Haven't seen her, did some digging. Looks like she's a real person. I found a my-space page for her. However, the black bra picture I ran across in another ad in another town for a different provider. So I tossed both pictures into tineye and it came back with multiple hits.

The black bra photo registers 126 hits at tineye, and the tits-and-hips one pulls up 4 hits.
