I agree on ads without an alias of some kind being bad.

As for the pics: Some girls work doubles and include pictures of their partner, some girls are working from a stable, some are just using fake pics anyway, or some are using a phone used by a previous provider. Depending on the site you use, it's just using a simple phone search to look for pics on older ads.

Trying to find good reviews of the girl in question (which is harder without their alias which might be why it's not included) is the easiest way to tell what the case is unless it's just blatantly obvious fake pics.
