As for Crown, a plain 50+ Chinese lady could very well be the Jessica / April that everyone talks about. See girls. Contact providers and make appointments. A lot of them in my experience don't ask for any references and if they do just be honest and tell them that you're just working on getting them. Some will ask where you saw their ad. When you see them, tell them you'll give them a good review and ask them to refer you.
