I just drove by Chalmers and Harper. Two undercover black Durango and something else I had a car pulled over. And the flatbed was getting ready to pick it up. Maybe something else just giving a heads up. So they are working the area. Remember it could be someone you've seen several times. They will just watch you scoop her up and then take your shit.
