Even in the early 1980's The Block was bigger. As late as the late 1990's you could still see "investment bankers" in block clubs. The Block however is going the way of the dodo. It hasn't been nice in a while. Even when it was "better" it was still too sleezey for my Washington friends. Hell, I love sleeze but The Block has gotten too much even for me. I am not exactly down on it but you really do have to manage expectations. Even when it was better, it was no match in terms of quality of establishment as the big nice fancy clubs in places like Atlanta.

I blame the internet for much of it but the owners are and have been stuck in the 1950's as a business model. I doubt there will be much of The Block in a few years. It's a shame as I think there is still some market for strippers but they way owners run those places has not kept up with the times or what customers want.

Good luck though and I mean that sincerely. It can be fun as long as you know what you're getting into and are prepared for what you get.

And most were a combination of two or more. They were attracted to me like flies on shit and I literally didn't even sit down in two of the clubs bc they surrounded me as soon as I walked in.

Hung out at Harem for like 20 minutes to have a beer, bartender had a great body that was it. Some really, really dirty blue collar guys were in there drinking and just stared daggers at me the whole time as if I had invaded their sacred space. Was awkward and when I left I made sure to look over my shoulder, these guys were that sketchy. The two women I saw there both came over to rub my junk but they were scary looking so I sent them away.

I want to try it again but when dressed in normal clothes like jeans & a hoodie, not when looking like an investment banker. Unfortunately I don't have time this trip as I'm leaving town tonight but next time I'm here overnight I'll definitely give it another shot.

Glad it's worked out for you, but for me, this is only site trustworthy for reviews, and about 90 percent of reviews are for 5 percent of girls. Also:

1. Afraid girls can be turned by LE.

2. Maybe I'm picky, but vast majority of girls on escort site MUCH less attractive than the 10 girls on the block whi still look good. In general, block a wasteland, but unicorns better than monger unicorns.

3. Just as aside -- current climate in mongering has nothing to do with MeToo. There are plenty of women -- it's just the young, hot ones we want don't want older, probably less attractive guys -- especially when a half way decent white girl can get a straight job that pays 25,000 or so; while we complain for paying more than $.

There is an excess of available girls, but they are changing to suit the times and you need to know where the women that you want are located.

Block / Strip Club: If you want to know what you are getting 100% and are willing to wait until another day to get your fix, then a strip club is a great option. If you have a decent personality and are respectful, you will be able to get a few numbers of women that will provide for you for a price that is less or comperable than online lower end escort rates. Moreover, there will be zero bait and switch. The downside is that you are in a public location where you are pressured for drinks and you do not know what type of drama / nonsense may occur with the other people in the club or on the street. Some of the same girls on the block can be found after the clubs close on the stroll CB / BP or on sugar daddy sites.

Online: If she is well reviewed, then there a small amount of risk. If she is not well reviewed, then there is significant risk. The more that you can vet a provider, the lower the risk level. I tend to stick to those that I know, and rarely deviate even for providers that are well reviewed (unless they are close).

Massage Parlors: Complete crap shoot. The only guarantee is a general age range and (hopefully) a general range of appearance. Even with a line up, you do not know what you will get until you arrive. I have never heard of any patron actually getting arrested at a massage parlor.

They are similar to massage parlors as far as not knowing what you will get and the general quality / age of the women. It is more dangerous because it is not a public place and anything can happen to you inside of the apartment. If you speak Spanish things will go better for you. Moreover, I have known there to be a different price for those that speak Spanish, so you may save about $10 bucks or so for a visit.

I do not believe that #MeToo has anything to do with the pay for play market, because the women involved are selling and the men are buying. #MeToo, although it is multi facited, deals with abuse of power and sexual exploitation more so than a "fair" business negotiation.
