She's got a few years of experience in the biz. I don't know what lame ass sob story she gave you but she should've known what I meant clearly enough. You're right. Experienced providers do screw people over. I'm not aware until now that she has. In my case, she was easy to work with and honored the donation. Didn't complain, cut it short, or anything. It was more than fair.
