So I finally broke down a month or so ago and called up an EC ad.
I got the directions to a house near the VN courthouses / govt offices.

From personal experience El Clasificado is only older latinas in their mid 30's (if your lucky) and above. Not the best customer service but quick and easy if you know Spanish. I've visited a lot of EC ads and most are mediocre to really bad. Few places stand out but it's cheap and straight forward. All of the ads have been located in South Central.
Furthermore, there are a lot of outcall ads on EC. I've called one a couple of months ago and had two outcall sessions to my place. Pretty much on time, same mediocre service, rushed. Nothing memorable.
