Try SWAG. It worked as well as my Sidinafil I got from India. Had one provider comment on how hard I was. I got it at my local BP gas station. Probably an unusual place to find it. I think you can probably order it online.

Sildenafil is the generic name for Viagra. You can buy either in any pharmacy in Ukraine without prescription. Because it is so popular, sildenafil pills are usually displayed prominently in the glass case at the front of the pharmacy, next to the most popular cold remedies. There are a number of brands of generic sildenafil, some made in India, some in Poland, some in Ukraine, and all cost under $1 per 50 MG pill and about $1. 50 per 100 MG pill. Compare with about $15 per 50 MG pill for brand name Viagra.

There is absolutely no reason to distrust the quality of generic sildenafil, any more than for distrusting generic aspirin, as long as you are buying from an established pharmacy. Why would the pharmacy sell junk and ruin their reputation when the real thing costs them maybe $0. 50 wholesale? There just isn't that much of an financial incentive for selling junk. By contrast, there IS an powerful financial incentive for selling generic sildenafil (worth $0. 50 wholesale) falsely labelled as genuine Viagra manufactured by Pfizer (retail price $15), not that I am accusing any pharmacy in Ukraine of doing this. In short, I see no reason to be afraid to buy generic sildenafil versus brand name Viagra, at least from an established pharmacy in Ukraine. By contrast, buying cheap dick pills on the street in Cambodia is another story.

Obviously, as with any other pharmaceutical or food product, there will be occasional scandals at the factory, where an accident occurs and the line worker or manager decides to cover the accident up and so impurities get into the product, but you have the same issue with products made and sold in rich countries now and then, like the famous Tylenol and peanut butter poisoning scandals in the United States. Maybe some generic brands have better quality control than others, or maybe Pfizer has better quality control than generics, but who can say for sure?

I mostly use 50 MG pills, though initially I tried 100 MG, but that was too strong. If you are a cheapskate, you could chop a 100 MG pill in half with a knife to save a few pennies versus using 50 MG pills. Or maybe you want exactly 75 MG, in which case you could chop up 100 MG and take 3/4. I standardized on 50 MG pills to keep things simple. If I ever feel the need for 100 MG, I will just take two 50 MG pills.

At least in my body, statements by Pfizer and other medical authorities about how Viagra / sildenafil works are not fully accurate. First, both 50 MG and 100 MG sildenafil requires at least an hour and sometimes 2 hours to take effect, not just 30 minutes like Pfizer says. Second, effect lasts about 24 hours in me, not just 4 hours. In particular, I wake up the next morning with a raging morning erection after taking 50 MG sildenafil the previous afternoon, much stronger than normal morning erections. Experiment to see how sildenafil works in your body.

Be very careful to stay fully hydrated on sildenafil, otherwise you will get a splitting headache. Some people say alcohol and sildenafil together cause headaches. The real story is that alcohol is a diuretic (causes dehydration) and then dehydration combined with sildenafil causes headaches. (Note that dehydration is a large part of the ordinary alcohol hangover without sildenafil.) Make sure you are pissing clear the whole time you are on sildenafil, with or without alcohol or other diuretic substances (caffeine, etc).

Some people prefer taladafil (generic name for Cialis) to sildenafil because it lasts longer in the body, whereas I prefer sildenafil precisely because it leaves my body faster. Unlike mongers who come to Kiev and have sex every day or multiple times a day for a week or so, I am here for several months at a time, and only have sex every other day. By using sildenafil rather than taladafil, my body will be clear of chemicals half the time, which I think is healthy. Also, sildenafil has been studied longer and more than taladafil. From my research, sildenafil appears to have fewer long-term side-effects, though there is much dispute about this issue.

If you have health issues and especially if are taking other medications, please research contra-indications for sildenafil and / or taladafil.

When you get the script, ask the Dr to include that the Rx is also for BPH, and insurance may cover more of the cost. This is legit.

Thanks. That is exactly what the doctor did. That is what I meant by going back and forth. Insurance tried to tell him that there are cheaper drugs for BPH, but he persisted.

I am now on daily Cialis,5 mg per day. It is expensive; fortunately after back and forth several times, insurance has lessened the sting. Some days it really seems to work, and then for several days, seems useless. I'm in my late 60's, so have to accept the age factor. But one benefit, it controls frequent urination, so I can sleep through the night. Whatever you do, I was warned, avoid OTC hormonal remedies. They can be quite dangerous long term.

When you get the script, ask the Dr to include that the Rx is also for BPH, and insurance may cover more of the cost. This is legit.

Several years back GNC had one that was killer but the product got banned way too soon due to using trace ingredients from the real stuff. I tried Vig-RX, but have a mixed review. I've only done a month supply and must say that there is a strangely increases sensitivity, but no extra 'lift', which one would always prefer (at least I would).

The pills were not doing too much for me and my urologist wrote me a prescription for mail order compounding pharmacy for boner shots. I'm diabetic with the daily insulin, to sticking my prick ain't no big deal. The key is to stick it in the right spot. But it works for me and I'm screwing better than when I was in my 20's. My ATF likes the results to! I can go around the world Starting with CG, extended doggy and then mish. So if the pills aren't working. It's worth a shot! It's 20 or so shots for 170 vs 195+ for 100 mg viagra that was hit or miss.
