Here is the law in the US:
Anyone can have their picture taken and shared in a variety of media as long as it is in the editorial sense, and not meant to defame or humiliate. What you CANNOT do is use someone's photo or likeness for profit or in a commercial sense without their express permission in written form. This site being a forum with a non-profit driven model, as well as a place to "report" is an acceptable place to post any photos of anyone.
Did you catch that last part? Anyone. Meaning us too. If the mamas or providers so wanted, they could take our pictures unbeknownst to us, sign up for membership here, and post our photos in an editorial sense as well. There would be nothing in the law to prohibit it. Only Jackson's action if he so desired could take the photo down.
I think it behooves everyone to respect the wishes of each individual provider regarding their photos being posted. It's like Jeff Goldblum said in Jurassic Park-to paraphrase-it's not whether you "could" but whether you "should."
If Aki is cool with it, then fine. But, just be careful because if that privileged is abused, the tables could be turned on us. It's not like a mama or establishment would do that as it would be bad for business. But who could put it past a scorned provider to do so.

I'm just a caveman, but I would have thought all parties involved would have sat down with the person who made the ad for them to go over it and verify that the 'finished product' is how they wanted it, before posting for all the world to see. That's what I would do if I were tasked with making an ad for someone, especially on sensitive matters such as whether or not to censor a face.
I've sold items on CL and before posting, carefully reviewed the wording of the text and attributes of attached pics to make sure the ad is just how I wanted it.

As for the ads, here is what I am sure happened, as it has even happened to me. When you edit a photo, you usually keep the original around and give the edited photo an appended name. So, it is very common to the original. When posting photos to website with a browse dialog box on Mac or Windows, a lot of times you don't have the preview and you select the wrong one. I've done it a few times (work related stuff, nothing incriminating) but can totally understand how Aki's unedited photo may have accidentally been posted.
Anyway, it seems as reported by some that Aki is taking it in stride. Got to love her!
