson, & Koppiker, 2002; Caruso, Intelisano, Farina, Di Mari, & Agnello, 2003; Laan, Van Lunsen, Everaerd, Riley, Scott, & Boolell, 2002) were carried out under the assumption of the hypothesized analogous relationship between penis and clitoris. This selected group of studies as a whole will allow researchers to evaluate the efficacy of sildenafil citrate in a variety of participants. Basson et al. (2002) sought to improve arousal in patients diagnosed with female sexual disorder (FSD), while Laan et al. (2002) and Caruso et al. (2003) both utilized samples without a previous or current history of sexual dysfunction.
The studies discussed herein are all conducted with the following understanding of human sexual arousal. It is believed the neural basis of arousal in males and females are similar (Bear et al., 2001). Thus, in the arousal phase, parasympathetic nerve endings are stimulated. These nerve endings then release neurotransmitters (ACh, VIP, and NO) (Bear et al., 2001). For this discussion, nitric oxide (NO) is important to note as it is believed to mediate penile erection (Laan et al., 2002). Nitric oxide (NO) is seen as a vasodilator (Basson et al., 2002). In other words, (NO) is able to begin cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) formation. The (cGMP) pathway then releases neurotransmitters that allow the dilation of arteries in erectile tissue (Caruso et al., 2002). These arteries then engorge with blood, hence completing the male arousal phase.
An enzyme is often accountable for erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. The phosphodiesterase-type 5 (PDE5) enzyme is responsible for the catabolism, or breaking down of cGMP (Laan et al., 2002). By inhibition of the cGMP pathway, there is no release of neurotransmitters to the smooth muscle cells of the erectile tissue arteries, no increase in blood flow, and consequently, no subsequent engorgement.
An administration of sildenafil citrate is becoming increasingly common due to its classification as an effective and well-tolerated PDE5 inhibitor (Laan et al., 2002). Inhibiting the effects of PDE5 allows enhancement of the effects of NO, making higher concentrations in the cGMP pathway (Laan et al., 2002). This has been shown to be effective for completion of the arousal phase in males (Laan et al., 2002).
Much research then operates under the belief that the spongy tissue of the clitoris is analogous to that of the penis. Basson et al. (2002) hypothesized that nitric oxide (NO) plays a role in the vasocongestion of vulval and clitoral erectile tissue. Basson and colleagues cite previous research that has found the incidence of (NO) in human clitoral tissue as the rationale for applying the male:female analogue (2002).
Still, the other alternative that is believed to increase female sexual arousal is through the VIP-cAMP pathway to vaginal tissue (Basson et al., 2002). However, the VIP-cAMP pathway is much less understood than the NO-cGMP pathway, and accordingly much of the focus tends to be on the clitoral region in female arousal research (Basson et al., 2002).
Basson et al. (2002) studied estrogenized and estrogen deficient participants, along with a control group, for a 12 week period. All participants of the experimental groups exhibited female sexual disorder (FSD) symptomology for at least 6 months prior to study. Each participant was chosen on the basis of (FSD) which is broadly characterized by one or more of the following dysfunctions (hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), female orgasmic disorder (FOD), dyspareunia, and female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD)). Participants were also chosen for study on the basis if they maintained a stable relationship with a male partner. Participants were excluded from study if the sexual dysfunctions were only situational, and/or they were determined to possess a satisfactory sex life by a recognized checklist (i.e. the Life Satisfaction Checklist).
After exclusions, the Basson et al. (2002) study included 577 estrogenized and 204 estrogen-deficient women. After a 4-week run-in period, the participants were randomly assigned to treatment groups in parallel-group, double blind study with a duration of 12 weeks. Estrogenized patients were randomized to receive either 10, 50, or 100 mg. of sildenafil citrate. 50 mg. doses were given to estrogen-deficient women. These dosages were to be taken approximately an hour before sexual activity. Over the course of the study, participants came in for a total of five visits: the preliminary screening, baseline measures, and visits at 4, 8, and 12 weeks.
The subjective efficacy of sildenafil citrate was determined by self-report data. Study participants completed questionnaires at screening, baseline, and the end of treatment. Of note are the two global efficacy questions (GEQ) that asked participants whether the treatment “improved physical response” or the “ability to participate in sexual activity”(Basson et al., 2002, p.370).
Critical findings of the study were not promising. Sildenafil citrate was not perceived to improve sexual response in both estrogenized and estrogen-deficient participants (Basson et al., 2002). The researchers however offered explanations for the lack of efficacy. First, the 12-week period was considered too short for treatment (Basson et al., 2002). Second, the participants were chosen on the basis of being diagnosed with (FSD). This may have been too broad of a spectrum of dysfunctions that masked any benefits of sildenafil citrate therapy(Basson et al., 2002).
However, perhaps the most interesting interpretation of these non-confirmatory results lies in the seeming duality of the female sexual response. There may be a separation between what is perceived to be happening, and what actually is occurring during women’s sexual activity. The researchers note that many women diagnosed with sexual dysfunctions of a lack of subjective arousal, when in fact they exhibit arousal physiologically equivalent to those women without desire disorders (Basson et al., 2002). Basson and colleagues respond to this scenario: “The phenomenon of women not attending to their genital response, which is nevertheless occurring, or of finding it present but not pleasurable is likely to be complex and is currently not understood” (2002, p. 374). To ascertain any benefit of sildenafil citrate, future research should include participants that maintain subjective arousal, but have lost physiological response (Basson et al., 2002).
Laan et al. (2002) also proceeded to study the effects of sildenafil citrate, although in premenopausal women without sexual dysfunction. Instead of attempting to lend support for past research that suggests the presence of PDE5 in clitoral tissue, Laan et al. (2002) hypothesized that PDE5 is present in the vagina. This view has yet to be substantiated by research.
The study of Laan et al. (2002) was designed to test this belief in the manner of a crucial experiment. One of two perspectives would be given more confidence by the results. With PDE5 present in the vagina, the increase in (NO) effected by sildenafil citrate is then believed to result in engorgement and lubrication. Other researchers believe the neurotransmitter (NO) is not present in the vagina, and thus a PDE5 inhibitor would not influence vasocongestion (Laan et al., 2002).
Participants were selected on the basis of strict criteria. Besides having no history of sexual dysfunction or psychiatric illness, participants had to have “responded with sexual arousal to visual erotic stimuli” (Laan et al., 2002, p. 358). Potential participants were also excluded on the basis of alcohol or experimental drug usage (Laan et al., 2002).
The experiment was considered a double-blind, placebo-controlled, crossover design (Laan et al., 2002). Twelve premenopausal women were randomly assigned to a two session experiment. Participants either received a 50 mg. dose of sildenafil citrate the first (or second) session, depending on random order. Experimental sessions were scheduled one week apart.
In both sessions, the following procedure was followed. After the administration of sildenafil citrate or placebo, a vaginal photoplethysmography (VPA) recording began to determine baseline measurements. A neutral video (i.e. National Geographic) was shown for 60 minutes, erotic video (i.e. female-produced erotica) for 30 minutes, and the neutral video again for 15 minutes. At the conclusion of the session, a subjective sexual arousal questionnaire was completed and exit interview conducted (Laan et al., 2002).
An important aspect of this study is the physiological measurements of arousal by VPA. The inclusion of this data may shed some light on the disconnect between the physiological and subjective sexual experience of women (a la Basson et al., 2002). As seen in other research in this area, the subjective appraisal of arousal was assessed by questionnaire. In this case, intensity of sexual arousal and vaginal wetness were indicated by participants on a 0 to 4 scale (absence of feeling to intense, extreme)(Laan et al., 2002).
The findings of the study were convoluted. First, a small increase in vasocongestion during presentation of the erotic stimulus was recorded by (VPA) (Laan et al., 2002). Second, sildenafil citrate had no effect on subjective arousal. There was not a significant difference between judgments of arousal and vaginal wetness during administrations of placebo and sildenafil citrate (Laan et al., 2002).
An observed increase in vasocongestion lends support to the perspective that (NO) does mediate the female sexual response (Laan et al., 2002). However, the subjective feeling of no sexual arousal perceived by the healthy, premenopausal participants was addressed by the researchers. “It has been shown in a number of studies that women, in contrast to men, do not seem to attend to genital sexual responses when assessing their subjective feeling state…” (Laan et al., 2002, p. 363). These findings are not unusual. As in the aforementioned study (Basson et al., 2002), women’s subjective experience has yet to be improved by sildenafil citrate alone.
Although the sample does not include women with sexual dysfunctions, the researchers are optimistic to generalize their results to other populations: “these findings may leave open the possibility that sildenafil may improve the experience of arousal in women with sexual arousal dysfunction” (Laan et al., 2002, p. 363). The aforementioned study (Basson et al., 2002) was acknowledged by Laan et al. (2002) as in opposition to their results. Laan and colleagues contend that future research should include both varieties of participants- those with healthy sexual functioning, in addition to those diagnosed with sexual disorders (2002). Then again, concerns arise over the broad classification of (FSD) and wide symptomology these people exhibit. This may have affected the results of previous studies (e.g. Basson et al., 2002).
A recent study by Caruso et al. (2003) follows the line of research examining the effects of sildenafil citrate on the sexual functioning of healthy premenopausal women. This research is also assumed under the NO-cGMP pathway theory for female sexual arousal seen in the aforementioned research (Caruso et al., 2003). Rather than analyzing strictly subjective accounts of sexual response, the approach becomes quantitative. It was hypothesized by Caruso and colleagues that sildenafil citrate can also affect qualitative aspects of sexual functioning (2003). Specifically, this is operationally defined by the frequency of sexual fantasies and the frequency of intercourse (Caruso et al., 2003). The qualitative dimension of sexual functioning was also analyzed as in previous research.
Previous studies by this laboratory studied women with sexual dysfunction, so this research included participants with a healthy sexual response (Caruso et al., 2003). Participants were selected on the basis of maintaining a heterosexual relationship with intercourse at least twice a week. Some characteristics used to exclude potential participants were general health problems, lack of a sexual partner, or incidence of situational sexual dysfunction.
The 68 participants were randomly assigned into groups. One group received 50 mg. of sildenafil citrate first and then the placebo; the other group received the placebo first and then the sildenafil citrate. Participants took the dosage an hour prior to intercourse. Each phase of the study lasted for 4-weeks, then a 2-week washout, followed by another 4-week period (Caruso et al., 2003).
To assess the effectiveness of treatment, participants completed the Personal Experiences Questionnaire (PEQ). Both qualitative (e.g. arousal, enjoyment) and quantitative (e.g. frequency of intercourse, orgasm) items were answered on a 5-point scale.
Critical findings of Caruso et al. (2003) were first in the dimensions of arousal, orgasm, and enjoyment. Sildenafil citrate improved these dimensions of sexual experience with respect to placebo, and also when compared to baseline (Caruso et al., 2003). Secondly, 16 participants exhibited multiple orgasms with sildenafil citrate, while only 8 with placebo (Caruso et al., 2003).
Caruso et al. (2003) interpret the results confidently: “The benefits that the volunteer group felt are above all on the physiological peripheral dimensions of sexuality…This study shows that the qualitative aspects of sexuality and quantitative aspects…are significantly improved…” (p.205).

I'm a regular no-need user of Big Blue when I monger in Mexico. One time I tried the C. It was OK for a few nuts but where I found the biggest difference was the next 2 or 3 days when I was soft. V, L, & C will all help you. You just need to try them and see which is best for you. However, before even trying any of these I would consider addressing your techniques… If you are finishing too quickly after a long foreplay, then you just need to pinch (nip) the end of your penis with your fingers until you feel less sensitive, then stick it in. Also, learning to do PC exercises will help you keep your hard-on for longer, and infact greatly reduce the time you take to get hard for the second time and indeed third time.

I read about the so called “ropes” theory a short while ago. I can see how it might appear to be sound, but as with many such fads it is not real. The contraction issue is dependent on muscle tone and strength. This you can exercise yourself. All contractile muscles, when stimulated will contract to exhaustion. All you need to do is increase muscle tone and you will achieve this. The volume of shot can also be increased using a good diet, lots of fluids and appropriate supplements (see my earlier post).
In conclusion I would not spend my money with these people: every 2 bottles you buy will get you a chica for free!

I find the same thing to be true for me. It works as well for GF as it does for Pay As You Go. When I am with a hooker, the first thing I tell them is that I am not interested in fake orgasms. One thing you'll find is that prescription drugs could be had almost anywhere in Mexico. Be aware though that a few pharmacies do require a prescription. I think the word is "recita" and it's posted on the windows. The only thing you have to worry about is how much your willing to pay, if the pill is generic or old. However, I've never had any problems. I've paid $10 for a 100mg pill. Some have wanted as much as $20, just keep walking. The smaller pharmacies closer to the strip clubs and stuff may charge more, but find a good deal, and not just the first place you stumble upon.

Just an impartial point of view from a monger with friends who are physicians and pharmacists! I decided to quiz my boys about the truth regarding the three pills, and this is what they told me.
Viagra is still the king of the instant erection, and its side effects are pretty well known - the flushed face and ears, etc. It works best if you don't eat two hours before taking it. (I didn't know that!) The big V is the devil you know. Now for the other little devils...
Levitra is proving to be the best of the bunch, but due to bad marketing, it is still number three on the list. It works exactly like Viagra, but there are no food restrictions for best results. The side effects are not quite as pronounced with Levitra as they are for Viagra. Levitra has had terrible marketing, so they are in third place and playing catch-up.
Cialis works differently from Viagra and Levitra, and has the most side effects. Cialis is said to last 36 hours, but it loses potency over that time, and by the 36th hour it's less than 20% effective. Intense back pain is a problem for over 10% of the men who use it. (The big joke about Cialis comes from their commercial with the couple soaking in the tubs - The couple isn't there because they're getting romantic, they're in the tubs because the man needs to soak his aching back!) Nonetheless, Cialis has had a great advertising push and is hot right now.
The bottom line was that if you have an option, go with Levitra first, then Viagra - especially if you can take the pills as you need them. Go with Cialis if you honestly don't know if you'll get lucky tonight or tomorrow morning. And definitely only go with Cialis AFTER you've experimented with it first and know that you're not affected by the side effects. (Finding out on the first night of a three day weekend in Tijuana is not the way to go!)

Cialis is really the bomb. I guess to each his own, but pop one 20mg on Friday 3pm and you are good through the weekend. Face it, sometimes we don't know if we are getting some, and sometimes we do. I have had nothing but success with Cialis and only the crushing headache side effect so far. Rock hard though - only when I need it.
Cutting a 100mg Viagra into 4 pieces for a 25mg dose is adequate for some folks. It also reduces the side effects.

L should sell itself if you haven't take anything else before or taken something else already.
Let me repeat what I said before.
If you take V, you know it takes an hour or less to take effect - your face starts warm. And if you try a greasy burger or a meal an hour or two before, it doesn't work. If your experience is not so, that means the effect of V on you is mental rather than physical. You don't need anything.
I couldn't wait for anything to replace V to arrive. Tried compound V to dissolve in mouth. A little better but the time takes to dissolve as advised is up to half hour. From completely dissolved to take full effect needs say another half hour. Not a lot better. But with the inconvenience of can't use your mouth for a long time.
L is faster and doesn't affect by meals. So what else do you want? Less side effect is also true. Don't need to believe me, but why don't try it for what it claims? V really screw up my schedules. Not eating for a few hours before sex? Only possible at night.
C last too long. No precision at all. Indeed the residue effect of L has already cause me to do someone that I rather not. Once I see someone and use L, I kept on thinking about sex afterward. Then see another one the next day or two with the use of L, then ending up full of sex in a week until physically tired of sex. Then no interest in sex for a week or two. Then repeat the cycle with another week full of sex.

I don't know that I would consider a "crushing headache" as "nothing but success!" But as you said, to each his own. As I mentioned, the intense back pain or other side effects of Cialis only pop up in a certain percentage of men - not all of them. As far as the "all-weekend effect" of Cialis goes, as I said, it's only 20% effective by the 36-hour mark. So the chances are great that by the end of the weekend, any arousal you get is all in your head! (No pun intended!) Considering that people often mention heightened arousal throughout a weekend after taking a Viagra or Levitra on Friday, the best part of these pills may be what it does to your mental state!

The long lasting effect of L (and may be others) is not only mental but also physical.
For example, see my report in San Francisco, when I forget to bring my pills. As the L ad says, it's the quality [of the erection]. Without help, I went to Golden Flower with plenty of Korean eye candies on the lineup. I picked up a 20 year old girl that is every bit my type (impression attached). But my erection wasn't as hard as the other occasions when I have L remaining in my system for some 24 hours.
In these 'residue' occasions, usually half a day, the next morning or the next day. I got simulated physically even though I didn't want it. But after resisting for a few seconds, I got a hard on, as hard as I took L within an hour. So I did the woman even though I really didn't want to.

I've also experienced that residual effect from V. I have some need for it and I swear it's almost like it's 'curing me.' I use 20 mg L pills and either take 5 mg or 10 mg. 5 mg if I have to pay $100 to $200 US, and 10 mg for $300 and up, or free. Really, 5mg, that's a tiny and difficult cut. But did it for me. Sometimes I don't bother to save a few dollars and save myself some troubles for cutting the pills into quarters, and took half instead. But nowadays I always take the trouble of cutting quarters, because I don't want the residue effect to last long. You never know where you will be and who will you meet in the next 24 hours.

Here is my views on Cialis. I am a 28 year old white male. I am in good health but sometimes I just cant keep an erection to save my life. I went to my MD and he did some lab tests before he gave me my sample of of 10mg Cialis. Boy does it work and work. Good for at least 2 full days and has even helped on the 3rd day. I get a strong erection and even after I get off I can co again if I wanted too. The stuff is just great.
Now for the bad part. Always after the initial night I take the medicine, when I wake up I have a terrible headach. Like i am hung over. I have not had a drop of to drink in 15 months so to wake up with a hangover was very unwelocmed. I try to drink plenty of water and it seems to help.

Apparently a long established prescription drug for Parkinson's disease sufferers but is now undergoing trials for use as a libido enhancer.
Does not work in the same fashion as V, C or L., directly on the equipment but more on that part of the brain that enables males (and supposedly females for that matter) to enjoy more frequent and powerful orgasms.
Listed as one of the side effects of the drug is "increased libido".

Just my experience using, original, Viagra and Cialis.
I start using V 3 years ago mainly to make sure that the “escapes” from home will be as fruitful as possible. The 25mg blue pill was my “secret weapon” prior a visit to FKK club. But the headache was awful and was becoming more intense with the 50mg.
Having a lot of experience from drugs, I do work for the health care industry the last 20 years; I realized that the side effects are dose related. An other good trick that I used in order to avoid mainly headache was to take simultaneously a pain killer like paracetamol. The erections I was getting especially with the 50 mg were really strong, almost painful. Also after few hours of “action” my penis skin looked “dehydrated”.
In any case few months ago I decided to try Cialis following the advise of a colleague, working for the manufacturing company.
The results were really impressive. First of all, the duration, using a single 20mg pill, is practically 2 days. In terms of side effects a minor headache.
A trick I am using in order to get the maximum and avoid side effects is the following. I am taking 3/5 of a 20 mg pill during or shortly after dinner. During dinner I avoid to consume alcohol. The reason is that alcohol engages the same proteins with the drastic components of cialis or Viagra. Few hours later I can always enjoy few drinks.
Taking the pill with the food gives a rather slower release of the drastic components. Which means that there will be no “flushing” nor stomachache, and much lower possibilities for headache.
So assuming that the action will start in 3 hours the medication is at a stage of 70% release level. Consequently there will enough “power” for the rest of the night (if you are the all nighter type like me) Second day and after 24 hours I am using the rest of the pill, to go on for the rest of the “adventure”. On top of the above using this small trick, when back home, I have enough stamina to “meet marital obligations”.
IMHO I believe that Cialis is by far the best product.
Also an other word of advice, if I am allowed, do not trust unreliable sources, like generic products made in India. Their factories are stables not pharmaceutical industries. I have to admit that I am talking from the safe side as in my home country, Greece, I can purchase as many as I want by just asking the product to any pharmacy for 50Euros.

In any event, I sometimes take Dostinex and it works great. Once you get into it, you feel your sex drive increase. And your orgasms are so much more powerful and pleasurable.
And I have never noted any side effects. I usually take 0.5mg about 2 hours before sex and on an empty stomach. Once I took 1mg and I was euphoric for a while.
Great stuff.
Here's one more guy's experience with Viagra:
I began using it mostly as insurance to avoid "letdowns" during my AMP visits. I don't consider myself impotent but I noticed that I would occasionally have a problem in an AMP, possibly attributable to the different environment, anxiety, a girl not doing things exactly right or being too mechanical, or maybe because I'm just getting older.
My first order of Viagra was from pills2000.com after an "online consultation," which was little more than answering a few questions. I got five 50 mg pills for $100 with shipping. If you're curious about this stuff, order a small batch of it and try it out. I'm glad I did. (Now, I know how Bob Dole and Mike Ditka feel!)

The back of my Viagra pills (real) are printed with the letters "VGR 100". The "100" likely refers to the dosage, in this case 100 mg.
I have found a page advertising MAGIX. Any experience, they promote this stuff as a lot better then V but no side effects.

I can report that the generic Viagra has worked for me exactly like the Pfizer original and at a fraction of the cost.
I noticed something yesterday by accident that I thought I would pass along. I've been splitting these 100's in half and when I split one yesterday, half of it was in tact but the other half crumbled a little. I took the crumbled half with some water, then used my finger to get the smaller pieces and residue. I suppose because the stuff went onto my tongue and not into my stomach, the effect was much quicker than normal. I noticed the usual side effects starting to take effect in about 10 minutes.
So, if you're in a pinch and you want a quick reaction, try crushing one of these and putting it on your tongue. The taste is bitter but you'll be in the game rather quickly.
If you are looking for a way to make Viagra - or any pill - work faster, you need to understand that what limits the time to maximum effect is the method of delivery. In order to work, a pill needs to dissolve in your stomach and the active chemical absorbed through the intestine. You can only make a pill dissolve so fast. The most effective way to speed up this process is to use a more potent drug so that less medication needs to be absorbed for maximum efficacy.
But no wonder drug like that has appeared yet. Still, there are a few options. As Slickman pointed out, you can help the process along by crushing a pill and swallowing the powder, or sticking it under your tongue and suffering the taste as long as possible. My non-rigorous, personal experice has shown that a crushed 50mg Viagra pill takes about 33%-50% less time to be "felt" when taken on an empty stomach. I have not found the sublingual approach to be noticably more effective, possibly because my mouth starts to salivate like crazy and washes a lot of the material down my throat.
The other option is to crush the pill and snort it. Now, I am NOT advocating this, mostly because it ill hurts like hell and over a long period of time, repeated snorting will do damage to your sinuses. Nevertheless, if you are really in a big hurry, insulfating a crushed pill will work very fast - less than 5 minutes. If you DO decide to take the nasal route, make sure you chop up the pill as finely as possible (crsuhed between spoons and then diced with a razor blade works well), and don't try to inhale a huge pile all at once. Again, be prepared for some significant facial pain and a nasty post-nasal drip for up to 30 minutes.
My vote: get some generic Cialis and take it way ahead of time.
Having read through the previous posts in this forum, I wanted to share my experience of pharmacies from India. While I do not contest the poor experiences of others, I have had nothing but excellent results from India generics, especially in regard to ED medications (Viagra, Cialis, etc) and sleep-aids (Sonata, Ambien, etc.). I have never found the effects to be in any different or diminished than those of their brand-name counterparts.

L Amp, I had read enough of this forum to take some precautions. I only took 25mg, had 2 excedrin prior to, and drank lots of water. I didn't experience any side effects, but I can definately say it worked. Even 8 hours later I was still able to handle a 30 minute BJ. I was a little drained the next morning, but it was worth it. I will let you know about the next try. Company coming in from out of state for a visit this weekend. We'll see.

My side effects are actually OD effects as I hammer this shit, cos the cums (and highs) are so intense and good.

I bought 10 20 mg pills of Cialis 2 months ago. I started out using a pill cutter to take 5 mg doses daily. I tried it out at Campo Alegre. L-arginine is a chemical that the bodies uses to store nitrogen, and then uses it to make other chemical compounds from which amyl nitrite is made. Taking L-arginine in large amounts will not affect one's erection for several days. And even then the impact will be marginal unless you were already deficient in that chemical.
Also, V,C, and L, do NOT work through L-arginine or NO. The work on the "lose the erection" side of the issue. To maintain our erections we have to continually produce NO because there are chemicals reacting with NO to remove it from our blood and tissues. When the rate of creation of NO exceeds the rate of "uncreating" it, we get erections, when the reverse is true, we lose erections. C, V, and L, all work by blocking the chemical that removes NO so that, AFTER STIMULATION, an excess of NO builds up and the erection maintains itself.

I haven't been able to find much information about "Dostinex'.
It seems very interesting as it's also apparently beneficial to being used by a woman.
Is this applicable when double dating together for a assignation, or is it a pill that must be taken before hand.

Just my 2 cents worth. After much consideration I decided that an impending trip to Asia might require some "performance enhancement" so I did some research and settled on Levitra. I have been taking the V for the last four years. I have not had any problem getting it up when V was not available. Oddly enough, I perform just as good if not better when I don't have it.
Sometimes when I'm not using V, I get that flushed feeling just like when I have taken the pill.

I have never had a headache using V. I have tried L, but it didn't work that well for me.

In my past usage of V, I have never told my other half that I'm on it. One time my card rejected the company's submission for payment (because it was coming from Mexico?), another time the company rejected me because it said I wasn't filling in all of the blanks. A follow-up on Levitra.
I picked L because I felt from my initial research that it would have the lowest incidence of side-effects, primarily headache. I'm somewhat prone to severe pounding headache just before the moment of truth (about once every 20 or 30 encounters), and nothing can wreck a mood faster than having to stop because of the throbbing in my head (the big one). Reading the available literature left me with the impression that Levitra is less likely to cause that kind of problem.
My first two experiments resulted in reasonably positive experiences. I noticed a difference, particularly the second time. It seemed to allow me some downtime during the encounter without losing "quality".
I've never had a problem with Woody getting stiff (although sometimes it isn't as hard as other times), but I've noticed as I've gotten older that I am more prone to lose an erection if the action is interrupted or not moving at my ideal pace. My primary interest is in maintaining, not achieving, a hard on. I'm not concerned with P4P providers as I figure it's my money and I can expect and request whatever is necessary on a given day to achieve the desired end result. My situation is such that I am travelling to China and Thailand later this summer, and I'm meeting at least one gal I've been corresponding with in the hope that it may develop into something long term. A quick report on my first experience with Cialis. It's the bomb. It's like you never took anything at all... untll it comes time to perform. On command and even after way too many beers. No side effects except for a very slight feeling of being a little amped up, but not an unpleasant side-effect.

Just wanted to say that with Cialis I often have headache for a few hours. Blood activity is stronger than with Viagra, I feel my heart beating in my head stronger.

I have found a non-prescription performance enhancer that works well and without any side effects.

Ok, trying V after success with C.
What has been your experience cutting 100mg V into 4 25mg doses?
25mg is still 5mg stronger than the C I was taking, so I'm expecting I'll still have good results AND quadruple my pills for the money.

Your comparing apples to oranges. The active ingrediants in C and V are totally different. You can't compare mg to mg between them. It would probably be more accurate to compare the 100mg dose of V to a 20mg dose of C. Besides, V wears off in a few hours. C still has an effect for up to 3-4 days.
