I'm having the same problem today. Anyone else?This seems to be a sporadic recurring issue impacting browser use on puter and phone. After clearing history / cache and failing to gain access here are some workarounds that may or may not work. Often they do not.
1. try using the phone app available only from google play.
2. do nothin and wait a day or two for them to fix.
3. email Seeking support with issue and wait for a day or two for reply.
4. create another fake seeking account and get the cookie on your device.

Unfortunately some guys pay your those extras thinking it's going to result in a meet only to find that they have been deceived. Once loaded, you click the icon and an annoying ad will pop up (just the price of a free app). Usually, you can simply click out of the ad, but occasionally, I have to exit the app altogether, then come back a second time and it works great. You'll then see a place to choose which file you're searching (in this case it's a "photo" you've saved to your gallery / camera roll (remember to delete it afterwards. The thing I really like about this app is you can choose 4 different search engines once the photo is selected (Google, Bing, Yandex, and Tin Eye). I've had the most luck with Yandex. I hope the screenshots are helpful.
