I've been visiting the pen stroll for a couple years around 5-6 am without any issues but noticed theres been a bunch of people making it hot recently. Group of young dudes parked infront of georgia and wortman drinking and screaming in public, taxi drivers running stop signs, stopping in the middle of the street, pimps following the girls around.
