Can't say for sure, but perhaps they were passed some fake bills. I know one provider I see in Phx had that happen recently.

I chatted with Ruca and those are the rates she quoted me for outcall. Incall was 200 fh, 150 hh and it would be at a motel (which I assume you pay for). So it ends up about the same in and out.

There are legitimate "locals" on Listcrawler. However, you have to search. If you look below the top "banner" there is usually; a location (city or street), a phone number or, worst, an email address. I search for "Tucson" or local streets, highways or intersections. Secondly, an area code local to Tucson or Phoenix. Others may be "visitors" but lots of them are entirely fake. The email address ones I ignore. If you've seen pics for "locals" from other sites, that can be confirmation as well.
