    I think all the below works great (I haven't tried Pygeum). I would also like to add Swedish Flower Pollen. Taking that with Zinc and L-Citrulline I would blow big loads (5-6 good 6"+ ropes) but you do have to keep up the regiment or you revert back to normal. I would also like to add Tongkat Ali and Butea Superba as I do think they also contribute to the intensity of the orgasm.     I take l-citrulline vs l-arginine for the reasons you stated.

    L-citrulline might contribute indirectly to a bigger payload, but unlike lecithin, I'm not aware of a direct connection.

    Given your success, you should be giving advice vs. asking for it. Most of us would mortgage the house if we could increase payload and shorten recovery time.

    Based on discussions with more than a dozen guys, it appears C takes longer than V and L, to take full effect. If you take the C a few hours (vs. 30 minutes) before the activity, on an empty stomach, you may get better results. YMMV.
